北疆铁路沿线地带城市化道路方式初探

城市化一般而言有“大城市化”和“乡村城市化”两种方式，本文在大体分析了北疆铁路沿线地带的自然条件、社会经济基础及城市发展状况的前提下，提出本地带的城市化道路应在不忽视大城市发展的同时，主要建设好中小城市走乡城市化的道路。     

长江经济带发展中若干问题探讨

分析长江经济带在我国区域经济发展中的地位与作用：新的经济增长点、缩小地区差距的主通道、可建成世界规模最大的内河经济带，论证了基础产业和基础设施的合理布局，提出“适度发展大城市、积极发展中小城市、合理发展小城镇”的城市发展方针，并对水资源、岸线资源、土地资源的开发利用进行了评价。     

城市发展综合效益与城市发展规模——关于我国城市建设基本方针的探讨

“控制大城市规模,合理发展中等城市,积极发展小城市”是我国城市建设的基本方针。自提出以来,各地在具体的城市规划和城市建设实践中,一方面贯彻执行这条方针,另一方面也在检验其合理性。总的看来,“方针”确实在不少城市的规划建设中发挥了积极的指导作用。然而,也曾在另外的情况下带来过迷惑和疑问。例如,有些城市在规模上已跨入大城市行列,但从经济、社会和环境等诸方面进行分析,则需要,也有条件继续发展;同样,有些城市规模虽小,但限于各种因素,已不宜毫无控制地大力发展。在这种情况下,脱离实际地去硬性执行“方针”,必将使社会、经济和人民生活蒙受不应有的损失;而围绕“方针”去讨论“大城市该不该发展”和’小城市该不该控制”,又难以得出一致的结论。看来,要     

后工业化时期伦敦创意产业的发展

英国是世界上较早重视创意产业的国家，也是最早提出创意产业内容和定义的国家。伦敦作为英国政治、经济、文化中心，世界著名的国际经济中心城市，在工业化进程中、世界经济结构由“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转化过程中，善于吸收历次产业革命成果，善于在产业经济、城市管理等方面不断创新，使其在一定时期内，始终处于大城市发展的前列，并被称为世界创意之都。因此，研究伦敦创意产业对探讨上海发展创意产业具有较大的现实意义。     

大城市环城游憩地开发的实证研究——以武汉市为例

环城游憩近年来发展很快，大城市环城游憩地开发也呈现自身特色。本文回顾了国内外环城游憩地的相关研究，界定了大城市环城游憩地的范围，提出了环城游憩地开发的原则，并以武汉市为例结合所提原则进行了实证分析。同时对武汉市近郊、远郊的范围进行创新性划分并提出环城游憩地开发的创新措施。     

中国十大城市群生态发展状况比较研究

通过建立生态发展评价指标体系,对中国十大城市群生态发展状况进行多层次的比较研究。认为在微观层面,中心城市对城市群生态发展影响巨大,城市群内城市之间生态发展水平差距很大;在中观层面,中国十大城市群的生态发展路径相似,但是没有形成良好的区域联动,造成区域发展非均衡性;在宏观层面,中国十大城市群生态发展水平直接关系我国生态经济可持续发展程度,国家对大城市群的定位不同,不同的战略定位影响其生态发展水平。结果显示:中国十大城市群生态发展状况与世界先进水平相比还存在巨大差异;无论城市群内部还是城市群之间均存在明显的非均衡性。尽快缩小各城市群之间的发展差距,努力提高欠发达地区城市群生态发展能力是解决区域发展不平衡的关键所在。在此基础上,从中国十大城市群生态发展状况的综合层面和影响城市群生态发展状况的各个因素层面分别提出了缩减生态发展状况非均衡差异的政策建议。

河南乡村城市化的村镇问题初探

“城市化”的含义有三:一是城镇数量和城镇人口逐步增加,乡村居民和农业人口相应减少:是城镇的形态相分布。由一个个相对独立的状况,转为互相联系日益密切的状态;三是人们的生活方式逐步城市化。城市化,是人类社会的历史发展进程中不可避免相逾越的一个阶段。在城市化过程中,较长时期内客观存在着大城市人中集聚和农村崩溃的模式。对此,恩格斯曾及时指出:“乡村农业人口的分散和大城市工业人口的集聚只是工农业发展水     

大城市农业区域农业生产及空间结构演化发展趋势

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立与中心城市职能的加强，大城市农业区域农业生产与空间结构必将发生重大变动。从外部市场条件与区域功能的变动演化两方面对这种变化的原因进行了探讨，从市场方面分析了农副产品生产所面对的市场层次特点以及当前生产与市场不适应的状况，迫切要求调整与改变农产品生产结构。从地域功能考虑，认为大城市农业地域功能要服从城市总体规划需要，并得出大城市农业地域农业功能正逐步相对弱化的结论。最后，提出了今后大城市农业区域、农业生产结构调整方向和空间分化的三圈模式。     

广州城市郊区化的进程及动力机制

随着城市经济社会的发展，我国一些大城市出现了郊区化的初步征兆，开展了郊区化研究有着重要的理论和实际两个方面的意义。广州是我国少数几个已开始进入城市郊区化阶段的大城市之一。本文分析该市郊区化的进程及动力机制，并提出调控对策。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
