During N2-O2 simulated saturation at a depih of 36.5 m the frequency, amplitude and index of a waves decreased and the activities of β and θ wave increased on the EEGs at rest. After the pressure was decompressed to normal, they could recover to the predive level. During the air excursion diving at depths of 60 and 70 m , the paramenters of EEG approximated to those of N2-O2 exposure. But at that time of the air excursion diving at a depth of 75 m they appeared the maximum. This showed that the changes related to the nitrogen partial pressure. There was an increase in slow waves during the simulated N2-O2 saturation. The activities of slow wave decreased on the EEGs in case of hyperventilation. The photic scimulation to the eyes caused the slow wave to disappear, and a rhythm could recover temporarily. When the photic stimulation was over the slow rhythm reappeared on the EEG. All the changes in EEG indicated that the encephalon function of the human body showed a gradual adaptation process during the  相似文献

In this paper, a comparison among the seven large meanders of the Kuroshio is made in order to probe into their similarity and differences. The major results are described as follows.1. Although the three phases for the seven large meanders such as their formations, maturity, as well as decline are very similar to one another, each meander has its own trivial difference in detail.2.The paths of the first six large meanders in the mature phase may be classified into ten types: U1, V1, U2, V2, U1', V1', U2', V2',φ and W.3.The seven large meanders may be grouped into two patterns, i. e. , pattern Ⅰ and pattern Ⅱ. Pattern Ⅰ includes the first and the fourth large meanders, and pattern Ⅱ includes the rest of the above meanders.4. Chaetoceros muelleri is a favorable food for the larvae of shellfishes and other marine animals.At a temperature of 25-30.5℃, light intensity 1,000-1,100 lux, and pH 7.98-8.48, experiments were carried out to find the optimum salinity, phosphate, and nitrate concentration for the growth of this small diatom.The following are the results of the present investigation:(1) The optimum salinity is 25.9‰(17-32.21‰).(2) The suitable phosphate concentration is PO4-P 19.9-139.3 μg-at/1, and the optimum concentration is 99.5 μg-at/1.(3) The suitable nitrate concentration is NO3-N 1,976-7,904 μg-at/1, and the optimum concentration is 5,928 μg-at/1.  相似文献

The distribution of dissolved oxygen in the western Taiwan Strait was discussed by using the method of harmonic analysis. The periodic variation of dissolved oxygen in seawatcr can be expressed by the Fourier series:whereto is annual average value; Am andφm are amplitude and phase of constituent, respectively. The distribution of A0 and the annual and semiannual constants (Am, φm) of dissolved oxygen in the surface, bottom and vertical section of the western Taiwan Strait were described. The effect of the various currents on the distribution of dissolved oxygen was also discussed.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the age and growth of P. yokohamae, whose specimens were collected monthly from April 1982 to May 1983 by trawl in the Bohai Sea. In the study the age and growth of P. yokohamae is determined by annual ring on otolith. On the basis of calculation of monthly changes in appearing frequency for opaque zones on the otolith edgs it is determined that the annual ring of P. yokohamae is formed in January-March every year.The relation of the standard length to the body weight is W=3.2×10-5L2.3018. The relationship between the otolith radius and the standard length is R=-5.43× 10-3 1.71 ×10-2L- 1.20× 10-5L2. The growth for this species is expressed by von-Bertalanffy equation, Lt = L∞[1-e-K(t-t0)], where L∞ = 418mm, t0 = -0.7475 and K=0.252.The P. yokohamae grows faster at the age of 1-2, but slower after two years old. The coordinate of weight-growth inflexion point is at t =3.84 and W=386 g.  相似文献

One hundred and seven marine aerosol samples were collected during December 1988 to March 1990, and 3 dry deposition samples, 16 rain samples and 2 Cascade Impacter samples were collected from March to May 1990 at the southeast coast of the Xiamen Island. All the samples were analyzed for SO42-, NO3-, Cl-, Na+ , NH4+, using ion chromatography.The results indicate that the concentration of sulfate in marine aerosols over the Xiamen waters appears to be of seasonal variation, in an order of winter > spring > autumn > summer. The mean sulfate concentration lor the total marine aerosol samples over the Xiamen waters is 9. 37 μg/m3, respectively 0. 89 and 8. 48 μg/m3 for the seasalt and non-sea-salt sulfate. The distribution of sulfate shows a bimodal form with a peak in the coarse particle range which is derived from the sea-salt sulfate, and a peak in the fine particle range which is derived from the non-sea-salt sulfate. The total deposition of sulfate to the Xiamen waters is estimated to be 4. 68g/m2   相似文献

A detailed study of a nodule from the Somali Basin dated by 230Thexcess was correlated with the paleoceanographic events recorded in Site 236 (Leg 24) Deep Sea Drilling Project (DSDP) cores. Tentative indications are that the phase of nodule accretion starting with the development of pillar structure at a depth of 20 mm in the nodule around 13 Ma coincides with increased Antarctic Bottom Water (AABW) flow and an elevated calciumcarbonate compensation depth (CCD).

The Late Miocene lowering of the CCD is represented by the mottled zones between 8 and 18 mm in the nodule is characterised by an abundant silicate component (>20%) of aeolian origin. The Miocene/Pliocene boundary (5 Ma) occurs at a depth of about 8 mm and is represented by the development of pillar structure and a minimum of aeolian dust (10.3%).

The increased biological productivity of the Somali surface water since the Middle Miocene is demonstrated by the increasing Corg content of the nodule (from 0.11 to 0.19%) towards its surface.  相似文献

The crude enzyme, which was extracted from viscera of Lunella coronata coreensis (Recluz), was salted out and dialysed. Three enzymatic peaks isolated from DEAE-cellulose column chromatography were refered to as lyase Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively. Then these lyases underwent gel-filtration on Sephadex G-25 respectively, and three purer lyases were derived therefrom, the highest purification being 73 fold.The kinetics of the three lyases was tested respectively. The optimum pH was as follows: lyase Ⅰ was 7.6±0.02 Tris-HCl buffer; lyase Ⅱ was 6.6±0.02 Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer; and lyase Ⅲ was 5.6±0.02 HAc-NaAc buffer. In the rang of tested concentration, KC1 and Nad were the activator and MnCl2 was the inhibitor, all for the three lyases; MgCl2 was the activator for lyases Ⅰ and Ⅱ, but the MgCl2 of high concentration was the inhibitor for lyase Ⅲ; Pb (OAc)2 acted differently for three lyases. The Km values of these lyases were 0.2, 0.6 and 0.04 mg/ml in order of precedence.  相似文献

Utilizing Si, Fe and Mn concentrations within the end-member PACMANUS hydrothermal fluid, Si-Fe-MnH_2 O Pourbaix diagrams were constructed at 300°C and 25°C. The Pourbaix diagrams show that the main Si, Fe and Mn oxides species precipitating from the hydrothermal fluid were Si O_2, Fe(OH)_3, Fe_3(OH)_8, Mn_3O_4, and Mn_2O_3 at 25°C. During mixing of hydrothermal fluid with seawater, Si O_2 precipitated earlier than FeMn-oxyhydroxides because of the lower stability boundary. Then Fe(OH)_2 precipitated first, followed by Fe_3(OH)_8 and Fe(OH)_3, and last, small amounts of Mn_3O_4 and Mn_2O_3 precipitated. Fe(OH)_3 was readily deposited in alkaline solution with little influence by Eh. There were many Si-Fe-Mn-concentric particles in the polished sections of the massive precipitates collected from PACMANUS. In the concentric nucleus and ellipsoid, Si oxides precipitated first before the hydrothermal fluid had mixed with seawater. In the concentric nucleus, after the precipitation of Si oxides, the increase of p H and Eh promoted the precipitation of Mn oxides around the Si oxides. In the large ellipsoid, the precipitation of Fe was divided into two periods. In the early period, increase of p H value of hydrothermal fluid produced by low-temperature convection and an input of a small volume of seawater promoted a small amount of Fe(OH)_3 to precipitate in the Si-rich core. In the late period, after complete mixing with seawater and the resultant fluid was close to neutral or slightly alkaline in p H, Fe(OH)_3 was easily precipitated from the solution and distributed around the Si-rich core.  相似文献

In this paper, the method for determining the direction and velocity of internal tide wave is proposed. The main points are as follows: (1) starting with the continuity equation of incompressible fluid and taking the isotherm whose balance position is situated in the middle of the thermocline as the interface of two-layer ocean, one can get an equation of variations of average total current in the lower and upper layers; (2) WTide (Z) in the above-mentioned equation is expressed in first-order approximation; (3) the internal tide waves are treated as wave packets. Thus, one finds out a statistical relation, AΔu BΔv =ζ, which correlates the average shear effect caused by the internal tide wave with the isothermal fluctuation. The direction and velocity of the wave can be drawn from the formulae: (((1=Arctg (A/B), C1=1/(H0(A2 B2)~1/2).The calculated results agree, in the main, fairly well with two sets of observations at station L3.  相似文献

A multi-index analysis including grain size, major and trace elements is performed on the surface sediments from the northeastern Beibu Gulf to trace the sources of the sediments and to understand the controlling factors for elements distribution. The mean grain size exhibits a wide variation ranging from 0.09Φ to 8.05Φ with an average value of 5.33Φ. The average contents of major elements descend in an order of c(SiO_2)c(Al_2O_3)c(Fe_2O_3)c(CaO)c(MgO)c(K_2O)c(Na_2O)c(TiO_2)c(P_2O_5)c(MnO), while those of trace elements exhibit a descending order of c(Sr)c(Rb)c(V)c(Zn)c(Cr)c(Pb)c(Ni)c(Cu)c(As). On the basis of elementary distribution characteristics and statistical analyses, the study area is divided into the four zones: Zone I is located in the northeastern coastal area of the gulf, which receives large amount of fluvial materials from local rivers in Guangxi and Guangdong, China, and the Qiongzhou Strait; Zone Ⅱ is located in the center of the study area, where surface sediments exhibits a multiple source; Zone Ⅲ is located in the Qiongzhou Strait, where surface sediments are dominated by materials from the Zhujiang River and Hainan; Zone IV is located in the southwest of the study area, where surface sediments are mainly originated from the Red River and Hainan. The statistical analyses of sediment geochemical characteristics reveal that the grain size, which is mainly influenced by hydrodynamics and mineral composition of terrigenous materials, is the leading factor controlling the elementary distribution.Meanwhile, impacts from anthropogenic activities and marine biogenic process will also be taken into consideration.  相似文献

Abstract. A seasonal sampling program of five stations off the Island of Rhodes (SE Aegean Sea) was carried out in 1983–1984. Temperature, salinity, Secchi disk transparency, P-PO4, N-NO3, N-NO2, N-NH3, Si-SiO2, and chl a were measured and phytoplankton species recorded. Cell concentrations and chl a varied seasonally. with the highest values in summer (l.2 times 104 -1--1 total mean cells; 0.13 mgam-3 total mean chl a ) and the lowest in winter (2.3 times 103, 1--1 total mean cells; 0.06 mg.m-- total mean chl a ). A variation in cell abundance among stations was also noted. Quantitative relationships among the recorded taxa showed that diatoms and dinoflagellates were richer in species composition (88 and 58 total species, respectively) than coccolithophores (8 species) and other flagellates (8 species). Comparison of phytoplankton samples from different depths and stations by cluster analysis showed an irregularity or discontinuity in species associations. The SE Aegean Sea was characterized as oligotrophic on the basis of the estimated nutrient and phytoplankton concentration levels.  相似文献

The coupling of upper ocean-benthic carbon dynamics in the ice-free western Arctic Ocean(the Chukchi Sea and the Canada Basin) was evaluated during the late July–early September 2003 using natural stable(13C) and radioactive(238U-234Th) isotope tracers. POC export flux estimated from 234Th/238 U disequilibria and dissolved CO2 concentration([CO2(aq)]) pointed out that the strengthened biological pump in the Chukchi Shelf have significantly lowered [CO2(aq)] and altered the magnitude of isotopic(12C/13C) fractionation during carbon fixation in the surface ocean. Further, d13 C signatures of surface sediments(d13Csed) are positively correlated to those of weighted d13 CPOC in upper ocean(d13Csed =13.64+1.56×d13CPOC, r2=0.73, p0.01), suggesting that the POC isotopic signals from upper ocean have been recorded in the sediments, partly due to the rapid export of particles as evidenced by low residence times of the highly particle-reactive 234 Th from the upper water column. It is suggested that there probably exists an upper ocean-benthic coupling of carbon dynamics, which likely assures the sedimentary d13 C record an indicator of paleo-CO2 in the western Arctic Ocean.  相似文献

The propagation loss from a shallow underwater explosion to a buried vertically polarized seismometer over the frequency band between 3 and 15 Hz was measured during the 1983 Ngendei Experiment. The data was recorded in 5.5-km-deep water in the southwest Pacific with a triaxial borehole seismograph emplaced 50 m within the basaltic basement. It is found that the average power decays as r-3 (r is slant range) beyond 30 km and that the propagation loss is minimal between 6-9 Hz. At shorter ranges, the propagation loss is more complicated and exhibits a stronger frequency dependence. Power in the first water wave is estimated for both buried and ocean-bottom sensors. The ocean-bottom power is approximately 7 dB higher than that recorded by the buried sensor, and both exhibit similar decay rates  相似文献

对赤道中东太平洋和赤道西太平洋4个柱状样中有机碳、可溶有机质(即氯仿沥青"A")及其族组成(总烃、饱和烃、芳烃、非烃)、某些生物标志物(正构烷烃、类异戊二烯烃和萜类)分布特征进行物性和源性的地球化学对比研究,并对它们的共性和差异性进行了探讨。结果表明:它们的共性是非烃含量高,而饱和烃和芳烃含量低,饱和烃与芳烃的比值小,类异戊二烯含量高,样品的碳优势指数CPI值为0.812~1.380,Ts/Tm的比值在0.99~1.50,反映了检测出的分子化石经历了一定的成岩作用改造,具有低成熟烃特点。4个站位的有机质都处于低演化阶段,演化程度大小为WP02-1>ES0103>W2001-2>MP2001-01。由于物性、源性以及沉积环境的差异,正构烷烃的特征可以分为两类:MP2001-01柱样沉积物中正构烷烃谱图呈双峰型分布,前低碳峰群以nC17和nC18为主峰,后高碳峰群以nC27和nC29为主峰,nC23-/nC24+为0.631~0.950,表征了主要以海洋低等菌藻类和陆地高等植物两种混合来源;而W2001-2,ES0103和WP02-1三个站位的谱图呈单峰型,并以与水生大型植物有关的C25为主峰(nC25为主峰,nC24次之,个别为nC23)的中等碳链长占优势,nC23-/nC24+为0.081~0.234,表明正构烷烃主要来源是海洋水生大型植物,藻类对这些海域低熟烃的形成作出了巨大贡献。这3个站位Pr/Ph为0.215~0.901,反映出这些站位处于强还原、还原或少数弱氧化环境,还原环境在低熟烃形成和保存过程中发挥了重要作用。  相似文献
