随着航天和计算机技术的进步,多角度遥感目前又一次成为遥感基础研究的新热点,不同于以往的传统垂直观测方式,它不仅提供了地物的空间光谱信息,还提供了地物的结构特征信息,是定量化遥感的途径之一。多角度遥感也使得遥感图像处理更加复杂,多角度遥感图像的配准便是要解决的关键技术之一,多角度遥感图像成像的特殊性决定了纯粹利用图像信息进行的匹配是较为困难的。本文以法国POLDER(POL arizationand Directionality of Earth's Reflectance)多角度航空遥感试验为例,介绍POLDER多角度遥感图像自动匹配的方法,首先用GPS进行定位引导,精度在100m左右,然后在初步定位的基础上,用图像灰度特征和结构特征进行精确配准,自动定位精度小于30m,最后采用局部最小误差控制点对图像进行重采样处理,并直接提取航空平台的地物二向性反射信息。  相似文献

SAR图像配准是实现多时相图像监测的前提,但是由于SAR图像的斑点噪声、成像机理的特殊性,使得采用常规的特征匹配方法很难实现SAR图像的自动配准。本文在介绍旋转尺度不变特征(SIFT)提取特征点原理的基础上,利用SIFT方法对两个时相星载SAR图像存在不同的旋转角和分辨率存在差异进行了特征点提取和自动匹配试验,图像特征点自动匹配的有效率达到70%以上,结果表明提取SIFT特征点进行多时相SAR图像自动匹配是基本可行的。  相似文献

An automatic image registration approach is presented here can be used to register daily images of Indian geostationary satellite system INSAT-3D acquired every 30 min’ interval without use of any ground control points (GCPs). There is always a pressing need to register meteorological images that are acquired over earth from geostationary platforms every 15–30 min, covering almost one-third of the earth. Weather forecast activities include derivation of atmospheric motion vectors, which demand immediate processing of such images to a reasonable accuracy in terms of its relative location accuracy. Generally followed approaches make use of image navigation models and GCPs drawn from known landmarks in land ocean boundaries and correlate image features before estimating a transform to warp the current acquisition to a known geometry. However, the hierarchical (coarse to fine) approach explained here makes use of intensity based Mutual Information as a similarity measure from a population of pixels selected randomly and uses stochastic gradient descent optimizer to estimate an affine transform between registering image pair, delivers satisfactory results.  相似文献

The effect of glass cover plates on the distortion characteristics of aerial survey cameras is shown to be relatively small. This fact supports the use of glass cover plates at high altitudes, as does the possibility of estimating and determining with sufficient certainty the systematic effect to be expected. If a decision is made against the use of glass cover plates, the effect of a variety of factors such as turbulence and temperature differences within the lens and the camera can hardly be estimated.  相似文献

Multitemporal remote sensing provides a unique tool to track lake dynamics at the pan-Arctic scale but requires precise registration of thousands of satellite images. This is a challenging task owing to a dearth of stable features to be used as tie points [(TPs), i.e., control points] in the dynamic landscapes. This letter develops an automated method to precisely register images in the lake-rich Arctic. The core premise of the method is that the centers of lakes are generally stable even if their shorelines are not. The proposed procedures first extract lakes in multitemporal satellite images, derive lake centroids and match them between images, and then use the centroids of stable lakes as TPs for image registration. The results show that this approach can achieve subpixel registration accuracy, outcompeting the conventional manual methods in both efficiency and accuracy. The proposed method is fully automated and represents a feasible way to register images for lake change detection at the pan-Arctic scale.   相似文献

服务注册中心是网格系统中进行服务资源管理的核心部件,其主要功能是为服务的共享与协同管理提供有效平台。为适应网格规模大,结构复杂的特点,在大型的网格应用中通常采用分布式注册中心来管理服务资源。此处根据网格地理信息服务管理的特点,阐明了地理信息服务静态虚拟组织和动态虚拟组织的概念和划分方法,在此基础上提出了集群式网格地理信息服务注册中心的基本概念,设计了其体系结构和基本运行机制,并与UDDI V3,UDDI注册中心池两种分布式注册中心结构进行了对比。  相似文献

随着LBS(基于位置服务)的应用逐渐大众化,从现有LBS系统中提取更多、更准确的语义信息显得尤为重要。对LBS数据进行分析和研究,根据数据语义和用途将LBS数据分成三类:①领域数据;包括空间维和时间维等概念,即位置、定位、移动及时间等概念;②内容数据:描述LBS的特征内容;③应用数据:由LBS用户配置文件和相关服务描述组成。此分类法为构建LBS数据语义模型奠定基础,为LBS的数据表达、共享和交互提供可能。  相似文献

为完成不动产权籍调查项目成果与不动产登记信息系统的对接,实现权籍调查成果数据的整合,综合考虑数据的海量性、多源性、异构性等特征,本文提出利用欧氏距离和相似度系数建立描述数据样本间近似程度的归一化综合指标即相似离度,根据计算出的相似性测度最大值确定关联目标,从而实现地块的落宗匹配。通过应用试验评价及算法效益分析,本文方法可以在投入人员、完成周期和经费投入方面提高效率,在数据整合领域具有推广意义。  相似文献

针对三维激光扫描技术在获取三维信息存在扫描漏洞及边缘信息不足等问题,本文以文物对象的精细三维重建为目的,在近景影像与激光点云精细三维重建中提出一种新的方法。首先利用尺度不变SIFT算法匹配,并设置多重约束逐级剔除误匹配点获得最优匹配点集,采用基础矩阵加严密解解算定向参数,然后采用改进的CANNY算子提取影像边缘信息,利用仿射变换的粗值点和核线几何搜索匹配得到边缘同名点,最后根据定向参数重建边缘点云并与扫描点云进行配准,生成对象的精细点云模型。实验结果表明,采用此方法可生成边缘信息丰富、精细度高的三维信息。  相似文献

Nowadays, NASA is producing several terabytes Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) data everyday; how to find the data with criteria, such as specific times, locations, and scales using an international standard becomes more and more important. In this paper, a service-oriented architecture for use of the integration Earth Observation System Clearing-HOuse (ECHO) with the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Catalogue Service—Web profile (CSW) is put forward. The architecture consists of three roles: a service requester (the user), a service provider (the ECHO metadata server), and a service broker (the GeoNetwork CSW and MODIS registry service middleware). The core component-MODIS registry service middleware includes three components: metadata fetcher, metadata transformer, and metadata register. The metadata fetcher is used to fetch metadata from ECHO metadata server; the metadata transformer is responsible for transform metadata from one form to another; the metadata register is in charge of registering ISO19139-based metadata to CSW. A prototype system is designed and implemented by using the service middleware technology and a standard interface and protocol. The feasibility and the response time of registry and retrieval of MODIS data are evaluated by means of a realistic LPDAAC_ECS MODIS data center. The implementation of this prototype system and the experiment show that the architecture and method is feasible and effective.  相似文献

In the frame of the development of a photogrammetric system to be used in thermal/vacuum chambers at the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) of European Space Agency (ESA) and other sites across Europe, the design of a network using micro-cameras was specified by ESA-ESTEC. A thermal/vacuum qualified photogrammetric system, which is able to work and acquire images in vacuum and at cryo-temperatures, was constructed by ESA-ESTEC Test Centre Division. The current system uses four space qualified one-mega pixel cameras and is able to measure large space structures in vacuum and at temperatures down to ?170 °C with a global accuracy better than 1 part per 100,000 in object space. Several tests aiming at the qualification of the sensors and system in terms of operation and accuracy have been carried out. Special measures have been developed and special attention has been taken into account specifically for the first application of the photogrammetric system. It is to verify the ESA’s Herschel Telescope Flight Model alignment positioning.  相似文献

在电力系统中,光学传感器较之传统的电气传感器具有本质上的优越性。叙述了近年来电流互感器(OCT)、光学电压互感器(OVT)在实际电力系统中的应用方面的研究及发展,详细总结了从110kV三相OCT到500k V组合式光学电流电压测量系统(OMU)等实际项目的研究工作。对光学电流互感器的一些新型设计进行了探讨,并展望了应用于电站的基于光纤传感、光纤监控、光纤通信及光纤继电保护的光纤局域网。  相似文献
