深海沉积物地热探针贯入沉积物深度的探讨

针对新型自容式高精度深海沉积物地热探针贯入沉积物深度、插入过程的运动轨迹以及探针的稳定性问题,进行了深入研究,对探针的结构设计以及探针下放要求具有重要指导意义.     

Evaluating CEOP model performance with the observational data from Tongyu reference site, semi-arid region of China

Using data archived in the Coordinated Enhanced Observing Period (CEOP) project, comparisons between field observations undertaken at Tongyu CEOP reference site in China and model output from year 2003 to 2004 have been implemented, and in particular, the time series and diurnal cycles of precipitation, near-surface temperature, air temperature, and latent and sensible heat fluxes are presented. The results show that the ability of the model simulations on the temperatures, such as air temperature and the surface temperature, is satisfactory compared with the simulations on the land surface heat fluxes and the precipitation at Tongyu site. In addition, the multi-model ensemble exhibits better results over all items in comparison with the observations. The differences of the precipitation at the interannual and the seasonal time scales between the model results and observations indicate that some of the models are able to reproduce the larger amount of precipitation in 2003 than that in 2004, which is consistent with the trend of the observations at Tongyu site even though the mean square errors of models output calculated from daily precipitation during year 2003 and 2004 are even greater than the daily amount of the precipitation. The poor skill in the quantitative simulation of the precipitation indicates that the deficiency of the models in simulating the surface heat fluxes may be closely related to the biases of the precipitation simulations. In terms of the seasonal time series of the precipitation, there is an increase during summer, accompanied by the same increased trend of the latent heat flux and the decreased trend of the sensible heat flux from the insitu observations.

羌塘盆地北部马料山侏罗纪布曲组地层古生物及沉积环境

详细描述了羌塘盆地北部乌兰乌拉湖地区马料山侏罗系剖面,将剖面划分为雀莫错组、布曲组和夏里组3个岩石地层单位,其中布曲组出露齐全,化石丰富。根据沉积环境及相对海平面变化规律将布曲组划分为2个沉积层序,并讨论了各体系域特征。依据马料山剖面布曲组的生物组合及分布特征建立了1个双壳类生物组合带即Chlamystipperi-Protocardiastricklandi组合带,并细分为3个组合亚带,其时限为中侏罗世巴通期。     

Microbiota and Shelf Life of Whole and Gutted Pacific Saury(Cololabis saira) During Refrigerated Storage

Pacific saury(Cololabis saira)is usually sold as whole fish in wholesale markets,or in its gutted form which is easy for consumers to cook in retail markets.In order to assess the effect of gutting on the shelf life of Pacific saury during refrigerated storage and reveal the microbial community,fish samples grouped into(I)whole fish and(II)gutted fish were analyzed periodically for sensory,biochemical and microbiological characteristics,and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to investigate the microbiota.Results showed that the sensory score for the gutted fish became unacceptable on day 8,while the whole fish score remained acceptable for 10 days.The total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N)value of the gutted fish reached 30 mg N(100 g)^-1 on day 6,while that of the whole samples surpassed 30 mg N(100 g)^-1 on day 10.The thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS)value of the gutted fish got close to 5.0 mg kg^-1 on day 10,while that of the whole samples surpassed 5.0 mg kg^-1 on day 14.The aerobic plate colony counts(APCs)for the gutted and whole Pacific saury reached 7.0 log10 CFUg^-1 on days 6 and 10,respectively.Organoleptic,biochemical and microbiological analyses revealed that shelf-lives should be 6–8 days for gutted fish and 10 days for whole fish.Microbiota analysis results showed that gutting partly changed the initial microbiota,but didn't alter the dominant bacteria during storage.When the fish were spoiled,high proportion of Pseudomonadaceae was detected in both groups.     

海量国产高分辨率卫星影像优化处理研究

国产卫星影像以其快速获取、高分辨率、覆盖范围广等特点在城乡规划、资源管理、动态监测、应急保障、国防安全建设等都发挥了不可替代的作用。2018年山东省自然资源卫星应用技术中心成立,定向接受国家分发的高分一、高分二、资源三号为主的国产高分卫星数据,月平均接受十余批次,年接受数据量达到TB级别,处理后即可向省内各用户分发。国产卫星影像处理存在多个技术难点,如何高效处理国产高分辨率卫星影像是当前急需解决的问题。该文介绍了国产高分辨率的卫星数据及处理平台,对关键技术处理流程进行了机理研究,提出了基于影像预处理、空三加密、DEM成果等关键流程的优化方法,对优化前后的生产效率进行了统计分析,验证了快速处理高分辨率卫星影像的可靠性与高效性。     

不同城市规划用地类型的生态效应研究

城市发展过程中不同类型城市规划用地的建设活动会引起明显的生态效应差异,研究这种差异及其形成的原因对建设生态宜居城市具有重要意义。本文利用Landsat系列遥感影像,反演了福州市2009年和2013年的遥感生态指数（RSEI）,并结合国务院新近审批通过的福州市城市总体规划方案,对福州市建设活动较明显的5类城市规划用地的22个地块进行了研究,以揭示它们在建设前后所产生的生态质量变化情况。研究发现,2009-2013年5大类城市规划用地的生态质量均呈下降趋势,RSEI指数总体下降了近12%。其中,尤以工业用地生态退化最为严重,RSEI指数下降了18%。结果表明,植被、水体在建设中被破坏以及建筑不透水面的大量增加是导致这些城市规划用地生态质量下降的主要因素。

基于DOM规范的网页分析技术研究

基于DOM树模型进行网页建模,同时利用深度优先的递归算法对DOM树模型进行遍历.通过将HTML文档转换为DOM树,对其遍历后给树的节点唯一标号来对网页进行分析.为了更直观的分析网页结构还采用图形界面的形式来显示树型DOM文档.实验表明,提出的这种方法能够很好地分析Web页面标记的嵌套结构,并能准确地与转化成DOM树之后的嵌套结构相匹配,从而达到了精确的网页分析和网页节点定位的目的.     

Exopolysaccharide production by four cyanobacterial isolates and preliminary identification of these isolates

Four marine cyanobacterial isolates, named 104, 109, 113 and 115, from marine water off China＇s coast can release a large amount of exopolysaccharide （EPS） to medium. The effects of different components in medium on EPS production by the four isolates were investigated. Under the optimal condition, the EPS released by isolates 104,109, 113 and 115 reached 7.48 g L^-1, 8.33 g L^-1, 18.26 g L^-1, and 6.78 g L^-1 within 14 d,respectively. Based on the conventional identification methods for cyanobacteria,these isolates were assigned to genus Cyanothece.
