西昌昔格达组主要由杂色水平纹层状粘土(岩)及粉细砂(岩)构成,偶夹砂卵石层,以水平层理为主,粉细砂层中偶见交错层理。粘土(岩)的成岩程度高于粉细砂(岩),但后者中含有完全成岩的粉细砂岩条带。粘土(岩)由27%~35%的绿泥石、18%~26%的绢云母、27%~35%的石英和13%~20%的斜长石组成,其Al2O3/SiO2仅为0.15,远低于攀枝花及大渡河富林昔格达组粘土(岩)和一般粘土。粉细砂(岩)的碎屑物主要由石英、长石和岩屑组成,平均含量分别为27%,49%和25%。昔格达组所夹卵石层分选很差,最大卵石粒径6cm,含有昔格达组粘土岩和粉细砂碎块及强风化石英闪长岩和泥质粉砂岩碎块。昔格达组自身及所夹卵石层的矿物及化学成分表明,其物源区以物理风化为主,碎屑物质搬运距离近、堆积迅速,区内有玄武岩、石英闪长岩、花岗岩、流纹岩及斑流岩、石灰岩、砂岩、粉砂岩、泥质粉砂岩及片岩、千枚岩、变砂岩等浅变质岩出露。安宁河流域黄连关以北段不仅具备西昌昔格达组物源区的地质环境特征,而且具有补给西昌昔格达湖盆的物源储备,昔格达组自身及所夹卵石层中已经识别出的矿物碎屑、岩屑及卵石在区内都有分布。西昌昔格达组形成于安宁河之后,其沉积环境应为安宁河局部下陷形成的断陷湖盆,沉积物来源具有很强的局地性。  相似文献

针对慈利县重点区域进行了农作物富硒程度专项调查,通过建立湖南省相关农作物富硒标准,发现采集的十种农作物中大部分达到富硒标准,其中油菜、水稻、玉米等硒平均含量最高,分别达到0.285mg/kg、0.136 mg/kg以及0.118 mg/kg。通过对比根系土硒含量,研究了十种作物硒富集规律,得出了各农作物硒富集系数,油菜硒富集能力最强,其次为大豆、大蒜。针对慈利县土壤、农作物含硒量特征提出了慈利县富硒农业发展的建议。  相似文献

Remote sensing technique has played an important role in land use dynamic monitoring, but as for the land use dynamic monitoring at county level, traditional remote sensing methods such as satellite imagery visual interpretation and computer classification can not meet its demand for accuracy. The result of 1: 10 000 land use investigation map has high accuracy, but this method can not be used to dynamically monitor the land use because of its big expenses, long period and difficulty in updating data. In this paper, the characteristics of physiognomy, climate and the status of land use in Dehui County are taken into consideration and a set of method, which takes use of 3S techniques and applies to Northeast China Plain, is come up with. When the land use type of a land parcel changed as a whole, the date updating can be make by changing its land type ID in the attribute table in a GIS. When the land use type of an irregular area changed, GPS receivers are used to position its border. This set of method is characteristic of high accuracy and low expenses. It gets the information of land use change timely and can be used to dynamically monitor the land use. A total of 69 strains of thermophilic bacteria were isolated from water, soil and sediment samples from three Indonesia’s hot spring areas (Pantai cermin, Kalianda and Banyu wedang) by using Minimal Synthetic Medium (MSM). The extreme thermophile Brevibacillus sp. PLI-1 was found to produce extracellular thermophilic alkaline protease with optimal activity at 70℃ and pH 8.0-9.0. The molecular weight of the protease was estimated to be around 56 kD by SDS-PAGE. The maximum activity of the protease was 26.54 U mL-1. The protease activity did not decrease after 30 min and still retained more than 70% of relative activity after 60 min at 70℃ and pH 8.0. The ion Mg2+ was found to promote protease activity at both low and high concentrations, whereas Cu2+ and Zn2+ could almost completely inhibit the activity. Divalent cation chelator EDTA inhibited the enzyme activity by 55.06% ± 0.27%, while the inhibition caused by PMSF, Leupeptin, Pepstain A and Benzamidine were 66.78% ± 3.25%, 52.37% ± 0.25%, 62.47% ± 2.96% and 50.99% ± 0.24%, respectively. Based on these observations, the enzyme activity was conspicuously sensitive to the serine and cysteine protease inhibitors. All these results indicated that the protease isolated from the strain PLI-1 was a thermophilic protease and had a high-temperature stability and a pH stability.  相似文献

Acrochaete leptochaete (Huber) Nielsen (Chaetophoraceae, Chlorophyta) was isolated from the macroalgae Chaetomorpha collected from intertidal pools in Rongcheng, Shandong, China. 18S rDNA combined with ITS regions were used to ascertain the morphological identification of the isolated material. Based on the unialgal culture, asexual reproduction and growth characteristics of A. leptochaete were investigated over wide ranges of temperature and irradiance. Results revealed that asexual reproduction of A. leptochaete could be realized by biflagellate zoospores. The zoospores germinated directly to give self- replicating generations. Zoospore germination was bipolar. A temperature range from 13-21°C and a lower irradiance of 36 μmol/(m2·s) were most favorable for the growth of A. leptochaete. Thallus organization, an important taxonomic criterion for the genus Acrochaete, was affected markedly by temperature and irradiance. Our results extend the knowledge about the species’ general biology and its morphological plasticity. For classification and identification of a simple microphytic algae like A. leptochaete, which are traditionally placed in the class Chaetophoraceae, we propose that molecular tools associated with culture observations are applied.  相似文献

Little is known about the genome of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). To address this, we conducted BAC (bacterial artificial chromosome) end sequencing of L. vannamei. We selected and sequenced 7 812 BAC clones from the BAC library LvHE from the two ends of the inserts by Sanger sequencing. After trimming and quality filtering, 11 279 BAC end sequences (BESs) including 4 609 paired- ends BESs were obtained. The total length of the BESs was 4 340 753 bp, representing 0.18% of the L. vannamei haploid genome. The lengths of the BESs ranged from 100 bp to 660 bp with an average length of 385 bp. Analysis of the BESs indicated that the L. vannamei genome is AT-rich and that the primary repeats patterns were simple sequence repeats (SSRs) and low complexity sequences. Dinucleotide and hexanucleotide repeats were the most common SSR types in the BESs. The most abundant transposable element was gypsy, which may contribute to the generation of the large genome size of L. vannamei. We successfully annotated 4 519 BESs by BLAST searching, including genes involved in immunity and sex determination. Our results provide an important resource for functional gene studies, map construction and integration, and complete genome assembly for this species.  相似文献
