根据工程造价咨询统计制度相关规定,住房和城乡建设部对2012年具有资质的工程造价咨询企业基本数据进行了统计,现公布如下:企业分布情况2012年,全国共有6630家工程造价咨询企业参加了统计,比上年增长了2.1%。其中,甲级企业2235家,增长了9.3%;乙级资质企业4395家,减少了1.2%。专营工程造价咨询的企业2273家,减少了12.9%;兼营工程造价咨询企业4357家,增长了12.2%。具体分布见表一、表二。 相似文献

The spatial development of multiplant enterprises is characterized by expansion and contraction. Contraction, i.e. the closure of branch plants, in four industries is examined on the basis of material from SW Germany, Switzerland and N Italy. Several periods of varying intensity are identified. The relative location of closed plants to the main plant is measured. Factors behind the closures and their spatial effects are discussed. Product change is a neglected form of locational adjustment. This exploratory study examines the changes that 64 multi-plant enterprises in the United Kingdom textile and clothing industries made to the products manufactured in their plants during a six year period. Transfers of products to and from plants and the introduction of products new to the enterprise were the most common types of change. The extension of manufacture of products to other plants and product abandonments occurred less frequently. Product change decisions were relatively important in comparison with the frequency of occurrence of other types of locational change. Altering the use made of particular locations gave an important flexibility to the operations of the companies. The most important reasons affecting the product changes were a desire to expand production of products already manufactured by the company, to introduce closely related products and to reorganise the location of products between plants. The degree of diversification, the investment strategy, the size, and the profitability of the enterprises were the most important characteristics of the companies influencing the frequencies with which the various types of product change occurred. Some types of plant were also found more likely to experience product changes than others: notably, the head office plants of parent companies, large plants, plants producing in declining industries, and recently opened plants. 相似文献

Ethnic enterprises are growing rapidly in urban areas across the United States. Anecdotal evidence from around the country reports many success stories of how ethnic businesses transform communities; however, researchers have not provided a systematic review of the role of ethnic businesses in community developing. In practice, ethnic businesses have not been formally incorporated in local planning and development process. This article provides a systematic review of the multi-faceted ways ethnic businesses contribute to community building and neighborhood development. In addition to surveying the current literature, we also chose three communities for a focused review: Buford Highway in Atlanta, Monterey Park in Los Angeles, and Sunset Park in New York. A framework is developed to evaluate the economic, physical, social/cultural, and political effects that ethnic businesses exert on communities. We find that ethnic businesses can serve local economic interests and community-level cohesion and accrue economic, social, physical, and political benefits to their respective communities. These include serving the unmet market needs of certain neighborhoods and households, creating job opportunities and generating revenues, revitalizing and fueling the commercial development of abandoned communities, organizing and promoting social life and cultural diversity, as well as contributing their collective interest and voice in local communities.
