山东玲珑花岗质岩体侵位机制

玲珑花岗质复式岩体位于山东半岛西北部,为一著名的中侏罗世侵入岩体．重力异常的反演模拟证明该岩体为一席状岩基,厚度小于 １０ ｋｍ,缓倾于中国东部郯庐断裂带之下．由野外面理研究和岩体磁各向异性的研究所获得的磁面理与磁线理资料表明,面理在岩体中部主要是缓倾斜的,磁线理主要是平行于朝着郯庐断裂的岩体的倾向分布,线理的定向是岩浆在沿边掩断层流动升到浅部的过程中形成的．据推断玲珑复式岩体可能是郯庐断裂内地壳局部熔融而成的,岩浆沿一条缓倾斜的部庐分支断裂而向上侵位,以张性岩墙扩展式为其主要的侵位机制．     

金是通过什么方式搬运与沉淀的

数十年来,金在不同的地质作用过程中的迁移与沉淀机理一直是许多矿床地质学家和地球化学家们争论的焦点。根据最近的地质与地球化学研究,对如下几个问题进行了探讨:(1)什么样的含水络合物最有利于金的迁移与搬运;(2)为什么金富集在脉型矿床中;(3)在什么样的物理-化学条件下,金的含水络合物可以得到充分溶解;(4)为什么绝大多数金矿床的形成范围集中在340℃~400℃.在热液成矿流体中,金可能是以AuHS(H₂S)₃⁰形式进行迁移,温度的降低会使溶液中90%的金沉淀,这能够解释这些含金石英脉为什么形成在一个很窄的温度范围内.     

腾格里沙漠区盐湖物质成分研究

腾格里沙漠面积广阔 ,区内分布着数十个盐湖 ,盐湖面积大的为十余平方千米 ,小的仅为 0 .0 18km2 。盐湖卤水主要为湖表卤水 ,其矿化度较高 ,大部分盐湖卤水含盐量已达饱和 ,因而进入了自析盐阶段。盐湖卤水化学成分以 Na+ 、K+ 、Cl-、SO4 2 -、HCO3 -、CO3 2 -为主 ,占卤水总含盐量的 99% ,卤水中还有 B2 O3 、L i、I、Br等微量元素。盐湖盐类沉积有碳酸盐类、硫酸盐类和氯化物型盐类、主要盐类矿物为芒硝、钾芒硝、天然碱、泡碱、碳钾钠矾、石盐等。盐湖粘土矿物组合以蒙脱石的普遍存在为特征 ,含有少量的伊利石和水云母。     

一维游标位敏阳极光子计数探测器

Ursa盆地水深1000m,位于密西西比峡谷的东部隆起上,是研究大型无震滑坡现象的超级天然实验室。近期的研究表明,本地区有记载的地震活动有可能是由浅层重力滑动而不是深层构造作用导致的。在Ursa盆地,块体运移沉积物广泛存在,其时空关系在多波束以及地震反射资料中都有显示。2005年6月,综合大洋钻探项目（IODP）308航次在靠近全新世大滑坡以及泥火山型流体溢出构造附近钻了三个孔,钻穿了更新世-全新世一系列块体运移沉积物,采集了这几个钻孔的测井、沉积学以及土工资料,     

A techno-economic analysis of aquaculture business in Ogun State,Nigeria

Fish supplies 25% of the total protein source in developing countries. A techno-economic analysis was performed for developing a good business proposal for aquaculture loans to enhance aquaculture development in Nigeria. A case study of catfish Clarias gariepinus framing was conducted in Abeokuta North Local Government of Ogun State, Nigeria. The results show that the fixed cost is N18 338 per year, and the variable cost is N459 700 per year, accounting for the largest amount of the total; therefore, a profit of N43 289 per month can be made. Sensitivity analysis was performed to assess any risk(s) that associated with unfavorable changes in government policy with particular reference to monetary policy. Positive net present value shows that the investment in fish farm is economically feasible and the net investment ratio is 3.52. Also, the benefit-cost ratio is 2.17. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 21% showing that the enterprise is able to offset the interest being charged on the loan. It is therefore worthwhile to invest into fish farm business in the study area. The study suggests that to better sustain the local aquaculture business, the government should create a good conducive environment to foster development of the fish farming. Government intervention is urgently needed to solve problems such as in traditional land tenure, grant credit facilities and subsidies, to enhance the aquacultural development in the country.     

Effects of oxidative stress on protein thiols and disulphides in Mytilus edulis revealed by proteomics: actin and protein disulphide isomerase are redox targets

Many proteins contain cysteines which are sensitive to oxidation. This is sometimes reversible through interaction with glutathione, glutaredoxin or thioredoxin systems making these proteins potential sensors of oxidative stress. In this study we analysed whether there was an increase in mixed disulphide bond (-S-S-) formation in the blue mussel Mytilus edulis in response to menadione. This was achieved by initially blocking reduced thiols with N-ethylmaleimide, -S-S- were then reduced with dithiothreitol (DTT) and labelled with 5-iodoacetamidofluorescein (5-IAF). Free -SHs were also labelled directly with 5-IAF. Separations were performed on 1D or 2D SDS PAGE and images analysed. There was an increase in -S-S- in response to menadione and detection of changes in oxidised proteins was easier than that of changes in the amount of reduced proteins. Protein disulphide isomerase (PDI) was labelled both as -SH and -S-S-, underlining its involvement in the redox status of the animal. A glutathione transferase (GST P1-1) forms an inter-chain disulphide bridge in response to menadione.
