We revisit some results of perturbation theories by a method of successive elimination of harmonics inspired by some ideas of Delaunay. On the one hand, we give a connection between the KAM theorem and the Nekhoroshev theorem. Lines of equal optical thickness are calculated for cold plasma jets propagating in the simplest magnetic configuration. The paraxial approximation is used in the case of jets directed along the axis of a magnetic dipole. The long-term CCD and photoelectric observations of YY Her covering the period of its post-outburst activity (JD 2 451 823 -- 2 452 996) are presented. We explain the periodic variations of the brightness of YY Her by the eclipses of the components in the system. The model with a deformed (non-homogeneous) envelope, surrounding the white dwarf is discussed. In addition, we observed a flare in about JD 2 452 440, during the primary minimum, that was later followed by an energetic outburst in JD 2 452 700. 相似文献

The probability of the detection of Earth-like exoplanets may increase in the near future after the launch of the space missions using the transit photometry as observation method. By using this technique only the semi-major axis of the detected planet can be determined, and there will be no information on the upper limit of its orbital eccentricity. However, the orbital eccentricity is a very important parameter, not only from a dynamical point of view, since it gives also information on the climate and the habitability of the Earth-like planets. In this paper a possible procedure is suggested for confining the eccentricity of an exoplanet discovered by transit photometry if an already known giant planet orbits also in the system. 相似文献

The equation of motion written down using a metric obtained from the Kerr metric allows us to get both the deflection angle of light ray bending by the gravitational field of the Sun and its corresponding time delay. Several arguments that justify establishing a revised abundance calibration for DDO photometry of population I red giants
are presented. The components of the blanketing vector in the DDOC(45–48) vsC(42–45) diagram are determined for late-type dwarfs and giants. We have redefined the DDO cyanogen anomaly and calibrated
it against metallicity. The sample of field giants now available with abundances derived from high dispersion spectroscopy
is substantially larger than previously available, leading to a more accurate abundance calibration. Iso-abundance lines in
theC(41–42) vsC(42–45) diagram have been determined for population IG and K giants and an iterative method for deriving abundances of these
stars is described. We show that the new DDO abundances are in very good agreement with those derived from high dispersion
spectroscopy. The new method improves by about 0.1 dex the DDO abundances derived for early G and/or late K giants, with respect
