井中地震用于陆相储层分析的几项技术

中国陆相储层分布广泛，类型复杂，横向变化大，勘探开发成本高，进行储层分析要求采用高新技术和综合利用多种方法。本文总结了在我国几个油区进行陆相储层分析的几项地震技术即：垂直地震剖面（ＶＳＰ）技术，多偏移距和井间层析成象技术以及多参数分析和综合解释技术，在适应我国经济发展的水平和现状的条件下，用以解决我国复杂的陆相油气储层分析的问题。

东风盐场卤水中可溶性糖的研究Ⅱ、盐田卤水中可溶性糖的来源、消耗及其调控方法初探

本文研究了东风盐场不同盐度的卤水中可溶性糖的变化及其与微藻优势种的组成和细胞数量之间的关系，卤虫对可溶性糖的调节作用及嗜盐菌对可溶性糖的消耗。结果表明，可溶性糖在低卤区和硅藻、甲藻等微藻密切相关，在中、高卤区与蓝藻和盐藻等密切相关，卤水中的卤虫能通过滤食微藻而有效地控制卤水中可溶性糖的浓度，在结晶卤水中接种嗜盐菌能有效地降解卤水中的可溶性糖，从而达到提高盐质的目的。     

Purification and characterization of an alkaline protease from Acetes chinensis

An alkaline protease from Acetes chinensis was purified and characterized in this study. The steps of purification include ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion-exchange chromatography with Q-sepharose Fast Flow, gel filtration chromatography with S300 and the second ion-exchange chromatography with Q-sepharose Fast Flow. The protease was isolated and purified, which was present and active on protein substrates (azocasein and casein). The specific protease activity was 17.15 folds and the recovery was 4.67. The molecular weight of the protease was estimated at 23.2 kD by SDS-PAGE. With azocasein as the susbstrate, the optimal temperature was 55°C and the optimal pH value was 5.5. Ion Ca²⁺ could enhance the proteolytic activity of the protease, while Cu²⁺, EDTA and PMSF could inhibit its activity.

青海石炭纪孢子花粉及其地层意义

青海石炭系分布广泛,沉积类型多样,产有丰富的动植物化石,并具重要特征。石炭系保存有属种众多而又丰富的孢子和花粉,其组合基本可与国内和西欧、苏联、北美同时期孢子花粉带比较。根据孢子花粉材料,讨论了关于时代、古地理及孢子花粉分布问题。     

微波爆发中具有双峰结构的准周期振荡的初步分析

本文分析了1989年3月9日,11日,13日与AR5395产生的耀斑成协的,叠加在2cm微波爆发上的具有双峰结构的准周期振荡.利用磁流环结合的非线性不稳定性机制,对等离子体和磁场相互作用的过程进行了定性的分析,并计算了几个有关的参数.最后进行了简单的讨论.     

1–100 μm energy spectra and 2.3–4 μm spectrophotometry of MSC stars

The JHKL' photometry and 2.3–4 μm spectrophotometry of some M giants, S type stars and carbon stars are presented in this paper. It is found that in combination with IRAS data, the energy spectra in 1–100 μm of S type stars are intermediate between those of M giants and carbon stars, which are obviously different. The spectrophotometry in the near infrared shows that, besides carbon stars, which have HCN and C₂H₂ strong absorptions at 3.1 μm, some S type stars have the similar but weaker absorption in the same spectral region. However, no trace of any absorption at 3.1 μm can be seen in M giants. These results probably provide more evidence for the M-S-C sequence in the late stage of stellar evolution.     

地球运动对海平面变化的控制——从地质系统论的观点分析海平面变化之主因

从地球运动的客观规律来看,地球气候发展的趋向是向冷的方向发展,这与大气由于CO_2的增加而引起的增温相矛盾。两者如起同等作用,则意味着海平面不会发生太大的变化。但是由于活动构造影响,使海岸带上升或下降,可使局部地方海平面有较大幅度的变化。因此,研究“地动”比研究“水动”似有更重要的意义。
