河南国家重点保护动物资源及开发利用限度探讨

本文根据1985年以来的动物资源调查,将63种被列入“国家重点保护动物名录”的脊椎动物的种类组成、地理分布进行分析,并对利用的限度做初步探讨。 一、保护动物资源种类 河南地处我国第二级和第三级大地貌台阶的交界处,境内从中山到低平原俱全,形成亚热带植被和温带植被的多种类型。全省共分布有63种国家重点保护的脊椎动物。两栖纲有尾目的大鲵,无尾目虎纹蛙共2种:鸟纲鹳形目的白鹳、黄嘴白鹭、朱鹮、白琵鹭4种;雁形目的天鹅、小天鹅、鸳鸯3种;隼形目的金鵰、白肩鵰、草原鵰、乌鵰、(狂鸟)、     

利用红外相机监测新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区鸟兽资源

红外相机技术目前已成为监测陆栖哺乳动物和地栖鸟类的常用技术手段。为监测新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区内鸟类和兽类资源,于2019年7月—2020年9月,在保护区内选取30个红外相机位点共布设58台红外相机,累积工作29730个工作日,共获得99850份图像及视频数据,采集独立有效照片5744张;共观测到野生陆生脊椎动物9目19科29种,其中兽类5目10科15种,鸟类4目9科14种。观测到的动物中有国家I级重点保护野生动物雪豹（Panthera uncia）,国家II级重点保护野生动物6种,分别为北山羊（Capra sibirica）、马鹿（Cervus canadensis）、猞猁（Lynx lynx）、赤狐（Vulpes vulpes）、黑鸢（Milvus migrans）以及暗腹雪鸡（Tetraogallus himalayensis）。森林生境中,兽类相对多度指数最高的是马鹿（RAI=60.569）,鸟类相对多度指数最高的是山斑鸠（Streptopelia orientalis,RAI=0.854）;高山草甸及裸岩生境中,兽类相对多度指数最高的是马鹿（RAI=18.693）,鸟类相对多度指数最高的是暗腹雪鸡（RAI=0.316）和黄嘴山鸦（Pyrrhocorax graculus,RAI=0.854）。物种累积曲线结果显示：兽类物种数在200 d之后几乎不再增长,而鸟类物种数在100 d之后增速放缓但一直持续增长,表明时长450 d的红外相机监测力度对保护区中的兽类而言较为充分,对鸟类而言还不够充分。研究结果可为新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区野生陆生脊椎动物多样性监测与评估提供数据参考,为该保护区的保护管理工作提供科学依据。     

江苏洪泽湖东部湿地保护区野生动物资源现状及保护对策

洪泽湖东部湿地保护区是东亚—澳大利西亚候鸟迁徙大通道上的主要停歇地和重要越冬地,动物资源丰富。以洪泽湖东部湿地保护区野生动物为研究对象,分析其资源现状和保护对策。结果表明：保护区共有野生动物26目74科269种,其中,鸟类有18目54科229种,两栖动物有1目4科8种,爬行动物有2目8科18种,哺乳动物有5目8科14种。保护区调查到国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物4种和国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物40种。保护区野生动物资源丰富,须加强野生动物保护的宣传和监管力度,加大对重点保护物种的保护和监测,为野生动物保护和生物多样性维护提供依据。     

江苏盐城滩涂湿地雁鸭类资源调查及保护对策

2008年10月至2010年3月,对江苏盐城滩涂湿地的雁鸭类资源进行调查。共记录到雁鸭类34种,其中旅鸟17种,占所调查雁鸭类总物种数的50.0%;冬候鸟16种,占47.1%;夏候鸟1种,占2.9%。记录到国家I级重点保护野生动物1种,国家II级重点保护野生动物3种。此外,还分析了该区雁鸭类资源数量减少的原因,提出了保护和管理对策。     

31省(直辖市或自治区)湿地中的国家重点保护野生动物资源特点

利用第二次全国湿地资源调查的野生动物资源数据,探讨了31个省(直辖市或自治区)湿地中的国家重点保护野生动物分类学特征和数量特征。在31个省(直辖市或自治区)湿地中,共有32科44属60种国家一级保护野生动物,58科123属184种国家二级保护野生动物,其分别占全国国家一级和二级保护野生动物物种数的54.05%和55.76%。31个省(直辖市或自治区)湿地中的国家一级和二级保护野生哺乳类物种数分别与河流湿地面积、湖泊湿地面积显著正相关,鸟类物种数与人工湿地面积显著正相关,因此,为了有效地保护湿地野生动物资源,在加强对河流湿地、湖泊湿地等天然湿地保护的同时,应该关注库塘、输水河等人工湿地的建设。     

新疆野生动物的保护问题

阐述了新疆物种多样性的特点及脊椎动物的基本组成。1980年以来，新疆陆续建立了20多个自然保护区，其中属于国家级的保护区3～4个。已知的野生脊椎动物种类约700种（隶属于5纲，37目，97科，196属）。包括哺乳类约134种，鸟类392～430种，爬行类40～45种，两栖类6～7种和鱼类93～120种（鱼类中约半数为引入种）。近年来经济利益的驱动下，一些保护区名存实亡，成人人类经济活动最频繁的地方，野生物种的处境日趋恶化。本文企图在动物保护方面提出问题和观点，便于在西部开发的过程中引起决策者们的重视。     

基于"CVH"的福建国家重点保护野生植物研究

在查阅"中国数字植物标本馆(CVH)"的基础上,以《Flora of China》、《中国植物志》、《福建植物志》和《国家重点保护野生植物名录(第一批)》为依据进行比较研究,结合近年来有关专家、学者对福建国家重点保护植物实地调查所取得的成果,对2012年公布的《福建国家重点保护野生植物名录》50种进行增补,并对部分种类的中名或拉丁学名进行修订或提出归并建议。研究显示:补充、完善后的福建国家重点保护野生植物共有60种,其中国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生植物9种、国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生植物51种。研究结果可为福建省有关部门完善《福建国家重点保护野生植物名录》、开展福建省重点保护野生植物资源调查以及实施《中华人民共和国野生植物保护条例》提供重要的科学依据。     

汝阳西泰山区野生兰花资源调查及其保护对策

采用样地调查方法,通过对伏牛山北麓西泰山地区野生兰花资源的种类、分布、生活环境及资源现状等方面的实地调查,发现西泰山地区兰花资源有9属18种.其中,有9种分布于海拔1000m以下的山地,还有9种分布于海拔1000m以上的山地.在对资源现状进行深入调查的基础上,针对该地区野生兰花资源的保护现状提出了相应的保护对策:提高当地民众的保护意识;完善立法;加强和完善当地资源的保护工作;建立兰科植物种质库及鼓励兰科植物的人工栽培,恢复野生兰科植物种群数量,保护野生兰科植物物种基因.     

贵州省湿地野生脊椎动物资源特征及保护策略探讨

贵州湿地脊椎动物共750种,隶属5纲33目101科,国家重点保护动物58种。具有区系组成复杂,种类丰富、资源量小,地域差异显著,保护种类多、濒危和易危状况明显等特征。提出了恢复栖息地、严格保护执法、增殖放流、加强科学研究、统一管理等保护对策。     

依靠科技进步 促进绵阳林业再上新台阶

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
