地形对登陆台风麦莎(2005)影响的数值模拟研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用非静力平衡的中尺度模式MM5(V3)对2005年9号台风Matsa("麦莎")登陆后期的过程进行了48h模拟,应用低通滤波器分离模拟结果中的天气尺度和次天气尺度运动,并采用热带气旋动态坐标跟踪考察登陆过程中热带气旋的次天气尺度环流特征.通过研究地形对两种尺度间动能和涡度转换的影响,进一步证明了地形对热带气旋有着不可忽视的影响.结果表明,地形的存在有利于维持热带涡旋性强度,这种影响随气旋中心与地形间距离的缩小而逐渐增强,且强度的增强在对流层中高层表现得更为明显.去掉地形后对流层低层次天气尺度系统向热带气旋输送的动能减少,次天气尺度系统对热带气旋动能的消耗增大;当低层涡度转换项的垂直运动贡献为负时,去掉地形会加剧这种负贡献,即次天气尺度系统从热带气旋得到更多的正涡度;从整体上看,去掉地形后,热带气旋不仅没有从次天气尺度系统获得正涡度,反而将自身的正涡度向外输送. 相似文献

依据<台风业务和服务规定>分析2007年TC业务定位和业务预报精度,结果表明:各方法的平均定位误差均小于25km,强度预报的24小时和48小时近中心最大风速平均误差为3~7m·s-1和5~11m·s-1,均与往年相当;综合预报的24小时和48小时路径平均距离误差分别为129.8km和215.0km.虽然路径数值预报的能力仍然不能与综合预报相比,但是多模式集成方法相对于综合预报有正技巧,说明这类方法可能成为改善路径预报的途径之一.强度预报的主要参考仍然是统计类预报方法. 相似文献

利用贵州52个测站的1961-2006年历年夏季(6-8月)逐日降水资料,分析了贵州夏季暴雨的时空分布特征、周期振荡及其突变特征。结果表明:46 a来贵州夏季暴雨量呈增加趋势,并存在明显的年际、年代际变化特征;暴雨日数和暴雨量在1985年发生突变;暴雨日数和暴雨量均存在15 a和准10 a的周期振荡;暴雨日数和暴雨量EOF分解的第一特征向量的荷载场空间分布基本一致,表明全省呈偏多(少)的一致型同位相分布。 相似文献

The Mammoth Peak sheeted intrusive complex formed in the interior of a ~7–10 km deep magma chamber, specifically in the Half
Dome granodiorite of the Tuolumne batholith, central Sierra Nevada, CA (USA). The sheets consist of fractionated melts with
accumulated hornblende, biotite, magnetite, titanite, apatite, and zircon. The accumulation, especially of titanite, had a
profound effect on minor and trace elements (Nb, Ta, Ti, REE, U, Th, P, Zr, Hf, etc.), increasing their contents up to five
to six times. Our thermal–mechanical modeling using the finite element method shows that cooling-generated tensile stresses
resulted in the inward propagation of two perpendicular sets of dilational cracks in the host granodiorite. We interpret the
sheeted complex to have formed by a crack-seal mechanism in a high strength, crystal-rich mush, whereby outward younging pulses
of fractionated magma were injected into these syn-magmatic cracks at the margin of an active magma chamber. Thermal–mechanical
instabilities developed after the assembly of the sheeted complex, which was then overprinted by late ~NW–SE magmatic foliation.
This case example provides a cautionary note regarding the interpretation that sheeted zones in large granitoid plutons imply
a diking mechanism of growth because the sheeted/dike complexes in plutons (1) may display inverse growth directions from
the growth of the overall intrusive sequence; (2) need not record initial chamber construction and instead may reflect late
pulsing of magma within an already constructed magma chamber; (3) have an overprinting magmatic fabric indicating the continued
presence of melt after construction of sheeted complexes and thus a prolonged thermal history as compared to dikes; and (4)
because the scale of the observed sheeted complexes may be small (<1%) in comparison to large homogenous parts of plutons,
in which there is no evidence for sheeting or diking. Thus, where extensive dike complexes in plutons are absent, such as
in much of the Tuolumne batholith, the application of an incremental diking model to explain chamber construction is at best

Many gentle dip translational rock slides have taken place in the Three Gorges Reservoir, China. In order to study the mechanism of these translational rock slides, the authors use the Anlesi landslide as a typical case study to investigate in detail. Field investigations show that the slip zones of the Anlesi landslide were formed from a white mudstone in Jurassic red strata. X-ray diffraction and infrared ray analysis showed that the main mineral components of the slip zones are montmorillonite, illite, feldspar and quartz. Laboratory tests indicate that the slip zone soils are silty clay, of medium-swelling potential, the shear strength decreasing significantly as the slip zone attracts water and saturates.The main factors contributing to the Anlesi landslide are recent tectonic activity, incompetent beds, and intensive rainfall. Recent tectonic activity had caused shear failure along the incompetent beds, and joints within the sandstone. With the effect of intensive rainfall, water percolates to the incompetent beds along tectonic fissures, resulting in swelling of the soil material and high groundwater pressures within fissures in the strata. As a consequence, the Anlesi slope is prone to slide along these incompetent beds.Flac3D software was used to simulate the mechanism of the Anlesi landslide considering the rheological properties of soil and rock. The simulation results demonstrate that the stress, displacement and failure area changes with simulated creep time. The maximum displacement in the X direction reaches 7.59 m after 200-year simulated creep. Therefore, the mechanism of the Anlesi landslide can be illustrated considering the rheological properties of Jurassic red strata. 相似文献

Understanding of the origin and development of bronze technology in eastern Asia remains unresolved. Here we report on the distribution of copper and associated cations in sediments from Huoshiliang in northwestern Gansu, China, strontium and lead isotope analyses of ore and slag samples, and some artifact fragments at archaeological sites at Ganggangwa and Huoshiliang in the Black River valley.We conclude that bronze production began perhaps as early as 2135 BC and that the Baishantang modern mine site at Dingxin was a possible source of copper ore. There was at least one other, but currently unidentified, source of ore. The Bronze Age people were also farmers and planted cereals such as wheat, and they may have abandoned the region when wood was exhausted and desertification took over. 相似文献

A numerical and experimental modeling is presented for studying the transport of waste heat from a nuclear power plant into coastal water by using a full-field physical model with scale distortion, a local physical model with normal scale and a depth-averaged k− turbulence model with a modified second-order upwind scheme. Field investigations are also used to provide the calibration and validation of the modeling. A case study simulating the turbulent tidal flow and waste heat transport in the coastal water near Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant in Southern China was conducted. The experimental result of the case study shows that the water temperature in coastal water was a little oversimulated near the surface and was a little undersimulated near the bottom of heated-water layer by the full-field physical model. The numerical study shows that the depth-averaged k− turbulence model presented a satisfied prediction of turbulent tidal flow and far-field temperature distribution in coastal water, although the near-field stratification due to the heated water effluent was not accounted for. The result of the effect of scale distortion on physical model shows that a full-field physical model with a scale distortion of 10 produced a satisfied result of temperature distribution in the present case study. 相似文献
