Map data at smaller scales than their source can result in spatial conflict, whereby map symbols become too close, or overlaid. Server map generalisation operators may be applied to solve this problem, including displacement. In this paper, we show how an optimisation algorithm, the snake algorithm, was used to displace multiple objects in order to resolve spatial conflicts and maintain important spatial relationships between objects during displacement. Two principles based on the snake algorithm are proposed in this paper. First, the truss structure mirroring spatial proximity relationships between buildings and between building and road is formed based on the weighted proximity graph derived from constrained Delaunay triangulations (CDT) in each map partition. In the weighted proximity graph, each connecting line is determined as a snake and as an element unit to assemble the global stiffness matrix in snake algorithm. Second, a buffer method that calculates force between a building and a road (or other linear features) or between pair of buildings is adopted in the snake algorithm. This avoids the imbalance phenomenon caused by different force calculation methods during the displacement. The feasibility of the approach is demonstrated in obtaining real geographic data. Finally, the results are cartographically usable and in particular, the spatial relationships between objects are preserved.  相似文献

准确提取输电通道内各地物类别是进行输电通道三维建模及交跨分析的基础。为解决目前贵州等多山地区输电通道内道路提取方法稳健性低、效率低的问题,本文通过结合道路特征显著性检测与形态约束的方法对影像中多山地区输电通道内道路的快速准确提取进行了研究。首先,对卫星影像中山区道路特征进行分析,对每个像素分别计算基于道路颜色一致性和结构一致性的像素级显著值;然后,结合显著目标空间先验知识融合显著性检测结果,形成最终道路显著图,初步提取影像中道路目标;最后,分析道路与建筑物等的差异性,基于道路形态一致性定义道路形态约束条件,通过制定约束规则最终实现道路的准确提取。结果表明,该方法对于不同弯曲程度、粘连程度及影像对比度的道路都能实现快速准确提取,提取完整度、正确率、质量及耗时平均分别为97.5%、97.0%、95.6%、0.515 s。该方法稳健性高,可以快速、准确提取各种情况下道路,在输电线路工程实际中有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

This paper presents a fully automated approach for area detection and delineation based on multispectral images and features from a topographic database. The vectors residing in the database are refined using active contours (snakes) according to updated information provided by the multispectral images. The conventional methods of defining the external energy guiding the deformation of the snake based on: (1) statistical measures; or (2) gradient-based boundary finding is often corrupted by poor image quality. Here a method to integrate the two approaches is proposed using an estimation of the maximum a posteriori (MAP) segmentation in an effort to form a unified approach that is robust to noise and poor edges. We further propose to improve the accuracy of the resulting boundary location and update of the snake topology. A number of experiments are performed on both synthetic and LANDSAT 7 images to evaluate the approach.  相似文献

Image matching is emerging as a compelling alternative to airborne laser scanning (ALS) as a data source for forest inventory and management. There is currently an open discussion in the forest inventory community about whether, and to what extent, the new method can be applied to practical inventory campaigns. This paper aims to contribute to this discussion by comparing two different image matching algorithms (Semi-Global Matching [SGM] and Next-Generation Automatic Terrain Extraction [NGATE]) and ALS in a typical managed boreal forest environment in southern Finland. Spectral features from unrectified aerial images were included in the modeling and the potential of image matching in areas without a high resolution digital terrain model (DTM) was also explored. Plot level predictions for total volume, stem number, basal area, height of basal area median tree and diameter of basal area median tree were modeled using an area-based approach. Plot level dominant tree species were predicted using a random forest algorithm, also using an area-based approach. The statistical difference between the error rates from different datasets was evaluated using a bootstrap method.Results showed that ALS outperformed image matching with every forest attribute, even when a high resolution DTM was used for height normalization and spectral information from images was included. Dominant tree species classification with image matching achieved accuracy levels similar to ALS regardless of the resolution of the DTM when spectral metrics were used. Neither of the image matching algorithms consistently outperformed the other, but there were noticeably different error rates depending on the parameter configuration, spectral band, resolution of DTM, or response variable. This study showed that image matching provides reasonable point cloud data for forest inventory purposes, especially when a high resolution DTM is available and information from the understory is redundant.  相似文献

Automatic road extraction from remotely sensed images has been an active research in urban area during last few decades. But such study becomes difficult in urban environment due to mix of natural and man-made features. This research explores methodology for semiautomatic extraction of urban roads. An integrated approach of airborne laser scanning (ALS) altimetry and high-resolution data has been used to extract road and differentiate them from flyovers. Object oriented fuzzy rule based approach classifies roads from high resolution satellite images. Complete road network is extracted with the combination of ALS and high-resolution data. The results show that an integration of LiDAR data and IKONOS data gives better accuracy for automatic road extraction. The method was applied on urban area of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.  相似文献

高分辨率遥感影像上细节信息繁杂、干扰物普遍存在,对其进行自动化道路识别与提取的相关研究仍处在探索阶段。在道路提取过程中引入矢量数据辅助,可解决初始信息获取的困难,得到可靠性较强的训练样本。为此,提出一种矢量数据辅助下的道路提取方法,能够筛选出矢量数据中包含的有效信息,引导实现对高分辨率遥感影像的道路自动提取。利用Mean-shift滤波对图像进行预处理后,首先从矢量数据获取候选种子点,并通过提炼同质区域的形状特征剔除错误候选点;然后,自动获取负样本点以进行朴素贝叶斯分类,并采用邻域质心投票算法从分类影像提取道路中心线;最后,结合像素跟踪与方向判断矢量化道路中心线,并提出一种基于矢量几何分析的断线连接与毛刺剔除方法,对提取结果进行信息修复与规整、优化。实验结果显示,该算法的提取质量达到80%以上,且具备较强的稳健性,能够适应具有不同道路辐射和分布特征的高分辨率遥感影像。  相似文献

遥感影像道路提取结果中的断线一方面降低了提取精度,另一方面影响了道路形态完整性,使得提取结果不能直接应用于空间决策与分析。本文基于U-Net网络在高分辨率遥感影像道路提取时全局特征表达的优势,提出一种兼顾连通性的道路断线修复方法完善U-Net网络局部特征表达的劣势。首先,利用数据增强和扩充数据量后的样本数据作为U-Net网络的输入以此训练模型并进行最优模型的道路提取;然后,对提取结果中出现的道路断线以三次多项式曲线拟合的形式进行优化处理。实验表明,与相近网络比较,本文道路提取的精度和形态完整性有了明显的提高,查准率为86.25%,查全率为85.50%,F1-score达到了85.87%。其成果数据能直接地应用于地理决策分析,特别有利于灾后的路径规划,本文提出的方法对道路、电网、轨道、河流等线性地物分类结果中出现类似断线问题具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

提出了一种基于对象直方图G统计量的遥感影像道路提取方法。首先基于标记分水岭算法分割高分辨率遥感影像获取对象像斑,提取对象光谱特征并利用SVM从影像中分离出光谱相似的建成区(道路、建筑物等);然后从建成区选择合适的对象作为训练样本,采用G统计量度量测试样本与训练样本的LBP纹理直方图距离,以表达对象纹理特征的异质性,并利用最小距离分类器完成建成区内道路与建筑物等的分离;最后结合几何形状特征和数学形态学处理对提取的道路进行优化,获得最终的道路提取结果。试验结果表明:该方法能较好地提取出道路信息。  相似文献

给出一种从高分辨率遥感影像中提取道路的方法。先对遥感影像进行滤波预处理获取纹理特征;再以图割解算经典能量函数获取道路图斑,其中利用高斯混合模型构建T链;接着利用直线匹配法获得初始道路段;最后用图割解算融合了两种形状先验的能量函数,结合动态外推的思路连接道路段。对不同遥感影像的实验证明了算法的有效性。  相似文献

基于遥感影像的城市道路提取对于城市建设、规划和地图更新等有重要意义。针对高分辨率遥感影像城市道路网的复杂性,结合尺度空间思想提出一种面向对象的城市道路自动提取算法。在此基础上,使用Canny算子获取像元簇梯度图,并进行标记分水岭分割得到区域对象;建立城市道路与几何、光谱特征相关的道路规则,从分割结果中筛选出道路区域对象;使用形态学方法提取道路区域的骨架,并对骨架进行连接、光滑等后处理,最后输出道路网提取结果。实验结果表明,该方法用于复杂城市道路的高精度自动提取,对城市道路网更新有一定参考意义。  相似文献

在高分辨率遥感影像上进行道路提取一直被认为是一项具有重要意义但很困难的工作。尤其一些与道路光谱相近的地物,分类后与道路相互连接,难以区分。基于面状道路和边缘相互验证和辅助的思想,提出一种高分辨率遥感影像上提纯道路信息的方法。该方法首先在面状和边缘两个方面同时提高提取精度,然后由他们之间的逻辑互运算分割道路与非道路对象,并应用有效的形状指数(如:极惯性矩和狭长度指数)刻画和区分道路与非道路面状目标(如楼房等),最终达到提纯道路的目的。实验结果表明了本文方法在去除非道路目标,提纯道路网络方面的有效性。  相似文献

As rockfall can cause a great deal of damage, it is essential to know its spatial propagation. Rockfall models are sensitive to the resolution of input data, i.e. the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) used. Nowadays, high resolution elevation data are available area‐wide from airborne laser scanning (ALS). However, rockfall models are designed for analysis on a certain scale, which means that high resolution input might not necessarily improve model results (e.g. for regional scale studies). Our aim is to estimate the reach of rockfall by analysing different input resolutions of an ALS DTM. The presented empirically–based model, implemented in Python 2.7, is a modified version of the zenital method including an iterative random walk trajectory model, which is designed for rockfall hazard assessment at the regional scale. Trajectories and rockfall probability maps are generated for selected DTM input resolutions. The comparison shows that high resolution DTMs do consider local topography better and thus lead to more realistic results than low resolution DTMs.  相似文献

Full-waveform topographic LiDAR data provide more detailed information about objects along the path of a laser pulse than discrete-return (echo) topographic LiDAR data. Full-waveform topographic LiDAR data consist of a succession of cross-section profiles of landscapes and each waveform can be decomposed into a sum of echoes. The echo number reveals critical information in classifying land cover types. Most land covers contain one echo, whereas topographic LiDAR data in trees and roof edges contained multi-echo waveform features. To identify land-cover types, waveform-based classifier was integrated single-echo and multi-echo classifiers for point cloud classification.The experimental area was the Namasha district of Southern Taiwan, and the land-cover objects were categorized as roads, trees (canopy), grass (grass and crop), bare (bare ground), and buildings (buildings and roof edges). Waveform features were analyzed with respect to the single- and multi-echo laser-path samples, and the critical waveform features were selected according to the Bhattacharyya distance. Next, waveform-based classifiers were performed using support vector machine (SVM) with the local, spatial features of waveform topographic LiDAR information, and optical image information. Results showed that by using fused waveform and optical information, the waveform-based classifiers achieved the highest overall accuracy in identifying land-cover point clouds among the models, especially when compared to an echo-based classifier.  相似文献

为避免由于城市道路复杂及树木建筑的阴影遮挡导致从遥感影像中提取道路信息不准确的问题,本文采用高分影像和LiDAR数据相融合的方法实现城市道路的提取,并使用一种基于最小面积外接矩形(MABR)的后处理改进方法进行完善。首先对试验区进行数据配准;然后应用FNEA算法进行图像分割,并使用随机森林分类法进行分类,将影像融合和对象形状指数等相关算子应用到道路提取中;最后去除植被和建筑物,完善道路填充,提取出道路完整信息。结果多伦多和台安试验区的道路完整度分别为95.41%和90.84%,准确度分别为83.07%和85.63%。本文方法可有效去除伪道路信息,提高道路提取完整度,较好地实现了道路信息提取。  相似文献

传统的基于像素的统计特征的分类方法在处理高分辨率影像的分类问题上遇到了很大的困难。本研究利用面向对象的影像分析方法对IKONOS全色影像进行了河流与道路的分类,包括利用影像对象的光谱特征的初次分类和利用子目标对象的线特征的二次分类两个过程;其中初次分类由于仅依据光谱信息,不能很好地将河流或道路与其他光谱特征相似的地物区分开,而通过引入子目标的形状特征进行二次分类,就可以准确地将河流与道路提取出来。试验结果表明,面向对象的分类方法能够满足高分辨率或纹理影像的分类需要,具有很大的应用潜力。  相似文献

城市道路区域检测是城市土地管理、交通规划等领域的迫切需求,而传统城市道路区域检测多使用轨迹提取、遥感解译、人工采集等单独方式,在自动化程度或提取质量上存在一定的局限性。本文结合GNSS轨迹点与高分遥感影像各自的数据优势,提出一种基于轨迹延续性与影像特征相似性的遥感影像道路区域检测方法。该方法以出租车GNSS轨迹点构建轨迹特征栅格,基于轨迹延续性在平均方向特征栅格中划分路段对象,利用道路对象的光谱特征向轨迹无法覆盖的小区内部进行拓展,以获得提取区域内较为完整的道路信息。试验证明:本文方法可以有效降低道路的同物异谱现象及阴影、树木遮挡的影响,高效地提取高分遥感影像中的道路区域。与传统的遥感影像分类方法相比,具有更高的精度与自动化程度,相较于深度学习模型具有更广的适应性。  相似文献

Over the past decades, several filters have been developed to derive a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) from a Digital Surface Model (DSM), by means of filtering out aboveground objects such as vegetation. In this filtering process, however, one of the major challenges remains to precisely distinguish sharp terrain features, e.g. ridges, agricultural terraces or other anthropogenic geomorphology such as open-pit mines, riverbanks or road ramps. Hence, loss of elevation data around terrain edges (and consequent smoothing) is very common with existing algorithms. In terraced landscapes, the preservation of precise geomorphology is of key importance in digital terrain analyses, such as hydrologic and erosion modelling, or automatic feature recognition and inventorying. In this work, we propose a new filtering method called TERRA (Terrain Extraction from elevation Rasters through Repetitive Anisotropic filtering). The novelty of the algorithm lies within its usage of terrain aspect to guide the anisotropic filtering direction, therefore maximising the preservation of terrain edges. We derived six DTMs from DSMs using UAV Structure from Motion (SfM) photogrammetry, laser altimetry and satellite sources (grid resolutions ranging from 0.1–1.0 m). The results indicated a close agreement of DTMs filtered using the TERRA algorithm and reference DTMs, while terrace risers were well preserved even under thick canopies of vines and trees. Compared to existing filtering approaches, TERRA performed well in minimising Type I errors (false ground removal), while Type II errors occurred locally where vegetation was covering the terrace edges. Given the promising filtering performance, and supported by the minimal requirements of parameterisation and computation, the TERRA algorithm could be a useful tool in DTM preparation for digital terrain analysis of agricultural terraces and similar hillslopes characterised by a complex mosaic of sharp terrain and non-terrain features.  相似文献

土地覆被作为地表自然和人工建造物的综合体,是开展土地科学相关研究的重要基础,在遥感大数据背景下,准确、快速、自动化进行土地覆被提取技术一直是遥感研究中的重点。本文基于eCognition软件,采用面向对象的多尺度分割法,综合考虑地物在遥感影像上的光谱、形状和纹理特征,建立多种地物提取规则。通过模糊函数、支持向量机(SVM)和阈值法对研究区的土地覆被进行分类提取,并与研究区的FROM-GLC10数据和土地利用变更数据进行了对比分析。结果表明:①研究区土地覆被分类的总体精度为97%,Kappa系数为0.96,分类精度较高;②基于10 m分辨率影像,综合使用形状、纹理、光谱信息对于道路的提取具有较好的效果,道路提取Kappa系数为0.84;③分类结果在面积和空间分布上都优于FROM-GLC10数据,与研究区实际土地变更数据保持较好的一致性。基于面向对象与规则的分类方法提取地物能够有效利用多种遥感影像特征,分类精度高,对于处理高分辨率遥感数据具有很好的优势。  相似文献
