The results of the Cosmos-900 satellite observ ations of plasma density inhomogeneities in the geomagnetic equator region
and the longitudinal distributions of the equatorial spread-F, according to the Intercosmos-19 satellite data are presented. It is show n that the dependence of radiosignal propagation
in the ionosphere on geophysical parameters is related to development of the electrostatic instability of the inhomo-geneous
ionospheric plasma. The longitudinal dependence of the spread-F, can reflect the influence of the energetic sources, located outside the ionospheric layer that scatters a radio pulse, on
the ionosphere. The manifestation of the longitudinal effect in the equatorial spread-F, in the Atlantic region can be explained by the influence of the cone instability on the plasma electrodynamics in the South

U-Pb (SHRIMP) isotope dating of magmatic complexes of tungsten ore-magmatic systems (OMSs) resulted in a conclusion about
the close age (103–105 Ma) of their formation in the magmatic rock masses from the Tatibinsk plutonic series whose location
is controlled by the Sikhote-Alin’ strike-slip fault system. The OMSs are formed within the zones of strike-slip fault extensions
(“windows”) dipping into the mantle, which establishes the conditions for the participation of deep fluids in the generation
of melts at the level of crustal-mantle interaction. The new data from the study of the isotope composition of helium in the
fluid inclusions showed that the content of mantle helium in ores of tungsten OMSs is approximately 10%. 相似文献

Flow resistance, ventilation, and pollutant removal for idealized two-dimensional (2D) street canyons of different building-height to street-width (aspect) ratios $AR$ are examined using the friction factor $f$ , air exchange rate (ACH), and pollutant exchange rate (PCH), respectively, calculated by large-eddy simulation (LES). The flows are basically classified into three characteristic regimes, namely isolated roughness, wake interference, and skimming flow, as functions of the aspect ratios. The LES results are validated by various experimental and numerical datasets available in the literature. The friction factor increases with decreasing aspect ratio and reaches a peak at $AR = 0.1$ in the isolated roughness regime and decreases thereafter. As with the friction factor, the ACH increases with decreasing aspect ratio in the wake interference and skimming flow regimes, signifying the improved aged air removal for a wider street canyon. The PCH exhibits a behaviour different from its ACH counterpart in the range of aspect ratios tested. Pollutants are most effectively removed from the street canyon with $AR = 0.5$ . However, a minimum of PCH is found nearby at $AR = 0.3$ , at which the pollutant removal is sharply weakened. Besides, the ACH and PCH are partitioned into the mean and turbulent components to compare their relative contributions. In line with our earlier Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes calculations (Liu et al., Atmos Environ 45:4763–4769, 2011), the current LES shows that the turbulent components contribute more to both ACH and PCH, consistently demonstrating the importance of atmospheric turbulence in the ventilation and pollutant removal for urban areas. 相似文献

The possibility of magnetogravity wave (MGW) propagation in the equatorial ionosphere taking into account the finite conductivity is analyzed. The dispersion relation shows the existence of two propagating MGW modes in ionospheric layer F2: high-frequency (HF MGW) and low frequency (LF MGW). The dispersion relations for them are executed and the characteristic frequencies and propagation velocities are determined. In this part of research the spectral features of disturbances in components of environment displacement for HF MGW, generated by a mass source, is carried out. The results are applied to estimate the values of density, pressure and magnetic field spectral components of magnetogravity disturbances caused by horizontal meteor sweep. They may be useful in the analysis of ionospheric disturbances excited by high energy geophysical sources. 相似文献

A robust satellite data analysis technique (RAT) has been recently proposed as a suitable tool for satellite TIR surveys in seismically active regions and already successfully tested in different cases of earthquakes (both high and medium–low magnitudes).In this paper, the efficiency and the potentialities of the RAT technique have been tested even when it is applied to a wide area with extremely variable topography, land coverage and climatic characteristics (the whole Indian subcontinent). Bhuj–Gujarat's earthquake (occurred on 26th January 2001, MS 7.9) has been considered as a test case in the validation phase, while a relatively unperturbed period (no earthquakes with MS ≥ 5, in the same region and in the same period) has been analyzed for confutation purposes. To this aim, 6 years of Meteosat-5 TIR observations have been processed for the characterization of the TIR signal behaviour at each specific observation time and location.The anomalous TIR values, detected by RAT, have been evaluated in terms of time–space persistence in order to establish the existence of actually significant anomalous transients. The results indicate that the studied area was affected by significant positive thermal anomalies which were identified, at different intensity levels, not far from the Gujarat coast (since 15th January, but with a clearer evidence on 22nd January) and near the epicentral area (mainly on 21st January). On 25th January (1 day before Gujarat's earthquake) significant TIR anomalies appear on the Northern Indian subcontinent, showing a remarkable coincidence with the principal tectonic lineaments of the region (thrust Himalayan boundary).On the other hand, the results of the confutation analysis indicate that no meaningful TIR anomalies appear in the absence of seismic events with MS ≥ 5. 相似文献
