海洋循环经济评价指标体系研究

在阐明海洋循环经济内涵和外延的基础上,研究探讨了海洋循环经济评价指标体系的设计原则与设计方法,提出了由海洋企业循环经济评价指标体系、海洋生态工业园区循环经济评价指标体系和基于社会层面的海洋循环经济评价指标体系构成的海洋循环经济评价指标体系框架.     

养殖近江牡蛎致病弧茵的分离与鉴定

从广东省疫区患病近江牡蛎Crassostrea ariakensis消化盲囊及血液中分离纯化出10株细菌,人工注射感染实验发现其中3株细菌注射组死亡率显著高于对照组。3株细菌均为革兰氏阴性,短杆状,能运动。常规生理生化和Biolog细菌鉴定系统测试结果表明,菌株A3G-2与溶藻弧菌Vibrio alginolyticus亲缘关系最近,菌株A2G-5B与解蛋白弧菌V．proteolyticus亲缘关系最近,菌株B1X-1与鲨鱼弧菌V．carchariae亲缘关系最近。为了进一步确定它们的分类学地位,分别测定了3株弧菌的16S rDNA序列,分析相关细菌相应序列的同源性,并构建系统进化树。结果表明,菌株A3G-2与溶藻弧菌亲缘关系最近,菌株A2G-5B与解蛋白弧菌亲缘关系最近,菌株B1X-1与鲨鱼弧菌亲缘关系最近。因此菌株A3G-2、A2G-5B和BIX-1分别被鉴定为溶藻弧菌、解蛋白弧菌和鲨鱼弧菌。组织病理观察发现患病牡蛎主要受损器官是消化盲囊,表现为腺泡管内壁吸收细胞崩解脱落,管腔扩大,进而管壁解体,消化盲囊出现大面积受损。     

黄鳍棘鲷IGF-2基因克隆及IGF-1/2在胚胎发育过程中的表达特性分析

类胰岛素样生长因子（Insulin-like Growth Factors,IGFs）是生物生长轴下游的关键调控因子,其对促进细胞分化与机体生长具有重要的作用。为深入研究IGF-1和IGF-2基因在黄鳍棘鲷（Acanthopagrus latus）胚胎发育过程中表达机制及可能发挥的作用,本文利用分子克隆技术分离鉴定了黄鳍棘鲷IGF-2基因cDNA序列,并对其进行了生物信息学分析。同时,在对其胚胎发育过程连续观察的基础上,利用实时荧光定量PCR的方法,测定并分析了黄鳍棘鲷胚胎发育不同时期IGF-1和IGF-2基因m RNA的表达情况。实验结果表明,IGF-2基因cDNA序列全长为1 736 bp,其中开放阅读框648 bp,共编码215个氨基酸。多重序列比对分析发现,黄鳍棘鲷IGF-2氨基酸序列与同属鲷科鱼类的大西洋鲷（Sparus aurata）相似性为99.95%,与三长棘赤鲷（Pagrus auriga）相似性为98.14%,与其他硬骨鱼类的IGF-2也有较高的相似性,显示出IGF-2在硬骨鱼类进化关系上的保守性。在水温为（26.5±0.5）℃,p H为8.0和盐度为28的条件下,...     

A study of internal solitary waves observed on the continental shelf in the northwestern South China Sea

Based on in-situ time series data from the acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) and thermistor chain in Wenchang area, a sequence of internal solitary wave (ISW) packets was observed in September 2005, propagating northwest on the continental shelf of the northwestern South China Sea (SCS). Corresponding to different stratification of the water column and tidal condition, both elevation and depression ISWs were observed at the same mooring location with amplitude of 35 m and 25 m respectively in different days. Regular arrival of the remarkable ISW packets at approximately the diurnal tidal period and the dominance of diurnal internal waves in the study area, strongly suggest that the main energy source of the waves is the diurnal tide. Notice that the wave packets were all riding on the troughs and shoulders of the internal tides, they were probably generated locally from the shelf break by the evolution of the internal tides due to nonlinear and dispersive effects.     

Seasonal variations of phytoplankton diversity in the Coleroon coastal waters, southeast coast of India

The results of an investigation carried out during June 2005 to May 2007 on physico-chemical parameters,species composition and community structure of phytoplankton including Chlorophyll a(Chl-a) at the Coleroon coastal waters(Southeast coast of India) are reported.Air and surface water temperatures(°C) varied from 25.1 to 30.1 and from 24.5 to 28.5 respectively.Salinity values varied from 6 to 28.5 and the pH ranged between 7.0 and 8.3.Variation in dissolved oxygen content was from 3.1 to 7.5 mg/dm-3 while the light extinction coefficient values(LEC) ranged between 3.1 and 10.1 cm.The ranges of inorganic nutrients(μmol/dm-3) viz.,nitrate,nitrite,phosphate and silicate were 10.1-23.4,1.2-8.9,0.2-3.1 and 55-125,respectively.The ranges of Chlorophyll a(μg/dm-3) values was 2.0-7.5.Presently,124 phytoplankton species representing different classes viz:Bacillariophyceae(77),Dinophyceae(19),Cyanophyceae(15),Chlorophyceae(10) and Chrysophyceae(3) were recorded.The phytoplankton cell abundance varied from 0.290 to 111.662 cells/cm-3,with peak diversity(3.38 bits/ind.) during summer season.The maximum abundance was found during summer season coinciding with the stable hydrographical conditions.The seasonal distribution and abundance of phytoplankton are discussed in relation to hydrographical parameters.Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) was applied in this paper for discriminating environmental factors having effect on phytoplankton community at species level.Coleroon coastal water is subjected to long term fluctuations in physico-chemical parameters depending upon the seasonal tidal amplitude and freshwater influx resulting in a continuous exchange of organic,inorganic,plant and animal matters.     

无居民海岛开发的和谐点研究——舟山凤凰岛和谐开发的实例分析

文章阐述了我国无居民海岛开发的意义,指出当前我国无居民海岛开发的不和谐现象,并以舟山凤凰岛的和谐开发模式为例,对无居民海岛开发模式进行实证分析。通过实证分析,笔者提出了无居民海岛开发的和谐观点,即:注重生态和谐、发展和谐、区域和谐及人际和谐的统一。

Geochemistry and Petrogenesis of Late Ediacaran Rare-metalAlbite Granites of the Arabian-Nubian Shield

The Abu Dabbab albite granite(ADAG), in the central Eastern Desert of Egypt, hosts the most significant rare metal ore deposit in the northern part of the Neoproterozoic Arabian-Nubian Shield. Here, we report detailed field,petrographic, mineralogical and geochemical investigation of the ADAG, an isolated stock-like granitic body with sharp intrusive contacts against metamorphic country rocks, probably emplaced at about 600 Ma. The fine-grained porphyritic upper unit is a preserved remnant of the shallowly-emplaced apex of the magma chamber, whereas the medium-grained lower unit crystallized at deeper levels under subvolcanic conditions. The peraluminous leucocratic ADAG shares common geochemical characteristics with post-collisional intraplate A-type magmas. In addition to the conspicuous enrichment in Na2 O, the ADAG is remarkable for its anomalous concentrations of Ta, Nb, Li, Hf, Ga, Sn, Zn and heavy rare-earth elements. Nb-Ta minerals in the ADAG are mixed with Fe-Mn oxides, forming black patches that increase in abundance toward of the base of the intrusion. Columbite-tantalite, cassiterite and wolframite are the most important ore minerals.Pronounced negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu* = 0.10–0.24) reflect extreme magmatic fractionation and perhaps the effects of late fluid-rock interaction. The ADAG was most likely generated by partial melting of the juvenile middle crust of the ANS as the geotherm was elevated by erosional uplift following lithospheric delamination and it was emplaced at the intersection of lineations of structural weakness. Although formation of the ADAG and its primary enrichment in rare metals are essentially due to magmatic processes, late-stage metasomatism caused limited redistribution of rare metals. Fluid-driven subsolidus modification was limited to the apex of the magma chamber and drove development of greisen, amazonite, and quartz veins along fracture systems.
