420芦山地震峡口滑坡监测数据分析

基于420芦山地震前后获取的峡口滑坡监测数据,对地震发生时峡口滑坡地下水位、深部位移及地表位移变化情况进行了分析,结果表明：（1）芦山地震前,峡口滑坡地下水位出现持续异常上升,涨幅在1m以上, 4月20日即芦山地震发生当日,地下水位达到峰值,震后,地下水位开始迅速下降,降幅在1.5m左右; （2）芦山地震发生当天,受芦山地震的影响,滑坡深部发生了一次大于1mm的位移,其后恢复基本稳定的状态。利用R/S分析方法对峡口滑坡稳定性进行分析,受芦山地震影响, 4月份峡口滑坡的Hurst指数明显有所下降,说明滑坡的稳定性有所降低。但总体上滑坡的Hurst指数均大于0.5,说明滑坡一直处于稳定状态。     

Muglad盆地Unity凹陷及邻区AG2段沉积相与沉积模式分析

通过研究沉积相与沉积模式,明确有利砂体展布特征对岩性—地层油气藏勘探具有重要意义。Muglad盆地Unity凹陷Abu Gabra组2段（简称AG2,下同）沉积特征及平面展布尚不明确,制约着岩性—地层油气藏的勘探工作。本文针对该问题,综合利用测井、录井、地震等资料,运用经典层序地层学理论以及构造演化分析,揭示了Unity凹陷AG2段沉积特征并建立了辫状河三角洲—湖泊沉积模式。研究结果表明：研究区AG2段的物源区为东部Toor凸起,凹陷内主要发育三角洲相及湖泊相,凹陷东部边缘发育冲积扇相;三角洲相、冲积扇相发育区均可成为有利的岩性地层油气藏勘探区。研究成果可为Unity凹陷岩性—地层油气藏有利区带优选提供科学依据。

     

WRF模式对乌鲁木齐机场一次冻雾天气的数值预报对比试验分析

利用WRF模式和GFS资料对2016年11月28—29日乌鲁木齐机场一次冻雾天气过程进行预报,针对不同微物理过程、近地层、陆面过程、边界层等方案设计了13个预报方案组合,并将预报结果与观测资料进行对比分析发现,此次冻雾过程预报中,模式对陆面过程、近地层、边界层等参数化方案组合较为敏感,最优方案组合微物理过程为WDM6、近地层方案为QNSE,陆面过程方案为Noah,边界层方案QNSE。以最优的方案组合预报结果对此次冻雾进行分析,发现利用模式预报的环流形势、层结条件、温湿条件、混合条件等能够很好的判断出此次冻雾过程。就此个例而言,WRF模式预报的机场上空稳定层的变化,湿层结构、风场的水平和垂直结构等,对冻雾的生消以及冻雾过程中的能见度变化有一定的指示意义。     

中国地震台网初至P波区域三维走时表的建立

基于LLNL-G3Dv3全球P波三维速度模型,应用FMM软件包计算并建立了中国地震台网990个台站的初至P波区域三维走时表．该走时表覆盖了以台站为中心的水平向20°×20°、 垂直向-5.1—80 km （向下为正）的三维空间. 其水平向间隔为0.2°,垂直向间隔为5 km．这样对于任一深度小于80 km的震源,均可以应用此三维走时表计算其到周围10°范围内台站的走时．中国地震台网初至P波区域三维走时表的建立,对于改善区域初至P波走时预测,提高地震定位精度有一定现实意义．     

基于SMVF的高频雷达自适应多目标检测

针对高频雷达强海杂波和干扰环境下的多目标检测问题,结合S-method时频分布和Vitcrbi算法提出了一种多分量线性调频信号瞬时频率估计方法—SMVF法(S-method viterbi fitting),然后根据所提取的瞬时频率的直线拟合性能,提出了一种自适应多目标检测算法。实测数据的处理结果,表明了该算法在低信噪比时,与WDM法(wigncr distribution maxima) , WDV法( wigncr distribution vitcrbi)相比,估计精度提高约2000,验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。     

顾及用户体验的三维城市模型自适应组织方法

传统基于“图层付象”的组织方法,没有考虑三维城市模型的不同内容以及不同细节层次的粒度差异,导致在网络环境下的传输效率低,难以满足多用户并发访问的流畅可视化。深入分析了大范围漫游与小范围聚焦的用户体验特点,通过元数据统筹管理和对象离散化,即时响应用户请求,减少无效数据传输,保证了多用户并发环境下的高效调度和浏览。针对模型LoI)和分解的对象,设计了结构统一的对象ID,隐式存储关联关系并支持分布式模型存储管理。以分布式数据库MongoDB为平台进行实验,验证了本文方法的可行性和有效性。     

高光谱目标探测的进展与前沿问题

针对高光谱目标探测问题的主要挑战,将高光谱目标探测的进展与前沿问题分为两个方面进行综述。基于信号检测理论的方法如结构化背景的约束能量最小化方法、非结构化背景的自适应一致性余弦评估器等,是高光谱目标的探测经典算法;随着统计模式识别与机器学习领域中新技术的出现,一些数据驱动的目标探测方法逐渐成为了高光谱目标探测的前沿问题,如核方法、稀疏表达方法等。概述了两类方法的特点,比较了各自的优势和不足,并展望了高光谱目标探测未来的发展趋势。     

Identification of phase and sex-related ISSR markers of red algaGracilaria lemaneiformis

Six ISSR primers are employed to display the polymorphism of different phases and sexes of red alga Gracilaria lemaneiformis, and two of them, P1 and P3, amplified distinct band patterns. The ISSR pattern amplified by primer P1 of the female gametophyte is identical to that of tetrasporophyte, but distinct from that of male gametophyte. Of the bands produced by primer P3, one is specific to female gametophyte. Three morphologically similar fronds can be easily identified using ISSR technique. Two specific markers, SM1 and SF3, related to male gametophyte and female gametophyte, are cloned and sequenced. The homologous sequences of SM1 are found to encode a hypothetical protein. There is no homologous sequence of SF3 that can be found in GenBank.     

Cloning and characterization of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase encoding gene inGracilaria/Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis

Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase （GAPDH） plays important roles in various cellular processes. A cytosolic GAPDH encoding gene （gpd） of Gracilaria/Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis was cloned and characterized. Deduced amino acid sequence of the enzyme of G. lemaneiformis had high homology with those of seven red algae. The 5＇-untranslated regions of the GAPDHs encoding genes of these red algae varied greatly. GAPDHs of these red algae shared the highly conserved glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase active site ASCTTNCL. However, such active site of Cyanidium caldarium was different from those of the other six algae at the last two residues （CL to LF）, thus the spatial structure of its GAPDH active center may be different from those of the other six. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that GAPDH of G. lemaneiformis might have undergone an evolution similar to those of Porphyra yezoensis, Chondrus crispus, and Gracilaria verrucosa. C. caldarium had a closer evolutionary relationship with Cyanidioschyzon merolae than with Cyanidium sp. Virtual Northern blot analysis revealed that gpd of G. lemaneiformis expressed constitutively, which suggested that it might be house-keeping and could be adapted as an inner control in gene expression analysis of G. lemaneiformis.     

利用雷电定位系统进行电网雷击故障快速查询

At present, lightning is one of the 10 natural disasters, and it is also the top environmental factor of power interruption. It often causes huge losses to the electric system. The Wuhan High Voltage Institute of the State Grid Corporation of China and Huazhong University of Science and Technology have been researching and developing lightning location systems （LLSs） since the late 1980s. In the mid-1990s, a lightning detection network was created in 29 provinces and cities in China. It is primarily applied to rapidly find lightning accidents, which greatly reduces power interruption. Also, it ensures high efficiency and safe operation of the electricity system. Remarkable benefit is achieved. China＇s LLS went through an ＂orientation positioning - time difference positioning - integrated positioning＂ development process. The positioning precision, detection efficiency, degree of automation, practicability and applied range are improved. Also, a lightning information system plan of the national network has been implemented, which services the whole society.
