河口是化学环境和化学物质急剧变化的地区,是迁移到海洋中去的河流物质的控制中心。珠江是我国第三大河流,由东江、西江和北江三大支流汇合而成,流域面积广大,沿途排入大量的化学物质。这些化学物质是怎样经由珠江口而迁移到海洋中去的?在珠江口的分布如何?对珠江口的影响如何?等等,既是一个理论研究问题,也是一个实际问题。Cu、Pb、Zn是目前世界上研究较多的海洋微量化学成分。这些元素含量大时,是海洋污染物质。且这些元素的化合物不易分解,还能通过海洋生物的富集,变成更有害的物质。在珠江口海区,这三种元素的含量也较大。  相似文献

本文介绍了用国产D401型螯合树脂分离富集海水中铜、铅、锌、镉、铁、锰等痕量元素,并用原子吸收光谱仪测定其含量的方法。讨论了各元素的分离条件选择及干扰元素的影响,并与溶剂萃取法的结果作了比较。各元素检测的定量下限为:铜0.5μg/L、铅0.1μg/L、锌1.0μg/L、镉0.01μg/L、铁2.0μg/L、锰2.0μg/L。方法精密度在4—8%之间,回收率为90—102%。  相似文献

现代黄河三角洲ZK226孔岩心的~(210)Pb、Al、Fe、Mn和Cu的地球化学表明,沉积物的粒度是控制上述元素的主要因素,这些元素与粒度的相关性是~(210)Pb>Fe>Al>Mn>Cu。粘土和Fe的水合氧化物是吸附~(210)Pb的主要组分。标准化后的~(210)Pb_ex,与Al、Fe,Mn和Cu的比值对黄河中上游流域的土壤侵蚀情况具有良好的指示意义,这为建立黄河中上游流域的土壤侵蚀模式打下了必要的基础。  相似文献

A central theme of the ongoing GEOTRACES program is to improve the understanding of processes occurring at ocean interfaces with continents, sediments, and ocean crust. In this context, we studied the distributions of Al, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Pb around the Juan de Fuca Ridge (JdFR) in total dissolvable (td), dissolved (d), and labile particulate (lp) fractions, which represent a fraction in unfiltered samples, filtered samples through an AcroPak capsule filter, and the difference between td and d, respectively. Al and Fe were dominated by lp-species, while Ni, Zn, and Cd were dominated by d-species with undetectable amounts of lp-species. Major findings in this study are as follows: (1) The continental margin (CM) provided large sources of Al, Mn, Fe, and Co from the surface to ~2000 m in depth. The supply from CM caused high surface concentrations of dMn and dCo, a subsurface (100–300 m depth) maximum of dCo, and intermediate (500–2000 m depth) maxima of lpAl and lpFe. The supply of dFe from CM was ~10 times that from the high-temperature hydrothermal activity at station BD21, which is located at ~3 km from the Middle Valley venting site and ~ 200 km from Vancouver Island. (2) DPb was maximum at the top layer of North Pacific Intermediate Water, probably owing to isopycnal transport of anthropogenic Pb via advection of subducted surface waters. Although dCo and dPb had different sources in the upper water, they showed a strong linearity below 300 m (r 2 = 0.95, n = 38), indicating concurrent scavenging. (3) A high-temperature hydrothermal plume occurred at a depth of 2300 m at BD21, accounting for maxima of dAl, dMn, dFe, lpCu, and lpPb and a minimum of dCu. (4) Strong bottom maxima of lpAl, lpMn, lpFe, lpCo, and lpPb occurred above the abyssal plain at the western foot of the JdFR, indicating resuspension of sediments. However, bottom maxima of d-species were apparent only for dAl and dCu.  相似文献

In this paper, the samples of sediments collected from five sampling-stations in the river-sea water mixing zone of the Zhujiang Estuary have been determined by the sequencial extraction procedure, anodic stripping voltammetry and atomic emission spectrometry etc. The contents of the heavy metals Zn, Cu, Pb and Cd in the various phases which are dissolvable, ion-exchangeable, combined with carbonates, easily-reducible, reducible, combined with organic matters and sulfides and residue in the sediments, have been obtained.  相似文献

采用铜适量(4.47mg/kg)和铜过量(1127.51mg/kg)的两种饲料投喂初始体重为(12.9±0.2)g的斜带石斑鱼(Epinephelus coioides)8周,研究饲料中过量铜对斜带石斑鱼生长性能、形态学指标、体组成和鱼体微量元素含量的影响。结果表明,当饲料铜含量由4.47mg/kg升高到1127.51mg/kg时,斜带石斑鱼增重率由228%下降到63%,饲料效率由1.12下降到0.51,肠脂比由2.90%下降到1.69%。全鱼和肝脏中的铜含量均随饲料铜水平的增加而显著增加,斜带石斑鱼全鱼铜含量由2.98mg/kg上升到34.98mg/kg,肝脏铜含量由36.6mg/kg上升到1364.0mg/kg。但饲料中过量铜对斜带石斑鱼的存活率、鱼体肥满度、脏体比、肝体比和全鱼体组成没有显著性影响。摄食高铜饲料的斜带石斑鱼肝脏锌含量显著升高,锌可能在铜的解毒过程中起着重要的作用。  相似文献

The forms distribution of Zn, Cd, Pb and Cu in waters of the Northwest Bohai Gulf is investigated by inverse polarography of anti-adsorption physically coated mercury film electrode, the higher content of most forms of trace metals is in polluted estuary water, and unstable Zn and Pb are in anomalous distribution. The average concentrations read ΣZn 20.0μg/1 (14.5-36.6 μg/l, ΣCd 0.11pg/1 (0.080-0.14μg/1), ΣPb 1.0μg/1 (0.58-1.6 μg/1), and ΣCu 5.2μg/1) (2.37-8.43 μ/1) respectively.  相似文献

以氙灯为光源,通过平衡渗析法研究了美国萨旺尼河DOM在光解过程中,DOM与重金属离子(Cu2+、Pb2+)结合系数的变化.研究表明,DOM光照过程中,氧气对DOM起到促进作用.氧气充足条件下,将使DOM更大程度上发生光解.经过72小时照射,空气饱和和空气平衡状态下,DOM与Cu2+结合系数分别由1.33下降到0.70和0.62,DOM与pb2+结合系数分别由0.14下降到0.09和0.05.光降解使更多的金属离子由与DOM的结合态转变为自由态.  相似文献

对15年来江苏王港潮滩重金属Pb、Zn和Cu积累规律研究表明,王港潮滩WG05点位现代平均沉积速率为4.13 cm/a。王港潮间带重金属垂直方向的含量具有趋同性,从表层向下逐步降低,具有明显的表聚和亚表聚特征,王港潮滩Fe与Li的相关系数非常显著,超过了0.90,这些潮滩重金属来自岩石风化的可能性较大;Pb、Cu、Al则与铁元素呈负相关,表明王港潮滩沉积物中的重金属Pb、Cu的含量受人为因素的影响较大。归一化后,Cu、Zn的归一化值在15年内相当稳定,其中Cu的波动范围在0.4~2之间,Zn在1.5~2.6之间狭小的范围内波动;这说明王港潮滩的Cu、Zn积累主要来自于地壳风化,受物源和沉积环境等自然因素控制较大,受人类活动影响较小。而Pb归一化以后在4个柱状样中都表现出随时间的变化发生了较大的波动。Pb、Cu为该区域的主要污染因子。  相似文献

In this paper, a comparison viral made between the two results of determining Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in seawater by direct current (tripping voltammetry (DCS) with rotating glass carbon electrode and by differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPS) with hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE). By DCS, the range of linear calibration curves obtained was 4×10-3 M-2×10-7M for Cu, Zn and Cd, and 4× 10-9M-2×10-3M for Pb. By using DPS, the range of linear calibration curve was as follows: Cu 0.65-1.9 ppb; Pb 1.0-10 ppb; Zn 0.65-2.0 ppb; Cd 0.02-0.14 ppb. It was found that DCS could be used for determining Pb, Cu, Zn in coastal waters, but it is necessary to add gallium ion to it to eliminate the interference of Cu-Zn inter-metallic compound for determining Zn. This paper suggests direct and simultaneous determinations of the reducible species of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Bi in seawater made by the derivative-differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with a hung mercury drop electrode. The influence of Cu on the determination of Zn in this experiment condition has been studied, of which both the accuracy and precision are satisfactory. The procedure of determination is so quick, simple and convenient that the background concentration of these five elements in coastal seawaters can be determined only by adjusting the acidity of seawater to pH 2.5 and by taking 10-minutes plating time. Actual measurement time of these five elements for every sample is approximately 25 min.  相似文献

于1994年3月,采用样方法分析、探讨深圳福田自然保护区车公庙林区白骨壤红树林重金属Cu,Ph,Zn,Cd元素的累积及分布。结果表明:该林地表层土壤(0—3cm深),Cu,Ph,Zn,Cd的含量分别为383.28.7,1140,0136×10-6,储量分别为5285.40,3960.60,15732.00,18.77mg/m2、植物体各部位Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd含量范围分别为1.81-13.8,0.402-3.51,3.42-69.5,0.013-0295×10-6对表层土壤加权平均富集系数为Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb.该群落Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd现存累积量分别为53.70,19.27,187.89,0.72mg/m2;年净存留累积量分别为4063.91,1318.14,16358.62,60.21μg/m2;林地残留物相应元素的储量分别为2091.18,1958.66,5046.60,19.30μg/m2。该林区不同群落叶层Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd现存累积量为白骨壤林>桐花树林>秋茄林。  相似文献

Cd, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn were determined in 123 samples from the Baltic Sea proper. The trace metals were extracted directly on board the vessel, using a dithiocarbamate-Freon procedure. Final analyses of the extracts are performed onshore by atomic absorption spectrometry.Similar trace-metal concentrations are found in different areas of the Baltic proper. Most values fall in the following ranges: Cd, 30–60 ng 1?1; Cu, 0.6–1.0 μg 1?1; Fe, 0.3–0.9 μg 1?1; Ni, 0.6–0.9 μg 1?1; Pb, 0.05–0.2 μg 1?1; and Zn, 1.5–3.5 μg 1?1. The metal-concentrations are generally independent of depth. However, copper exhibits a small but significent decrease in concentration below 80 m.Filtration did not affect trace-metal concentrations, with the exception of iron in waters from lower layers. Similarly, storage under acid conditions was shown to affect only the concentration of iron. An electro-chemical technique was also used to determine Cu in some samples.  相似文献

研究了在两次台风和一次暴雨期间及随后的恢复期内,厦门湾表层海水盐度、pH、溶解氧以及COD的变化特征。结果表明,台风暴雨期间两站位盐度、pH和溶解氧呈下降趋势而COD则正好相反。随后几日这些参数逐渐回落到风雨前的水平。对影响这些参数变化的机制进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

海水中的痕量金属在海洋生物地球化学循环中至关重要。本研究在严格采用痕量金属洁净(trace-metalclean)采样和分析测试技术的前提下,于2016年7月采集了渤海与黄海表、底层海水水样,获得黄、渤海几种痕量金属(Cu、Ni、Co、Zn)的空间分布特征。研究结果显示,黄、渤海海水中痕量金属的空间分布具有近岸高、远岸低的特点,体现了人类活动对近岸海域的影响,而其在局部海域的分布则受到沿岸流、冷水团、沉积物再悬浮过程以及生物过程等因素的影响。Cu、Ni、Co在黄、渤海海水中的分布特征较为类似,平均浓度由高到低依次为渤海北黄海南黄海,而溶解态Zn的分布则与其他几种金属不同,在黄、渤海平均浓度类似,整体偏低,具有其特殊性。本研究测定的几种痕量金属在黄、渤海海水中的浓度较以往报道数据偏低,其中易污染的痕量金属Zn的浓度更是低近1—3个数量级,体现了痕量洁净采样和测试方法的重要性。  相似文献

本文用防吸附物理涂汞电极反问极谱对图们江口、东海及日本海水中Zn,Cd,Pb,Cu进行了形式分析,其不稳定态的平均浓度分别为5.9,0.071,0.039,0.69ug/L(占总量的15~27%),分布较为均匀,证实了痕量金属离子(自由离子及不稳定络离子的均匀分布规律。有机结合态Zn,Cd及Pb(10~30%)和颗粒态Zn,Cu和Cu(15~40%)的较高含量位于长江口、东海及图们江口。  相似文献
