采用集中质量法研究了绷紧式系泊系统中系缆由于松弛-张紧过程产生的冲击张力。建立系泊缆绳离散的集中质量模型,对其独立单元进行受力分析并建立了单元的运动方程。给定缆绳上端点简谐激励,通过Ansys中的Aqwa模块,分析了缆绳的运动响应;针对缆绳运动响应过程中的三种状态进行了模拟计算,探讨了冲击张力产生的条件;研究了缆绳初始预张力、上端点激励幅值和频率、拖曳力系数、弹性模量以及单位长度质量对动态张力的影响。研究结果表明:这些影响因素不仅会影响缆绳动态张力的大小,也会对缆绳中的冲击张力产生一定的影响。  相似文献

建立带缆遥控潜水器(TROV)系统空间运动模型,探讨支持船-吊缆-中际站-脐带缆-潜水器多体之间的强非线性耦合运动机理。潜器的运动考虑为六自由度,缆索分段的三维动态方程中采用了"凝集参数"模型与平均切向量非线性流体动力载荷处理技术,通过计算非均匀缆索的动张力和瞬态构型,预报导致脐带缆保护层及其内部光电传输芯线结构破坏的巨大瞬间突变载荷,对避免谐振,延长缆索寿命和最大限度地扩大ROV系统安全操作的范围,确保潜水器安全入坞和回收,节约试验费,避免作业事故都具有重要意义。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the shape and tension distribution of fishing nets in current. A numerical model is developed, based on lumped mass method to simplify the net. The motion equation is set up for each lumped mass. The Runge–Kutta–Verner fifth-order and sixth-order method is used to solve these simultaneous equations, and then the displacement and tension of each lumped mass are obtained. In order to verify the validity of the numerical method, model tests have been carried out. The results by the numerical simulation agree well with the experimental data.  相似文献

考虑海底地形的变化、系缆的拉伸形变及海流力等因素,研究了深海平台系缆形状和张力分析方法采用集中质量法,得到系缆方程组,采用牛顿法求解该非线性系缆方程组,建立系缆形状和张力的计算方法。计算了平坦海底和海底地形凹凸变化时水深1 018 m情况下的系缆形状、系泊张力和浮体平衡位置。计算结果表明,海底地形对于深海系泊系统张力影响较大,而计算系缆形状和张力、系泊浮体的运动时,需要考虑海底地形的影响。  相似文献

Autonomous vehicles are being developed to replace the conventional, manned surface vehicles that tow mine hunting towed platforms. While a wide body of work exists that describes numerical models of towed systems, they usually include relatively simple models of the towed bodies and neglect the dynamics of the towing vehicle. For systems in which the mass of the towing vehicle is comparable to that of the towed vehicle, it becomes important to consider the dynamics of both vehicles. In this work, we describe the development of a numerical model that accurately captures the dynamics of these new mine hunting systems. We use a lumped mass approximation for the towcable and couple this model to non-linear numerical models of an autonomous surface vehicle and an actively controlled towfish. Within the dynamics models of the two vehicles, we include non-linear controllers to allow accurate maneuvering of the towed system.  相似文献

以水下弹性缆索为研究对象,分析了处理缆索弹性的段前弹簧模型,发展了缆索的多体有限段模型,提出弹性缆段模型,将多体运动力学和弹性力学结合起来,用于求解弹性缆索的动力学响应。对于水下缆索所受的流场力,推导了流场分布力的质心等效力系,并通过揭示水下缆索的附加质量与缆索自身惯性的本质联系,得到了包含附加质量力影响的水下弹性缆索的动力学方程。对工程实例进行了仿真研究,结果与实际情况吻合良好。  相似文献

The suction anchor has been widely used in taut or semi-taut mooring systems as an effective and economical solution to anchoring problems. To ensure high reliability, the profile of the mooring cable connecting the fairlead and the pad-eye must be accurately designed. However, previous studies have rarely considered the effect of cable slippage in soil on the mooring behavior, or embedded cables have been studied with an assumed tension at the seabed. This paper, by treating the cable suspended in water and the cable embedded in soil as a single cable, presents a two-dimensional (2D) static model and a three-dimensional (3D) quasi-static model for the cable during pretensioning and in service, respectively. The two models take into account the comprehensive effects of ocean currents, soil resistance and cable elasticity, all of which are critical for the design of a mooring system. Three examples are analyzed using the models and some useful conclusions are drawn.  相似文献

在深海采矿车布放回收中,准确预报脐带缆在底部自由悬垂边界条件和顶部波浪载荷随机激励等共同影响下的动力响应是关键点之一。基于三维势流理论与集中质量法,结合水面支持船运动和海流联合激励,对深海布放回收中脐带缆的顶端张力等力学特性进行研究。结果表明:在布放回收过程中,轴向张力在结构载荷中占主要成分;由波浪引起的轴向张力极值与均值差距最大可达到54%;轴向张力的频谱存在双谱峰,分别为 0.14 Hz的主峰和0.10 Hz 的次峰;当浪向角为180°时,轴向张力处于峰谷。  相似文献

A numerical method for the dynamic simulation of towed cables is presented. The cable is loaded by fluid drag, tension, gravity and buoyancy, including the effects of weights and floats. The development of a cable can be simulated as well as the separation of a cable under excessive load and the subsequent behavior of the broken parts. The system is constructed from a set of generic elements representing such items as cable or rope strands, knots (reference points on rope sections), kinks (sliding reference points on cable sections that change length), cable ends and winches. A mathematical graph organizes these elements in a general and flexible fashion: it allows construction of complex systems and permits structural redefinition during the simulation. The nodes of the graph coincide with the various reference points of the problem, at which physical parameters are lumped and to which sets of ordinary differential equations are associated that define the motions of the points. The links of the graph describe the physical connections between the nodes. Application of new methods for solving stiff, sparse systems of coupled ordinary differential equations enables efficient simulation of snap-loads and other severe events. Results are presented that compare quantitatively with laboratory measurements. A further example shows the behavior of a breaking cable that is qualitatively reasonable.  相似文献

This paper aims at investigation of the dynamic properties of gravity cage exposed to waves by use of a numerical model. The numerical model is developed, based on lumped mass method to set up the equations of motion of the whole cage; meanwhile the solutions of equations are solved by the Runge-Kutta-Verner fifth-order and sixth-order method. Physical model tests have been carried out to examine the validity of the numerical model. The results by the numerical simulation agree well with the experimental data.  相似文献

钢管脐带缆包含多种螺旋缠绕的功能单元,其在外力载荷下会发生相对运动,而且钢管的刚度较大对扭转平衡有重要影响,因此,相对于普通电缆,钢管脐带缆在扭转平衡设计时更加困难。根据扭转平衡理论公式,采用控制变量法,以第二层铠装钢丝的绞合角度为变量进行扭转平衡设计。首先建立脐带缆缆芯有限元模型,对其施加拉伸载荷,结果显示缆芯出现了扭转,这证明不能将脐带缆缆芯视为一实心圆柱。其次建立不同绞合角度的脐带缆有限元模型,设置各功能单元的材料属性和摩擦系数,分析模型在拉伸载荷下的扭转角度,并将相同拉伸载荷下的扭转角度拟合为直线,从而得到钢管脐带缆在扭转平衡状态时的最优绞合角度。最后,采用试验方法对实物钢管脐带缆进行扭转平衡测试,测试结果显示在拉伸载荷下脐带缆单位长度扭转角度十分微小,这表明缆是扭转平衡的。因此验证了使用的有限元方法在钢管脐带缆扭转平衡设计中的有效性。  相似文献

A nonlinear dynamic analysis model is estabilished on the basis of "lumped mass" approach, which takes the influence of the fluid flow within the pipe into consideration. Numerical results are compared with the published works, and the effects of internal fluid flow, internal pressure, dyanmics as well as the nonlinear characteristics on the behavior of flexible risers are discussed. The series connection of multistage pumping module is the common concept of deepwater riserless mud recovery drilling system. In this system, the influence of the mass of pumping module on the vibration of mud recovery line cannot be ignored, and the lumped mass method has been utilized to discretize the mud recovery line. Based on the analysis of different boundary conditions, the paper establishes the axial forced vibration model of the mud recovery line considering the seawater damping, and the vibration model analysis provides the universal solution to the vibration model. An example of the two-stage pumping system has been used to analyze the dynamic response of mud recovery line under different excited frequencies. This paper has the important directive significance for the application of riserless mud recovery drilling technology in deepwater surface drilling.  相似文献

The dynamic response of a towed cable system to ship maneuver is parametrically simulated. Three dimensionless parameters influence on towed cable system maneuverability is investigated. They are ratio of total length to turning radius R/L, ratio of cable mass to vehicle mass σ, and ratio of mass unit length to hydrodynamic force w/r. An oscillatory motion of towed vehicle is found in simulation of spiral towed courses. Features of this oscillation in different spiral courses are compared. The sharp turns, gradual turns and their transient states of towed cable dynamics for different course directions are discussed extensively. According to the characters of transient states and horizontal trajectories evolution of maneuvered cable system, the dynamic behaviors can be divided into three situations in Fig. 8 turning maneuvers. The behavior of towed cable system during a zigzag turning course is simulated in the end. Two ingredients of heave motion are found during small ratio of turning radii to length in this course. The primary damp to initial turning becomes weak and the response to alternative turns plays a more and more important role. The damping properties of the transient behavior in different maneuvers show a periodical invariance to σ during some turning maneuvers.  相似文献

This paper presents a model formulation that can be used for analyzing the three-dimensional vibration behaviours of an inclined extensible marine cable. The virtual work-energy functional, which involves strain energy due to axial stretching of the cable and virtual work done by external hydrostatic forces is formulated. The coupled equations of motion in the Cartesian coordinates of global systems are obtained by taking into account the difference between Euler’s equations and equilibrium equations. The method of Galerkin finite element is used to obtain the mass and stiffness matrices which are transformed into the local coordinate systems. Then the eigenvalue problem is solved to determine its natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes. The model formulation developed herein is conveniently applied for the cases of specified top tension. The numerical investigations are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the model and to explore in details the influence of various parameters on the behaviours of marine cables. Results for the frequency avoidance phenomenon, maximum dynamic tension and coupled transverse mode shapes are presented and discussed.  相似文献

A lumped parameter model of open-frame unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV's) including the effects of propeller-hull and propeller-propeller interactions is presented. The identification of the model parameters consists of a least squares method using only on-board sensor data without requiring any towing tank tests. The identification scheme is based on separate tests for the estimation of drag and thruster installation coefficients, taking into account propeller-hull and propeller-propeller effects first and inertia parameters subsequently. The scheme has been experimentally implemented on ROMEO, the latest UUV developed by CNR-IAN. Experimental results show both the effectiveness of the proposed method and the relevance of the propeller-hull and propeller-propeller interactions that are usually neglected in standard UUV models  相似文献

深海采矿系统中的长距离垂直输运管道在工作中具有复杂的流固耦合力学特性,在生产作业中其结构安全性和可靠性面临严峻考验。建立深海采矿系统从海底到水面的完整模型,采用集中质量法对于其中的长距离垂直输运管道的环境载荷进行了研究,并将计算结果与模型试验测量值进行对比验证,重点分析管道顶部轴向张力和剪力的大小关系以及变化规律。分析结果表明:在深海采矿系统的长距离垂直输运管道中,轴向张力在结构载荷占主要成分,由波浪引起的结构轴向张力增加会达到管体自重的38%~48%。因此,选择合适的作业工况对降低结构载荷,加强结构安全性能有很大帮助。  相似文献
