本文以松辽裂谷盆地为例,讨论了层序地层学在陆相湖泊盆地中的应用实例,提出了适用于内陆湖泊盆地的层序地层学的术语和模式。根据大陆裂谷盆地的演化阶段特征,划分为同裂谷沉降超层序和后裂谷沉降超层序,指出两个超层序在形成机制和组份上的差异,并相应建立了两类层序地展模式;根据古湖泊发展过程中出现枯水湖—丰水期—枯水期的周期性演化特点,划分为湖进体系域、湖泛体系域和湖退体系域。  相似文献

Sedimentary successions of non‐marine basins can be considered in terms of accommodation space and sedimentary supply changes. Changes in accommodation space controlling the large‐scale architecture of non‐marine basins are different in areas with high and low sedimentary supplies. Uplift of intrabasinal monoclines and anticlines reduced the available accommodation space, resulting in changes in both the geometry of the depositional sequences and the large‐scale architecture of fluvial, mudflat and shallow carbonate lacustrine deposits. Main drainage fluvial systems record areas with a high sedimentary supply, while mudflats and shallow fluctuating lakes represent areas that received less sediment. Two end members in the large‐scale architecture of main drainage fluvial system in the Almazán Basin (Spain) are: (i) ribbon‐shaped channel fills with low interconnectivity which pass laterally into mudflats dominated by mudstones and evaporites and into palustrine and shallow carbonate lacustrine deposits (mainly in the A2 depositional sequence); and (ii) sheet‐like channel fills with high interconnectivity laterally correlated with stacked calcretes in the marginal mudflats (in the upper part of A3). Ribbon‐shaped channel fills formed in areas of high accommodation space and sheet‐like channel fills formed in areas of reduced accommodation space.  相似文献

在陆相盆地中,基底沉降、沉积物供给和气候控制着基准面变化和层序发育,而气候的变化造成植被的变化,即造成了植被所产生的孢粉组合的变化,层序地层与孢粉组合有着密切的联系。首先根据孢粉母体植物生长的环境来恢复古气候,然后与综合岩性、电性及地震等资料在济阳坳陷古近系划分出的1个一级层序、4个二级层序、10个三级层序相对照。结果表明,利用孢粉组合特征进行层序地层学研究是可行的;牛38井沙三段中连续取芯井段,根据孢粉可以划分出湖侵体系域和湖退体系域2个三级层序,依据主要孢粉属种的变化,进一步划分出17个次级层序,与高精度层序地层对应。在资料丰富的情况下,可以运用孢粉组合变化进行高精度层序地层学分析,以提高区域地层对比的精度。  相似文献

层序地层学是近20年来发展起来的一门新的方法学科,并在聚煤作用分析中得到广泛应用。作者就近海型含煤岩系沉积学研究历史以及煤系层序地层学研究方法及有关问题进行探讨,认为近海环境的聚煤作用实际上是海平面(基准面)上升过程中发生的,同时提出煤层厚度受泥炭堆积速率与可容空间增加速率的控制:靠陆一侧冲积平原和三角洲平原沉积环境中,厚煤层主要出现在最大海泛面位置;而靠海一侧障壁-潟湖或碳酸盐岩台地沉积环境中,厚煤层主要出现在初始海泛面的位置;但就整个三级复合层序来说,层序中厚度最大、分布最广的煤层主要分布于可容空间增加速率最大的最大海泛面附近的位置。对于中国晚古生代近海型煤系中常见的“根土岩-煤-石灰岩”序列,聚煤作用发生于海相石灰岩“滞后时段”,即在海侵之后、海相石灰岩层真正沉积下来之前的时段,这一时段可容空间增加速率与泥炭堆积速率平衡,有利于聚煤作用发生。  相似文献

利用SEDPAK二维层序模拟软件,通过考虑控制层序沉积过程的不同参数,探讨层序叠加模式对断陷盆地非均一性构造沉降活动的响应。结果表明,在非均一构造沉降活动作用下,盆地两侧同期层序显示出同步和非同步的叠加模式。同步叠加模式即盆地两侧同期层序同为退积或进积特征,非同步叠加模式即盆地两侧层序叠加模式相反(一侧退积,另一侧则进积)。同期层序非同步叠加模式的形成机理是盆地一侧可容纳空间的增量(△A)小于沉积物供应(△S)(△A<△S),而另一侧盆地一侧可容纳空间的增量大于或等于沉积物供应(△A≥△S)。此外,二者可以控制非同步叠加模式的持续时间。同期层序非同步叠加模式的识别,对陆相层序地层研究提出新的认识,尤其是对我国东部新生代断陷盆地的层序研究,具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

The new approaches to stratigraphy, that permit geodynamic interpretations of rock units during mapping, are beginning to be applied to Precambrian successions. Foremost among the new approaches is sequence stratigraphy. In its simplest form, the technique combines the mapping of facies and time‐significant bedding surfaces. The primary surface is the unconformable sequence boundary, or its correlative conformity. However, sequence stratigraphy is not only the documentation of the vertical and internal order of rock units bounded by unconformities, but also the documentation of the hierarchical rank of those units because there are three ranks of unconformity‐bounded sequences. First‐order sequences (megasequences and megasequence sets) record global tectonic cycles. Second‐order sequences (supersequences) record depositional basins or their tectonic stages. Third‐order sequences (depositional sequences) are basin‐filling rhythms. A depositional sequence, regardless of its provenance, geodynamic setting and contained depositional systems, is divided internally into sets of sedimentation units that additively have progradational, aggradational or retrogradational stacking patterns. These patterns record the relationships between the rate of sediment accumulation and the rate at which space was made available for sediment accumulation (or rate of creation of accommodation). Depositional sequences are therefore the non‐random, but not necessarily periodic, cyclic linkage between sediment flux and accommodation, and are a reflection of geodynamic evolution. The importance of eustasy in sequence stratigraphy should be de‐emphasised. Instead the role of the sequence approach in identifying basin‐filling rhythms, whatever their cause, should be stressed. The adaptability of the technique is best viewed by using examples in which tectonic controls were dominant and chaotic responses evident. Despite the uniqueness of each basin‐fill, sequence mapping reveals an order in stratigraphic style that is inherent to basin type, regardless of basin age. Greater acceptance of the sequence approach will add significantly to the revolution in Precambrian geology, because the technique can establish the conformity in stratigraphic style between, and within, the Phanerozoic and Precambrian rock records.  相似文献

当代地质学之热点层序地层分析提出于70年代,至今正在成为被广泛注意和应用的学科。在石油勘探领域应用这一新的概念体系和方法已经为储集砂体的预测带来了战略性的变化,并取得了重要成就,特别是低位体系域底界面上的深切谷充填砂体的预测和发现。但是目前也存在着理论上的尖锐争论,其中主要针对全球海平面变化问题,许多学者根据新的资料和模拟结果论证了层序地层样式受控于构造、海平面变化、沉积物补给等多种因素;在许多地区证实的相对海平面变化事件不能轻易地当作全球性事件去进行对比。本文选择了一些重要的代表性著作以及1992年AAPG年会和在北美考察所获信息针对主要的进展和争论进行了综述。  相似文献

为了揭示低可容纳空间三角洲沉积背景下层序发育及砂体分布特征,运用层序地层学的相关理论和方法,结合岩心、测井、录井和地震等资料,以珠江口盆地白云凹陷北坡珠江组下段为例进行了层序地层和控砂模式的研究。识别出强制海退和正常海退造成的暴露侵蚀不整合面、与暴露侵蚀界面相对应的整合面、海泛面、最大海泛面、强制海退底面和最大海退面等6种界面,将研究区珠江组下段划分为一个半三级层序;并指出低可容纳空间三角洲沉积背景下沉积界面与基准面一致或略低于基准面,准层序以与海泛面对应的暴露侵蚀面为界面,且主要形成于基准面上升半旋回,区域基准面相对海平面的下降是控制层序边界形成的主要因素;平面上砂体赋存在三角洲前缘和下三角洲平原的沉积地区,新增可容纳空间的形成速率及剩余可容纳空间的原有规模是控制砂体横向连续分布的关键因素;垂向上砂体分布在SQ1层序基准面缓慢上升到下降之前形成的高位体系域和SQ2层序基准面下降最低点到缓慢上升至最大海退面形成的低位体系域,这两套砂体横向连续性较好,存在良好的生储盖组合和油气输导条件,是形成大型油气藏的有利部位。  相似文献

Major deepwater sand accumulations are known to be connected to sea-level lowstands in marine basins, due to the relative lack of accommodation space on the shelf. This model was tested for the Late Miocene Lake Pannon, a large endorheic lake depositing a sedimentary succession up to 3–4 km thick. The progradation of the shelf between 9.7 and 6 Ma was tracked along a 2D seismic network. The shelf-edge trajectory indicates continuous, moderate lake-level rise between 9.7 and 9 Ma. This is followed by alternating intervals of quasi-steady and rapidly rising relative lake level with a period of ca. 250 ky. However, due to the lack of significant lake-level drops, no third-order sequence boundary was identified in the studied time span (9.7–6 Ma). The sand ratio of the deepwater deposits does not show strong correlation with these lake-level changes; moreover, the units deposited under rising lake-level conditions generally contain slightly larger proportion of sand. These features can be explained by the climatic origin of water-level rises: increasing precipitation enhances not only water inflow, but also sediment influx, which can overwhelm the well-known effect of accommodation space on the sand transport toward the deep water. The results suggest that shelf-margin trajectory might not be an efficient tool for predicting deepwater accumulations of sand in endorheic lacustrine basins.  相似文献

以地层过程-响应沉积动力学为理论基础,以中期基准面旋回为周期,以短期基准面旋回为成因地层单元,较为详细地讨论了层序结构、层序叠加样式与可容纳空间 /沉积物补给通量比值 (A/S比值 )变化、基准面升降幅度及沉积动力学条件的相互关系,描述了不同结构和叠加样式的短期基准面旋回在中期基准面旋回中的分布规律,最终提出以中期基准面旋回为单元的标准层序模式。有意义的是,上述理论分析结果与四川、鄂尔多斯和辽河等盆地中的中、新生代陆相地层高分辨率层序地层分析结果完全一致,说明高分辨率层序地层学理论及其技术方法非常适合于中国广泛分布的中、新生代陆相含油气盆地的层序地层学研究。  相似文献

The method of sequence stratigraphy requires the application of the same workflow and principles irrespective of the age of strata under analysis. In that respect, its application to Precambrian successions is similar to the approach used for Phanerozoic case studies. Differences, however, are recorded in terms of the preservation potential and the amount of data available for analysis; the rates and intensities of the allogenic controls on sedimentation; the environmental conditions and related physical processes; and the evolution of competing groups of organisms and associated biogenic processes. The combined effect of these contrasting aspects accounts for differences in the architecture of depositional sequences, particularly with respect to the relative contributions of various systems tracts to the makeup of a sequence.

The application of sequence stratigraphy to Precambrian basins has considerably enlarged the perspective on the fundamental principles governing the processes of sedimentary basin formation and the mechanisms controlling stratigraphic cyclicity in the rock record. These first-order principles are perhaps the most important contribution of Precambrian research to sequence stratigraphy. At the broader scale of Earth's geological history, the tectonic regimes governing the formation and evolution of sedimentary basins are shown to have been much more erratic in terms of nature and rates than originally inferred solely from the study of the Phanerozoic record. This provides important clues with respect to the criteria that should be involved in the hierarchy system of classification of stratigraphic sequences and bounding surfaces.  相似文献

20世纪80年代末期兴起的层序地层学,为人们理解聚煤作用提供了新的思路。通过对国内外近海含煤岩系层序地层学研究成果的分析,认识到:海侵过程成煤、幕式聚煤作用、事件成煤作用、海相层滞后时段聚煤等观点的提出,大大促进了含煤岩系研究的发展;含煤岩系层序地层学聚焦于基准面与泥炭堆积关系的研究,煤岩学、煤化学方法与层序地层学的结合使这种关系更加清晰化;地层接触关系、煤层特征、煤岩特征和煤化特征是判断煤层作为成因层序地层边界的重要依据;含煤岩系层序地层学由聚焦于层序格架中煤层位置的研究,逐步转变为关注于煤层中高频基准面旋回的研究和可容纳空间与煤层、煤岩关系的研究。今后的研究要逐渐拓展到内陆湖盆,应建立不同构造背景下的内陆湖盆成煤模式或理论。   相似文献

应用高精度层序地层学分析的原理和方法, 通过对研究区新处理的区域性地震反射剖面、测井和岩心等资料的综合分析, 建立了松辽盆地北部裂后反转期层序地层格架.通过盆地的充填记录、湖平面变化和区域演化等信息, 论证了松辽盆地裂后反转期各级界面的地质属性, 分析了其形成机制, 建立了盆地的沉积演化过程模型.研究表明, 盆地裂后反转期发育的一级界面SB02和二级界面SB03、SB11均是区域构造挤压事件的响应界面; 而湖平面的变化和物源供给导致了三级层序体系域构成样式的多样化; 嫩江组二、三段识别出的7个四级层序则是在三级湖平面旋回的高位稳定期盆地物源充足、沉降速率较低的条件下形成的.本研究为松辽盆地中浅层隐蔽油气勘探提供了重要的等时地层对比格架.   相似文献

Alluvial fans are relatively simple depositional systems, due to the direct coupling of sediment sources and adjacent accumulation areas. Nonetheless, general models of alluvial‐fan evolution and stratigraphy remain elusive, due to the great sensitivity of such systems to allogenic controls and their strongly case‐specific responses. Autogenic processes intrinsic to alluvial‐fan dynamics can complicate stratigraphic architectures, with effects not easily distinguishable from those of allogenic forcing. A distinction is made here between lateral autogenic dynamics, tied to spatial sediment distribution over fan surfaces, and vertical autogenic dynamics, related to independent incision‐aggradation cycles. Autogenic mechanisms have been highlighted recently by modelling studies, but remain poorly constrained in field‐based studies. Examples are presented here from the margins of the Cenozoic Teruel and Ebro basins (Spain), where alluvial fans accumulated thick successions during phases of basin topographic closure and endorheic drainage which promoted forced aggradation. Fan successions consist of conformable architectures of stacked clastic sheets, laterally continuous and with no evidence of internal unconformities, inset architectures, fan segmentation or preserved incised channels. Continuous aggradation in these closed basins strongly inhibited ‘vertical’ autogenic dynamics in the form of fan head and through fan incision, due to the forced rise in geomorphic base level and the creation of positive accommodation. Furthermore, the lack of incised channels favoured widespread sediment transport and aggradation over broad fan sectors in relatively short time spans, in contrast to the typical occurrence of active lobes and abandoned fan surfaces caused by ‘lateral’ autogenic dynamics. Stratigraphic records of alluvial fans developed in endorheic basins are essentially complete and largely unaffected by autogenic processes. The latter characteristic implies that they can be more unambiguously interpreted in terms of allogenic forcing, because stratigraphic signatures are not complicated by the effects of complex fan autodynamics.  相似文献

应用层序地层学理论,利用地震、测井、岩心和分析化验资料,建立了东营凹陷下第三系层序界面识别标志,把东营凹陷下第三系划分为 1个超层序组,4个超层序,10个层序,进行体系域划分,建立了东营凹陷下第三系层序地层格架。构造坡折带是指由同沉积构造长期活动引起的沉积斜坡明显突变的地带,对盆地充填的可容纳空间和沉积作用可产生重要影响。通过层序地层格架与构造坡折带的研究,建立东营凹陷层序发育模式。受构造坡折带控制的层序低位域砂体和湖侵体系域砂体,成藏条件良好,最有利于形成隐蔽油气藏。  相似文献

从区域构造的观点看, 同板块碰撞有关的前陆盆地是油气聚集的有利地区。两个板块的相互碰撞形成一系列的造山带, 而在相对稳定板块的前缘常常形成前陆盆地。由于前陆盆地的特点, 使它对油气的生成、运移、聚集和保存都十分有利, 世界上前陆盆地是油气最富集的一类盆地。前陆盆地层序地层学是将层序地层学理论应用于褶冲带和前陆盆地的一个特例, 假定物源供给稳定, 前陆盆地可容空间的变化主要受控于构造作用和全球海平面变化。本文通过概括前陆盆地不同级别的地层层序、旋回及其成因, 揭示造山带构造运动、盆地沉积作用和海平面变化之间的内在联系, 进一步研究前陆盆地的沉积一构造演化, 提出前陆盆地的油气潜力主要取决于早期被动边缘发育程度和保存条件, "薄皮"逆掩断层带具一定油气潜力, 具有多种类型油气圈闭, 以及盆地晚期的前缘沉积有利于早期沉积的埋藏、成熟和保存等四项前陆盆地与油气关系的结论和认识, 为油气资源勘探提供理论依据。   相似文献
