重金属铜污染植被光谱响应特征研究   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
重金属铜污染植被的反射光谱特性会发生明显改变。在本研究中,采用不同程度的铜污染土壤作为培养基质,选择春小麦、上海青两种农作物进行铜胁迫实验,获取了4个不同生育期、10个不同铜污染强度下的植被叶片的反射光谱,并采用铜污染叶片7个特征波段和光谱角的方法研究了铜污染叶片的光谱特征。结果表明,铜污染叶片光谱差异与作物时期和作物类型有关,可以采用叶片光谱角描述铜污染叶片与健康叶片的光谱差异。该方法只需与阈值做简单的比较,方法简便易行,而且对轻度及重度铜污染十分敏感。叶片光谱辐射传输模型反演结果表明铜污染叶片内部结构参数N明显变大,这也证明了铜污染使叶片内部结构更加散乱无序。在此基础上进一步建立了N与红肩处反射率值的线性关系,相关系数为0.978。本文为铜污染叶片光谱反射模型的建立提供了初步的数据基础与理论支持。  相似文献

This paper reports the results of a modeling study carried out with two objectives, (1) to estimate and compare effective spectral characteristics (central wavelength, bandwidth and bandpass exo-atmospheric solar irradiance Eo) of various spectral channels of LISS-III, WiFS, LISS-III*, LISS-IV and AWiFS onboard Indian Remote Sensing Satellites IRS-ID and P6 using moment method based on the laboratory measurements of sensor spectral response, and (2) to quantify the influence of varying sensor spectral response on reflectance and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) measurements using surface reflectance spectra corresponding to different leaf area index conditions of crop target obtained through field experiment. Significant deviation of 4 to 14 nm in central wavelength and 1.6 to 14.07 nm in spectral width was observed for the corresponding channel of IRS sensors. Coefficient of variation of the order of 0.1 to 1.11% was noticed in Eo among various IRS sensors, which could induce a difference of 0.72 to 3.35% in the estimation of top of atmosphere reflectance for crop target. The variation in spectral response of IRS sensors implied a relative difference of the order of 0.91 to 3.38% in surface reflectance and NDVI measurements. Polynomial approximations are also provided for spectral correction that can be utilized for normalizing the artifacts introduced due to differences in spectral characteristics among IRS sensors.  相似文献

以江苏近海辐射沙脊群海域为典型研究区,通过实测水深数据和水体光谱测量与分析,发现对应TM3和TM4波段的水体光谱反射率对水深信息敏感,线性相关系数分别达到-0.561和-0.694。结合多光谱遥感信息传输方程所推导出的水深信息对数反演模式,针对本研究区TM4和TM3波段数据所建立的水深预测模式的复相关系数R2为0.4793,对0-15m水深,预测水深和实测水深之间拟合较好。利用TM5波段反射率、出露沙洲反射率以及海水反射率的差异,通过建立掩膜图像,可较有效地对TM遥感图像进行水陆分离,提取TM图像中海水部分,进一步可通过常用的图像处理软件绘制每隔5m的TM水深遥感制图、等深线图。随着高空间、高光谱、高辐射分辨率遥感技术的发展,对浅海水域的水深和水下地形进行遥感探测的技术方法和应用将会不断地深入开展。  相似文献

Laboratory reflectance spectra of 18 rock samples from the Precambrian basement of north east of Hajjah were measured and analyzed using the instrument of FieldSpec3 with spectral range 0.250–2.500 μm. The aim of this study is to use the spectral reflectance of rocks for mapping the mineral resources in the north east of Hajjah. The altered system in the study area comprises of silicification, sericitification, oxidation, clay minerals and carbonatization. Silicified alteration is not distinguishable in the regions of Visible-Near Infrared (VNIR) and Short wave Infrared (SWIR) of the electromagnetic spectrum, because of lack of diagnostic spectral absorption features in silica in this wavelength. Although the arsenopyrite and pyrite are wide spread in the whole study area their features do not appear in any range of spectra because they exhibit trans-opaque behavior and often lack distinction in VNIR and SWIR. The entire spectral reflectance curves of samples show alteration. Based on the examination of laboratory spectra all samples in the study area show promise in the field of mineral resources.  相似文献

利用地物光谱测量技术及同步配套的常规水质采样分析实验,对上海市黄浦江全河段水体进行调查研究。共选取31个典型站位进行了光谱测量和同步水质取样,每个测点分析了9个水质指标,包括TP,TN,CODMn,CODCr,NH3-N,BOD5,DO,悬浮物浓度和浊度。各水质参数之间存在较大的相关性,以总氮(TN)和悬浮物浓度两个水质指标为例,分析了这两个水质指标与单波段归一化反射率、反射率的一阶微分、不同波段之间反射率的比值以及反射率取对数等之间的相关关系,给出了以上两个水质指标的单波段归一化反射率、一阶微分反射率识别的特征波段,以及两个波段比值的最佳波段组合。建立了常规水质参数与水体光谱反射率之间的关系模型,为利用遥感技术监测水环境提供了基础。  相似文献

Discrimination of tree species with different ages is performed in three classifications using hyperspectral data. The first classification is between Broadleaves and pines; the second classification is between Broadleaves, Corsican Pines, and Scots Pines, and the third classification is between six tree species including different ages of Corsican and Scots Pines. These three classifications are performed by having single- and multiple-endmember and considering five different spectral measure techniques (SMTs) in combination with reflectance spectra (ReflS), first and second derivative spectra. The result shows that using single-endmember, derivative spectra are not useful for a more challenging classification. This is further emphasized in multiple-endmember classification, where all SMTs perform better in ReflS rather than derivative in all classifications. Furthermore, using derivative spectra, discrimination accuracy become more dependent on the type of SMTs, especially in single-endmember. By employing multiple-endmember, the within-species variation is significantly reduced, thereby, the remaining challenge in discriminating tree species with different ages is only due to the between-species similarity. Overall, discrimination accuracies around 92.4, 76.8, and 71.5% are obtained using original reflectance and multiple-endmember for the first, second, and third classification, which is around 14.3, 17, and 8.3% higher than what were obtained in single-endmember classifications, respectively. Also, amongst the five SMTs, Euclidean distance (in both single- and multiple-endmember) and Jeffreys–Matusita distance (in single-endmember and derivative spectra) provided the highest discrimination accuracies in different classifications. Furthermore, when discrimination become more challenging from the first to second and third classification, the performance difference between different SMTs is increased from 1.4 to 3.8 and 7.3%, respectively. The study shows high potential of multiple-endmember to be employed in remote sensing applications in the future for improving tree species discrimination accuracy.  相似文献

This study aims at discriminating eight mangrove species of Rhizophoraceae family of Indian east coast using field and laboratory spectra in spectral range (350–2500 nm). Parametric and non-parametric statistical analyses were applied on spectral data in four spectral modes: (i) reflectance (ii) continuum removed, (iii) additive inverse and (iv) continuum removed additive inverse. We introduced continuum removal of inverse spectra to utilize the advantage of continuum removal in reflectance region. Non-parametric test gave better separability than parametric test. Principal component analysis and stepwise discriminant analysis were applied for feature reduction and to identify optimal wavelengths for species discrimination. To quantify the separability, Jeffries–Matusita distance measure was derived. Green (550 nm), red edge (680–720 nm) and water absorption region (1470 and 1850 nm) were found to be optimal wavelengths for species discrimination. The continuum removal of additive inverse spectra gave better separability than the continuum removed spectra.  相似文献

Spectral reflectance can be used to assess large-scale performances of plants in the field based on plant nutrient balance as well as composition of defence compounds. However, plant chemical composition is known to vary with season – due to its phenology – and it may even depend on the succession stage of its habitat. Here we investigate (i) how spectral reflectance could be used to discriminate successional and phenological stages of Jacobaea vulgaris in both leaf and flower organs and (ii) if chemical content estimation by reflectance is flower or leaf dependent.We used J. vulgaris, which is a natural outbreak plant species on abandoned arable fields in north-western Europe and studied this species in a chronosequence representing successional development during time since abandonment. The chemical content and reflectance between 400 and 2500 nm wavelengths of flowers and leaves were measured throughout the season in fields of different successional ages. The data were analyzed with multivariate statistics for temporal discrimination and estimation of chemical contents in both leaf and flower organs.Two main effects were revealed by spectral reflectance measurements: (i) both flower and leaf spectra show successional and seasonal changes, but the pattern is complex and organ specific (ii) flower head pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which are involved in plant defence against herbivores, can be detected through hyperspectral reflectance.We conclude that spectral reflectance of both leaves and flowers can provide information on plant performance during season and successional stages. As a result, remote sensing studies of plant performance in complex field situations will benefit from considering hyperspectral reflectance of different plant organs. This approach may enable more detailed studies on the link between spectral information and plant defence dynamics both aboveground and belowground.  相似文献

In-situ spectral reflectance characteristics of soils were studied under field conditions with Multiband Ground Truth Radiometer covering 0.45?C0.52, 0.52?C0.59, 0.62?C0.68, and 0.77?C0.86 ??m spectral bands. Twenty-two surface soil samples were studied in laboratory for their spectral reflectance characteristics using ISCO Model S.R. Spectroradiometer in visible wavelength (450?C725 nm), with 25 nm bandwidth, and in infrared wavelength (750?C1550 nm), with 50 nm bandwidth. The Bidirectional reflectance factor representative of spectral reflectance varied from 3.78 to 11.3???m in band 1, 6.09 to 15.41???m in band 2, 8.05 to 19.41???m in band 3, and 12.18 to 31.2???m in band 4. In-situ spectral reflectance in general increases with the wavelength from visible to infrared bands for all the soils. Black soils have relatively lower reflectance as compared to red soils, which is attributed to the variation in the physicochemical properties of soils. Spectral reflectance, under laboratory conditions, for all the soils increases with wavelength from visible to infrared region except at 950 nm and 1200 nm, where reflectance decreased in all soils, due to weaker water absorption bands and also at 1350 nm, due to strong water absorption at this band. The spectral reflectance of red soils were higher, in-situ as well as under laboratory conditions, as compared to black soils, which is attributed to variation in soil colour, organic matter and clay content of soils. It is observed that the spectral reflectance decrease due to moisture content in soils in all the spectral bands because of darker appearance of soils at moist conditions. Laboratory reflectance measurements serve to define the extent to which intrinsic spectral information is available from soils as a consequence of their composition.  相似文献

The remote sensing community in geology is widely using the Multispectral Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) data which has a wider choice of spectral bands (six between 0.45 and 2.35 μm, plus a thermal infrared channel 10.4-12.5 urn). These were evaluated for low-grade magnetite ores mapping over the high-grade granulite region of Kanjamalai area of Tamil Nadu state, India. The Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy data (0.4-4.0 μm) for powders of the magnetite ores exposed with granulite rock and published spectral reflectance data were used as guides in selecting TM band reflectance ratios, which maximize discrimination of magnetite ores on the basis of their respective mineralogies. The study shows that the weathering mineralogy of magnetite ores causes absorption features in their reflectance spectra which are particularly characteristic of the near infrared. Comparison of TM data with field and petrographic observations shows the presence of magnetite and aluminosilicate minerals & show strong absorption at 0.7-1 μ.m wavelength spectral region & increase in the product of two TM band ratios: band 5 (1.55-1.75 μm) to band 4 (0.76-0.9 μm) and band 3 (0.63-0.69 μm) to band 4 (0.76-0.9 μm). Various computer image enhancement and data extraction techniques such as interactive digital image classification techniques using color compositing stretched ratio, maximum likelihood and thresholding statistical approaches using Landsat TM data are used to map the low-grade magnetite ores of the granulite region. The field traverses and local verification enhanced to map the other rock types namely granulites and gneisses of the study area.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to monitor changes in leaf spectral reflectance due to phytoaccumulation of trace elements (Cd, Pb, and As) in sunflower mutant (M5 mutant line 38/R4-R6/15-35-190-04-M5) grown in spiked and in situ metal-contaminated potted soils. Reflectance spectra (350–2500 nm) of leaves were collected using portable ASD spectroradiometer, and respective leaves sample were analyzed for total metal contents. The spectral changes were quite noticeable and showed increased visible and decreased NIR reflectance for sunflower grown in soil spiked with 900 mg As kg?1, and in in situ metal-contaminated soils. These changes also involved a blue-shift feature of red-edge position in the first derivatives spectra, studied vegetation indices and continuum removed absorption features at 495, 680, 970, 1165, 1435, 1780, and 1925 nm wavelength. Correlograms of leaf-metal concentration and reflectance values show highest degrees of overall correlation for visible, near-infrared, and water-sensitive wavelengths. Partial least square and multiple linear regression statistical models (cross-validated), respectively, based on Savitzky–Golay filter first-order derivative spectra and combination of spectral feature such as vegetation indices and band depths yielded good prediction of leaf-metal concentrations.  相似文献

本文研究了山东省招远市台上金矿区与背景区赤松林的植物地球化学特征、赤松生长状况和光谱反射率特征的差异。结果表明,赤松对Au,Ag,Cu,Pb等金属元素均呈强积累,赤松针叶中的Au、Ag元素含量金矿区值和背景区值之比分别可达6和18。重金属的过量吸收使金矿区赤松的生长状况变差,针叶内叶绿素含量减少,反射光谱特征明显变化。金矿区与背景区对比,赤松的红界蓝移幅度可达8—12nm。随重金属污染程度的加重,近红外肩反射率值、叶绿素反射峰值与叶绿素吸收峰值之差均呈下降趋势,一阶导数谱710nm附近平顶斜率由正值变为负值,逐渐变小。反射光谱的这种变化规律可用以遥感探查赤松林下重金属矿藏。  相似文献

提出了一种无损、快速、成本低的土壤分类方法,选取松嫩平原4种典型土壤(黑土、黑钙土、风砂土和草甸土)耕层(0—20 cm)土样的实验室反射光谱数据作为研究对象,采用重采样、包络线消除法处理光谱数据,提取反映反射光谱特征的光谱特征参数,利用K均值聚类(K-means clustering)和决策树(decision tree)分别进行聚类分析和分类模型构建,实现土壤的快速分类。结果表明,利用表层土壤反射光谱特征参数构建的决策树分类模型可以对研究区土壤进行分类。研究成果有望加快土壤制图,为土壤理化性质的时空变化研究提供技术支持。  相似文献

目的是研究不同钾营养水平春玉米典型生育期叶片的光谱响应,探索叶片内营养成分与叶片光谱反射率的相关性。方法是设置了不同梯度钾处理的盆栽试验,按玉米生育期进行光谱测定和取样分析。结果,通过对不同钾处理间玉米叶片养分含量的差异性分析表明,随着施钾的提高,叶片钾含量差异性达到显著水平。分析不同钾营养水平不同生育时期春玉米叶片光谱反射率与叶片钾含量的相关关系,并建立了喇叭口期利用叶片光谱反射率估测叶片钾含量的数学模型;以及分析了该处理下喇叭口期叶片内水分、叶绿素、氮、磷、钙、镁、锌、锰、铜、铁含量与叶片光谱反射率的相关性。结果表明:不同生育时期叶片钾含量与其光谱反射率的相关关系在光谱维方向存在明显差别,730—930nm和960—1100nm两波段为春玉米喇叭口期评价钾营养状况的敏感波段,光谱变量R767+R1057,(R767+R1057) /(logR767+logR1057)和(R767-R1057) /(logR767-logR1057)均能很好的预测喇叭口期叶片钾含量;该时期叶片内不同成分与光谱反射率相关分析表明:550nm,710nm,950nm三波段处是各个相关曲线的突变点;叶片内各成分间高度相关的,它们的光谱相关曲线趋势也极为一致或对称。  相似文献

Spectral properties of volcanic materials in the optical region (350–2500 nm) of the electromagnetic spectrum are analyzed. The goal is to characterize air-fall deposits, recent lava flows, and old lava flows based on their spectral reflectance properties and on the textural characteristics (grain size) of pyroclastic deposits at an active basaltic volcano. Data were acquired during a spectroradiometric field survey at Mt. Etna (Italy) in summer 2003 and combined with hyperspectral satellite (Hyperion) and airborne LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data. In addition, air-fall deposits produced by the highly explosive 2002–2003 eruption have been sampled and spectrally characterized at different distances from the new vents. The spectral analysis shows that air-fall deposits are characterized by low reflectance values besides variations in grain size. This distinguishes them from other surface materials. Old lava flows show highest reflectance values due to weathering and vegetation cover. The spectral data set derived from the field survey has been compared to corrected satellite hyperspectral data in order to investigate the Hyperion capabilities to differentiate the surface cover using the reflectance properties. This has allowed us to identify the 2002–2003 air-fall deposits in a thematic image just few months after their emplacement. Moreover, the observed differences in the field spectra of volcanic surfaces have been compared with differences in the signal intensity detected by airborne LiDAR survey showing the possibility to include information on the texture of volcanic surfaces at Mt. Etna. The approach presented here may be particularly useful for remote and inaccessible volcanic areas and also represents a potentially powerful tool for the exploration of extraterrestrial volcanic surfaces.  相似文献

The study on soil spectral reflectance features is the physical basis for soil remote sensing. Soil organic matter content influences the soil spectral reflectance dramatically. This paper studied the spectral curves between 400 nm∼2500 nm of 174 soil samples which were collected in Hengshan county and Yixing county. Fourteen types of transformations were applied to the soil reflectance R to remove the noise and to linearize the correlation between reflectance (independent variable) and soil organic matter (SOM) content (dependent variable). Then, the methods such as derivative spectrum technology and stepwise regression analysis, were applied to study the relationship between these soil spectral features and soil organic matter content. It shows that order 1 derivative of the logarithm of reflectance (O1DLA) is the most sensitive to SOM among the various transform types of reflectance in consideration. The regression model whose coefficient of determination reaches 0.885 is built. It predicted the soil organic matter content with higher effect. Knowledge of spatio-spectral heterogeneity within multisensor remote sensing images across visible, near-infrared and short wave infrared spectra is important. Till now, little comparative research on spatio-spectral heterogeneity has been conducted on real multisensor images, especially on both multispectral and hyperspectral airborne images. In this study, four airborne images, Airborne Thematic Mapper, Compact Airborne Spectrographic Imager, Specim AISA Eagle and AISI Hawk hyperspectral airborne images of woodland and heath landscapes at Harwood, UK, were applied to quantify and evaluate the differences in spatial heterogeneity through semivariogram modelling. Results revealed that spatial heterogeneity of multisensor airborne images has a close relationship with spatial and spectral resolution and wavelength. Within the visible, near-infrared spectra and short wave infrared spectra, greater spatial heterogeneity is generally observed from the relatively longer wavelength in short wave infrared spectra. There are dramatic changes across the red and red edge spectra, and the peak value is generally examined in the red middle or red edge wavelength across the visible and near-infrared spectra for vegetation or non-vegetation landscape respectively. In all, for real multisensor airborne images, the change in spatial heterogeneity with spatial resolution will accord with the change of support theory depending on whether dramatic change exists across the corresponding wavelength. Besides, if with close spatial resolution, the spatial heterogeneity of multispectral images might be far from the overall integration of these bands from the hyperspectral images involved. A comparative assessment of spatio-spectral heterogeneity using real hyperspectral and multispectral airborne images provides practical guidance for designing the placement and width of a spectral band for different applications and also makes a contribution to the understanding of how to reconcile spatial patterns generated by multisensors.  相似文献

通过对常优1号和武粳15两个品种水稻叶片的反射率R、lg(1/R)、反射率一阶微分(FD)和反射率归一化(BN)等光谱形式的测量和计算,分析了叶片光谱不同变化形式与叶绿素含量的相关关系,建立了统计方程,并进行了比较与评价,同时,对反演方程的最佳波段选择进行了探讨。结果表明,叶绿素含量与反射率一阶微分光谱方程的相关性最强,而采用lg(1/R)的光谱形式能够提高遥感反演叶绿素含量的效果。经验证,两个水稻品种叶绿素含量的模拟值与实测值的复相关系数R2分别达到0.641和0. 818。  相似文献
