The paper presents lead isotope data from 211 samples from Phanerozoic lead-bearing ore occurrences in Central Europe, particularly from the Southern part of the former German Democratic Republic. The data are interpreted in terms of Amov's dynamic model of continuous lead isotope evolution. The relationships between thoro-genic and urano-genic model ages and the source of lead in different regional units are discussed. We observed differences in lead isotope evolution in the Hercynian internides and externides. Within the Moldanubian and Saxothuringian zones we distinguish five main lead-bearing ore associations: (1) Cambrian, stratiform base metal (Hermsdorf-Waldsassen; 206Pb/ 204Pb=17.50–17.70), (2) Devonian, vein type Sb-bearing, metamorphogene (neumühle-Hartmannsdorf; 17.80–18.00), (3) Upper Carboniferous-Permian, polymetallic, including tin, vein type (Kutna hora-Freiberg-Altenberg; 18.00–18.20), (4) Triassic (-Jurassic), Pb–Ba, vein type (Stibro-Halsbrücke; 18.20–18.60), (5) Cenozoic, polymetallic, vein type, riftogene (Roztoky-Banska tiavnica; 18.80–19.10). Pb isotope characteristics from ores of the Montagne Noire and the Brioude-Massiac district correspond to this subdivision. Ore associations from the Rheno-Hercynian zone display higher 207Pb/204Pb ratios which can be explained by more evolved and less metamorphosed source rocks. Mineralizations of the eastern Harz (Straßberg-Neudorf) belong to the Permian association, those from the western Harz (Clausthal-Bad Grund) to the Triassic-Jurassic. Because of Pb isotope agreement the stratabound Rammelsberg and the vein bound Ramsbeck-I mineralization are presumed to be isogenetic. Pb isotope identity of distinct mineralizations in the basement zone (Halsbrücke-Bad Grund) and in the Triassic sediments (Gorny Slask-Mechernich-Bleiglanzbänke) suggests a strong genetic coherence. Pb isotope conformity between the Upper Carboniferous-Permian-Triassic ore associations and Hercynian postkinematic granitoids, and lamprophyric rocks, also favours a close relationship. Pb isotope and other data indicate crustal sources. As the age of the ore associations decreases, crustal influences generally increase, apart from the Roztoky mineralization.  相似文献

The surface distribution of M stars is studied by differentiating them according to whether they show a circumstellar dust shell (CS) or not. Analysis shows that galactic latitudinal and longitudinal distributions are not determined by spectral subclasses alone. The study also indicates that M-type stars with CS have higher luminosities in the K band than those without CS. The M stars used in the study are obtained from theTwo-Micron Sky-Survey Catalogue (IRC) which is a most unbiased sample with respect to the interstellar extinction. The CS feature is identified by the ratio of flux densities at 12 and 25 m in the IRAS point source catalog.  相似文献

We report and discuss solar systemN R abundances for nuclidesA>70, obtained as differences between measured solar system abundances and calculatedS-process contributions. The abundance peak atA163 in the rare Earth element region reveals properties which are similar to those of theR-process peaks corresponding to magic neutron numbersN=82 andN=126. We observe that systematic differences in theN R abundances of even-A and odd-A nuclides are restricted to specific mass regions. We discuss possible interpretations and conclude that these differences are most probably related to the properties of nuclear species during to the stability valley.... A genesis of the elements such as is sketched out would not be confined to our little Solar System, but would probably follow the same general sequence of events in every center of energy now visible as a Star. Formulae containing the elements of the variational matrix are obtained which determine the linear isoenergetic stability parameters of three-dimensional periodic orbits of the general three-boy problem. This requires the numerical integration of the variational equations but produces the stability parameters with the effective accuracy of the numerical integration. The conditions for stability, criticality, and bifurcations are briefly examined and the stability determination procedure is tested in the determination of some three-dimensional periodic orbits of low inclination bifurcating from vertical-critical coplanar orbits.  相似文献

The continuum energy distribution of six Be stars, namely 25 Cyg, 31 Peg, HR 8758, 14 Lac, 12 Vul, and Psc, in the wavelength region 3200–7800 Å, are presented. Comparing the observed energy distributions with those of theoretical models given by Kurucz (1979), their effective temperatures are determined.A near-infrared excess emission at wavelengths above 6000 Å is seen in most of the stars.  相似文献

The microorganism model of interstellar grains is investigated by spectroscopy from the infrared (IR), visible to the ultraviolet (UV) wave regions.E. coli, yeast and spores ofBacillus subtilis exhibit absorption bands at =3.1 and 9.7 m; they also exhibit several absorptions at 68 m which are in agreement with the observed IS extinction curves.To obtain the extinction curves in the visible and UV regions, dry films of microorganism are prepared on a MgF2 plate or synthesized quartz plate and their spectra measured. In the wavelength region 190400 nm, conventional spectrophotometers are adopted for the measurement. The extinction curve of the film ofE. coli is similar to the observed IS curve.For the wave-range 100<<400 nm, a vacuum UV spectrometer is adopted to avoid absorptions due to O2 in the atmosphere. The extinction spectra by this method are in agreement with the result obtained by the conventional method where comparison is possible. The extinction curves ofE. coli and yeast are such that they incrase towards the short wavelength and exhibit a peak at -190 nm, which is different from the well-known IS peak at =220 nm. It remains to be seen whether interstellar low temperatures (1040 K) can shift the peak position in the extinction curve of biochemical materials.  相似文献

A self-similar solution to the problem of the implosion of a cylindrical shock wave in the presence of a magnetic field has been investigated. A strong shock wave in a cylindrically-symmetric flow travels to the axis of symmetry through a gas of uniform initial density 0 and zero-pressure. A comparative study has been made between the results obtained in ordinary gasdynamics and magnetogasdynamics with transverse and axial components of the magnetic field. The value of similarity exponent has been assigned from that found in the paper of Whitham (1958).  相似文献

In this paper the unsteady laminar free-convection flow of a viscous incompressible fluid, past an accelerated infinite vertical porous plate subjected to a constant suction (or injection) in considered. Numerical results for the skin-friction on the plate are obtained for the class of accelerated motions whose velocity is of the formU 0 t n wheret is time,U 0 a constant, andn is a positive integer. The production of X-rays and gamma-rays in bursts is believed to be due to the rapid burning of matter accreted onto a neutron star surface from its companion, most probably a giant star. The accreted matter consists mainly of hydrogen and helium and a very small amount of heavy elements. Due to the infall of matter, the temperature at the bottom layers is raised to a value of the order of 108 K. The neutron star surface density is>107 g cm–3. As hydrogen burning is a slow process under any temperature and density conditions, we consider the helium-burning reactions as the source of gamma-rays in the neutron star surface. Under high-density conditions the ordinary laboratory reaction rates should become modified. At high-density conditions, the strong screening effect due to the polarising cloud of electrons around the ions become important and enhances the reaction rates considerably. The helium-burning reactions are calculated under such conditions. The abundances of helium-burning products such as12C, 116O, and20Ne, etc., are computed. Under high-density and temperature conditions carbon is found to be more abundant than oxygen. Neon is completely absent in almost all the relevant physical conditions in which a strong screening effect is operative. It is suggested that explosive burning of accreted helium of 10–13 M will account for the observed energy of gamm-ray burst.  相似文献
