由于有害赤潮的发生日趋频繁,对养殖业、自然生态系统和人类健康的危害越来越大,造成的经济损失也逐渐增加,因而有害赤潮问题成为人们关注的焦点。藻毒素是有害赤潮致害的重要因子之一,而麻痹性贝毒(Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning,PSP)毒素又是藻毒素中分布最广、危害最大的一类毒素。随着科学家们对PSP毒素的来源(Steidinger,1993)、结构和作用方式(Penzotti et al.,1998)的深入研究,PSP毒素在赤潮研究、分子生物学和神经生物学基础研究、医药、军事防化等的应用也逐渐受到重视。本文作者针对这些问题进行了综合评述,以期为深入开展PSP毒素应用研究提供参考依据。 相似文献

南海在我国濒临的四个海中面积最大,而其大陆架宽度则较狭窄,水深在200米以上的深海水域相当广阔。我国过去关于南海深海鱼类的研究报道极少,1962年《南海鱼类志》中曾记载过少数深海鱼类,但具有确切深度记录的仅有8种。在国外文献中,Gilbert和Hubbs(1920), Schultz(1938), Abe(1974 , 1975, 1976 )等曾报道过数种。
本文材料是1959-1960年在海南岛以东海域,水深200-1100米进行底栖生物拖网时所获得的标本。鉴定结果,共71种,分隶于37科,12目,其中34种为我国新记录,7种是我国在南海首次记录。
文内凡是我国新记录的种均有形态描述,并附有外形图,有些种作了分类上的讨论;对我国有过记录的种,只记有地理分布和标本采集记录。此外,就现有资料并参考有关深海鱼类文献,对这些种类的地理分布和深度分布也作了初步分析。由于调查范围较小,拖网次数不多,本文仅为南海鱼类区系提供了一些初步资料。丰富的南海深海鱼类区系,随着我国海洋调查事业的发展,还有待进一步深入研究。 相似文献

通过对塔玛亚历山大藻(ATHK和AT-6藻株)、链状亚历山大藻(ACDH藻株)和微小亚历山大藻(AM-1藻株)的PSP毒素含量和组成以及它们分别对轮虫、黑褐新糠虾和鲈鱼存活影响的比较研究发现:塔玛亚历山大藻AT-6藻株不产生麻痹性贝毒毒素PSP,而塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK、链状亚历山大藻ACDH和微小亚历山大藻AM-1均产生PSP毒素,其总含量分别为19.74、5.395、5.57fmol/cell(2.60、0.36、1.61pgSTXeq/cell)。塔玛亚历山大藻AT-6对轮虫、黑褐新糠虾和鲈鱼这三种生物均没有不利影响;对于轮虫,塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK和链状亚历山大藻ACDH的96hLC50分别为:200和1200cells/ml,而微小亚历山大藻AM-1无不利影响;对于糠虾,塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK、链状亚历山大藻ACDH和微小亚历山大藻AM-1的96hLC50分别为7000、11000、16000cells/ml;对于鲈鱼,这三株藻的96hLC50分别为3700、4000、20000cells/ml。四株亚历山大藻对三种生物的毒性大小与其PSP毒素含量和组成无直接的相关关系,其毒性作用可能来自其他未知毒性物质。塔玛亚历山大藻ATHK不同组分分别对三种生物的毒性比较研究表明:藻细胞重悬液和藻液对三种生物的不利影响最为显著,去藻过滤液和细胞碎片对轮虫和鲈鱼没有明显影响,但糠虾的存活率有所下降;细胞内容物对轮虫和糠虾也无影响,但对鲈鱼的存活有一定影响。以上研究表明:不同亚历山大藻的毒性大小存在差别,其对不同生物的危害机制也不相同,除PSP毒素外,亚历山大藻可能还存在其他的毒性物质。 相似文献

岩藻聚糖硫酸酯低聚糖降压作用的初步研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
采用两肾—夹型建立肾血管性高血压大鼠模型。探讨岩藻聚糖硫酸酯低聚糖对肾血管性高血压大鼠的血压、呼吸及血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)含量的影响。用GY-6088型多道生理参数分析记录仪和张力传感器测定、记录血压和呼吸;用均相竞争法测定Ang Ⅱ的含量。实验表明,12.5,25,50mg/kg的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯低聚糖均能显著地降低肾血管性高血压大鼠的动脉血压。其中,高剂量(50mg/kg)的降压效果与14mg/kg的卡托普利相当;给药大鼠的呼吸频率随血压的变化呈正相关变化;12.5,25,50mg/kg剂量的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯低聚糖均能降低高血压大鼠血浆中Ang Ⅱ的含量。其中,高剂量(25,50mg/kg)组的Ang Ⅱ水平同卡托普利组(14mg/kg)相当。岩藻聚糖硫酸酯低聚糖对肾血管性高血压大鼠有显著的降压作用,抑制AngⅡ生成可能是其降压机制之一。 相似文献

The layered nature of natural soil must be considered in ground engineering. To this end, a ground finite layer method (FLM) based on extended patterns is proposed on the basis of the principles of traditional FLM. First, the displacement mode of the layer element uses the multiplication form of a quintic fully polynomial and double series. By superposing the calculated solutions of four symmetric loading patterns, the extended FLM can be used to analyze the mechanical state of ground under various types of loads. Second, the selection principles and methods for some important parameters of the extended FLM are established by analyzing and discussing the stress and displacement characteristics of ground loaded with vertical unit force. Finally, after a comparison with the solutions of classical analytical methods, such as the Boussinesq, Mindlin, and Cerruti formulae, the extended FLM is verified to be rational and accurate outside of the loading influence range. Thus, the proposed method will be easier to use in practice due to its adaptability to layered ground; however, its scope of influence and its mechanism near the loading position require further research. 相似文献

In order to harvest runoff to palliate water disaster as well as effectively manage irrigation and fertilizer application in the studied region, it is necessary to better understand the runoff processes. A newly designed runoff collection system for a plot scale was used to partition runoff under contrasting rainfall events into surface flow and subsurface flow to obtain characteristics of surface runoff and throughflow in a purple soil (Regosols in FAO taxonomy, Entisol in USDA taxonomy) of Sichuan, China. Under small rainfall (shower and drizzle), only surface runoff was observed. It is noted that, under shower, particularly with antecedent dry soil conditions, the highest peak surface runoff significantly lagged behind that of rainfall, because air‐locked soil pores of the top layer appeared temporally. Under rainstorm and downpour, surface runoff and throughflow both commenced and showed hysteresis. The hydrograph of surface runoff better resembled that of rainfall than throughflow did. The durations of throughflow discharge of post‐rainfall‐end were near the same (within 24 h) under various rainfalls and rather dependent upon the soil properties than the rainfall characteristics. Throughflow is about 60–90% of total runoff, and especially significant in a ploughed layer under downpour. The chloride concentration of throughflow was over twice that of surface runoff and rainfall, implying that throughflow contains more nutrients than surface runoff. Presumably, surface runoff was primarily governed by an infiltration‐excess or saturated excess‐infiltration mechanism under unsaturated or saturated soil conditions. Therefore, the management of water and fertilizer, and the harvesting of water flow in the ploughed soil layer, should be emphasized in this region. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Plasticity models written directly in terms of force and displacement are finding increased popularity in describing the behaviour of offshore foundations. However, when applied to the on-bottom stability analysis of pipelines under random storm loading, hundreds, if not thousands, of models must be incorporated with structural elements in a three-dimensional analysis and simultaneously solved. This necessitates extremely efficient and accurate numerical integration techniques. This paper scrutinizes constitutive integration algorithms within both explicit and implicit frameworks, and applies them to a two-surface mixed hardening model that describes the force–displacement behaviour of a pipe partially embedded in sand. Detailed solutions are provided, allowing implementation of the pipe–soil model into any standard structural finite-element program. Through use of practical examples, the efficiency and accuracy of the solution methods are assessed. 相似文献

Medium‐temperature ultrahigh pressure (MT‐UHP) eclogites from the south Dabie orogen, as represented by samples from the Jinheqiao, Shuanghe and Bixiling areas, consist of garnet, omphacite, phengite, epidote, hornblendic amphibole, quartz/coesite and rutile with or without kyanite and talc. Garnet is mostly anhedral and unzoned, but a few porphyroblasts are weakly zoned with core–mantle increasing grossular (Xgr) and decreasing pyrope (Xpy) contents. Garnet compositions are closely correlated with the bulk compositions. For instance, the Xpy and Xgr contents are positively correlated with the bulk MgO and CaO contents. Phengite is occasionally zoned with core–rim deceasing Si content, and phengite grains as inclusions in garnet show higher Si than in the matrix, suggesting differently resetting during post‐peak stages. The maximum Si contents are mostly 3.60–3.63 p.f.u. for the three areas. Pseudosections calculated using THERMOCALC suggest that the MT‐UHP eclogites should have a peak assemblage of garnet + omphacite + lawsonite + phengite + coesite in most rocks of higher MgO content. In this assemblage, the Xpy in garnet mostly depends on bulk compositions, whereas the Xgr in garnet and the Si contents in phengite regularly increase, respectively, as temperature and as pressure rise, and thus, can provide robust thermobarometric constraints. Using the Xgr and Si isopleths in pseudosections, the peak P–T conditions were estimated to be 40 kbar/730 °C for the Jinheqiao, 41 kbar/726 °C for the Shuanghe, and 37–52 kbar and 700–830 °C for the Bixiling eclogites. Some eclogites with higher FeO are predicted to have a peak assemblage of garnet + omphacite + coesite ± phengite without lawsonite, where the garnet and phengite compositions highly depend on bulk compositions and generally cannot give available thermobarometric constraints. Decompression of the eclogites with lawsonite in the peak stage is inferred to be accompanied with cooling and involves two stages: an early‐stage decompression is dominated by lawsonite dehydration, resulting in increase in the mode of anhydrous minerals, or further eclogitization, and formation of epidote porphyroblasts and kyanite‐bearing quartz veins in eclogite. As lawsonite dehydration can facilitate evolution of assemblages under fluid‐present conditions, it is difficult to recover real peak P–T conditions for UHP eclogites with lawsonite. This may be a reason why the P–T conditions estimated for eclogites using thermobarometers are mostly lower than those estimated for the coherent ultramafic rocks, and lower than those suggested from the inclusion assemblages in zircon from marble. A late‐stage decompression is dominated by formation of hornblendic amphibole and plagioclase with fluid infiltration. The lawsonite‐absent MT‐UHP eclogites have only experienced a decompression metamorphism corresponding to the later stage and generally lack the epidote overprinting. 相似文献
