The effect of light intensity ( 1500 Ix and 5000 Ix) on the total lipid and fatty acid composition of six strains of marine diatoms Cylindrotheca fusiformis (B211 ), Phaeodactylum tricornutum (Bl14, Bl18 and B221) Nitzschia closterium (B222) and Chaetoceros gracilis (B13) was investigated.The total lipids of B13, Bl14, and B211 grown at 5000 Ix were lower than those grown at 1500 Ix. No evident changes were observed in Bl18, B221 and B222. Fatty acid composition changed considerably at different light intensity although no consistent correlation between the relative proportion of a single FA and light intensity. The major fatty acids of the 6 strains were 14:0, 16:0, 16:l(n- 7) and 20:5(n-3) . Cylindrothecafusiformis had high percentage of 20:4n - 6 (9.2 - 10.9% ) . The total polyunsaturated fatty acid /rl all 6 strains decreased with increasing light intensity. The percentage of the highly unsaturated fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) decreased with increasing light intensity in all strains except Chaetoceros gracilis. 相似文献

十四株海洋微藻脂肪酸组成的研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
对 4个门的 14株 (红藻门 8株 ,甲藻门 1株 ,隐藻门 2株 ,绿藻门 3株 )海洋微藻进行了脂肪酸含量测定 ,微藻在确定的条件下生长 ,指数生长末期收获。结果表明 ,各门的微藻都有其独特的脂肪酸特征 :红藻中含有大量的 2 0 :4 n- 6和 2 0 :5n- 3,其中紫球藻 R2 5含量最高 ,占总脂肪酸的4 9.8% (AA占总脂肪酸的 2 0 .5% ,EPA占总脂肪酸的 2 9.3% )。隐藻的主要脂肪酸是 16 :0、18:1n- 9、18:3n- 3、18:4 n- 3、2 0 :5n- 3、2 2 :5n- 3。与其它甲藻有别的虫黄藻 ,18:4 n- 3含量很少并且不含EPA,其主要合成的是 16 :0、18:1n- 9和 2 2 :6 n- 3。 C16和 C18的不饱和脂肪酸是本实验研究的 3株绿藻的主要脂肪酸 相似文献

2003年“雪龙号”北极科学考察期间,对沿途海洋大气进行采样,分析其中气相多环芳烃的空间分布。结果显示,气相中主要是2-4环的多环芳烃,其中菲为主要的化合物,平均占到总多环芳烃的55.1%。在整个航程的广泛区域尺度内,气相总多环芳烃浓度在1043.9-92993.1pg/m3。空间分布上,远东亚的海面>北太平洋海面>北极圈以内海面;总多环芳烃的浓度随纬度升高呈现显著降低的趋势。通过Clausius-Clapeyron方程对浓度和温度相互关系的分析表明,温度是控制气相多环芳烃长距离传输的主要因素。 相似文献

The microprobe EDXRF equipment was used for analysis of the major and trace elements in glaze layer-transitive layer-body layer of the celadon from the Altar Yao (Kiln) and Laohudong Yao in the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279 A.D.), Zhejiang, China. The K values of the discriminant factor for the celadon wares are larger than 8, which means the celadon of the Altar Yao and Laohudong Yao are different from that of the Longquan Yao. The former two belong to the Guan Yao system (the Chinese imperial kilns), but the latter to the Min Yao system (the Chinese popular kilns). The principle component analysis shows their relationship between the Altar and Laohudong wares with provenance postulation. The thickness of the transitive layer in the Altar and Laohudong wares is obviously different, which reveals the microstructure characteristics of the celadon even though both kinds of wares belong to the imperial kiln system. 相似文献

Growth and feed efficiency of juvenile shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei fed formulated diets containing different levels of poultry by-product meal 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the potential of poultry by-product meal (PBM) as a protein source in the culture ofLitopenaeus vannamei. Seven isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to near to commercial diet with about 40% protein and 7.5% lipid. Fish meal was replaced by 0, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 100% of PBM (diets 1-7). The diet with 100% fish meal was used as a control (diet 1). Post-larvae were reared in an indoor semi-closed re-circulating system. Each dietary treatment was tested in 4 replicate tanks (260 L) of 40 shrimp, arranged in a completely randomized design. The shrimps were hand-fed for three times a day to near-satiation (0700, 1200 and 1800) for 60d. Percentage weight gain, survival, feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER) and body composition of shrimps were measured. There were no significant differences (P>0.05) in growth performance among shrimps fed diets 1-5 (0-60% fish meal replacement). However, shrimps fed diet 7 (100% fish meal replacement) had significantly lower (P<0.05) growth than those fed diets 1-5 (0-60% fish meal replacement). Shrimp fed diets 2-4 (30%-50% fish meal replacement) showed significantly higher growth than those fed diets 6 and 7 (70% and 100% fish meal replacement, respectively). Survival ranged from 94.7% to 100.0% and did not differ significantly (P>0.05) among different experimental diets. No differences in body composition were found among shrimps fed different diets. These results showed that up to 70% of fish meal protein can be replaced by PBM without adversely affecting the growth, survival, FCR, PER and body composition of Litopenaeus vannamei. 相似文献

研究β-1,3/1,6-D-glucan及不同投喂方式对中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)幼体的存活、生长、发育、非特异性免疫及抗副溶血弧菌能力的影响.将β-glucan以0.25%的剂量添加到微黏合饲料中,以不同的投喂方式投喂对虾幼体,即D0(一直投喂基础饲料);D1(一直投喂含0.25%β-葡聚糖饲料);3D1-3D0(3 d投喂含0.25%β-葡聚糖的饲料-3 d投喂基础饲料);1D1-3D0(1 d投喂含0.25%β-葡聚糖的饲料-3 d投喂基础饲料),共4个处理,每个处理随机设置3个重复,对虾幼体养殖于可控温的半开放系统中,每个养殖桶中盛有50 L盐度为30~32消毒海水,养殖密度为100尾/L.实验结果表明,在孵化后14 d,投喂D1饲料组在总存活率,变态指数,体长,特定生长率方面均高于其它各组,虽然有时差异不显著.在免疫指标方面,在9和14 dph分别进行了酚氧化酶(PO)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力的测定,结果表明,投喂D1饲料组的4个免疫指标均高于其它3组,虽然有时差异不显著.在14 dph的攻毒实验结果表明,对照组的累积死亡率显著高于D1组(P<0.05),而1D1-3D0和3D1-3D0的累积死亡率则与其它各组均不显著.实验结果表明,间隔投喂方式并不适合于对虾幼体,在中国明对虾幼体饲料中使用β-葡聚糖时,建议添加量为0.25%,并采用一直投喂的方式. 相似文献

采用单因素实验设计研究饲料中分别添加6种不同糖源(糊精、糊化小麦淀粉、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉)对皱纹盘鲍甘油三酯、胆固醇及脂肪酸含量的影响.实验共设6个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复放养30只鲍,壳长:(29.98±0.09)mm,体重:(3.42±0.02)g;在水温18~20 ℃的循环水系统中进行为期24周的养殖实验.结果表明,摄食糊精、糊化小麦淀粉和小麦淀粉组鲍血清甘油三酯含量显著高于玉米淀粉组(P<0.05),摄食糊精和糊化小麦淀粉组鲍血清胆固醇含量显著高于玉米淀粉组(P<0.05).摄食玉米淀粉组鲍肝胰脏中饱和脂肪酸C16∶0含量显著低于小麦淀粉、木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组(P<0.05);肌肉和肝胰脏中饱和脂肪酸C18∶0含量在摄食糊精组鲍中最低;肌肉C18∶3n-3含量在摄食木薯和马铃薯淀粉组鲍中最低并显著低于其他饲料组(P<0.05),而肝胰脏C18∶3n-3含量则在摄食糊精和糊化小麦淀粉组鲍中最低;摄食糊精组鲍肌肉C20∶4n-6含量显著低于小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组(P<0.05),摄食糊化小麦淀粉组鲍肝胰脏C20∶4n-6含量显著低于玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组(P<0.05);肌肉C22∶6n-3含量在摄食糊精和糊化小麦淀粉组鲍中显著低于小麦淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组(P<0.05).总体来说,皱纹盘鲍摄食结构相对简单的糖源(糊精、糊化小麦淀粉和小麦淀粉)能够增加血清甘油三酯和胆固醇的含量,以淀粉为来源的多糖(小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉)使鲍体多不饱和脂肪酸含量升高. 相似文献
