在0.05—1.28N的硝酸介质中钍同偶氮溴膦-mK反应,形成蓝紫色络合物。络合物稳定48小时,λ_(max)=680nm,△λ=130nm,ε=8.55×10~4,钍在0—30μg/25ml范围符合比尔定律。当体系中加入阳离子表面活性剂TPB后灵敏度至少提高三倍,钍在0—5μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,可用于微量钍的测定。  相似文献

研究了茜素红和铝的显色反应,在pH4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,茜素红和铝(Ⅲ)反应生成红色络合物,λmax=500 nm,铝的含量在0~50 μg/25 mL内符合比耳定律.建立了邻苯二酚螯合树脂分离/富集-茜素红分光光度法测定天然水样中铝的新方法,对茶水样中铝形态进行测定,结果满意.  相似文献

研究了新显色剂四-(3-磺基-4-氯苯基)卟啉在微酸性介质中,表面活性剂OP与CPC存在下测定微量铜的显色反应。络合物在波长420 nm处有最大吸收峰,摩尔吸光度系数为3.44×10^5 L·mol^-1 cm^-1,用双峰双波长光度法测定摩尔吸光系数为6.72×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铜含量在0.5~4.5μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法应用于矿样中微量铜的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

作者合成了新显色剂2,4-二硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯,并研究了试剂性质及其与Cd(Ⅱ) 的显色反应。在Triton X-100存在下,于pH 11.8的Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,显色剂与Cd形成2:1的红色络合物,λ_(max)为525nm,ε=1.68×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Cd(Ⅱ)含量在0—6μg/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。将该体系应用于萃取分离-光度法测定矿石及煤矸石样品的痕量镉,结果满意。  相似文献

建立了在碱性体系中采用高效阴离子交换色谱和紫外检测器联用测定海水中碘离子的分析方法。以63mmol/L NaOH为淋洗液,利用IonPac AS16型强亲水性阴离子交换分离柱.碘离子在8.3min洗脱,经抑制器后进入紫外检测器在波长226nm处检测。方法的检出限为0.05μg/L(进样量500μL,3倍信噪比),标准曲线的线性范围为1~2000μg/L(r=0.9995)。20μg/L碘离子标准溶液9次连续进样的相对标准偏差为1.85%。方法已成功地应用于海水中碘离子的测定,1μg/L碘离子的加标回收率为98%~105%。  相似文献

研究了2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-1,3-二羟基苯(QADHB)与铀的显色反应,在TritonX-100和F-存在下,pH7.8的三乙醇胺-HCl缓冲介质中,QADHB与U(Ⅵ)、F-反应生成1∶1∶1紫色三元稳定配合物,配合物的λmax=560nm,ε=7.41×104L·mol-1·cm-1。铀含量在0~2000μg/L内符合比尔定律。环境水样中的铀经磷酸三丁脂萃淋树脂固相萃取柱分离和富集后测定。方法已用于实际样品的测定,分析结果与国标(5-Br-PADAP)法一致,相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.4%~4.7%,回收率为96%~105%。  相似文献

在0.04~0.16mol/LHClO_4介质中,Bi与二溴羧基偶氮胂发生显色反应,生成1:2的蓝色络合物,λ_(max)=625nm,ε=7.2×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Bi量在0~0.5μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律。所拟方法已用于检测陶瓷电容钛酸铋烧结物中游离Bi_2O_3。  相似文献

研究了铁 (Ⅱ ) 5 Br PADAP 乳化剂OP体系中的析相、显色反应的条件及其吸收光谱的分析特征 ,拟定了直接测定不同种类样品中痕量铁的分析方法。在pH =5 .0的HAC NaAC缓冲溶液中 ,Fe(Ⅱ ) 5 Br PADAP络合物具有两个吸收峰 ,分别位于λ1 =5 6 1nm与λ2 =75 4nm处。本文选择λ =75 4nm进行测定 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 :ε75 4 =3.9× 10 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。铁含量在 0~ 2 4μg范围内服从比尔定律。此方法用于样品中痕量铁的测定 ,结果准确  相似文献

本文研究了溶剂浮选水杨基荧光酮(SAF)分光光度法测定痕量锗的条件,方法灵敏度高,选择性较好,锗的配合物可被环已烷+醋酸异戊酯定量浮选。用乙醇溶解浮选物后进行光度测定,在λ_(max)502nm处,其摩尔吸光系数为1.75×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),锗的含量在0—20μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。本法应用于煤灰中痕量锗的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
