利用高铝粉煤灰制备氢氧化铝的实验   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
以无水碳酸钠为助剂,分解高铝粉煤灰中的莫来石和铝硅酸盐玻璃相。经中温烧结、酸浸使硅铝分离,调节pH值为5~6纯化含铝滤液,通入CO2气体酸化等工序,可制备氢氧化铝粉体。采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、化学分析方法对制品进行表征,结果表明:制备的氢氧化铝为球形颗粒,其粒径为200 nm左右,性能达到GB/T4294-1997的三级标准。实验所采用的工艺路线是高铝粉煤灰资源化高效利用的有效途径之一。  相似文献

利用粉煤灰制备多孔氧化硅的实验   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
利用相分离原理,以粉煤灰经硅铝分离后所得的硅酸凝胶为原料,选用聚乙烯醇为造孔剂,硝酸为催化剂,成功地制备了多孔氧化硅。实验结果表明:制备的多孔氧化硅的孔道发育良好,含有三级孔道。扫描电镜分析显示:大孔孔径为1~2 μm,比表面积为12.03 m2/g,这与实际应用的硅藻土助滤剂制品大致相当。对实验制品在啤酒液中的稳定性实验结果显示:多孔氧化硅制品在浸泡于啤酒过程中几乎没有Ca2+、Fe3+离子溶出,浸泡后的啤酒液的pH值基本不变。上述结果表明:实验制备的多孔氧化硅制品作为硅藻土助滤剂的替代品具有良好的实际应用前景。  相似文献

利用湖泊底泥和粉煤灰制备瓷质砖的实验研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
将湖泊底泥引入瓷质砖的生产, 既可消除污染, 又能减少传统的瓷质砖生产中所需的粘土.以武汉市东湖底泥和湖北黄石电厂粉煤灰为主要原料, 辅以伟晶花岗岩、石英为添加剂, 设计4个底泥含量分别为4 0 %、5 0 %、6 0 %和70 %的配方, 每一配方压制6片生坯, 分别在1 190, 1 175, 1 160, 1 130, 1 115和1 100℃下烧成.XRD分析显示瓷坯中的莫来石晶相随烧成温度的升高而增加.在1 160~1 175℃烧成的瓷坯的吸水率和断裂模数测试结果分别为0.0 8%~ 0.2 0 %和39.36~ 51.0 8MPa, 表明利用湖泊底泥和粉煤灰作为主要原料可以烧制瓷质砖, 二者的总用量可达75 %~ 80 %.   相似文献

以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,采用粉末烧结法制备出莫来石微晶玻璃。X射线衍射分析显示,经1350~1550℃热处理后,制得的微晶玻璃的主晶相均为莫来石。扫描电镜分析表明,较高的温度下热处理有利于晶体的生长。微晶玻璃的理化性能如吸水率、气孔率、体积密度、抗折强度和化学稳定性,随热处理温度的不同而发生相应的变化。1500℃热处理2 h制得的微晶玻璃具有优良的理化性能,在工程和结构领域具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

利用粉煤灰制备高强矿物聚合材料的实验研究   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:12  
以粉煤灰和内蒙古白云鄂博的富钾板岩提钾后的硅铝质滤渣为粉体原料,标准砂为骨料,采用振动成型方法,在90 ℃下养护24 h,制备了矿物聚合材料。实验结果显示:制品的7 d饱水抗压强度达78.5 MPa,28 d饱水抗压强度可达89.0 MPa;制品的含水率和吸水率分别为5.3%和15.0%;在20 ℃下,制品在浓度为1.0 mol/L的硫酸溶液中浸泡24 h,其质量损失率为2.1%。以制品的抗压强度为指标,研究了主要因素(提钾滤渣比例、固液质量比、硅酸钠含量和标准砂含量)对制品性能的影响。结果表明:干燥的提钾滤渣在粉体物料中的比例对制品的力学性能影响最大;硅酸钠水玻璃在液相中的比例约为70%,且标准砂占固相的比例为70%左右时,可制得力学性能良好的矿物聚合材料。矿物聚合材料的固结过程为:硅铝质原料在碱硅酸盐溶液中先分解为铝硅酸盐低聚体,低聚体再通过脱羟基聚合反应生成铝硅酸盐胶体相,进一步形成由[SiO4]4- 和[AlO4]5-四面体相互连接的具有三维网络结构的矿物聚合材料基体相,从而赋予制品良好的力学性能。  相似文献

以粉煤灰为主要原料,石灰、水玻璃、NaOH、石膏为辅料,经湿法球磨、坯体成型、蒸压养护(192℃,1.3MPa,9h)制备新型墙体材料。研究表明,制品的体积密度为1.14±0.02g/cm^3,导热系数约0.12W/(m·K),饱水抗压强度达13.11~15.42MPa,含水率和吸水率分别为19.84±0.06%和44.42±0.23%。以制品的抗压强度为指标,得到优化配料组成为:粉煤灰73%,石灰12%,石膏3%,水玻璃10%,NaOH2%,固液质量比为2.0。XRD分析结果表明,制品中的结晶相主要为莫来石和托贝莫来石。制品抗压强度优于普通粘土砖MU10的标准要求,体积密度减小1/3,绝热性能明显改善,可作为实心粘土砖的良好替代材料。  相似文献

国务院办公厅"关于进一步推进墙体材料革新推广节能建筑的通知"(国办发[2005]33号)指出:我国房屋建筑材料中70%是墙体材料,其中粘土实心砖占据主导地位,生产粘土砖每年耗用粘土资源达10多亿m3,相当于毁田50万亩,耗能相当于7000多万t标准煤.如果实心粘土砖产量继续增长,不仅增加墙体材料的生产能耗,而且导致新建建筑的采暖和空调能耗大幅度增加,将严重加剧能源供需矛盾.因此,开发节能效果明显的承重用墙体材料对降低建筑能耗具有重要意义.  相似文献

利用中州铝厂固体废弃物赤泥、粉煤灰、碱渣等为主要原料,讨论利用烧结法制备建筑装饰材料微晶玻璃的可能性。借助XRD、DTA、SEM等实验研究手段,对废渣微晶玻璃组成、主晶相确定、原料选定等问题进行研究。结果表明:玻璃组成为:w(SiO2)35%~40%、w(Al2O3)10%~18%、w(CaO)13%~23%、w(MgO)3%~4%、w(K2O Na2O)4%~9%,可合成价格低廉、性能优异的微晶玻璃。  相似文献

粉煤灰和电石渣是重要的污染物,本文选用粉煤灰和电石渣为原料,通过水热合成法,制备了硅酸钙晶须材料,探讨了合成温度、保温时间、水固比和反应浓度等条件对生成产物晶须性能的影响,通过XRD和SEM等手段表征晶须的形貌和结构特征。结果表明,以工业品为原料时,温度控制在250℃左右,时间控制在30~50 h才能生成晶须产物。反应体系水固比应控制在40∶1且最佳反应浓度应控制在0.05 mol/L。不同类型的表面活性剂对硬硅钙石型硅酸钙晶须的形貌、长度和长径比都有影响。。  相似文献

采用高压水热活化法对预先烧制的粉煤灰进行碱溶实验,探讨钙硅摩尔比、碱液浓度、液固比、苛性比、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素对于氧化铝溶出率的影响。考虑到氧化铝溶出率及反应成本等各方面因素,得出氧化铝溶出的适宜条件。结果表明:碱溶条件下,钙硅摩尔比为1.0,溶液碱浓度为350 g/L,液固比为10∶1,苛性比为14,反应温度280℃,活化时间为2 h。通过氧化铝溶出工艺条件的优化,可使氧化铝提取率达到95%以上。  相似文献

实验研究了采用两步碱溶法从高铝粉煤灰中提取氢氧化铝的可行性。首先采用浓度为8 mol/L的NaOH溶液,在95℃的条件下溶出高铝粉煤灰中部分非晶态SiO2;所得脱硅粉煤灰再与适量CaO混合均匀,在260~280℃下以浓度18~20 mol/L的NaOH溶液溶出Al2O3,得到高苛性比的铝酸钠溶液;经降低苛性比、脱硅和碳酸化分解,制得氢氧化铝制品。化学成分分析结果表明,该氢氧化铝制品符合GB/T 4294-1997规定的一级标准。与其他从高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的工艺相比,该方法避免了粉煤灰原料的高温烧结过程,生产能耗显著降低,加工过程的环境相容性良好。  相似文献

Removal of fluoride from aqueous solution by modified fly ash was studied in batch model. The influences of the contact time, the initial F^- concentration, the dosage of fly ash, and the temperature on removal of F have been studied, respectively. It was found that fly ash modified with dilute HCl has the maximum adsorption of fluoride from aqueous solutions, and that the retention of fluoride ions by material was 85% or higher with initial 10 mg F^-/L. First-order kinetics was observed for the adsorption process, which follows the Langrnuir and Freundlich isotherms. The thermodynamic parameters such as ΔG0, ΔH0, ΔS0 were calculated from Langmuir constants. The positive value of ΔH0 (1.273 J/mol) confirms the endothermic nature of adsorption.  相似文献

以粉煤灰为主要原料, CaF2为矿化剂,设计MG和MS值,控制CaO和CaSO4含量,分别在1 150、1 200、1 250、1 300和1 350℃温度下烧制高胶凝性硫铝酸钙-阿利特复合矿相水泥熟料.运用X射线粉晶衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,研究原料配方和煅烧温度对熟料物相组成的影响,对熟料物相形成的反应历程作了探讨.实验结果表明,在1-300℃,当MG=1.05、MS =0.95时,形成较理想的熟料,物相组成约为C4A3-S 58.73%,C3S 23.99%,C2S 2.87%,C11A7·CaF2/C12A7 14.07 %,f-CaO 0.35%.熟料中主要物相硫铝酸钙晶体呈菱形十二面体,发育完整,形态规则,颗粒大小约为1~3 μm;阿利特(C3S)相物相为板状六角形,晶体发育相对细小.  相似文献

以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,制备了堇青石微晶玻璃。通过差热分析(DTA)和X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)确定了合适的热处理条件:核化温度807℃,核化时间2h,晶化温度960℃,晶化时间3h。XRD分析显示,制得微晶玻璃的主晶相为堇青石。SEM分析表明,基础玻璃晶化完全,微晶玻璃中微晶体呈不规则柱状、棒状,微晶体长度为5~15μm,长径比为5~10。  相似文献

Porous cordierite ceramics were prepared from a mixture of coal fly ash and basic magnesium carbonate at 1100-1350℃. Porosity, flexural strength and thermal expansion coefficient of the samples sintered at 1300℃ were estimated to be 26%, 65 MPa and 4.21×10^-6/℃, respectively. The kinetics of the formation progress was investigated by stepwise isothermal dilatometry (SID) accompanied with XRD, SEM and porosity measurement. It was found that the isothermal shrinkage data from SID could be well analyzed to get kinetic parameters according to the erapirical rate equation developed by Makipirtti-Meng, dY/dt=nk(T)Y(1-Y)(Y/1-Y)^(1/n),where Y is the fractional shrinkage during the sintering process and n is a dimensionless component. The apparent activation energy △E values for 900-1000℃ and 1050-1 150℃ were 1294 and 1778 kJ/mol, respectively.  相似文献

对粉煤灰处理含氟废水进行了正交试验研究。结果表明各因素对F-去除率的影响顺序为:pH>V/M>T>CF-,极差R分别为49.6、9.1、4.9和3.6;在pH=5、V/M=10、T=3h时,粉煤灰对于CF-<500 mg/L的废水具有较好的去除效果;粉煤灰吸附F-的行为符合Langmuir等温方程,方程为Ce/qe=0.251 8Ce+6.087 3。  相似文献

This paper aims to assess the applicability of the electrodialytic remediation technique for the removal of zinc, lead, copper and cadmium from municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator fly ash. A broad range of experimental conditions were studied including current densities, remediation times, use of assisting agents and cell design.

Several operational problems were identified during the electrodialytic experiments, among which are formation of precipitates, dryness of sample and partial dissolution of sample creating preferential pathways for the electric current. These problems may explain the low remediation efficiencies obtained.

Comparison between experiments showed that generally the use of Na-gluconate as assisting agent leads to better results than distilled water. Increasing the concentration of the assisting agent also results in higher removals.  相似文献

Effect of some additives on synthesis of zeolite from coal fly ash   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Hydrothermal conversion of fly ash into zeolites was conducted and the effects of the addition of sodium halide and waste solutions produced after zeolitization of fly ash, as well as the adjustment of the Si/Al ratio prior to synthesis process on the formation and cation exchange capacity (CEC) of zeolite product were evaluated. Both the addition of NaCl and NaF ameliorated the crystallinity and CEC of synthesized zeolite, but NaF had a better improvement effect. Na+ was considered to enhance the crystallization of zeolite, while F favored the dissolution of fly ash. The type of zeolite formed depended on the Si/Al ratio of the starting material prior to the nucleation and crystallization of zeolite. The adjustment of the Si/Al ratio of fly ash by addition of Na2SiO4 and Al(OH)3 changed the type and CEC of zeolite. Waste solutions contained large amount of Si and little Al due to the formation of a zeolite named NaP1 in zeolite terminology with the Joint Committee of Powder Diffraction Standard (JCPDS) code of 39-0219. The alkalinity decreased largely. As a result, the CEC value of zeolite products synthesized with waste solution as alkali source decreased. The supplementation of new alkali to adjust the alkalinity of waste solution could enhance the CEC of synthesized product. It was concluded that: (1) addition of sodium halide and adjustment of the Si/Al ratio prior to synthesis can improve the quality of zeolite; (2) waste solutions produced following the zeolitization of fly ash can be reused as an alkali source in the activation of fly ash; zero-emission of waste solution in the synthesis of zeolite from fly ash is possible.  相似文献
