作为水工程生命周期的重要组成部分,水库的退役将对河流的生态环境起着不同程度的修复作用,为了解河流对闸坝拆除的物理,化学和生态响应以及后续的修复工作,加深人们对修复生态意识,有必要在拆迁前后进行河水环境进行调查。本文以辽宁铁岭县大青水库和昌图县的黑鱼水库为例,进行典型流域水工程退役示范试验研究,从研究结果可以看出,水利工程的退役管理在是一件新兴事物,还需要相应的操作规则来支撑,我国许多水库大坝的使用寿命为40~50年,未来我们应该借鉴国外的经验,结合中国实际,要直面具有潜在安全隐患和丧失原有功能的水库大坝退役问题,对流域整体发展规划、水库大坝的功能调整模式和河流环境的生态平衡具有重要的现实意义,可为类似水利工程提供参考。 相似文献

黑河大坝渗漏主要通过单薄分水岭向大坝下游和渭河谷地渗漏。针对古河道的渗漏问题,通过对古河道单薄分水岭地质岩性、地质构造,水文地质资料分析,探寻单薄分水岭基础渗漏的地质原因及渗漏特征;采取灌浆试验确定实用的灌浆孔距(2.0 m)和灌浆压力数据(3.0 MPa)及“孔口封闭法”,作为防渗帷幕灌浆施工的主要方法。通过对古河道单薄分水岭基础防渗帷幕灌浆施工处理,解决了大坝渗漏难题,确保大坝正常安全运行。 相似文献

The science and engineering required for harnessing the energy from falling water are well established; the basic concepts are understood by the general public, and up to the last decade, there was strong public acceptance in developing water resource projects to provide an economic, reliable, and renewable source of electric power. At this time, however, water development projects are being critically analyzed with regard to overall justification on an economic, environmental and social basis. Further, various alternative power sources are being considered, which are widely variable with regard to economic justification, environmental effects, social and political problems, technology, reliability, and practical utilization.The purpose of this paper is to present a brief, nontechnical review of the principles of hydropower in order to give a non-water specialist an understanding of its overall potential and capabilities as well as problems related to its development. The paper considers the association between water and energy as related to hydropower, but it does not attempt to analyze the use of water in developing other forms of energy from thermal sources. The discussion presents a brief summary of (1) the historical background and physical concepts of hydropower; (2) the elements of hydropower engineering; (3) the overall availability of hydropower on a worldwide basis; (4) the integration of hydropower projects into multipurpose water development programs; (5) the environmental aspects of hydropower development; (6) and a case study of the Columbia River development. 相似文献

Hanjiang river is the longest river in Yangtze river basin, having high economic importance to China for its economically exploitable hydropower and potential water resources. In an attempt to satisfy China’s economic and social development needs, the Chinese government has established cascade dams and four relative water diversion projects in Hanjiang river, which aims at transferring water from south (Hanjiang river) to north (water-stricken areas). However, there are increasing eco-environmental concerns associated with the establishment and development of cascade hydropower. In this study, the opportunities and eco-environmental influences related to Hanjiang river’s cascade hydropower development are explored and then recommendations are put forward to minimize the potential impacts. The implementation of vigorous projects related to hydropower and water diversion has an important role to play in solving flood, energy and water shortage problems. In addition, the eco-environmental and socio-economic impacts on the middle and downstream and its diversion can be relieved to some degree in the area. However, the establishment of projects can cause several impacts on the local eco-environment. First, Danjiangkou reservoir construction can cause change in water flow, water bloom, soil erosion in the river basin. Second, it can directly lead to the decrease of 10.5 billion cubic meters of water in the middle- and downstream areas, threatening the local supply of drinking water and influencing farming irrigation and industrial production. Finally, the construction of cascade hydropower dams can change the water form and fish stocks may reduce threatening eco-environment security and environmental geology. 相似文献

三维信息化模型是重大工程全生命周期建设的重要基础。然而,目前对于地质三维模型与建筑结构三维信息模型,通常由于数据结构问题难以统一,而且大部分停留在“可视化”,难以“可计算”、“可分析”。此外,由于地质条件的复杂性,在三维地质建模方面通常进行大量的简化。本文基于目前先进的三维建模技术,提出了三维精细化地质模型与建筑结构三维模型融合的建模方法,实现了三维地质模型的快速、精细化建模。所建立的模型,统一在*.stl、*.obj及*.igs等标准化三维模型文件下,可方便地用于不同场景的三维模型可视化、分析及后续数值计算模型网格划分等。针对大型水电工程建设提出了水利工程信息模型的框架,并将其应用于索风营水利工程,实现了大坝精细化BIM及4个堆积体的精细化三维地质模型(LIM)的融合与信息化管理。本文研究对于实现水电工程信息化管理、稳定性分析、潜在灾害评估和预测等具有重要的意义。 相似文献
