文章研究了pH值、改性剂用量和改性时间对聚合氯化铝改性膨润土去除水溶液中Cr^6+效率的影响。实验结果表明:(1)在不同pH值条件下改性得到的聚合氯化铝改性膨润土对水溶液中Cr^6+的去除效果明显不同。在80℃反应5 h制得的聚合氯化铝改性膨润土,在pH值=7的中性条件下改性得到的改性膨润土对水溶液中Cr^6+(取0.5g聚合氯化铝改性膨润土处理5mg/L重铬酸钾溶液100ml)的去除率达到最大值(98.35%)。(2)改性剂用量对聚合氯化铝改性膨润土去除水溶液中Cr^6+影响很大。当pH值=7,在80℃反应5 h的条件下改性膨润土,改性剂聚合氯化铝选用13mmol/g膨润土为宜。(3)改性时间对聚合氯化铝改性信阳膨润土去除Cr^6+有一定的影响。当改性剂的用量为15mmol/g,pH值=9,反应温度为80℃条件下,最佳改性反应时间是4 h。  相似文献

福建紫金山铜金矿床氢氧同位素研究结果表明,蚀变矿化作用过程中(由早期至晚期)大气降水渗入量增加,并呈阶段性演化,成矿W/R比值较小(0.05~0.2)。蚀变岩石(3线)氧同位素剖面变化表明,上部金矿体与高δ18O值(12‰~15‰)对应,下部铜矿体以低δ18O值为成矿富集中心。他变岩石δ18O值可作为该区勘查找矿的一种有效手段。  相似文献

高放废物地下处置库运营过程中,衬砌混凝土在地下水作用下产生的强碱性溶液,会扩散进入膨润土缓冲屏障,长期将使屏障性能发生退化。采用不同 pH 值的 KOH 溶液模拟衬砌混凝土溶出的碱性溶液,在室内进行为期一年的常温接触扩散试验,开展X射线荧光光谱(X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,简称XRF)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,简称 XRD)、扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,简称 SEM)和能谱(energy dispersive spectrometry,简称 EDS)试验,研究强碱性溶液缓慢扩散对高庙子膨润土矿物的影响。XRF试验结果表明,当 KOH 溶液的 pH>12.6时,膨润土中 Si 元素的含量开始减少,即含Si 矿物蒙脱石、石英、方石英等发生了溶解;同时,K元素含量增多,表明膨润土与碱溶液发生离子交换反应,溶液中大量的K+进入蒙脱石层间。XRD 试验结果表明,在 pH=12.6时,蒙脱石矿物的 001峰开始右移、变宽,峰值强度大大减弱;在pH>13时,衍射角θ整体向右偏,晶面间距由原始膨润土样的1.385 3 nm(13.853 Å)减小为1.221 0 nm(12.210 Å),表明蒙脱石矿物晶层被压缩。随着 KOH 溶液 pH 值增大,膨润土中蒙脱石、石英等矿物的含量明显减少,长石类矿物的含量逐渐增加,伊利石和斜发沸石的含量也呈现略微增多的趋势。SEM 试验结果表明,随着溶液 pH 的增大,蒙脱石部分晶层会发生重叠,进而产生部分裂隙和孔洞,加速蒙脱石的溶蚀进程。在为期一年的接触扩散试验中,pH=13.8的 KOH 溶液扩散深度超过7.5 mm,并且在碱溶液与膨润土接触面上观察到新生成的伊利石微晶,证实强碱性溶液会导致蒙脱石溶解及伊利石化。  相似文献

在200℃高温条件下,对MX-80膨润土粉末进行了不同时长(0、15、30、60、90、120d)的热老化预处理;通过热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,简称TGA)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,简称XRD)和电镜扫描(electron microscope scanning,简称SEM)等试验探讨了MX-80膨润土中结合水、矿物成分、微观形貌等随热老化时间t的变化规律;基于蒙脱石矿物晶体结构学理论揭示了MX-80膨润土高温老化时间效应的细微观机制。试验结果表明:(1)膨润土中自由水、弱结合水和强结合水随热老化时间t的递增均发生不同程度的脱附现象,0~15 d变化显著,15 d后趋于稳定,120 d后三者降幅分别为82.6%、68.8%和96.5%;(2)随着热老化时间t的增加,膨润土主要矿物成分蒙脱石部分转化为稳定性较好的钠云母,0~15d变化显著,15d后趋向稳定,120d后二者的变化量分别为–12.57%和+12.47%;(3)高温热老化过程中,蒙脱石矿物的晶层间距减小,引起片层状矿物之间收缩变形,导致膨润土的微观形貌随着热老化时间...  相似文献

在对河南油田下二门矿区油田污水进行全面分析的基础上,研究了污水中Fe^2 ,S^2-,溶解氧(DO)及污水的pH值对无机交联体系聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)-Cr^3 胶成分散凝胶(CDG)成胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,对于HPAM-Cr^3 体系,污水中Fe^2 ,DO对其成胶性能没有影响;S^2-和污水的pH值对其成胶性能有影响。pH值增大,凝胶强度增强;S^2-浓度增加,则凝胶强度减弱。  相似文献

辽西北票早侏罗世兴隆沟组英安岩具有埃达克岩的地球化学特征。它们具有较高的SiO2(≥63.93%)、Al2O3(≥15.40%)、Na2O(≥3.65%)和MgO(≥2.32%,Mg^#=0.48~0.61)含量,较高的Sr(〉463μg/g)、Cr(〉119μg/g)、Ni(〉75μg/g)含量,较低的Yb(〈1.70μg/g)、Y(〈17μg/g)含量,高的La/Yb(〉18)、Sr/Y(〉34)值和低Rb/Sr(≤0.31)比值,稀土元素强烈分馏,弱的负铕异常(Eu/Eu^+=0.80~0.87).它们的Nd同位素(^143Nd/^144Nd=0.512414~0.512502.εND(t)=-2.10~-0.38,TDM:0.89~1.02Ga),Sr同位素(^87Sr/^86Sr=0.7073~0.7075,8Sr(t)=11.16~13.78)和Pb同位素(^206Pb/^204Pb=18.28~18.40,^207Pb/^204Pb=15.42~15.53,^208Ph/^204Pb=38.08~38.27)组成与华北陆块古老的岩石圈地幔及其中的中晚侏罗世和早白垩世火山岩不同。这表明兴隆沟组英安岩可能是古亚洲洋壳残片部分熔融形成的,熔体在上升过程中与地幔楔发生过强烈的混染作用。据此,推测古亚洲洋曾向华北陆块发生过俯冲作用。  相似文献

采用颗粒级锆石U-Pb定年方法,精确测定了西天山前寒武纪天窗花岗片麻岩的结晶锆石年龄为798Ma,它代表了花岗质岩浆的结晶时代。花岗片麻岩具有较高的IAS。值(1.17~1.55)和LILE、LREE含量,明显的Eu负异常(δEu=024~0.38)和Ba、Sr、P、Ti、Nb、Ta的亏损,表明源岩为成熟度很高的陆壳物质。其负的εNd(t)值(-4.4~-6.4)和较高的初始87Sr/86Sr比值(0.7196~0.7207),均表明熔融母岩具有很长的地壳存留时间,1.93~2.01Ga的Nd模式年龄值可能代表了源岩的平均地壳存留年龄。  相似文献

云南金平白马寨-营盘街-带的奥陶纪变砂岩和板岩中出露大量小型约260Ma的镁铁-超镁铁质岩体,其中白马寨地区三个岩体具明显铜-镍硫化物矿化:三号岩体有一个中型铜镍硫化物矿床,一号和二号岩体可见微弱矿化。一号岩体的Ni/Cu值为0.7~2.2,二号岩体的Ni/Cu值为1.4~4.0,与三号岩体的比值(Ni/Cu=-0.5~6.7)相近,说明他们的母岩浆成分接近,为富Mg的镁铁质或苦橄质岩浆。三个岩体遭受不同程度的地壳混染,表现为强烈的Nb(Ta)异常,很低的Nb/La值(O.5~O.7)和很负的£。。(f)值(一5.1~一9.O)。根据全岩的Th/Yb和Nb/Th值估算,一号岩体的地壳混染程度为5%~20%,二号岩体的地壳混染程度为5%~10%,而三号岩体的地壳混染程度高达35%。三个岩体的地壳混染程度与岩体中硫化物的含量呈正相关关系,表明地壳混染是导致白马寨岩体硫化物饱和的主要因素。  相似文献

本文详细报告了水介质中多金属海水矿瘤吸附砷(Ⅲ)和砷(Ⅴ)的研究结果。海水矿瘤的元素成分主要由铁、锰、硅(含有微量铝)、铜、钴和镍。海水矿瘤对砷(Ⅴ)的吸附取决于水介质的pH值,而砷(Ⅲ)的吸附不受水介质pH值的影响。砷吸附数据大体上符合兰米尔(Langmuir)等温线。砷(Ⅲ)和砷(Ⅴ)的动力学数据满足一种假定的二级动力学模型。海水矿瘤去除砷的效果取决于砷的初始浓度。当水介质中砷(Ⅲ)的初始浓度为0.34mg/L或砷(Ⅴ)的初始浓度为0.78mg/L时,海水矿瘤的最佳剂量为0.74mg/g。砷(Ⅲ)的吸附一般取决于离子环境。除PO4^3-以外,砷(Ⅲ)的吸附不受阴离子的影响,但受阳离子的影响显著。另一方面,砷(Ⅴ)的吸附受阴离子的影响显著,但不受阳离子的影响。试验结果表明,海水矿瘤吸附的砷(Ⅲ)主要为内部结核复合物,而吸附的砷(Ⅴ)为部分内部结核和部分外部结核复合物。当水介质的pH值为2-10时,吸附的砷(Ⅲ)和砷(Ⅴ)的解吸附较小。当水介质的pH值为6或更高时,海水矿瘤能被用于吸附地下水中的砷(Ⅲ)和砷(Ⅴ)物种。海水矿瘤被成功地用于去除采于印度西孟加拉邦的6种受砷污染地下水样中的砷(6种地下水样中砷的浓度范围为0.04-0.18mg/L)。  相似文献

以莱西的钙基膨润土为原料,研究了分散方法、分散时间、分散剂种类及分散剂用量对膨润土钠化的影响,确定了最好的分散设备,提出了以3%的碳酸钠为钠化剂,0.4%的焦磷酸钠为分散剂,制备超细钠基膨润土的新工艺,并制备出了平均粒径为0.496μm的超细钠基膨润土。  相似文献

目前尚没有国家标准来统一和规范触变性的测试方法,而轻工标准QB/T 1545—1992仍是应用于非金属矿物触变性测试的较为适用的方法之一,但该规范中的方法介绍较为简单,对触变性测试的影响因素(如电解质的添加)未有详细叙述和研究,实际指导性不强。本文依据QB/T 1545—1992,以膨润土和皂石为矿物样品,研究触变性测试方法及其影响因素,重点对电解质最佳用量和陈化时间进行条件试验。结果表明:添加电解质对触变性影响很大,不同矿种及同种矿物的样品在触变性试验中所需的电解质最佳添加量是不同的,测试具体矿物的触变性时,需先对电解质最佳添加量进行条件试验。样品悬浮物的陈化时间对其触变性的测试结果有很大影响。在测试触变性的过程中,应严格按照轻工标准QB/T 1545—1992规定的陈化时间10~12 h,以保证方法精密度要求;若陈化时间过长,其触变性明显增大,触变性已无法计算。本文通过对触变性测试方法中电解质用量和陈化时间两个重要影响因素的研究,可为现有触变性测试方法的改进提供一定的依据。  相似文献

Studies on the chemically stabilized soils have shown that the effectiveness of treatment is largely dependent on soil??s natural environment. In this research, the time-dependent changes induced in permanent cation exchange capacity of lime and phosphoric acid treated soils, comprised mainly of montmorillonite and kaolinite minerals, were investigated. Also, in order to study the relationship between the exchange capacity and acidity/alkalinity of pore water, pH measurements were performed on cured samples. Based on the collected data, it was found that the pH of stabilized soils showed a tendency for reaching soil??s natural pH with increasing curing time. In addition, the increase in number of broken bonds around the edges of soil particles and also the formation of cementitious compounds that acquired negative charges contributed to achieving higher CECp values at longer curing periods. Nevertheless, the kaolinite mineral with pH-dependent structural properties, showed a rather limited behavior in the acidic medium. From engineering point of view, the lime treated samples revealed the highest degree of improvement with an approximately ten-fold strength increase in comparison to the natural soil over an 8?months curing period.  相似文献

为揭示可溶盐对黄土触变性的影响程度及作用规律,以宁夏同心黄土为研究对象,以干密度、含水率、含盐量为因素,设计正交试验方案进行了黄土的触变性研究。结果表明:黄土的触变性参数随干密度和含盐量的增大而增大、随含水率的增大而减小、并且随龄期的增长而增大;各因素影响的主次顺序为含水率、干密度和含盐量。在正交试验结果分析的基础上,以含盐量为因素进行了单因素试验,发现触变性参数与含盐量呈对数关系,且有很好的相关性,可溶盐对黄土触变性的影响明显,是影响黄土触变性的重要因素之一。研究结论对黄土地基设计、施工和处理有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

研究了不同表面活性剂对不同等级水镁石纤维的松解效果,通过对纤维悬浮液叩解度、粘度、纤维表面Zeta电位、纤维混凝土强度等的研究,并经扫描电镜分析,证明了化学松解工艺对水镁石纤维具有较好地劈分作用。表面活性剂种类及用量对纤维的叩解度、纤维的表面电位、悬浮液粘度均有影响,对不同等级纤维的影响有差异。随表面活性剂用量增加,纤维的叩解度、纤维表面的负电荷量、悬浮液的粘度一般均呈增加趋势。经过化学分散试验,水镁石纤维得到了较好松解,纤维直径由微米级下降至纳米级。将水镁石纤维应用于混凝土,抗折强度随纤维叩解度的增加而提高,说明纤维的化学分散有利于纤维对混凝土增强作用的发挥。  相似文献

 Adsorption/desorption and oxidation/reduction of arsenic at clay surfaces are very important to the natural attenuation of arsenic in the subsurface environment. Although numerous studies have concluded that iron oxides have high affinities for the adsorption of As(V), very little experimental work has addressed the arsenic attenuation capacities of different clay minerals and aging process affecting the transformation of arsenic. The abundance of clay minerals in a variety of geochemical environments and their influence on adsorption of contaminants suggests a need for more experimental work to characterize the adsorption desorption, and oxidation of arsenic on clay minerals. In this investigation three types of clay mineral were studied: the 1 : 1 layer clays [halloysite (IN), sedimentary M-kaolinite, and weathered EPK-kaolinite]; the 2 : 1 layer clays [illite (MT) and illite/montmorillonite (MT)]; the 2 :>: 1 layer clay [chlorite (CA)]. The halloysite and the chlorite had much greater As(V) adsorption (25–35 folds) than the other clay minerals. The clay minerals had lower As(III) adsorption than As(V) adsorption, and the adsorption was affected by pH. Desorption of arsenic from the clay minerals was significantly influenced by the aging process. The quantities of extractable As(III) and As(V) decreased with increasing aging time. The results demonstrated that oxidation of As(III) to As(V) occurred on the clay surfaces, whereas reduction of As(V) to As(III) was not found in any of the clay minerals studied. 通过推导和实验,建立了宾汉触变流体的屈服应力及不沉降最大球体直径随浑水静止历时增长而变化的公式;建立了宾汉触变流体运动的Navier-Stokes方程,求解该方程时,导得了球体在宾汉触变流体中沉降时的绕流阻力及阻力系数公式。用各种来源的宾汉触变体浑水的流变试验资料及X射线屏幕上观测球体运动的试验资料验证上述公式,取得了良好的结果。  相似文献

研究抗生素在浅层地下水中不同相态间的分布特征,对于了解抗生素的行为特征及评估其危害具有重要的意义。本文利用三维荧光淬灭法研究了胡敏酸(humic acid, HA)对磺胺嘧啶(sulfadiazine, SD)在地下水中不同相态间分布规律的影响及相互作用,探讨了HA浓度、pH值、温度对SD在不同相态间分布的影响,对淬灭过程进行拟合并计算了分配系数、淬灭参数以及热力学参数。结果表明:地下水中SD浓度(0.5 mg/L)较低时或者HA浓度增加(0~20 mg/L)时,HA可显著促进悬浮相中SD比例的增加;SD对HA的淬灭机理为形成复合物的单一静态淬灭,结合位点数均约为1,荧光淬灭常数Ksv为5.271×103 L/mol,淬灭速率常数Kq为5.271×1011 L/(mol·s),属于自发的放热过程;体系处于低温(15 ℃)、弱碱性(8~10)pH值环境时,SD对HA的淬灭作用最强,HA对SD进入悬浮相的促进作用最明显。  相似文献

Significant amount of slurry waste is produced from mineral processing plants globally constituting high levels of both kaolin and sand in aqueous suspension. Large quantities of slurry and mine tailings require efficient handling, transportation and storage system. The transportation and treatment of kaolin–sand slurry is dependent on its rheological behaviour which is a function of temperature, total solid concentration and pH. In this study, the effects of total solid concentration, pH and temperature on rheological behaviour of kaolin–sand mixture were investigated. These parameters were varied to analyse the viscosity, yield stress, flow index and shear force requirements of the mixed kaolin–sand suspension as a function of these varying parameters. Experimental rheological investigation conducted on rotational stress-controlled rheometer equipped with Peltier concentric cylinder system showed that the kaolin–sand mixture suspension is shear thickening in nature. The shear stress-rate rheograms for the kaolin–sand suspension can be modelled by the Herschel–Bulkley model with high levels of accuracy for pH range of 4–11, temperature range of 20–50 °C and solid concentration of 5–50 %. Solid concentration of the suspension was found to significantly affect the rheological behaviour of the mixture where higher kaolin–sand slurry concentration resulted in greater viscosity and the trend becoming less predictable for solid concentration greater than 50 % by weight. pH was another factor affecting the rheological behaviour of kaolin–sand slurry. pH of 3 or less resulted in the dramatic increase of viscosity of the suspension possibly due to the isoelectric point of the mixture system found between pH of 3 and 4.  相似文献

东濮盆地四口井的25个沉积岩样品的穆斯堡尔谱学研究结果表明,沉积岩样品中的主要含铁矿物相为黄铁矿、粘土矿物以及一些碳酸盐矿物。沉积岩中黄铁矿铁的相对含量与Pr/Ph和CPI之间存在着负相关关系,表明穆斯堡尔谱学方法所确定的黄铁矿铁的相对含量可以作为沉积岩形成时古环境分析的一项可靠指标。此外,东濮盆地铁白云石主要分布在一定深度范围之内,本文讨论了铁白云石的分布与沉积岩有机质成熟度之间的对应关系。  相似文献

Naturally occurring pyroclastic materials, quartz-rich tuffs (Qz) and stellerite tuffs, were evaluated for their capacities to remove As(V) from aqueous solutions. The mechanism of As(V) uptake was evaluated using sequential extraction of As(V)-loaded adsorbent which entailed that the plausible removal mechanism is sorption to short-range ordered hydrous oxides of iron and aluminum. In addition, buffering effects of adsorbents could form favorable charges upon them through hydrolysis of amphoteric oxides, enhancing the performance of sorption. The influence of anions co-existing with As(V) in water such as carbonate, bicarbonate, nitrate, chloride, phosphate, and sulfate was studied in a batch sorption process. The impact of most anions on As(V) removal was found to be negligible except phosphate. The sorption behavior well fitted to Langmuir and Freundlich models. Estimated maximum sorption capacities of 0.42 and 0.23 mg/L were observed using quartz-rich tuffs and stellerite tuffs, respectively. As(V) concentration of 0.8 mg/L was easily decreased to below the drinking water standard of 0.01 mg/L using Qz adsorbent, whereas 0.1 mg/L As(V) decreased to below this limit upon the use of stellerite tuffs under similar conditions. The buffering capacity of quartz-rich tuffs and stellerite tuffs induced a pH increase to 5.76 and 5.40, respectively, from initial pH of 3.50, which will incur an important asset in real applications.  相似文献
