污染土壤石油生物降解与调控效应研究   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11

为考察修复过程中土壤石油降解效应,选用中国北方某油田区现场的原油污染土壤,进行了投加除油菌、调节氮磷营养含量和水分含量等强化措施的修复试验。经过180d修复,结果表明,土壤石油污染物去除率达70·6%,去除速率达0·15g·kg-1·d-1,与自然条件相比,石油污染物半衰期由929d减少为103d。饱和烃去除率占总石油去除的75%以上,主要为十八烷、二十七烷、二十九烷、三十一烷与三十四烷。初期投菌对石油污染土壤的生物修复具有快速启动作用,但后期多次投菌对生物修复的促进作用不明显。对氮磷营养水平的适当调节有利于生物修复进行,本试验中对除油菌生长和石油去除最有利的有效态碳氮比为C∶N=100∶1~50∶1。在石油去除过程中,土壤石油去除速率的变化与除油菌数量变化趋势基本一致,表明微生态环境调控对于污染土壤中的石油降解具有显著的促进作用。  相似文献

. The potential for biodegrading of mono-, di- and trichlorobenzenes in a contaminated aquifer in Bitterfeld (Saxony-Anhalt) was tested both in the laboratory and using on-site column experiments. Under the prevailing anaerobic conditions, the reductive dechlorination of 1,4-dichlorobenzene (1,4-DCB) takes place very slowly. Under aerobic conditions the indigenous micro-organisms are able to mineralize monochlorobenzene (MCB) and 1,4-DCB. The degradation rates for the other two isomeric dichlorobenzenes and for 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (1,2,4-TCB) under aerobic conditions are significantly lower. Indications were found that once the oxygen has been consumed, Fe(III) species can be used as alternative electron acceptors.  相似文献

This study evaluated remedial alternatives for a petroleum-contaminated site where an unconfined aquifer composed of a sandy layer of about 3–3.5 m thickness is covered by alluvial deposits and reclaimed soil of about 1.5 m thickness. Precambrian gneiss, of low permeability, lies below the sandy layer. The shallow water table is about 3 m below the surface, but shows high fluctuations of up to 1.5 m in response to precipitation events. The unsaturated soil near the water table and the groundwater are highly contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, especially toluene, which have apparently leaked from storage tanks. Selection of the remedial alternatives required consideration of the relevant laws on soil and groundwater conservation in Korea, the results of risk analysis and the hydrogeological conditions. The contaminated area has been divided into zones in which different remediation goals are set based on risk analysis and the degree of natural attenuation. It is estimated that the clean-up goal can be achieved in two years by the combined use of a trench drain and well point pumping to collect the contaminated groundwater for treatment, and a dual air injection system for the contaminated soil.  相似文献

The areal extent of permafrost in China has been reduced by about 18.6 % during the last 30 years. Due to the combined influences of climate warming and human activities, permafrost has been degrading extensively, with marked spatiotemporal variability. Distribution and thermal regimes of permafrost and seasonal freeze-thaw processes are closely related to groundwater dynamics. Permafrost degradation and changes in frost action have extensively affected cold-regions hydrogeology. Progress on some research programs on groundwater and permafrost in two regions of China are summarized. On the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and in mountainous northwest China, permafrost is particularly sensitive to climate change, and the permafrost hydrogeologic environment is vulnerable due to the arid climate, lower soil-moisture content, and sparse vegetative coverage, although anthropogenic activities have limited impact. In northeast China, permafrost is thermally more stable due to the moist climate and more organic soils, but the presence or preservation of permafrost is largely dependent on favorable surface coverage. Extensive and increasing human activities in some regions have considerably accelerated the degradation of permafrost, further complicating groundwater dynamics. In summary, permafrost degradation has markedly changed the cold-regions hydrogeology in China, and has led to a series of hydrological, ecological, and environmental problems of wide concern.  相似文献

宁夏宁东煤田东北部地下水矿化度较高,且具有分布不均和变化较大的特点。通过分析地下水矿化度的空间分布特征,结合区域地质构造、地下水补给径流条件,借助Piper三线图、Gibbs图、离子比例系数等手段,深入研究高矿化度地下水的形成机制。结果表明,宁东煤田东北部地下水矿化度为0.30~23.56 g/L,平均值为5.84 g/L,淡水、微咸水、咸水、盐水所占比例分别为3.16%、50.00%、33.68%、13.16%。水平方向上,基岩裂隙水矿化度由东向西逐渐降低,在鸳鸯湖矿区南部形成高矿化度异常带。此外,在研究区西部及南北部的零星地区出现矿化度较高区。矿化度整体较高与石膏、盐岩及黄铁矿溶解和地下水长期滞流有关,而矿化度由东向西逐渐降低则受鄂尔多斯台地逆冲推覆构造前缘坳陷影响。鸳鸯湖矿区南部位于鄂尔多斯台地南北冲断体系的过渡带,褶曲较完整,地下水环境相对封闭,形成高矿化度异常带。垂直方向上,从Ⅰ含水层至Ⅴ含水层深部含水层的矿化度比浅部高,主要与深部地下水环境封闭,更新较慢有关。该研究将为相似矿区地下水资源开发与利用提供理论依据。   相似文献

The stable water isotopic composition (δ2H and δ18Ο), tritium (3H) activity, dissolved organic carbon, alkalinity, as well as the composition of carbon 13 (δ13C) in dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) of 36 water samples taken from 16 resurgences in the northeast provinces of Viet Nam in the dry (Mar 2008) and rainy (June 2008) seasons were analyzed to elucidate hydrological characteristics of the karstic aquifers in the area. The stable water isotopic composition of the water samples collected clearly demonstrated that the karstic groundwater in the region was recharged from the local meteorological water. The tritium activity in the samples was found to be in between 3 and 4 TU, falling in the range of the 3H activity in the local precipitation and thus meaning that the traveling of recharge water to the resurgences was very short. Concentrated and diffuse allogenic recharges seem to be important sources of karstic groundwater in the study region. Water in the karstic aquifers could be classified into three types as: (a) water from karstic areas with dense vegetation cover that causes DIC be depleted in carbon 13 (13δ<?12‰ vs. Pee Dee Belemnite standard of Vienna, VPDB); (b) water from karstic areas with poor vegetation cover that originates DIC with carbon 13 composition ranging from ?11 to ?12‰; and (c) surface water from lakes, springs and rivers that has DIC with enriched carbon 13 (δ13C >?10‰). This implies that there are several sources of carbon dioxide contributing to the DIC in water of the karstic aquifers in the study region. Among other potential sources, the atmospheric CO2, CO2 from carbonate rock dissolution, biomineralization of soil organic matters and plant roots respiration seem to be important sources of the DIC in the waters of this region. The unique hydrogeology of karst makes the associated groundwater respond quickly to rainfall events and vulnerable to anthropogenic pollutions. In this study, high-frequency monitoring of spring discharge, temperature, electrical conductivity (EC) and pH, along with monthly hydrochemical and microbial analyses, was undertaken at the outlet of Laolondong karst underground river in Nanshan, southwestern China. The aim was to explore the environmental effects of the catchment’s urban area on the karst groundwater resources. The monitoring data of a tracer test and the response of discharge to rainfall events demonstrate that conduits and narrow fissures coexist in the Laolongdong karst aquifer. The EC, Na+, Cl? and SO42? values (840 μS/cm, 33.7, 38.6 and 137.2 μg/L, respectively), along with high concentrations of fecal coliform bacteria, at the outlet indicate considerable urban pollution in this area. The contaminants sulfate and nitrate showed different relationships with discharge and EC in different stages of a rainfall event. This behavior provided information about aquifer structure and the influence of transport properties. Meanwhile, the hydrological processes of groundwater flow could be modified by urbanization and result in increasing magnitude of urban floods in the underground river. In addition, sulfuric and nitric acids introduced by urbanization not only impact the karst groundwater quality, but also result in a significant perturbation to the carbon cycling system in the karst area.  相似文献

加油站地下水中石油烃污染是较为普遍的现象,本文对研究区位于不同水文地质条件的加油站地下水进行取样分析,分析加油站地下水中石油烃的污染特征和地下水化学类型特征,并运用因子分析、相关性分析和多元回归分析揭示加油站地下水中石油烃潜在的生物降解机制。研究结果表明,地下水化学类型主要可划分为Cl-Na型、HCO3-Na型、HCO3-Ca型和SO4-Na型4类。加油站地下水中石油烃的检出率为85.71%,检出浓度为0.020.35 mg/L。因子分析结果表明影响地下水化学组成的因素主要以水-岩相互作用和石油烃的生物降解为主。TPH与地下水化学指标间的相关关系表明:TPH与K+、Na+、Cl-、Mn、Mg2+ SO 4 2 -呈现负相关的关系,与pH值、 HCO 3 - NO 3 - NO 2 -、Ca2+、Fe不存在显著的相关关系。加油站地下水环境中可能存在嗜盐或耐盐微生物,导致随着盐度的升高,总石油烃(total petroleum hydrocarbon,TPH)生物降解率加快,TPH浓度呈现出降低的趋势。微生物利用电子受体( SO 4 2 -、Mn、 NO 3 -、Fe)降解TPH的过程中,电子受体的贡献率为:铁还原(64.88%)>锰还原(24.86%)>硫酸根还原(5.78%)>硝酸盐还原(4.46%),即加油站地下水中铁锰还原菌的石油烃生物降解为优势反应。  相似文献

随着自然条件改变和人类活动强度的加大,我国北方岩溶水系统从输入、输出到结构、水资源要素转换关系均发生了巨大变化,在短短几十年内有近30%岩溶大泉断流,80%泉水流量大幅度衰减,区域岩溶地下水位每年以1~2m速度持续下降,同时,有20%以上的岩溶水系统主排泄带的水质在Ⅲ类以下且总体趋向恶化,此外,还存在着矿坑突水,岩溶塌陷、地裂,海水入侵,旅游功能降低,生态功能丧失等诸多的岩溶水环境问题,极大地加剧了水资源的紧张状况。本文根据前人成果和实地调查资料并采用一些典型事例归纳总结了岩溶水环境问题及其发展演化趋势,展示北方岩溶水面临的严峻形势,以引起社会各界对此问题的关注,加大岩溶水资源调查研究与保护力度,同时,也为广大学者开展相关立项与研究提供参考。   相似文献

为了解典型污染场地浅层地下水微量有机污染特征,对西北某省会城市石油化工场地地下水中的挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)污染情况进行了调查。结果表明,污染场地地下水样品中挥发性有机污染物检出率为100%;检出率较高的是氯代烃和苯系物,检出率分别为60%和40%。超标组分为苯和1,2-二氯丙烷,苯超标率为30%,1,2-二氯丙烷超标率10%,苯最大检出浓度达1515μg/L。场地内的原油储存罐、污水隔油池的渗漏以及石油冶炼、机械加工过程工业废水不合理排放均为该场地地下水VOCs的重要来源;VOCs的理化性质以及污染场地地下水防污性能差是影响该场地地下水环境中VOCs归宿的主要因素。  相似文献

通过对刘桥矿区主要含水层的环境同位素测试分析,表明研究区内各含水层δ18O值为-5.5 1‰~-10.87‰,平均-9.34‰;δD值为-5 6.3‰~83.4‰,平均-71.4 8‰,且δD与δ18O值自浅到深依次降低。还分析了该矿区地表水、新生界松散层一含水和二含水、煤系砂岩水、太灰水、奥灰水氢氧稳定同位素一般特征,研究了矿区主要含水层水的补给环境及奥灰水与其他含水层之间的联系。  相似文献

The ability of heavy metals bioaccumulation to cause toxicity in biological systems—human, animals, microorganisms and plants—is an important issue for environmental health and safety. Recent biotechnological approaches for bioremediation include biomineralization (mineral synthesis by living organisms or biomaterials), biosorption (dead microbial and renewable agricultural biomass), phytostabilization (immobilization in plant roots), hyperaccumulation (exceptional metal concentration in plant shoots), dendroremediation (growing trees in polluted soils), biostimulation (stimulating living microbial population), rhizoremediation (plant and microbe), mycoremediation (stimulating living fungi/mycelial ultrafiltration), cyanoremediation (stimulating algal mass for remediation) and genoremediation (stimulating gene for remediation process). The adequate restoration of the environment requires cooperation, integration and assimilation of such biotechnological advances along with traditional and ethical wisdom to unravel the mystery of nature in the emerging field of bioremediation. This review highlights better understanding of the problems associated with the toxicity of heavy metals to the contaminated ecosystems and their viable, sustainable and eco-friendly bioremediation technologies, especially the mechanisms of phytoremediation of heavy metals along with some case studies in India and abroad. However, the challenges (biosafety assessment and genetic pollution) involved in adopting the new initiatives for cleaning-up the heavy metals-contaminated ecosystems from both ecological and greener point of view must not be ignored.  相似文献

The Zhangye Basin, located in arid northwest China, is an important agricultural and industrial center. In recent years rapid development has created an increased demand for water, which is increasingly being fulfilled by groundwater abstraction. Detailed knowledge of the geochemical evolution of groundwater and water quality can enhance understanding of the hydrochemical system, promoting sustainable development and effective management of groundwater resources. To this end, a hydrochemical investigation was conducted in the Zhangye Basin. Types of shallow groundwater in the Zhangye Basin were found to be HCO3 , HCO3 –SO4 2−, SO4 2−–HCO3 , SO4 2−–Cl, Cl–SO4 2− and Cl. The deep aquifer groundwater type was found to be HCO3–SO42− throughout the entire area. Ionic ratio and saturation index calculations suggest that silicate rock weathering and evaporation deposition are the main processes that determine the ionic composition in the study area. The suitability of the groundwater for irrigation was assessed based on the US Salinity Laboratory salinity classification and the Wilcox diagram. In the study area, the compositions of the stable isotopes δ18O and δD in groundwater samples were found to range from −4.00 to −9.28‰ and from −34.0 to −65.0‰, respectively. These values indicate that precipitation is the main recharge source for the groundwater system; some local values indicate high levels of evaporation. Tritium analysis was used to estimate the ages of the different groundwaters; the tritium values of the groundwater samples varied from 3.13 to 36.62 TU. The age of the groundwater at depths of less than 30 m is about 5–10 years. The age of the groundwater at depths of 30–50 m is about 10–23 years. The age of the groundwater at depths of 50–100 m is about 12–29 years. For groundwater samples at depths of greater than 100 m, the renewal time is about 40 years.  相似文献

以新一轮项目为依托,以几十年地下水化学资料和水文地质资料为基础,对我国地下水质量进行了综合评价,阐述了我国地下水质量分布特征,简要分析了其成因,并提出了预防地下水水质恶化的建议.我国地下水质量总体状况较好,但局部质量低下,区域分布差异很大,是自然地理、地质、水文地质条件、人类活动等因素共同作用的结果.作者认为要想改善地下水质量就要合理开发利用地下水资源,合理布局工农业,并建立和完善地下水质量监测和预警系统.  相似文献

1990年报道了在中国内蒙古河套平原由于饮用污染的地下水而患砷中毒的病例.估计目前内蒙受到砷中毒影响的居民已超过41万人.从1997年至2004年,在长达8年的时间里,我们进行了水文地质调查、地质调查和医学调查,并装置了管道输送的供水系统.这些调查揭示了河套平原地下水受砷污染的机理:由于被吸收的砷释放进入地下水,蓄水层中不断加强的还原环境造成铁氢氧化物的溶解.为了防止砷中毒病人数量的进一步增加,停止饮用污染过的水和供应安全的饮用水是重要的.我们需要根据当地的地质和水文地质条件来了解砷污染的机理.  相似文献
