微藻处理养殖尾水已成为热点研究方向,有关一定盐度范围内海水养殖尾水的微藻处理研究较少。本试验调配了两种盐度(16和26)的海水养殖尾水,以空白组作对照,设置小球藻(Chlorella salina)初始接种密度梯度(5×105、1×106、2×106和3×106个/mL),研究小球藻对海水养殖尾水中不同形态氮和磷的去除效果。结果表明,小球藻在海水养殖尾水中生长良好,可有效去除尾水中的氮磷营养盐,16盐度组中各初始藻密度组对NH4+、NO3-和总溶解态氮(total dissolved nitrogen,TDN)的去除率分别为85.03%~85.87%、60.87%~63.70%和54.53%~57.64%,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);26盐度组中除5×105组外,其余藻密度组对NH4+、NO3-和TDN的去除率分别为87.23%~88.16%、56.70%~57.79%和53.31%~54.62%,且组间无显著差异(P>0.05),表明小球藻初始接种密度对尾水中氮盐的去除无显著影响。除5×105个/mL组外,16与26盐度组中对TDN的去除率无显著差异,表明盐度变化对氮的去除无影响。随着初始藻密度的升高,16和26处理组对总溶解态磷(total dissolved phosphorus,TDP)的去除率均上升,分别为76.13%~99.53%和63.72%~96.83%,表明藻初始接种密度的升高可促进尾水中磷的去除,且盐度升高没有影响小球藻对磷的去除。本研究获得了不同初始接种密度小球藻对一定盐度范围的海水养殖尾水的吸收利用特点,可为海水养殖尾水的生态化处理提供一定的理论基础。  相似文献

密度胁迫对日本囊对虾生长和水环境的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了探讨密度胁迫对日本囊对虾(Marsupenaeus japonicus)生长、存活及水质因子的影响, 作者设置了100尾/m2(DD)、200 尾/m2(GD)、400 尾/m2(GZ)、600 尾/m2(GG)4个养殖密度, 分析了不同养殖密度下日本囊对虾的生长量、存活率、肥满度及水质因子的差异。结果表明, 实验所监测的水质因子均在对虾生长的安全阈值内, 氨态氮、亚硝态氮、总氮和总磷含量表现出随养殖密度增加逐渐升高的趋势; 体长和体质量增长量、存活率与养殖密度呈负相关, 其中存活率处理间均达到极显著水平(P< 0.01), 且当养殖密度高于200尾/m2时存活率迅速降低; 低养殖密度(DD)处理的对虾肥满度与其他处理间差异均达到显著水平(P< 0.01)。因此, 在相似养殖条件下, 日本囊对虾的适宜养殖密度应该不高于200尾/m2。本实验过程中, 各处理间水质因子均在对虾生长的适宜范围内, 说明水质不是造成对虾死亡的主要原因。所以, 推测密度胁迫可能是造成日本囊对虾存活率低的主要原因。  相似文献

对交叉偏振波滤波技术理论分析的基础上,在"极光-III"装置中采用该技术进行了钛宝石飞秒放大激光脉冲对比度提高的实验研究,不仅显著的抑制了纳秒范围内再生放大器产生的预脉冲,而且也将皮秒范围内的信噪比由10-5提高到了10-7,实验测得基波到交叉偏振波的转化效率大于10%.研究表明,该技术可以有效地提高飞秒超强激光的信噪比.  相似文献

研究低(5 kg/m3)、中(10 kg/m3)、高(15 kg/m3)三个养殖密度对工厂化养殖黄条(鱼师)生长的影响, 从消化道菌群角度分析了养殖黄条(鱼师)的生长的密度适应性。利用Illumina MiSeq平台对不同养殖密度条件下黄条(鱼师)的消化道(胃、肠道、幽门盲囊)菌群进行16S rRNA高通量测序, 并进行了菌群的多样性、结构特征和菌群基因功能预测的分析。结果显示, 相较于中、低密度组, 高养殖密度显著(P<0.05)抑制了黄条(鱼师)的终末体质量、特定生长率并显著上调了血清应激相关激素水平。消化道微生物群落在属水平上, 乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)、FaecalibaculumRuminococcaceae_UCG等在中、高密度组中丰度降低, 克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)等在中、高密度组中丰度增加, 均与低密度组差异显著(P<0.05)。KEGG通路分析发现, 各养殖密度组的菌群基因主要集中在代谢、环境信息过程、遗传信息过程三个一级功能通路。该实验设置的中、高密度组相对低密度组, 消化道菌群的组成和结构上呈现有益菌(乳酸杆菌属等)显著性减少和条件致病菌(克雷伯氏菌属)显著性增加(P<0.05)的趋势。在菌群功能方面, 与低密度组相比, 中、高密度组消化道特别是在代谢、遗传及环境信息过程的二级功能通路上注释的tags数目相对低密度组显著增加(P<0.05)。研究结果为建立工厂化养殖模式下适宜密度调控和健康养殖技术建立提供了理论依据。  相似文献

根据2019年1月、4月、7月和10月四个季度10个站位定置张网调查资料, 对福建三沙湾游泳动物的种类组成及季节变化进行分析研究。结果表明: 调查共获得游泳动物209种, 隶属于3门4纲19目73科144属, 其中鱼类154种, 甲壳类48种, 头足类7种。游泳动物种类数以秋季出现最多, 四个季节共同出现的种类有42种。鲈形目种类最多, 其次是十足目。鱼类适温性以暖水性种类居多, 占71.43%, 暖温性种类次之(27.92%); 生态类型以底层、近底层鱼类居多, 两者合占75.97%。鹰爪虾(Trachypenaeus curvirostris)、大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)、棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)、红星梭子蟹(Portunus sanguinolentus)和日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)等14个种类是三沙湾游泳动物的优势种类, 季节性优势种居多。三沙湾定置张网调查渔业资源质量密度为111.09 kg/km2, 尾数密度为13.72×103 ind./km2, 均以夏季最高, 春季最低。应该进一步加强对三沙湾渔业资源的合理利用和有效保护, 同时重视对外来物种的监测。  相似文献

应用单因素试验和三因素正交试验研究了温度、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)浓度及精子密度等因素对九孔鲍(Haliotis diversicolor supertextexta)精子短期保存的影响。单因素试验结果表明: DMSO、维生素C、甘油、葡萄糖等添加剂中仅5%和7. 5% DMSO有利于精子活力的保持; 3个试验温度中28℃精子活力下降速度最快,其次为1℃, 最慢是5℃; 稀释度越高精子活力下降速度越快。正交试验中, 九孔鲍精液分别在25个保存条件下保存96 h, 保存期间每隔一段时间取样观察精子活力。25 个处理的活力变化数据用生长函数拟合, 根据拟合方程计算出精子活力半衰期, 并对结果进行直观分析及方差分析。结果表明, 较理想的精子保存条件是: 温度为7℃, DMSO质量分数为3%, 精子密度为7.5×108个/mL; 各因素对精子活力半衰期的影响按精子密度、温度、DMSO密度顺序递减; 精子密度对精子活力半衰期有显著影响(P<0.05) , 温度及DMSO浓度的影响不显著(P>0.05) 。  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Tm3+/Ho3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃(TeO2-ZnO-La2O3)样品,测试了玻璃样品的吸收光谱和上转换发光光谱,分析了上转换发光机理.结果发现:在975 nm波长激光二极管(LD)激励下,制备的碲酸盐玻璃样品可以观察到强烈的红光(662 nm)、绿光(546 nm)和蓝光(480 nm)三基色上转换发光,红光对应于Tm3+离子  相似文献

根据2012年5月(春季)、8月(夏季)、11月(秋季)和2013年2月(冬季)在台山列岛的拖网定点调查数据,对该海域渔业资源种类组成、优势种、物种多样性、资源密度(质量及数量密度)的空间分布及其季节变化等群落结构特征进行分析研究。结果表明,共记录台山列岛渔业生物136种,隶属于18目63科98属,其中鱼类80种,虾类16种,蟹类28种,口足类3种,头足类9种;优势种共有22种,口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)是唯一四季共同的优势种;Shannon Wiener种类多样性指数(H′)全年平均值为2.88(范围:2.80~2.95),Pielou均匀度指数(J′)全年平均值为0.69(范围:0.65~0.72),Margalef丰富度指数(D)全年平均值为6.99(范围:5.76~7.69),夏季群落多样性较高;从渔业资源质量平均密度看,春、夏季最大值都出现在05站点,分别为640.70 kg/km2和1 039.31 kg/km2,秋季最大值出现在03站点,为1 187.48 kg/km2,冬季最大值出现在04站点,为683.24 kg/km2,从渔业资源数量平均密度看,春、夏季最大值都出现在05站点,分别为170.68×103尾/km2和123.69×103尾/km2,秋季最大值出现在01站点,为119.71×103尾/km2,冬季最大值出现在04站点,为133.27×103尾/km2。总体来说,台山列岛周边海域渔业资源物种较多,种间分布均匀,群落结构稳定。  相似文献

采用双自旋轨道耦合系数模型并结合完全能量矩阵的方法对Cs2NaMF6(M=Al, Ga):Cr3+ 体系中Cr3+ 离子的基态分裂和局域结构进行了研究.通过模拟光谱和EPR谱确定了Cr3+ 取代 M3+ 形成的两种占位结构的畸变角,发现用双自旋轨道耦合系数模型与单自旋轨道耦合系数模型计算出的畸变角Δθ存在较大的差异.这表  相似文献

This paper calculates the structural parameters, electronic and optical properties of orthorhombic distorted perovskite-type TbMnO3 by first principles using density functional theory within the generalised gradient approximation. The calculated equilibrium lattice constants are in a reasonable agreement with theoretical and experimental data. The energy band structure, density of states and partial density of states of elements are obtained. Band structures show that TbMnO3 is an indirect band gap between the O 2p states and Mn 3d states, and the band gap is of 0.48 eV agreeing with experimental result. Furthermore, the optical properties, including the dielectric function, absorption coefficient, optical reflectivity, refractive index and energy loss spectrum are calculated and analysed, showing that the TbMnO3 is a promising dielectric material.  相似文献

This paper investigates the electronic and optical properties for pure and Ce3+-doped CaS crystals by using the first-principles total energy calculations. The results show that CaS:Ce has a direct band gap of 2.16 eV, and the top of the valence band is determined by S 3p states and the bottom of the conduction band is determined by Ce 4f states, respectively. Our results validate that the yellow emission from CaS:Ce is produced by doped cerium and the green emission quenches at 12.5% cerium concentration. The Ce-S bond shows more covalent character than the Ca-S bond.  相似文献

Geometry and vibrational frequencies of the ground state of Si2O2 molecule are studied using density function theory (DFT) at the level of cc-pvtz and 6-311++G**. It is found that the optimizing value by B3lyp/cc-pvtz is closer to the experimental data. The excited properties under different external electric fields are also investigated by the time-dependent-DFT method. Transitions from the ground state of Si2O2 molecule to the first singlet state under different external electric fields can take place more easily. The corresponding absorption spectral line is about 360 nm in wavelength and the excitation energy is about 3.4 eV.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论,采用第一性原理平面波超软赝势法,首先对六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO晶体和N,Li分别掺杂ZnO以及Li-N共掺杂ZnO晶体的几何结构分别进行了优化计算,在此基础上计算得到了未掺杂ZnO晶体和不同掺杂情况下ZnO晶体的能带结构、总体态密度、分波态密度和电荷布居数.利用计算的结果,从理论上分析了Li-N共掺杂ZnO更容易得到稳定的p型ZnO.  相似文献

Satellite image studies and recent in situ sampling have identified conspicuous phytoplankton blooms during spring and summer along the Patagonia shelf-break front. The magnitudes and spectral characteristics of light absorption by total particulate matter (phytoplankton and detritus) and colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM) have been determined by spectrophotometry in that region for spring 2006 and late summer 2007 seasons. In spring, phytoplankton absorption was the dominant optical component of light absorption (60–85%), and CDOM showed variable and important contributions in summer (10–90%). However, there was a lack of correlation between phytoplankton biomass (chlorophyll-a concentration or [chl a]) and the non-algal compartment in both periods. A statistically significant difference was found between the two periods with respect to the CDOM spectral shape parameter (Scdom), with means of 0.015 (spring) and 0.012 nm?1 (summer). Nonetheless, the mean Scdm values, which describe the slope of detritus plus CDOM spectra, did not differ between the periods (average of 0.013 nm?1). Phytoplankton absorption values in this work showed deviations from mean parameterizations in previous studies, with respect to [chl a], as well as between the two study periods. In spring, despite the microplankton dominance, high specific absorption values and large dispersion were found (a*ph(440)=0.04±0.03 m2 mg [chl a]?1), which could be attributed to an important influence of photo-protector accessory pigments. In summer, deviations from general trends, with values of a*ph(440) even higher (0.09±0.02 m2 mg [chl a]?1), were due to the dominance of small cell sizes and also to accessory pigments. These results highlight the difficulty in deriving robust relationships between chlorophyll concentration and phytoplankton absorption coefficients regardless of the season period. The validity of a size parameter (Sf) derived from the absorption spectra has been demonstrated and was shown to describe the size structure of phytoplankton populations, independently of pigment concentration, with mean values of 0.41 in spring and 0.72 in summer. Our results emphasize the need for specific parameterization for the study region and seasonal sampling approach in order to model the inherent optical properties from water reflectance signatures.  相似文献

采用第一性原理计算模拟Ge纳米晶在中子嬗变掺杂(NTD)后受空位、O和As杂质的影响.结果表明,退火方法引入的O并不能消除纳米晶中的辐照致空位缺陷的影响,而NTD 产生的As掺杂能补偿这些空位缺陷并消除禁带中产生的杂质能级,从而改善半导体掺杂性能.计算还发现,由于较高的电负性,纳米晶中O对Ge原子较强的吸附作用阻止了空位的形成,导致与缺陷相关的非辐射发光中心的浓度减小,发光效率提高,因此中子辐照掺杂前的高温退火处理是非常有必要的.计算较好地解释了已报道的实验结果.  相似文献

By using the two-flow optical model, the variation in the irradiance reflectance of the ocean just below the surface has been calculated for varying water optical properties, for the interpretation of remotely-sensed ocean color data. The input variables used in our model are the concentration of phytoplankton (chlorophyll-a), the absorption coeffiicient of yellow substance, the particle scattering coefficient, the ratio of the back-scattering coefficient to the total scattering coefficient of particles, and the ratio of the absorption to scattering coefficients for particles.The irradiance reflectance increases monotonically with the ratio of the back-scattering coefficient to the total scattering coefficient. Spectral changes occur in the irradiance reflectance for increases in chlorophyll-a concentration and yellow substance as well as the ratio of the absorption to scattering coefficients.Because slightly different mathematical expressions have been derived by other investigators using the two-flow model, an evaluation of the resulting calculation differences is presented and discussed.  相似文献

Nemopilema nomurai jellyfish, which are believed to complete their development in the East China Sea, have started migrating into the Yellow Sea in recent years. We obtained biomass estimates of this species in the Yellow Sea using bottom trawl fishing gear and sighting surveys over a 5-year period. These methods are effective for obtaining N. nomurai jellyfish density estimates and information about the community distribution near the bottom or surface of the sea. To verify the vertical distributions of giant jellyfish between, we used hydroacoustic equipment, including an optical stereo camera system attached to a towed sledge and an echo counting method with scientific echosounder system. Acoustic and optical data were collected while the vessel moved at 3 knots, from which the distribution and density of N. nomurai jellyfish were analyzed. Subsequently, the camera system was towed from a 7 m mean depth to sea level, with the detection range of the acoustic system extending from an 8 m depth to the bottom surface. The optical and acoustic methods indicated the presence of vertical distribution of 0.113 (inds/m3) and 0.064 (inds/m3), respectively. However, the vertical distribution indicated that around 93% of individuals occurred at a depth range of 10–40 m; thus, a 2.4-fold greater density was estimated by acoustic echo counting compared to the optical method.  相似文献

This paper considers acoustic plane wave scattering from a rough seabed on a transition sediment layer overlying an elastic sea basement. The transition sediment layer is assumed to be fluid-like, with density and sound speed distributions behaving as generalized-exponential and inverse-square functions, respectively. This specific class of density and sound speed profiles deserves special attentions not only because it is geologically realistic, but also renders analytical solutions to the Helmholtz equation, making it particularly useful in the study of ocean and seabed acoustics. Based upon a boundary perturbation approach, the computational algorithm for the spatial spectrum in terms of the power spectral density of the scattered field has been developed and implemented. The results have shown that, while the coherent field mainly depends upon the gross structure of the seabed roughness, e.g., RMS roughness, the scattered field is significantly affected by the details of the roughness distributions specialized by the roughness power spectrum and the spatial correlation length of the rough surface. The dependence of the power spectral density of the scattered field on the various types of sediment stratifications, including the constant and the k2-linear sound speed distributions, is also included in the analysis.  相似文献
