中国旅游经济区域差异的空间分析

利用二阶段嵌套泰尔系数分解方法,揭示2000~2008年中国入境旅游经济和国内旅游经济区域发展的省内地(市)间差异、省间差异、地带差异变化特征及其对全国总体差异的贡献率,并以省内地(市)间差异为视角,分析中国旅游经济区域差异的空间格局。研究结果表明:① 中国入境旅游和国内旅游的总体差异呈缩小趋势,且国内旅游的区域差异明显小于入境旅游的区域差异。② 省内差异对全国旅游经济总体差异变化的影响比地带间差异和省间差异对其影响更为显著,已成为全国旅游经济总体差异的重要构成部分;东部地带省间差异明显,对总体差异影响显著,而中西部各省份间旅游业发展相对均衡。③ 东部地带部分旅游业发达省份的省内差异明显,对总体差异的贡献率较高;中西部地带省内差异明显的省份较多,旅游发展空间格局表现为"双核"模式或"单核"模式,但因中西部省份的旅游经济占全国的比重普遍较低,因此中西部省内差异对全国整体差异的贡献率并不高。④ 相关分析得出,旅游资源禀赋、交通可达性、经济发展水平是影响中国旅游经济区域差异空间格局的主要因素。     

淮海经济区县域经济差异变动的空间分析

以县域为研究单元,以人均GDP为测度指标,利用EDSA与统计分析的方法,对1995～2006年淮海经济区县域经济差异的时空格局及空间作用类型进行了初步探索.结果表明:淮海经济区县域经济总体差异呈扩大趋势,苏北、鲁南、豫东、皖北4地区之间的差异以及苏北内部、鲁南内部差异是淮海经济区整体差异的主要贡献者;高水平县域沿主要交通线方向扩展,形成沿京沪线(泰安-徐州段)、兖石线、沿海3条经济发展轴;低水平县域沿京九线形成不发达走廊,并在豫皖边界地区出现低水平-低增长并陷入贫困陷阱的集聚区;根据县域与相邻县域的关系,将淮海经济区县域分为扩散型、极化型、"沉陷"型、"传染"型.     

长江中游经济带区域经济差异及其时空演变特征

以长江中游经济带的鄱阳湖生态经济区、皖江城市带、武汉城市圈、长株潭城市群各地级市为研究单元,以1995-2011年常住人口总数、总GDP和人均GDP为测度指标,采用标准差、变异系数、泰尔指数、空间自相关等方法,在ArcGIS及GeoDA等软件的支持下,从时空角度分析了研究区域经济差异及其演变特征。结果表明：从时间演变特征看,长江中游经济带总体发展水平不断上升,绝对经济差异在不断扩大,且这种扩大趋势从2000年后逐步增强;相对经济差异不显著,4个经济区中1995-2003年武汉城市圈经济相对发展最快,鄱阳湖生态经济区发展最慢,2003-2011年皖江城市带发展最快,武汉城市圈发展速度有所下降;各经济区内部经济差异不断扩大,其中武汉城市圈内部经济差异最大。从空间演变特征看,区域内经济发展的空间差异逐渐加大,空间集聚趋势越来越弱,扩散效应逐渐增强,高水平发展的城市出现极化现象,中心城市的辐射带动作用不强。交通区位、区域政策、中心城市的联动、资源禀赋与产业结构是引起区域经济差异的主要原因。     

淮海经济区经济发展差异研究

本文以淮海经济区126个县为研究单元,以1995年、2000年、2005年3个年份为研究时间截面,以淮海经济区所辖20个地级市的统计年鉴为数据源,综合运用SPSS和ArcGIS软件,分析淮海经济区经济发展差异的时间演变后发现:1995-2005年淮海经济区的县可分为发达型、较发达型、中等型和滞后型;淮海经济区整体发展比较滞后且经济发展差异有拉大的趋势;苏北、鲁南的经济发展水平明显高于豫东、皖北,2000年后鲁南的经济发展速度明显快于苏北;皖北一直是淮海经济区经济发展的低谷;淮海经济区约30%的县经济发展较为稳定。在此基础上,依据经济发展水平差异,把淮海经济区分为中部发达区、南部较发达区、北部较发达区和西部滞后区。最后,从打破行政区边界壁垒、启动淮海经济区区域规划、建立全国统筹区域综合配套改革试验区等方面对淮海经济区未来发展提出建议。     

环渤海“C型”经济区经济格局的空间演变研究

利用空间自相关指数、经济平均增长指数和空间变差函数,分析1990年以来环渤海“C型”经济区经济格局的空间演变特征。结果表明：经济发展呈现显著空间自相关,高-高、低-低集聚度不断提高,京津唐都市圈、沈大经济带和山东半岛城市群成为经济发展的热点集中区,其他内陆县市和省际邻接地区是冷点集中区;经济增长空间集聚,高增长率转化快,热点区跃迁特征明显,1990~2000年呈不规则的团块状零散分布,2000~2010年呈带状集中分布于辽西北,省内经济差异不断缩小,而省际经济差异逐渐增大;经济发展的结构化分异显著,空间自组织性增强,大城市的辐射作用减弱,以东部沿海为中心,向周边多峰值递减,西南与西北内陆始终处于低谷。最后,从区域战略政策、经济产业基础、区位与交通条件探讨经济格局演化的驱动机制。     

福建省县域可持续发展水平空间格局与动态变化研究

通过构建福建省县域可持续发展水平的评价指标体系并收集相关数据,采用主成分分析、方差分析与加权移动平均等方法对2003-2008年福建省县域可持续发展水平空间格局与动态变化进行分析。结果表明:1)福建省县域可持续发展水平整体两极分化明显,且两级差距扩大;高发展水平的县域间差异显著,而低发展水平的县域间差异不明显。2)福建省可持续发展空间格局由"沿海一级长轴"、"西部二级短轴"及广大低水平区域构成。"沿海一级长轴"范围稳定,等级结构优化;"西部二级短轴"范围变小,等级稳定,可持续发展水平空间不平衡有所减弱。3)在海峡西岸经济区建设过程中,应基于福建省可持续发展水平和空间特征,促进闽台多层次和全方位的分工与合作。     

地方政府土地出让干预对区域工业碳排放影响的对比分析——以中国8大经济区为例

探讨不同区域地方政府干预对碳排放的影响差异,对于中国推进碳减排战略、协调区域经济社会发展具有重要意义。鉴于此,论文基于地方政府土地出让的视阈,以中国8大经济区为研究对象,有机耦合STIRPAT模型与CKC模型,构建形成STIRPAT拓展模型,并使用2007—2016年中国28个省(市、自治区)的工业面板数据,对比考察8大经济区政府土地出让干预对区域碳排放的影响差异。结果表明:不同经济区的地方政府土地出让干预对区域碳排放的影响存在显著差异。其中,同为CKC“倒N”型的北部沿海、南部沿海、长江中游经济区,其政府土地出让干预对区域碳排放的影响呈现出北部沿海经济区为负、南部沿海经济区为正、长江中游经济区无显著影响的差异效果;同为CKC“倒U”型的东北、西南和西北经济区,其政府土地出让干预对区域碳排放的影响,东北和西南经济区都显著为负,西北经济区未表现出显著影响;同为CKC“U”型的东部沿海和黄河中游经济区,其政府土地出让干预对碳排放也呈现出前者为负、后者为正的相反影响。研究结果可为制定碳减排差别化政策、协调区域可持续发展提供参考。     

浙江省县域经济差异的空间统计分析

以浙江省58个县域单元为研究对象,综合采用多指标因子分析、频率分析、空间自相关分析等方法,对县域经济进行总体评价,并进行空间差异的分析和解释。浙江县域经济实力得分的频数分布呈正偏态,说明得分较低的县(市)占据多数,岱山的经济实力名列第一位。将全省县域划分为8种不同类型的经济发展单元,其中欠发达型县域最多,约占48%;从大区域的分布来看,浙东北的县域整体发展水平较高,以稳定的和上升的发达型为主,金丽衢地区则以上升的欠发达型为主,温台沿海稳定的欠发达型占多数;各县域之间存在一定的正相关性,全省经济格局从西南向东北呈现"3+1"的空间格局;县域经济发展存在空间异质性。     

福建省区域空间结构演化及优化

以福建省县(市)为基本单元,选取10个指标综合评价各县(市)经济实力,通过4个典型年份的数据来探究改革开放以来福建省区域空间结构演化过程.结果表明:经济重心逐渐向东南移动:区域经济空间分布具有明显地域性,沿海轴正成为全省重要空间发展轴;西北地区空间结构演化慢、所处阶段低,东南沿海演化快、所处阶段高;空间结构呈"开"字型结构.最后,在分析福建省区域空间结构演化的动力机制及空间结构优化必要性的基础上,提出福建省空间结构优化设想:一方面,近期福建省要强化与浙南、粤东北、赣东北和赣南的经济联系.加快建设海峡西岸经济区;远期在海峡两岸经济区的基础上,进一步加强与台湾的经济联系,构筑海峡经济区,以构建外部拓展空间.另一方面,优化九大增长极及建设由6条快速通道及沿海港口群组成的""型开放式空间结构,以优化内部空间.形成内优外拓的良性空间格局.     

东北三省区域经济差异的多尺度与多机制研究

基于多尺度与多机制分析框架,采用差异测度及尺度分解指数、ESDA及回归分析等方法,从省级、地级、县级3个尺度分析了2003-2016年东北三省经济差异的时空特征及驱动机制。研究表明:①各尺度区域经济绝对和相对差异均较为明显,呈县级>地级>省级的尺度格局;经济差异总体呈下降趋势,各尺度差异及对总差异贡献率呈市间差异>市内差异>省间差异。②各尺度区域经济发展呈显著空间集聚特征,关联类型以正相关为主且低-低(LL)型占主导地位,越小的尺度空间依赖性和异质性越明显。③区域经济发展空间上呈现"两核两带"的格局,即以辽中南和哈长城市群为核心,以哈大轴和东部沿边轴为发展轴带。④地理区位与要素禀赋、战略政策与财政扶持、行政分割与等级体制、开放带动与空间优化等诸多要素综合作用于区域经济差异时空格局的演化。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
