基于交通可达性的港珠澳大桥时空压缩效应

交通基础设施建设对地区经济和城市发展具有深远的影响,特别是跨江通道建设可极大提升海湾两岸城市群之间的交通和经济联系,因此研究跨江通道对海湾地区空间格局的影响具有重要的意义与价值。针对先前可达性模型中对非交通网络栅格均质化处理的局限,在模型中对非交通网络栅格增加自然(水面、海拔、坡度) 和土地利用类型等影响因素处理,对既有分析模型进行改进,使得交通可达性更符合实际情况。应用该改进模型计算了港珠澳大桥两种情景下珠三角区域可达性空间格局的变化,探讨港珠澳大桥对中心城市时间和费用可达性的影响。分析结果表明:① 时间可达性分析中,在珠三角中心城市中,香港和珠海的时间可达性提高最多,而其他城市则影响较弱;② 费用可达性分析中,港珠澳大桥的开通可极大减少香港和珠海往珠三角西岸和东岸的运输费用,同时,不同的大桥通行费用情况下,费用差异产生影响的空间范围差别相同,而不同地区的影响程度则有所差别。基于时间和费用可达性的变化,进一步讨论了港珠澳大桥的建设产生的影响。港珠澳大桥的建成能提升珠江口西岸地区的区位优势,促进区域融合和经济发展;能满足日益增长的跨界交通需求,将成为珠江口南部的重要通道,改变珠三角地区的交通空间格局。研究对产业影响表现有所差异,香港在商贸和服务业的优势将进一步凸显,而西岸地区的旅游业和房地产将不断受益。最后分析了政策和其他交通通道建设对港珠澳大桥的影响。     

基于旅游流的城市群旅游地旅游空间网络结构分析——以珠江三角洲城市群为例

随着城市化进程的逐步推进,城市群逐渐成为旅游发展赖以依存的区域主体,也必将 成为一种特殊尺度类型的旅游目的地。文章基于相关文献的分析,界定了城市群旅游地的概 念。在对珠三角旅行社区内线路、区内长途客运、国内(省外) 旅行社赴珠三角及港澳游客实 际到达情况分析的基础上,运用网络理论和方法对珠三角城市群网络结构进行了定量研究。 结果表明,广州的到达中心性、接近性、中间度数值均较高,也是国内(省外) 游客到珠三角 的集散地,在网络中处于中心地位;深圳、珠海由于毗邻香港和澳门,是珠三角城市群区域 重要的目的地,同时也是港澳游客进入内地特别是珠三角的重要集散地。其他城市如佛山、 东莞两城市以商务旅游为主,惠州、肇庆以生态旅游为特色,而中山、江门则两者兼具的特 点。最后构建了珠三角城市群旅游地空间网络结构模式,形成“三级旅游基地、三类旅游区 域、三条主要旅游轴线”的空间模式。     

区域性中心城市辐射力及其评价--以郑州市为例

文章以郑州市为例,主要研究了区域性中心城市辐射力指标体系,采用层次分析法对所研究指标进行了赋值。以此为基础,用裂点法对郑州与周边相邻、相关城市的不同城市要素相互作用的范围进行了分析。找出了郑州作为区域性中心城市的影响区域、发展优势和不足,并就提高郑州辐射力的途径、措施进行了研究。     

区域性中心城市物流集群发展研究

物流业的发展对于区域性中心城市经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。已有省市提出了把物流的发展作为经济增长的发动机,很多区域性中心城市也把物流业作为经济增长的带动产业。文章分析了区域性中心城市发展物流产业集群的依据及优势,提出了该中心城市发展物流集群的必要条件,并对其物流企业之间的组织和合作关系进行了研究。     

广东省东西两翼旅游资源及其开发

通过对广东省各地区旅游发展相关指标的分析,发现东西两翼旅游业发展相对落后,因此开发两翼旅游资源非常必要。对两翼旅游资源进行了评述分析:旅游资源丰富,品位高;旅游资源各具特色和优势;旅游资源开发潜力巨大;与相邻地区市场竞争激烈。并提出了两翼旅游资源开发与旅游业发展的建议:塑造鲜明的旅游形象;建设区域性的旅游中心城市;与珠三角协同发展;通过合作推进旅游资源的整合与优化。认为在政府的规划协调下,两翼旅游业的发展对于推动两翼的经济、社会发展,实现两翼齐飞和广东各地区全面均衡发展有重要作用。     

珠三角城市群电子计算机产业链与创新链融合空间格局与演化路径

产业链与创新链融合发展是提升产业竞争力和高质量发展的关键,但其具有部门和空间属性,且随着产业分工的深化,不同生产单元两链融合的方式与格局不同。本文以珠三角城市群电子计算机产业链为研究对象,基于细分行业的专利申请数据与企业数据,运用区位商、加权平均等方法分析了2010—2020年不同环节的生产中心和创新中心空间格局演化特征。结果表明：珠三角城市群电子计算机产业在生产与创新方面已经形成了非常明确的分工格局,肇庆、江门等后发边缘城市在上游行业的创新优势强但生产优势弱;东莞、广州等先发核心城市则在产业中下游有较强的生产优势与创新优势。在产业分工与升级背景下,肇庆、江门等后发边缘城市通过技术追赶在电子元器件等上游环节形成创新中心,但在区位粘性、路径依赖作用下,上游环节的生产中心依然集中在东莞、佛山等先发城市;物联网技术、软件开发等下游高附加值环节受市场影响,其创新中心与生产中心则在广州、深圳等先发核心城市集中。本文从实证角度探讨了产业分工与升级背景下珠三角城市群电子计算机产业链产创融合空间动态变化机理,对地方和国家电子计算机产业的高质量发展与竞争力提升具有重要意义。     

基于城际轨道交通流的珠三角城市区域功能多中心研究

城市区域是经济全球化与区域一体化发展趋势下重要的空间组织形式,功能多中心是城市区域最为重要和本质的特征以及最为关键的演化阶段。以流动空间和城市网络理论为基础,城市区域功能多中心的研究可以从城际功能联系展开,通过定量测度与定性分析相结合的方式获得具有实践与理论意义的成果。以珠三角城市区域为研究对象,以城际轨道流为功能联系的数据基础,对珠三角城市区域的功能多中心进行探讨。研究表明,基于城际轨道交通流功能联系的珠江三角洲地区具有较高的功能多中心性,在世界上典型的城市区域中处于中上水平;对于东西两翼多中心度的测度与分析发现,东西两翼城市间缺乏有效的城际轨道交通功能联系,对于珠三角城市区域功能多中心产生严重的消极影响,珠三角城市区域功能多中心度进入离心发展阶段。随着城际轨道交通建设的推进和区域一体化的发展,珠三角城市区域的功能多中心将趋于成熟。     

外资银行在中国的区位选择

金融业渐进式准入制度直接影响外资银行进入中国市场.伴随改革开放进程,外资银行最初聚集于经济特区和北京,进而扩散到上海、天津、大连和广州,以致于中西部城市,如重庆、成都和西安.外资银行的分行支行尤为聚集于珠三角、长三角和京津等经济发达地区,代表处则偏好聚集于北京和上海.条件逻辑模犁统计结果表明,外资银行所有权优势、内部化优势和中国城市的区位优势,尤其是制度优势和银行业规模经济优势共同影响外资银行分支机构在中国的区位选择.外资银行尤为偏好金融规模效应显著、对外资银行准入管制较少的贸易型城市,央行总部及其区域性分行所在城市也是外资银行偏好的区位.由于代表处与分行或支行的功能差异,两者的区位行为存在一定不同.     

我国创意产业发展的支撑条件评价及空间发展战略

创意产业从提出开始,就引起世界高度关注,并成为各国竞相发展的战略性产业。在新一轮的全球竞争中,各国纷纷把发展创意产业作为提升国家经济实力和软实力的重要途径。本文通过对国内外创意产业发展的空间分布特征及影响因素的梳理,总结创意产业发展的支撑条件,进一步构建了创意产业发展支撑条件的评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法对中国35个主要中心城市创意产业发展支撑条件进行了定量评价,并提出现阶段我国创意产业发展的空间战略:因地制宜、发挥特色、科学规划;聚焦若干重点创意产业集聚区的发展,增强集聚效应;强化以珠三角、长三角、京津冀三大创意产业集聚区的龙头带动作用;鼓励中西部地区以区域性中心城市为依托,将创意产业与本地产业升级的带动作用结合起来,形成各具特色的区域性创意中心。     

珠三角地区地表温度与土地利用类型关系

随着城市化进程的加快,城市气候与环境问题日益显现,尤以城市热岛效应最为突出。通过监督分类方法对TM遥感影像进行了土地利用分类,并运用TM热红外波段线性拟合模型进行近地表气温反演,分析城市热岛的空间分布及地域性差异,以及与土地利用类型的关系。结果表明:珠三角地区近地表气温与土地利用类型紧密相关,城市建设区形成高温中心,是热岛的主要贡献因子,植被和水体则有明显的冷岛效应;研究区热岛具有区域性集中与分散分布的特点,且以区域性热岛为中心向周边扩展;分析热岛强度剖面线发现,由于地形、植被覆盖度等因素影响,研究区热岛强度的南北差异较大,而东西差异较小;热岛分布与土地利用类型分布格局较为一致,但也有分布不一致性的区域,表现为城市热岛向非城市建设用地扩展。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
