克里雅河下游及圆沙古城脊椎动物考察记录

克里雅河发源于昆仑山脉,位置在新疆的南部。2001年10月18-11月22日,中法联合考察队对克里雅河下游进行了深入的调查。根据标本采集与资料统计,克里雅河流域的野生脊椎动物约有98种（包括已绝迹的几种）,隶属于5纲,24目,48科。其中,鱼类约4种;两柄类1种;爬行类约4种;鸟类70种;兽类约19种。有一些动物的遗骸发掘自圆沙古城及附近的古墓地。本文探讨了物种绝迹的原因。     

利用红外相机监测新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区鸟兽资源

红外相机技术目前已成为监测陆栖哺乳动物和地栖鸟类的常用技术手段。为监测新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区内鸟类和兽类资源,于2019年7月—2020年9月,在保护区内选取30个红外相机位点共布设58台红外相机,累积工作29730个工作日,共获得99850份图像及视频数据,采集独立有效照片5744张;共观测到野生陆生脊椎动物9目19科29种,其中兽类5目10科15种,鸟类4目9科14种。观测到的动物中有国家I级重点保护野生动物雪豹（Panthera uncia）,国家II级重点保护野生动物6种,分别为北山羊（Capra sibirica）、马鹿（Cervus canadensis）、猞猁（Lynx lynx）、赤狐（Vulpes vulpes）、黑鸢（Milvus migrans）以及暗腹雪鸡（Tetraogallus himalayensis）。森林生境中,兽类相对多度指数最高的是马鹿（RAI=60.569）,鸟类相对多度指数最高的是山斑鸠（Streptopelia orientalis,RAI=0.854）;高山草甸及裸岩生境中,兽类相对多度指数最高的是马鹿（RAI=18.693）,鸟类相对多度指数最高的是暗腹雪鸡（RAI=0.316）和黄嘴山鸦（Pyrrhocorax graculus,RAI=0.854）。物种累积曲线结果显示：兽类物种数在200 d之后几乎不再增长,而鸟类物种数在100 d之后增速放缓但一直持续增长,表明时长450 d的红外相机监测力度对保护区中的兽类而言较为充分,对鸟类而言还不够充分。研究结果可为新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区野生陆生脊椎动物多样性监测与评估提供数据参考,为该保护区的保护管理工作提供科学依据。     

深圳大鹏半岛国家地质公园野生脊椎动物资源调查

深圳大鹏半岛国家地质公园野生脊椎动物资源丰富。2012年8月―2013年1月,对境内进行了动物物种多样性调查,在该地区共发现野生脊椎动物109种,其中兽类16种,鸟类63种,爬行类19种,两栖类11种。物种区系分析表明东洋界种类明显占优。调查发现有国家Ⅰ级重点保护动物1种,即蟒蛇（Python molurus）,国家Ⅱ级重点保护动物12种,包括穿山甲（Manis pentadatyla）、鸢（Miluus Korschun）、游隼（Falco peregrinus）、红隼（F. peregrinus）、燕隼（F. tinnunculus）、雀鹰（Accipiter nisus）、褐翅鸦鹃（Polophilus sinensis）、小鸦鹃（Centropus bengalensis）、斑头鸺鹠（Glaucidium cuculoides）、领鸺鹠（G. brodiei）、三线闭壳龟（Cuora trifasciala）和虎纹蛙（Haplobatrachus rugulosus）等。同时获得部分重要物种如香港瘰螈（Paramesotriton hongkongensis）,该物种在大鹏半岛国家地质公园境内首次发现。最后对该区野生脊椎动物资源现状及保护进行了分析,并提出了物种认定、栖息地保护、制定相应的恢复计划、合作保护和宣传教育等保护野生动物的对策和措施。     

毕拉河国家级自然保护区的鱼类物种多样性研究

为了掌握毕拉河国家级自然保护区河流中现有鱼类组成及其物种多样性状况,于2019年10月2～10日、2020年5月8～16日和2020年7月14～22日,在该保护区内的扎文河和毕拉河中共设置了5个采样点,开展了鱼类资源调查,研究了鱼类资源现状和鱼类的物种多样性。研究结果表明,在5个采样点的渔获物中,共记录鱼类2纲7目10科36种,其中,有鲤形目物种21种,有鲶形目和鲑形目物种各5种,有鮋形目物种2种,有七鳃鳗目、鲈形目和鳕形目物种各1种;毕拉河和扎文河中鱼类的优势种为北方须鳅(Barbatula barbatula nuda)、湖鱥(Phoxinus percnurus)、洛氏鱥(Phoxinus lagowskii)、花江鱥(Phoxinus czekanowskii)、银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)、大头鮈(Gobio macrocephalus)、黑龙江鳑鲏(Rhodeus sericeus)和细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok);鱼类群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数平均值分别为2.53、0.33和1.69;毕拉河的生境适合冷水性鲑科(Salmonidae)鱼类生长,毕拉河中有大量的黑龙江茴鱼(Thymallus arcticus grubei)幼鱼,应该加强对毕拉河国家级自然保护区中河流的保护力度,以保护黑龙江茴鱼幼鱼生长发育的生境。     

吉林莫莫格国家级自然保护区鱼类多样性监测北大核心CSCD

鱼类是湿地生物多样性的重要组成部分。作为水鸟的食物,鱼类的多样性直接影响着湿地中鸟类群落结构的稳定性。2013年,吉林莫莫格国家级自然保护区被列入中国国际重要湿地名录,该保护区中的湿地是白鹤(Grus leucogeranus)和东方白鹳(Ciconia boyciana)等迁徙鸟类的重要停歇地。2017~2022年,采用内陆鱼类多样性调查与评估技术,对该保护区中河流和湖泊的鱼类物种多样性组成和鱼类群落结构进行了研究,利用2007~2011年和2017~2022年该保护区河流和湖泊的鱼类采样和调查数据以及文献资料,分析了鱼类物种多样性组成特点,探讨了鱼类物种的地理分布特征和鱼类群落结构动态,分析了其与鸟类的关系。研究结果表明,2007~2022年,在吉林莫莫格国家级自然保护区中的嫩江的5处江段和5座湖泊(鹅头泡、茨勒泡、哈尔挠泡、莫什海泡和月亮泡)中,共记录5目11科47属57种鱼类,2017~2022年的鱼类物种丰富度和Margalef丰富度指数的平均值比2007~2011年的分别减小了8.89%和16.53%;鱼类的种上分类阶元物种分布格局为鲤形目和鲤科占主体,具有东亚内陆鱼类组成的共同特点;鱼类物种的绝对特有性为5种,相对特有性为9.43%,鱼类相对特有性高于黑龙江水系的典型地理区;鱼类物种的绝对濒危性为5种,相对濒危性为9.43%,鱼类物种的相对濒危性低于黑龙江水系,但高于黑龙江水系的部分典型地理区;冷水性类群的物种数为10种,相对冷水种数为18.87%,都明显低于黑龙江水系及其典型地理区;土著鱼类由5个区系生态类群构成,北方类群物种数所占比例为28.30%,符合黑龙江水系内陆鱼类区系组成特点;2017~2022年的鱼类群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数和Pielou均匀度指数值比2007~2011年的分别增大了3.88%、1.88%和31.70%,鱼类群落的物种组成多样性和种群结构的稳定性水平在提高。     

青海-西藏-新疆三省区藏羚羊联合保护协调会议在乌鲁木齐召开

2005年8月20—21日，“青海-西藏-新疆三省区藏羚羊联合保护协调会议”（Coordination Confrence on Integrated Protection of the Tibetan Antelope in Qinghai Province，Tibet and Xinjiang Autonomous Regions，China）在新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐召开。来自国家林业局野生动植物保护司、国家濒危物种保护管理办公室、中国野生动物保护协会、国家爱护动物基金会（IFAW）、国际野生生物学会（WCS）、海关、边防部队，青海、西藏和新疆林业局及可可西历里自然保护区、三江源自然保护区、羌塘高原自然保护区、中昆仑自然保护区、西昆仑中——美野生动物调查项目组等部门和单位的代表和专家学者出席了本次会议。     

达里诺尔湿地水环境和鱼类多样性调查Ⅴ.达里湖的鱼类多样性及其持续健康发展

达里湖是达里诺尔湿地的重要组成部分。根据2019年达里湖鱼类多样性调查的结果,研究了达里湖鱼类物种资源、种类组成和区系生态类群多样性以及物种分布特征,分析了达里湖鱼类多样性的形成机制及其与水体盐碱化的关系,探讨了达里湖鱼类多样性的动态及其持续健康发展途径。研究结果表明,2019年,达里湖中有鱼类2目3科12属12种,由5个区系生态类群构成,包括冷水种5种、中国特有种2种和经济鱼类2种;鱼类群落中鲤形目和刺鱼目的物种数分别占91.67%和8.33%,鲤科(Cyprinidae)、鳅科(Cobitidae)和刺鱼科(Gasterosteidae)的物种数分别占达里湖中鱼类总物种数的50%、41.67%和8.33%。只有耐盐碱的5种鱼类在达里湖全湖水域都有分布,其它7种鱼类仅分布于湖区的河口水域,而且随着湖泊水体不断盐碱化和萎缩,达里湖中鱼类的栖息地和繁殖生境的适宜性都在降低,鱼类物种减少的潜在风险在加大,基于生态保护的鱼类栖息地与繁殖生境的适宜性建设和加强鱼类资源增殖与物种移殖,将是未来达里湖鱼类多样性持续健康发展的重要途径。     

黑龙江三江国家级自然保护区沼泽中的野生种子植物组成与区系分析

2020年5月至8月期间,在黑龙江三江国家级自然保护区的沼泽中,采用样方调查方法,进行了两次野生种子植物野外调查,研究野生种子植物的组成及其区系特征.研究结果表明,在该保护区的沼泽中,共有野生种子植物56科141属251种(含4变种),占东北湿地野生种子植物总物种数的33.6％;其中,野大豆(Glycine soja)...     

塞罕坝国家级自然保护区野生鱼类资源与保护对策

2014年7—9月对塞罕坝自然保护区进行野生鱼类调查,结果发现塞罕坝有鱼类13种,隶属4目5科13属,鲤鱼目鲤科鱼类是最大的类群,优势种为拉氏鱥Phoxinus lagowskii Dybowski和北方须鳅Barbatula barbatula nuda(Bleeker)。在保护区各水系中,吐力根河是鱼类主要分布地,其次是泰丰湖。在鱼类生境分布中,仅分布在一种生境的鱼类有4种,占鱼类总种数的30.77%;分布在2种或3种生境的鱼类分别有3种,占鱼类总种数的38.46%;分布在4种生境的鱼类有1种,占鱼类总种数的7.69%,广布种2种,占鱼类总种数的15.38%。生境丧失和过度捕捞是造成鱼类下降的主要原因,针对鱼类资源保护中存在的问题,提出了相应的保护对策。     

青藏高原东部藏族地区野生经济植物资源

本区是指滇西北、川西和甘南藏族地区。全区土地面积约３０．４万ｋｍ￣２．区内野生经济植物资源的特征是：种类比较丰富，种子植物属的区系成分以温带的属占优势，特有种、特有属植物突出，区域分异比较明显等。全区野生经济植物有１８７科７４２属２８１３种（或变种）．按经济用途，把本区的野生经济植物分为８类。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
