Selecting three half orbits near the epicenter of Pu’er earthquake, we analyzed the Ne data recorded in their revis-ited orbits during a year before this earthquake, and extracted Ne precursors. The results show that: ① There are significant seasonal variations of ionospheric Ne in night time, which exhibit different shapes respectively in four seasons; ② There are three main shapes of Ne: single-peak, saddle-shaped and even-shaped, all of which may oc-cur in four seasons, but each season with its typical shape relatively; ③ Spatial images of Ne showed high values near the epicenter in 30 days before the earthquake, and there is a good correlation between anomaly and distribu-tion of earthquake in space and time, which reflects that these spatial anomalies were indeed concerned with the earthquake; ④There shows a certain similarity of the Ne curves among revisited orbits, which can provide back-ground information for distinguishing and identification of seismic anomaly.  相似文献

The results of original experiments performed with a ground-based geophysical laser interferometer and a GPS-based satellite ionospheric profilometer are given. Synchronous growth was recorded for deformations of the Earth’s surface and variations in the atmospheric pressure and in the level of spatiotemporal modifications of the electron content within the ionospheric F2 layer with characteristic space scales of 102–103 km and periods of 102–103 s. The relationship between the revealed phenomena and the Earth’s seismic activity is analyzed.  相似文献

A magnetotelluric study was carried out in the Xuefeng mountain uplift belt and its western margins. A detailed investigation was made of the resistivity of the formations, and reliable data were obtained. The sedimentary cover and basement structure of the Xuefeng mountain area and the deep geological structure were analyzed in detail using magnetotelluric data from the two-dimensional inversion of the resistivity profile data in combination with regional gravity and magnetic data. It was concluded that the tectonic movements were characterized by basement detachment, and north-south ramp. The study area can be divided into a southern uplift zone, a southern thrust-faulted zone, a central uplift zone, and a northern depression zone. This work has provided geophysical evidence that can be used in future studies of the tectonics and petroleum geology of this region.  相似文献

Water carried particulate matter (seston) collected in sediment traps has been used for fingerprinting petrogenic hydrocarbons (PHC) along an urban influenced transect in the Stockholm archipelago. Gas-chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) have been used for identification and quantification of n-alkanes, the isoprenoids pristane and phytane, pentacyclic triterpanes, the unresolved complex mixture (UCM) and total hydrocarbon content (THC). Preserved seston has been compared with anoxic seston and anoxic bottom surface sediments to establish the effects of degradation processes, and with spring bloom plankton as a reference of biological material. The results show that samples of seston, collected and preserved in sediment traps, are very suitable for carrying out fingerprint analyses of petrogenic hydrocarbons. A gradient of increasing PHC downflux towards the urban area was found and petrogenic contamination of the waters was detected along the whole transect.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of analyzing the set of dual-polarity paleomagnetic results the Global Paleomagnetic Database (GPMDB). The dataset was expanded by the results from the Paleomagnetic Data Catalogue for the USSR and with new data published after 2005. Some results were rejected to avoid the influence of overprints of ancient and recent magnetization. Overall, 59 dual-polarity results for the lithospheric plates of Baltica, Laurentia, and Siberia with their immediate framing were selected for the analysis in the interval of ages 207–359 Ma. The new data confirmed the model of the paleomagnetic field, according to which the field contains a long-lived component corresponding to the equatorial dipole which is responsible for the non-antipodal paleomagnetic directions in the zones of normal and reverse polarity in sedimentary and volcanic rock sequences. Retaining its value of 5–8% of the central axial dipole, the equatorial dipole changed its polarity a few times during the interval 359–207 Ma. The northern poles of the dipole formed two antipodal groups on the Earth’s surface, which lie within or near the subduction zones on the periphery of the Pangaea Supercontinent. Such localization of the equatorial dipole is suggested to be related to the ascending branches of the mantle convection and to the topography of both boundaries of the outer Earth’s core.  相似文献
