采用流动注射夹层带进样方式研究了酚红法测定溴的化学条件和流路参数,所建立的方法具有灵敏度高,精密度好,试剂消耗量少和分析速度块的特点,在所选实验条件下,Br的质量浓度为0.2~10.0mg/L时有良好的线性关系,检出限和相对标准偏差(2.0mg/L,Br,n=11)分别为0.11mg/L和0.88%测定速度为60~90/h,对化学试剂KCl和NaCl中的杂质溴进行了测定,加标回收率为95%~105  相似文献

研究了在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,Al(Ⅲ)与3,5_二溴_4_偶氮变色酸苯基荧光酮(DBACPF)的显色反应条件和光度性质。在pH60的HAc_NaAc缓冲介质中,Al(Ⅲ)与试剂形成1∶2的红色配合物,最大吸收峰位于560nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为125×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Al(Ⅲ)的质量浓度为0~02mg/L时符合比尔定律。拟定方法用于铝黄铜及石灰石样品中铝的测定,结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

研究了Ce(SO4)2H2SO4体系反向流动注射分析法测定环境水中化学需氧量(COD)的试验条件。在2.5~160.0mg/L线性范围内,采样频率达到25/h,Cl-的质量浓度至2500mg/L无干扰。对60mg/L的标准试样重复测定11次,相对标准偏差为0.79%,检出下限为2.5mg/L。该法便于实际工作中COD的连续监测,用于河水、池塘水分析,获得结果与经典的重铬酸钾法相对照,相关性良好  相似文献

建立了采用等离子体发射光谱测定大气气溶胶中金属元素的方法。气溶胶样品经密封混合酸消解处理后,直接进行Al、Ca、Mg、K、Na、Mn、Fe、Sr、V和Zn10种元素的测定,方法检出限在02~11μg/L,对于0x~xxmg/L的样品测定6次的精密度好,RSD<12%,样品加标回收率为986%~1050%。方法经国家一级标样验证可行,已用于大批大气气溶胶样品的测定。  相似文献

在008~010mol/LHCl介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,Zr(Ⅳ)与5′_硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′_NSF)发生显色反应,形成1∶4的桔红色络合物,λmax=540nm,ε为146×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Zr(Ⅳ)含量在0~05mg/L符合比尔定律。方法用于氧化铝及陶瓷釉料中锆的测定,结果与ICP_AES法相符,RSD(n=5)在13%~37%。  相似文献

合成了二安替比林基_(2_溴)苯基甲烷(DAoBM)。在Mn(Ⅱ)和吐温_80存在下,Ce(Ⅳ)与DAoBM反应生成有色化合物,λmax为480nm,摩尔吸光系数为31×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Ce(Ⅳ)的质量浓度为0004~02mg/L时符合比尔定律。方法已用于稀土矿石中微量Ce(Ⅳ)的测定,结果与ICP_AES法相符  相似文献

于pH67~76的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下,Pd(Ⅱ)与5′_硝基水杨基荧光酮30min内反应完全,生成组成比1∶2的紫红色配合物。λmax=582nm,Δλ=56nm,表观ε为104×105L·mol-1·cm-1,配合物至少稳定36h。测Pd(Ⅱ)的线性范围在0~080mg/L。结合丁二酮肟_氯仿萃取分离,方法可用于试样中微量钯的测定,结果与5_Br_PADAB光度法一致,标准加入回收率为932%~1004%,相对标准偏差为17%(n=10)。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
