银川盆地中更新世以来的孢粉记录及古气候研究

银川盆地中更新世以来的孢粉记录及据此所重建的古气候参数，揭示了该区中更新世以来的古气候演变特征，其演变经过了温湿→凉湿→温和→冷湿→温干→凉较湿→冷湿→温干→凉润→温较干→温干的变化，并与新疆地区，黄土高原以及深海δ^18O曲线进行了对比，结果表明，各地的古环境变化大致同步，该区由于位置靠西，邻近沙漠，最近地质历史时期的区域性干旱特色明显。     

Statistical analysis of a global photochemical model of the atmosphere

This is a study of the sensitivity of model results (atmospheric content of main gas constituents and radiative characteristics of the atmosphere) to errors in emissions of a number of atmospheric gaseous pollutants. Groups of the model variables most dependent on these errors are selected. Two variants of emissions are considered: one without their evolution and the other with their variation according to the IPCC scenario. The estimates are made on the basis of standard statistical methods for the results obtained with the detailed onedimensional radiative—photochemical model of the Main Geophysical Observatory (MGO). Some approaches to such estimations with models of higher complexity and to the solution of the inverse problem (i.e., the estimation of the necessary accuracy of external model parameters for obtaining the given accuracy of model results) are outlined.     

QUATERNARY SEA LEVEL CHANGES IN CHINA

Many transgressions on the plains along the Eastern China Sea had occurred in the Quaternary. They are named Beijing, Bohai, Haixing, Huanghua, Qingxian, Baiyangdian, Haizhou Bay. Cangxi, Xianxian and Candong transgressions. Their beds of marine facies have been buried in the Hebei Province, or on the shelf of China. The greatest transgressions occurred in the Early Pleistocene, while the smallest in the Middle Pleistocene, and the transgressions in the Late Pleistocene and Holocene were larger than that in the Middle Pleistocene. In accordance with the 14C dating and the paleomagnetic stratigraphy, they may be compared with the transgressions in the Late pleistocene with the δ18O stages of the core V28-232 at Equatorial Pacific.

辽东湾S2冰侧限剪切强度的试验研究

利用试验方法系统地研究了辽东湾S2型海冰侧限剪切强度随剪切应变速率、加载方向、法向应力、温度和冰内孔隙率的变化规律。介绍了S2型海冰各向异性特点及剪切应变速率对剪切破坏方式的效应和韧脆破坏转变的条件。分析了不同加载方向海冰峰值剪切强度的差异 ,获得 - 6 2℃温度下S2冰内摩擦角和内聚力分别为 42°和 70 0kPa。利用统计分析给出峰值剪切强度与冰温和孔隙率的试验关系     

仿鱼尾潜器推进系统的水动力分析

以开发适用于小型潜器的仿生操纵与推进系统为研究背景 ,对金枪鱼的月牙形尾鳍进行水动力分析。文中将金枪鱼的尾鳍处理为在做横移和摇摆的耦合运动的同时 ,以某一匀速向前运动的月牙形刚性尾翼。计算中应用了双曲面元和压力库塔条件 ,利用面元法计算分析该三维尾翼的非定常水动力性能。探讨了前进速度、横荡和摇首的幅度、频率及其相位差对推进性能的影响     

pH对眼点拟微绿球藻的生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成的影响

pH对眼点拟微绿球藻（Namnocholoropsis oculata）的生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成有明显影响。研究表明，眼点拟微绿球藻的生长对pH有较强的适应性，在pH6.2～9.8的范围内均能较好的生长，但在pH5.5的条件下生长受到较强的抑制，在不同pH条件下，在同一细胞周期内总脂含量及脂肪酸组成均有相同的变化规律，即总脂含量在对数初期略有下降然后逐渐上升，在稳定期达到最大值。16：0，18：1n9的含量在稳定期显著升高，而EPA的含量在稳定期明显下降，在对数初期，藻细胞在pH6.8的条件下含有较高的EPA含量，而在pH9.8的条件下，藻细胞的EPA含量明显降低。

盐生隐杆藻多糖的提纯及含量分析

盐生隐杆藻（Ａｐｈａｎｏｔｈｅｃｅｈａｌｏｐｈｙｔｉｃａ）的培养液经透析醇析得胞外粗多糖ＥＰＩ，藻细胞经热水抽提，醇析得胞内粗多糖ＩＰＩ，它们均含有１７种微量元素。ＥＰＩ经脱蛋白，ＩＰＩ经脱蛋白脱色得半精品ＥＰⅡ和ＩＰⅡ，半精品分别经ＤＥ－５２和ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ａ－２５柱层析纯化得精品ＥＰⅢ和ＩＰⅢ。它们经纸层析，琼脂糖电泳和ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ａ－２５柱层析证明为同一组份。红
