CORS维持陆海一体化空间基准研究

针对海洋测绘基准的特点,本文讨论陆海空间基准现状及存在问题:提出了直接采用CORS网络构建和维持陆海一体化空间基准,创建了基于CORS的陆海一体化现代高精度三维测绘基准模型,初步构建了连云港海域基准服务CORS工作基点网,并尝试建立新一代国家三维地心大地坐标系统(CGCS2000)空间框架结构体系。

单基站CORS系统在城镇各测量领域得到逐步普及。以长春市双阳区城镇地籍测量为例,对单基站CORS系统在城镇地籍测量中应用的范围、精度、优缺点、局限性等方面进行论述,为国土资源及测绘部门提供参考。     

Determination of Indian absolute geodetic datum by least-square solution technique

The Everest spheroid, 1830, in general use in the Survey of India, was finally oriented in an arbitrary manner at the Indian geodetic datum in 1840; while the international spheroid, 1924, in use for scientific purposes; was locally fitted to the Indian geoid in 1927. An attempt is here made to obtain the initial values for the Indian geodetic datum in absolute terms on GRS 67 by least-square solution technique, making use of the available astro-geodetic data in India, and the corresponding generalised gravimetric values at the considered astro-geodetic points, as derived from the mean gravity anomalies over1°×1° squares of latitude and longitude in and around the Indian sub-continent, and over5° equal area blocks covering the rest of the earth’s surface. The values obtained independently by gravimetric method, were also considered before actual finalization of the results of the present determination.     

MINI-MACtm—A new generation dual—Band surveyor

Summary Litton Divisions presently produce both high accuracy GPS surveyors and low—cost GPS navigation sets. Aero Service'sMACROMETER ^R Interferometric Surveyors, have become the standard against which GPS surveying equipment is measured. Litton Aero Products has developed a highly digitized, low costL ₁,C/A code GPS card set. The integration of these technologies had led to the development of a low-cost, high-precision, GPS survey system which can be configured with or without a codelessL ₂ capability. TheMINI-MAC surveying system is the first member of the new generation of GPS survey systems resulting from this joint development. The system design is described in this paper, and initial survey test results using a prototypeMINI-MAC surveying system are presented.     

长沙市地籍测绘业务管理系统设计与开发

分析了长沙市国土资源局地籍测绘队的测绘业务需求,详细介绍了系统结构与数据组织方式,最后利用Visual Basic平台开发一套地籍测绘业务管理系统,该系统弥补了目前很多软件在打印宗地图和地籍调查表的缺陷,能够方便地生成包含多块面积的宗地图,以及打印电子地籍调查表。     

重力网拟稳平差

现代附合重力网具有很高的内精度,但它又必须从更高一级的控制网中取得绝对重力基准和尺度,因而出现新的问题:控制网的观测误差及局部重力场随时间变化的因素可能引入附合网。对附合重力网进行拟稳平差,能较好地解决这一矛盾。本文讨论了有关数学模型和实际应用中的若干具体问题。本方法也适用于监测重力网的数据处理。     

“影像宁夏——政务服务系统”的实现

随着＂全国第二次土地调查＂＂数字国土＂等一系列重大项目的开展,各类国土资源调查、评价海量数据急剧增加,为深入贯彻落实国务院、宁夏回族自治区政府关于加强测绘工作的指导意见,建设了＂影像宁夏——政务服务系统＂（以下简称＂影像宁夏＂）。该系统是宁夏具有权威性、统一的基础地理信息公共平台,有力地推进了基础测绘成果更加广泛地服务于信息化建设和经济社会发展。文章详细介绍了＂影像宁夏＂的设计思路,主要系统的结构、技术架构以及系统的各项功能,并阐述了＂宁夏—政务服务系统＂的主要特点及应用范围。     

SURVEYING TECHNIQUES FOR NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract

Several articles which deal with instruction in surveying at the university have appeared recently in the E.S.R., notably ones by P. N. Ray (xii, 89, 104–110), A. Stephenson (xii, 91, 217–222)and K. R. Peattie (xii, 94, 376–379). Particular attention is given in them to courses for engineering students. It may be of interest to readers of this Journal to hear of a survey course for geography students. Although the pattern varies at different universities, it is common to find instruction, for all geography students, in simple surveying, with practice in chain and compass surveys and the use of the plane table, while Honours students may select surveying at a late stage in the course as one of the branches of the subject in which they are to specialize. Below are set out details of a course given at University College, Ibadan, Nigeria.     

基于“房地合一”的多源地楼房数据整理及质量检查方法

为了解决由于“房、地”实行分开登记造成的房产档案归集分散、权属不清、利用不准、错误不断等问题,需要实现“房地合一”管理,而实现“房地合一”的关键就是进行地楼房数据整理。地楼房数据整理主要对多源数据整理,包括产权数据、保障房数据、直管房数据、地籍分幅图、测绘案件数据、二调数据等,整理方法包括地籍分幅图整理、产权数据整理、房产测绘数据整理、直管房和保障房数据整理、地楼房数据关联、数据库建设等。为了提高产权落地数据的准确性,保证数据的质量,对地楼房数据整理成果要进行质量检查,检查方法是先进行总体检查,然后进行细节检查。

The following is a report of the discussion on the paper by Mr. A. R. Robbins on “Deviation of the Vertical” which was read at a meeting of the Land Surveying Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors held on Tuesday, 12th December, 1950, and which was published in the January issue of this Review (xi, 79, 28–36).

基于面向对象分类技术的地理国情监测研究

地物分类是地理国情变化监测的关键技术,选用福州仓山主城区两个时期的高分辨率影像作为研究对象,研究了利用面向对象分类技术进行地表覆盖分类并生成地理国情普查数据的方法和流程。同时,探讨了基于不同时期地理国情普查数据的空间分析统计结果,揭示地理国情变化规律及原因。

Consider the case of a surveying tape (or portion of a tape) suspended in a single horizontal catenary, the tension at either or both ends being applied by means of a weight W attached to a cord which passes over a pulley to the end of the tape.

AutoCAD Land Development Desktop在测绘工程中的应用

鉴于AutoCADLandDevelopmentDesktop与现今很多的土木工程设计软件相兼容,本文结合实际测绘工作经验,对该软件的主要功能模块进行较为详细的说明,针对具体工程测量中遇到的数据采集、组织、检查以及土方量计算等方面的问题提出了解决方法,同时指出了在使用该软件过程应该注意的问题。     

关于新、旧北京1954坐标系统的转换与应用

国土部门在北京1954坐标系下,已完成大多数城镇的初始调查工作,并发放了相应的土地证等图件资料。而现在又需要在C级GPS网布设基础控制测量工作,这就产生了它们的坐标转换工作。这里举某市两种坐标转换和比较的实例,以供参考。     

数字城市空间数据基础设施的研究

研究利用现代大地测量的高新技术手段,在城市原有的坐标资料和水准、重力资料的基础上,建立平面、高程、重力场信息于一体的综合性高精度城市三维基础控制网,结合城市连续运行卫星定位服务系统(CORS)和高精度似大地水准面提高城市空间数据基础设施建设的水平。指出了建立连续运行卫星定位服务系统和高精度似大地水准面的途径及有关问题。     

浅谈第二次全国土地调查土地利用分类

对拜城县第二次全国土地调查中所遇到的土地利用分类问题及处理方法进行讨论,目的是加强土地利用分类标准在实际调查中的可操作性,促进"城乡一体""跨行衔接"的现代多用途地籍发展,使之更好地为国土行业服务。
