载人潜水器发展现状及趋势

海洋蕴藏着国家经济发展和国防建设不可或缺的丰富的战略资源,世界各国不断加大在国际海域活动的力度,展开了空前的技术研究与竞赛。深海活动离不开高技术运载装备的支撑,以载人潜水器为代表的运载装备不仅对资源调查与科学研究做过杰出的贡献,而且在军事领域也产生过深远的影响。文中对国内外载人潜水器的发展现状进行了重点分析,对世界范围内重型深海载人潜水器及轻型中浅海载人潜水器的进展现状进行了全面调研,同时介绍了我国"蛟龙号"、"深海勇士号"等载人潜水器发展情况,也对世界范围内载人潜水器的技术性能和应用情况进行了分析对比,在此基础上,展望了载人潜水器的发展趋势,并讨论了潜水器装备的未来技术进展。

Underwater Terrain Positioning Method Based on Least Squares Estimation for AUV

To achieve accurate positioning of autonomous underwater vehicles, an appropriate underwater terrain database storage format for underwater terrain-matching positioning is established using multi-beam data as underwater terrain-matching data. An underwater terrain interpolation error compensation method based on fractional Brownian motion is proposed for defects of normal terrain interpolation, and an underwater terrain-matching positioning method based on least squares estimation (LSE) is proposed for correlation analysis of topographic features. The Fisher method is introduced as a secondary criterion for pseudo localization appearing in a topographic features flat area, effectively reducing the impact of pseudo positioning points on matching accuracy and improving the positioning accuracy of terrain flat areas. Simulation experiments based on electronic chart and multi-beam sea trial data show that drift errors of an inertial navigation system can be corrected effectively using the proposed method. The positioning accuracy and practicality are high, satisfying the requirement of underwater accurate positioning.

Stability Analysis on Speed Control System of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle

The stability of the motion control system is one of the decisive factors of the control quality for Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV).The divergence of control,which the unstable system may be brought about,is fatal to the operation of AUV.The stability analysis of the PD and S-surface speed controllers based on the Lyapunov' s direct method is proposed in this paper.After decoupling the six degree-of-freedom (DOF) motions of the AUV,the axial dynamic behavior is discussed and the condition is deduced,in which the parameters selection within stability domain can guarantee the system asymptotically stable.The experimental results in a tank and on the sea have successfully verified the algorithm reliability,which can be served as a good reference for analyzing other AUV nonlinear control systems.     

南移养殖仿刺参（StichopusjaponicusSelenka）铁蛋白基因的克隆及表达特征分析
