“河套东南角理想剖面”的新近研究

以在萨拉乌苏河流域近年命名的“米浪沟湾地层剖面”作为河套东南的理想剖面,描述了其地层特征,讨论了地层磁化率值和粒度分布与气候变迁的关系,研究提出,该剖面记录了150ka BP以来毛乌素沙漠27个旋回的砂丘与河湖相和古土壤互为交替的演化历史;剖面风成砂丘的堆积时期和河湖相或古土壤发育时期分别主要与过去冬季风和夏季风作为加强有关。根据中国沙漠及黄土区现代沙尘暴发生的区域特征认为,米浪沟湾剖面记录的150ka来的27次砂丘期代表了中国沙区存在27个沙漠堆积时期。     

150kaBP以来巴丹吉林沙漠东南区域地层序列的新研究

巴丹吉林沙漠东南部边缘查格勒布鲁剖面中更新统/上更新统下部、上更新统下部/上更新统上部和上更新统上部/全新统的地质界线依次发生在59AGS/60L、39FD/40G和9L/10FD之沉积界面上。其时限依次大致为150kaBP、75kaBP和10kaBP,该剖面记录了150kaBP以来25个旋回的沙漠与湖相等沉积交替变更的历史过程。通过该剖面粒度和SiO₂、Al₂O₃、Fe₂O₃、FeO在地层中的分布特征、软体动物化石指示的古生态等综合研究表明,所述这些沉积旋回是自那时以来,在北半球冰期间冰期气候波动影响下,冬夏古季风往复更迭所导致的非季风沙区沙漠期与间沙漠期多次正逆交替演变的结果。     

150ka B.P.以来萨拉乌苏河流域的CaCO3旋回

以米浪沟湾地层剖面作为萨拉乌苏河流域的典型剖面，探讨了150kaB.P.以来的CaCO3含量分布与气候变化的关系。1）该剖面CaCO3含量及其低-高变化同古风成沙与上覆河湖相或古土壤构成的没积旋回呈现出明显的对应关系。与米浪沟湾剖面的沉积旋回一样，CaCO3在分布上相应地构成了27个含量高低变化旋回。2)CaCO3在风成沙中含量的分布比较稀散，0.8%-7.18%，平均值2.50%；在河湖相和古土壤中土壤中相对富集，2.20%-14.90%，平均值5.74%。从而揭示出其时两者的气候背景是不同的，前者是干旱寒冷气候作用下的风力的侵蚀、搬运与堆积的产物；而后者则与暖湿气候环境下萨拉乌苏河流域地处鄂尔多斯高原和黄土高原这间特殊的低洼地貌位置有关。气候暖湿，河湖沼泽发育、成土成壤作用增强，低洼的集水条件有利于CaCO3的聚集。3）导致米浪沟湾剖面CaCO3的多旋回相对稀钐与聚集的根本原因可能是150kaB.P.以来北半球冰期-间冰期气候波动影响下乌素沙漠冬夏季风的多次更迭所致。     

高精度光释光测年揭示的晚第四纪毛乌素和浑善达克沙地沙丘的固定与活化过程

利用光释光测年技术对毛乌素沙地和浑善达克沙地7个地点的沉积剖面进行了年代测试,结合地层特征,获得了最近60kaBP以来两个沙地沙丘固定与活化时间的年代学控制60kaBP以来毛乌素沙地的固定期分别为距今37.71ka、8.54ka、8.32ka、7.93ka、7.77ka、7.57ka、7.39ka和2.39ka以后;活化的时间分别为距今57.08ka、52.50ka、13.65ka、13.13ka、7.20ka前后、2.39ka以前和0.29ka以来。在10.97kaBP、10.04kaBP、9.81kaBP和8.67kaBP前后沙地处于气候干湿交替时期。全新世期间,浑善达克沙地在距今8.74～8.72ka、7.79ka前后,沙丘活化;5.69kaBP、4.25kaBP、2.75kaBP、1.53kaBP和0.71kaBP前后,沙丘处于相对固定阶段,0.15kaBP以来,沙丘处于半固定状态。晚第四纪气候千年至百年尺度的变化可能是两个沙地沙丘活化与固定的主导因素。     

萨拉乌苏河流域MGS2层段粒度与CaCO3记录的千年尺度气候变化

测定、分析毛乌素沙漠东南缘萨拉乌苏河流域米浪沟湾剖面MGS2层段的粒度与CaCO3,发现该层段不同沉积相粒度Mz和σ呈现峰谷变化,CaCO3含量在沙丘砂及其上覆的河流相和湖沼相中依次变化于0-2.94%(平均值0.39%)、0.14%-2.68%(1.43%)和0.39%-15.57%(8.82%),并与Mz呈显著相关,构成与沉积旋回波动韵律相同的5.5个峰谷交替的粒度与CaCO3旋回。研究表明,毛乌素沙漠冬季风盛行时期沙丘砂强烈堆积,CaCO3发生迁移;夏季风盛行时期河流相和湖沼相发育,粉砂和粘土含量增加,CaCO3相对聚集。这些旋回代表东亚冬夏季风千年尺度交替变化的气候旋回。     

莱州湾南岸咸水入侵区晚更新世以来的古环境演变

莱州湾南岸是我国典型的咸水入侵区,古环境变化构成了现代咸水入侵发生的背景。本文通过对潍河下游地区A1、A5孔岩芯系统的孢粉、有孔虫、粒度、¹⁴C及热释光测年资料的分析,结合100余个钻孔的沉积特征,论述了莱州湾南岸地区晚更新世以来的古环境演化特征。本区经历了三次明显的冷暖气候波动,三次显著的暖湿期为85～76kaBP、50～24kaBP、10～4kaBP,为海陆过渡相沉积环境,这三个时期分别与晚更新以来的三次海侵相对应,与相邻区域相比,全新世海侵开始早、结束晚;两次冷干期为76～50kaBP、24～10kaBP,分别对应于早大理冰期、晚大理冰期,为陆相沉积环境。     

末次冰期以来柴达木盆地沙漠形成与演化

通过热释光测年,结合剖面岩性岩相特征、粒度等环境指标的综合分析,对柴达木盆地各地形面上古风成砂剖面进行了详细分析研究。将柴达木盆地沙漠形成与演化划分为3个阶段：21～15 kaBP的末次盛冰期是柴达木盆地大规模沙漠活动时期;15～10 kaBP的晚冰期柴达木盆地沙漠经历了多次扩展和固定缩小的波动演化;10 kaBP以来的全新世盆地沙漠经历了固定缩小和再次扩张的演化过程。自21 kaBP末次盛冰期以来,随着全球气候的波动变化,盆地沙漠虽经历了多次扩展与固定缩小的两相组合式波动演化过程,但流沙活动至今尚未完全停止过。现今盆地流沙活动是末次盛冰期以来沙漠演化过程中新近经历的又一阶段,是末次盛冰期流沙活动的承袭。     

澧阳平原晚冰期短尺度气候变化的风成沉积物稀土元素和粒度记录

对澧阳平原SL剖面的系统采样和室内稀土元素分析、粒度分析和AMS14C年代测定,揭示了澧阳平原岗地黄土剖面成因特征,探讨了澧阳平原晚冰期短尺度的气候变化过程。结果表明,澧阳平原岗地黄土在稀土元素配分模式上与黄土高原黄土-古土壤、镇江下蜀黄土具有高度的一致性,而且岗地剖面沉积物无任何水流作用痕迹,因此表明,澧阳平原岗地黄土剖面为风成成因。粒度结果表明,SL剖面较好地记录了晚冰期短尺度的气候变化过程,SL遗址剖面自然沉积物记录了晚冰期千年尺度的气候事件,如BL事件、OlderYD事件、AL事件、YD事件。SL剖面全新世早期表现为升温阶段,9.0～8.00kaBP的彭头山文化在此区兴起,表明此时气候相当适宜,适合人类生存。     

福建海坛岛青峰老红砂旋回沉积的粒度特征及其古环境意义

福建海坛岛青峰老红砂剖面以棕红色砂层和黄橙色砂层的交替旋回变化为显著特征。通过野外考察、采样和测定分析,对青峰老红砂剖面的粒度特征及其古气候意义进行深入研究。结果表明：（1）青峰剖面棕红色砂层以细砂为主,黄橙色砂层以中砂为主,细砂-中砂在剖面上呈现明显的交替旋回变化;（2）棕红色砂层和黄橙色砂层的粒度频率曲线均以单峰加一细尾为主,含有一定量的粉砂、黏土;概率累积曲线以滚-跳-悬三段式为主,但两种砂层在组分含量、斜率等方面存在差异;（3）粒度参数呈现明显的波动旋回变化,可能指示沉积时期区域风力、搬运动力、化学风化强度方面发生了周期性变化,即棕红色砂层显示了暖湿气候条件下的红壤化过程,黄橙色砂层则显示凉干气候条件下的黄壤化过程。因此,青峰老红砂旋回沉积表明第四纪晚期以来,福建东部沿海的古气候古土壤可能经历了南亚热带（赤红壤）和暖温带（黄壤）的交替变迁。     

滇东北拱王山地区全新世以来的气候环境变化

对滇北拱王山狐狸房峰南侧老碳房村附近冰蚀湖相沉积剖面进行粒度、磁化率分析,结合^14C年代,建立了8．4ka至今的古气候环境变化序列。全新世早期以来经历5次较明显的气候波动：8．4—7．7ka,磁化率（xlf）变化在1．62-3．88μm^3kg^-1,粒度平均值为5．46φ,气候凉湿;7．7～6．5ka,粒度均值为5．83φ,磁化率降低,变化在1．44-2．28μm^3kg^-1。之间,气候冷湿;6．5-4．7ka,粒度均值为5．95φ,磁化率值变化在1．53—3．65μm^3kg^-1之间,气候冷干;4．7-2．1ka,粒度均值为5．91φ,磁化率增加,变化在2．0—5．2μm^3kg^-1。之间,气候凉湿;2．1ka以来,粒径平均值为5．63φ,磁化率值显著增加,介于3．44-6．33μm^3kg^-1。之间,平均值为4．80μm^3kg^-1,气候以暖湿为主。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
