消费者对新疆特色农产品质量安全认知和购买的地区差异性分析

在对中国北京、郑州和上海3个城市585位消费者问卷调查基础上,从微观层面探讨3个不同地理区域消费者对新疆特色农产品质量安全水平的认知状况、需求动机和购买行为及地区差异性.研究表明:三城市消费者对新疆特色农产品的认知度较高,在种类区分上存在差异;三城市消费者对新疆特色农产品质量安全水平有着较高的评价,同时也认为价格较高,不存在明显的区域差异性;三城市消费者对新疆特色农产品的需求动机存在多样性,区域差异性不明显;运用Logistic模型对消费者购买行为进行回归分析,结果发现,影响三城市消费者购买行为的主要因素不同,显著性变量和显著水平存在区域差异.     

华南市场消费者购买新疆水果渠道及影响因素——基于广州和深圳两市的调查分析

 在对广州和深圳两市消费者调查的基础上,对消费者选择新疆水果的购买渠道及影响因素进行了分析。结果表明：大型连锁超市和水果专营店是华南市场消费者购买新疆水果的主要渠道,其中影响消费者选择在大型连锁超市购买新疆水果的主要因素是水果质量,同时也受消费者收入水平、消费能力、购买频率的正向影响。影响消费者选择在水果专营店购买新疆水果的因素较多,其中注重水果外观及包装、用做“礼品”是其主要原因,受教育程度、消费能力和购买频率也成显著的正向影响。此外,考虑价格因素以及收入水平和受教育程度较低的消费者倾向于在批发市场购买。一些年轻消费者、女性消费者、受教育程度较高的消费者会选择网购新疆干果。     

跨地方饮食品牌重塑的理论模型与实证分析

采用结构方程模型,构建了基于原产地形象,在地消费文化,品牌知名度,感知质量,品牌忠诚度,购买意愿等6个概念的理论模型,以广州哈根达斯为例,探讨文化地理因素如何作用于哈根达斯在中国的跨地方品牌重塑.研究发现:① 哈根达斯借助品牌重塑已在中国广泛确立其高档冰激凌品牌定位,实现了品牌升级,价格成为品牌升级的表征;② 原产地形象,在地消费文化均显著正向影响品牌知名度及感知质量,进一步对品牌忠诚度及购买意愿产生积极影响;③ 哈根达斯的品牌知名度对品牌忠诚度的影响不显著,感知质量对购买意愿的影响不显著;④ 不同于购买频率低的消费者,购买频率高的消费者的感知质量不再受原产地形象和在地消费文化的影响.本研究有助于推进跨地方饮食文化生产理论的发展,也是对品牌重塑理论的补充,将促进饮食地理领域的国际对话.     

网购时代广州市居民购买食品行为特征

基于广州市居民食品购物行为问卷调查数据,利用交叉频数、卡方检验和对应分析,通过网购食品者同不网购食品者、不同区位网购食品者、不同网购食品频率者的对比,分析了网络购物影响下广州市居民购买食品行为的一般特征和空间特征。结果发现:1)网络购买食品的接受度总体不高,传统实体购物模式仍占主导,网络购买食品对实体店购买食品有一定的替代沁。2)网络购买食品对居住地周边商店负面影响较大,对商业区影响很小,超市和百货公司休闲零食、地方特产类食品销售会受到一定负面影响,生鲜类商店所受影响较小。3)不同区位居民网购食品的频率差异较小,单次花费、时间和网购原因空间差异较大,实体购物条件差的居民更倾向于网络购买食品,验证了Anderson等提出的“效率假说”。4)网购食品者的实体购物出行目的休闲性增加,周末购物出行更频繁,网购食品频率高的居民购物出行时间更短。     

景区主题型购物环境对游客冲动性购买行为的影响 ——以珠海长隆海洋王国主题公园为例

基于刺激(stimulus)-有机体(organism)-反应(response)模型(S-O-R),以珠海长隆海洋王国主题公园为例,探讨主题公园背景下主题型购物环境对游客消费情绪和冲动购买行为的影响机制。结果表明:在主题型购物环境对游客冲动性购买行为的影响机制中,消费情绪产生部分中介效应。三维度的主题型购物环境要素中,“内外氛围”和“销售服务”通过消费情绪的中介作用影响冲动性购买行为,而“商品陈列与装饰”可以直接对游客的冲动性购买行为产生影响。     

中国出境旅游市场现状与发展对策分析

采用市场学中的消费者行为理论对中国出境旅游市场现状的分析、揭示出境旅游者在目的地选择，旅游形式，购买渠道，交通方式，住宿购物的消费决策和来自不同客源市场，经济收入、社会阶层、文化层次、年龄性别旅游者消费行为的规律；对出境旅游市场目前存在的问题进行研究分析，提出今后出境旅游市场治理的对策及展望中国出境旅游市场的发展前景。     

小尺度环境地形认知与空间行为的关系分析——以南京大学浦口校区为例

地形认知与空间行为间的交互影响是重要的人地关系,也是行为地理学近期重视的课题,但相关研究甚少。为考察日常活动中的上述交互作用,文章选择南大浦口校园为案例区,在预研究基础上,采用分层比例抽样,分别抽取认知与行为样本,并运用言语描述和草图方法获得被试的认知与行为数据。随后,通过绘制公共地形认知与行为地图及地理环境编码等定性方法,同时使用空间叠置与缓冲区及偏相关定量分析方法,得到以下结论：① 被试在认知地图中已编码了地形高程的等级秩序,基本认知了研究区的地形空间格局。② 校园行为节点以必要性活动场所为主,自发性活动与社会性活动场所为次;必要性活动路径分布于校园南部,呈直线,两端连接生活区和教学区;而自发性活动路径离散分布,连接更多的运动场所和环境景点。③ 地形认知与空间行为存在交互影响,具体表现为：地形认知影响了行为的空间格局,但此影响受行为的动机和效率认知的调控;反之空间行为是影响地形认知的主要因素,其影响受行为的动机与持续时间的调控。④ 宿舍位置是影响地形认知与空间行为交互作用的主要因素,而性别与学科的影响不显著。最后探讨了研究不足及发展方向。     

城市空间认知-偏好-行为的耦合与互馈研究 ——基于中国科学院大学研究生的跟踪调查

基于行为地理学"空间认知-空间偏好-空间行为"的经典研究范式,以中国科学院大学研究生为调查对象,采用手绘意象地图和问卷调查相结合的方式,在一年时间内分三轮开展跟踪调查,通过观察被访者在北京逗留期间的城市空间认知、偏好和行为过程与特征,分析空间认知-偏好-行为三者间的相互作用关系与影响机制.研究发现:城市空间认知、空间偏...     

旅游消费者感知行为分析——以湛江-北海为例

旅游消费者行为的研究是跨学科的,涉及人口学、经济学、社会学、心理学、地理学等方面的内容.利用行为地理学的理论与方法,在微观层面对旅游消费者行为和感知进行研究,以湛江-北海游的团队旅游消费者为对象,进行实证分析.调查发现,旅游消费者的感知和行为存在着密切关系.旅游消费者的偏好、休闲时间及经济条件是影响旅游消费者行为的三个重要因素.由游前的感知和游后的映象对比表明,家庭型的旅游消费者偏好于选择休闲型目的地,且需要安全和熟悉的外部环境.同时基于行为地理学方法在调查中的不足,提出了反思.     

塔里木河下游居民沙漠化认知

居民的沙漠化认知直接影响着居民行为,正确的居民沙漠化认知有助于公众参与沙漠化防治。以问卷和访谈的方式对新疆塔里木河下游当地居民的土地沙漠化认知进行调查。结果表明：当地居民对沙漠化变化和沙漠化成因有较清楚认知,但受活动范围影响存在一定局限性;对沙漠化治理措施认识较为全面,认为政府和社会所有成员是沙漠化治理的主体,部分居民愿意承担部分治理费用;沙漠化信息获取的途径较单一,主要来源于广播电视。提出推动当地居民参与沙漠化治理3条建议：关注绿洲内部沙漠化,研究适合的沙漠化治理物权,建立立体交叉的沙漠化信息传播网。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
