辽宁省朝阳市喀左县2012~2015年农业节水工程实施节水灌溉30.0 km~2,灌溉作物为玉米,灌溉方式为膜下滴灌,取水水源为地下水,项目总取水量为1 800万m~3。从全区农业节水工程项目取用水资源方案入手,对喀左县2012~2015年农业节水项目取用水资源的合理性进行分析。可以看出,农业节水工程建设用水在辽宁省取用水总量控制指标之内,符合国家用水指标规定的,农业节水工程措施下的取水合理性可靠,符合国家产业调整相关政策,有助于区域产业结构调整。为喀左县农业节水项目建设提供理论依据。 相似文献

以辽宁省清原县为例,基于层次分析法建立农业水利工程风险评价模型,以ManteCarlo进行模拟,对清原县农业水利工程风险进行评价。结果表明:清原县农业水利工程建设风险评估中,风险因素最大的分别为坝体强度、坝体变形、地质缺陷及坝基沉降,需采取相应措施予以防范。旨在为合理开展农业水利工程建设提供有力参考。 相似文献

辽宁省城市地价动态监测工作是辽宁省一项重要的土地管理日常性工作。自2006年起在全省14个省辖市全面开展,取得的成绩得到了多方认可,连续多年被列为国家重点示范省。目前,辽宁的城市地价动态监测工作已形成了一支覆盖全省的技术队伍,一整套从确定数据源、采集数据、数据汇总及指标测算、分析评价到向社会发布监测信息的较为完整的体系。辽宁省2013年城市地价动态监测范围为全省行政区域内的14个省辖市。各城市监测范围为城市建成区及工业开发区、工业园区。城市地价动态监测中的地价按照用途分为商业地价、居住地价、工业地价三种基本类别,三种基本类别地价的内涵与城市基准地价内涵一致。 相似文献

农田水利工程是支撑农业生产发展的重要基础设施,为保障农田水利长效运行必须贯彻落实运行维护监管工作。通过对辽宁省农田水利基本情况及其运维监管现状的调查分析,总结了现阶段所存在的难以压实监管责任、基层监管力量薄弱、运维监管效率偏低、缺乏维护监管资金等问题,针对以上问题提出压实各级监管责任、提升基层监管能力、加强信息技术运用、加大运维监管投入等对策,旨在为辽宁省农田水利运维监管水平的提升提供一定借鉴。 相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
