To study the effect of straw mulching on soil water evaporation, it is necessary to measure soil water evaporation under different conditions of straw mulching during the soil thawing period. A field experiment was conducted in winter, and soil evaporation was measured using a microlysimeter on bare land (LD) and 4500 (GF4500), 9000 (GF9000) and 13500 \(\hbox {kg/hm}^{2}\) (GF13500) straw mulch. The influence of different quantities of straw mulch on soil water evaporation during the thawing period was analyzed using the Mallat algorithm, statistical analysis and information cost function. The results showed that straw mulching could delay the thawing of the surface soil by 3–6 d, decrease the speed at which the surface soil thaws by 0.40–0.80 cm/d, delay the peak soil liquid water content, increase the soil liquid water content, reduce the cumulative evaporation by 2.70–7.40 mm in the thawing period, increase the range of soil evaporation by 0.04–0.10 mm in the early stage of the thawing period, and reduce the range of soil evaporation by 0.25–0.90 mm in the late stage of the thawing period. Straw mulching could reduce the range of and variation in soil evaporation and can reduce the effect of random factors on soil evaporation. When the amount of straw mulch exceeded 9000 \(\hbox {kg/hm}^{2}\), the effect of increasing the amount of straw mulch on daily soil water evaporation was small.  相似文献

本实验通过对云南省建水地区植被根际土壤中高产碳酸酐酶(CA)的微生物进行分离筛选和溶蚀效应的测定,将溶蚀效果较好的菌株制成菌悬液进行盆栽实验,探究该菌株对不同树种根际土壤微生物代谢活性和碳酸钙类岩石溶蚀效应的影响。结果表明:从根际土壤中筛选到一株能够高产CA,且具有较强溶蚀效果的沙雷氏菌,施加该菌剂的处理组显著增加了土壤微生物数量,提高微生物的代谢活性和多样性,并加速碳酸钙类岩石的溶蚀。本研究旨在为今后岩溶区生态恢复过程中植物树种的选择与微生物菌剂的联合应用提供一种技术手段,为岩溶地区生态系统的治理提供一定的理论支持。   相似文献

To reveal the influencing effect of the long-term straw mulching on the soil moisture, this paper employed the field experiment data in 2010 of a typical area of Taihang Mountains plain, observed the soil moisture dynamic regularities under different mulching patterns by virtue of depressimeter and neutron probe, analyzed the characteristics of soil water content and storage in different depths and seasons under the long-term straw mulching. The results showed that the long-term straw mulching can keep the soil moisture conservation of the deep, while decreased the shallow. (1) The long-term straw mulching can changed the type of soil water movement. If no straw mulching, the type is mainly evaporation-infiltration. And with straw mantle the type would change into infiltration. The number of zero flux plane would be reduced or absent. (2) The long-term straw mulching can increase the soil water reserves of the whole soil profile with the depth between 0 cm and 220 cm. But the soil water content of the layer from 30 cm to 80 cm decreased and the soil water content of the layer from 80 cm to 220 cm increased instead., The effect of soil moisture conservation on winter wheat is not obvious; (3) With no straw mulching, the depth of infiltration recharge by rainfall or irrigation is shallower than 80 cm. In a straw mulching, the influence depth is can extend to 120 cm; (4) With no straw mulching , there is a deep layer on the depth of 220 cm between March and June, while this layer will disappear with a long-term straw mulching.  相似文献

介绍了国内外的田间覆盖技术措施应用及理论研究现状。目前,研究土壤水热运移模型大致可分为等温模型和非等温模型两大类。分析和论述了两类模型代表模式及其特点;详细论述了地面覆盖对土壤表面水、汽、热状况的影响,以及不同覆盖材料,不同覆盖方式对土壤水热运移的影响;简述了二维土壤水热耦合模型及数值模拟计算。在总结已有研究成果基础上,提出了需进一步探讨的问题。  相似文献

Fresh water supplied are often limited in mainland China, reducing agricultural productivity. However the use of straw mulch is the main management technique for agronomic water saving. This paper investigates the movement of soil water under straw mulch compared to a non-mulch test plot. Results demonstrated that straw mulch effected soil water movement primarily during drought periods and throughout shallow soil (i.e. depths of less than 200 cm). The soil moisture and soil water potential at the mulch test plot in drought period are both higher than that of contrast test plot, and along with increasing soil depth, the straw mulch effect weakens. When evaporation is dominated by surface evaporation, straw mulch will effectively restrict the evaporation of soil water; when evaporation dominated by vegetation transpiration, the straw mulch promotes the transpiration of vegetation. In drought periods, straw mulch is not effective for deep soil water infiltration, but is advantageous for soil water utilization of mid- and shallow- soils (0-120 cm), however the infiltration speed rate of straw mulch point during high water period is higher than that of contrast plot. This paper highlights the importance of good management practices of agricultural land in order to limit soil water losses, which is essential when water is such a limited resource.  相似文献

The extensive spread ofPhragmites australis throughout brackish marshes on the East Coast of the United States is a major factor governing management and restoration decisions because it is assumed that biogeochemical functions are altered by the invasion. Microbial activity is important in providing wetland biogeochemical functions such as carbon and nitrogen cycling, but there is little known about sediment microbial communities inPhragmites marshes. Microbial populations associated with invasivePhragmites vegetation and with native salt marsh cordgrass,Spartina alterniflora, may differ in the relative abundance of microbial taxa (community structure) and in the ability of this biota to decompose organic substrates (community biogeochemical function). This study compares sediment microbial communities associated withPhragmites andSpartina vegetation in an undisturbed brackish marsh near Tuckerton, New Jersey (MUL), and in a brackish marsh in the anthropogenically affected Hackensack meadowlands (SMC). We use phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis and enzymataic activity to profile sediment microbial communities associated with both plants in each site. Sediment analyses include bulk density, total organic matter, and root biomass. PLFA profiles indicate that the microbial communities differ between sites with the undisturbed site exhibiting greater fatty acid richness (62 PLFA recovered from MUL versus 38 from SMC). Activity of the 5 enzymes analyzed (β-glucosidase, acid phosphatase, chitobiase, and 2 oxidases) was higher in the undisturbed site. Differences between vegetation species as measured by Principal Components Analysis were significantly greater at the undisturbed MUL site than at SMC, and patterns of enzyme activity and PLFAs did not correspond to patterns of root biomass. We suggest that in natural wetland sediments, macrophyte rhizosphere effects influence the community composition of sediment microbial populations. Physical and chemical site disturbances may impose limits on these rhizosphere effects, decreasing sediment microbial diversity and potentially, microbial biogeochemical functions.  相似文献

A greenhouse pot experiment was conducted at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, with the aim of describing the influence of metazachlor on counts and biodiversity of soil microorganisms, soil enzymatic activity, physicochemical properties of soil and yield of spring oilseed rape. The first experimental factor was soil contamination with increasing rates of metazachlor: 0 (soil without the herbicide), 0.333 (recommended by the manufacturer), 6.666, 13.332, 26.665, 53.328, 106.656 and 213.312 mg kg?1 dm of soil, while the second factor comprised two dates of determination: 30 and 60 days after starting the experiment. The tested herbicide had an adverse effect on reproduction of all analyzed microorganisms: oligotrophic bacteria and their endospore forms, Azotobacter spp. bacteria, organotrophic bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi. The values of the colony development and eco-physiological diversity indices decreased under the influence of excessive doses of the herbicide. Also, significant fluctuation in the enzymatic activity of soil was observed in response to the higher doses of metazachlor and depending on the date of determinations. The herbicide had an invariably negative influence on the activity of soil enzymes, causing the inhibition of dehydrogenases, catalase, urease, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, arylsulfatase and β-glucosidase. The physicochemical status of soil depended significantly on the degree of soil contamination with the herbicide, same as the yield of spring oilseed rape.  相似文献

The mulching of agricultural fields and gardens with stones, pebbles, volcanic ash and similar lithic materials is a variant agricultural strategy uniquely suited to the constraints of a dryland environment. While the agricultural literature contains reports on limited experiments with stone or gravel mulch, data regarding the employment of lithic mulch are lacking. This paper works to bridge this gap by comparing empirical data collected from prehistoric pebble-mulch gardens in the Galisteo Basin (New Mexico) to contemporary agricultural experiments with lithic mulch. Such past-present and experimental-real world comparisons allow us to more fully address the effectiveness of lithic mulching as an agricultural strategy. It is affirmed that lithic mulch is applied to garden plots, especially during periods of drought, in order to reduce soil erosion from wind and water, increase soil temperature to extend the growing season, increase water infiltration, and reduce the evaporative loss of water from wind and sun. The cumulative effect of this soil and water conserving technique is an increase in crop biomass and crop yield.  相似文献

秸秆还田对岩溶区与非岩溶区土壤酶活性影响的对比研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过室内模拟试验,研究了岩溶区棕色石灰土与非岩溶区红壤对玉米秸秆有机物料降解过程中土壤pH值、秸秆降解率和酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:秸秆降解期间,土壤pH值在前期有下降的趋势,后期慢慢回升;秸秆降解速度最快主要集中在降解最初30 d,之后呈缓慢上升趋势,到98d 基本达到平衡,降解速度大大减慢;过氧化氢酶的变化不明显,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶活性都在不同程度上呈现"前期上升,中期下降,后期上升" 的变化趋势。因素比较结果表明: 除蛋白酶的活性是非岩溶区的大于岩溶区外,其它的基本上都是岩溶区的大于非岩溶区;从降解率来看也是岩溶区的要稍高于非岩溶区。由此认为,秸秆在岩溶区土壤中的降解作用比非岩溶区更强。   相似文献

为探讨农田在不同调控措施下的土壤水蒸发量,以衡水试验场为例,以土壤水流动系统为指导,设计沟播盖腐熟秸秆、沟播不盖秸秆、盖膜穴播、平播对照4种不同调控措施下的田间试验,运用土壤水分均衡原理和土壤水分通量法,计算了不同调控措施下的土壤水蒸发量.结果表明,盖膜穴播田块的土壤水蒸发量最小,沟播盖腐熟秸秆次之,沟播不盖秸秆最大,说明盖膜穴播的土壤水分调控效果最好,而秸秆覆盖的效果优于不盖秸秆.  相似文献

大气氮沉降作为全球变化的重要现象之一,沉降量不断增加所带来的一系列生态问题日趋严重.草地作为陆地生态系统的主体类型之一,对大气氮沉降的响应不仅体现在地上植被生长和群落动态的变化,其地下各种生态过程的变化更加值得关注.此外,世界范围内的草地生态系统大部分面临不同程度的退化,草地施氮是寻求草地恢复的有益尝试.综述了大气氮沉降和人为施氮引起的外源氮输入变化对草地生态系统土壤微生物特性(微生物数量、微生物量、微生物呼吸、微生物多样性和土壤酶)影响的研究进展,研究表明:①施氮有利于细菌数量的增加,但对真菌数量的影响甚微或是降低真菌的数量.②长期施氮降低土壤微生物量,但短期施氮的影响效应具有不确定性.③施氮对草地土壤微生物呼吸的影响效应取决于微生物可获得的碳源的量.输入地下的植物碳量增加促进土壤微生物呼吸,输入地下的有机质减少则抑制微生物呼吸.④施氮改变了土壤微生物的群落结构组成和底物利用方式,对土壤微生物多样性的影响表现出负效应.⑤施氮提高了β-葡糖苷酶、磷酸酶和大部分糖苷酶的活性,降低了脲酶的活性.迄今为止,施氮对草地土壤微生物特性的影响效应仍存在很大的不确定性,今后的研究中应开展氮输入对草地生态系统影响的长期试验研究、加强对土壤微生物呼吸的影响研究以及合理确定我国草地生态系统可持续发展的氮饱和阈值,并进一步完善和发展测量土壤微生物多样性的新方法.  相似文献

基于膜下滴灌特有的"膜中"、"膜间"、"膜边"、"膜外"微区环境,利用2011—2013年田间对比试验方法获取的5 960个数据,运用柯布-道格拉斯模型,构建膜下滴灌环境土壤层次、灌水定额、土壤水分、气温、蒸发综合因素与土壤水盐关系及影响效应分析模型.结果表明,在气候干旱、蒸发强烈灌区,地膜覆盖与滴灌结合的地表介面灌溉形式下,土壤水盐具有水平方向由"膜中"向"膜边"地表裸露区定向迁移,垂直方向土壤水盐则由下向上层运移且趋于"膜外"边界积累的趋势,尤其是气温与蒸发因素交互作用,推进膜下滴灌土壤水盐在地膜覆盖与土壤裸露区域空间运移,研究结果进一步揭示了膜下滴灌"土壤水盐定向迁移"形成机理,为膜下滴灌土壤水盐地表排放模式应用提供了依据.  相似文献

菌根真菌是真菌与植物之间特殊的联合共生体,利用菌根真菌修复土壤,尤其是修复有机污染物污染的土壤,正成为一个崭新的研究方向。菌根真菌是土壤真菌的一种,但与土壤中放线菌和细菌等微生物相比,其对土壤中有机污染物具有更大的忍耐能力,并且能利用土壤中大多数持久性有机污染物作为碳源来获取能量。综述了近20年菌根真菌对土壤有机污染物降解研究,讨论了菌根真菌降解土壤有机污染物的可能机制,并探讨了从引入固氮菌、外源细菌两个方面对菌根调控以提高修复效果的可能性,为进一步研究菌根真菌生物降解土壤中持久性有机污染物、利用菌根植物修复有机污染土壤提供信息。  相似文献

采煤造成黄河流域一带生态环境问题日趋严重。为了探明采煤扰动对黄河流域一带土壤因子及微生物群落的扰动特征,阐明采煤沉陷边缘区域与未开采区域土壤微生物群落的差异性,以内蒙古上湾煤矿为研究区,选择以沉陷边缘区作为起始区域(HD),向未开采区进行等距取样。选择距沉陷边缘区150(D1)、300(D2)、450(D3)、600(D4)及750 m(D5)作为采样点,测定营养指标、土壤酶及土壤C∶N∶P化学计量特征3种土壤因子和微生物群落特征。结果表明,边缘沉陷区与未开采区土壤因子及微生物多样性的差异主要集中在距边缘沉陷区较近(小于300 m)的未开采区。在靠近边缘沉陷区,全氮、土壤有机质含量以及细菌丰度产生不同程度下降,速效钾、碳氮比(C/N)、蔗糖酶及磷酸酶活性有不同程度上升。群落组成方面,酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)相对丰度在未开采区随距离呈现先增大后降低趋势,绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)表现为边缘沉陷区高于未开采区;Phaeosphaeriaceae、毛壳菌科(Chaetomiaceae)相对丰度表现为边缘沉陷区显著高于未开采区。研究发现,边缘沉陷区对未开采区的影响主要集中...  相似文献

Soil material sampled from a reclamation experiment established in a former “Jeziórko” Sulphur Mine was analysed. The reclamation was carried out on a soil-less substrate with a particle size distribution of slightly loamy sand characterised by high acidity and poor sorption capacity. The different variants of the experiment consisted in the addition of post-flotation lime, mineral fertilisation, sewage sludge, and mineral wool to the reclaimed soil-less substrate. Next, the plots prepared in this way were sown with a mixture of grasses. A plot without any reclamation treatments served as a control. The analyses consisted in the determination of soil enzymatic parameters. The results obtained revealed a positive effect of the reclamation treatments on the analysed properties. All wastes and combinations thereof introduced into the degraded substrate stimulated catalase, protease, and urease activity. The activity of the other enzymes, i.e. dehydrogenases and acid phosphatase, as well as the level of fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis increased only in objects treated with sewage sludge. In turn, in objects receiving mineral fertilisation, a decline in the acid phosphatase activity was noted. In objects treated with mineral wool, the level of stimulation was dependent on the mode of application of this additive. In general, a mixture of 500 m3 ha?1 of mineral wool with the substrate proved more beneficial (with the exception of the acid phosphatase activity and fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis). A higher increase in the analysed enzymatic parameters was also found in objects treated with sewage sludge combined with post-flotation lime than in objects where sewage sludge was used alone.  相似文献

Emerging environmental issues related to heavy metal contamination in rice draw great concern about the soil quality of paddy farming lands irrigated with groundwater. Investigating the functioning of soil microorganisms exposed to heavy metal contamination is imperative for agricultural soil manipulations. The current study accentuates the influence of heavy metals on microbial activity and community composition in arable soil of West Bengal State of India. The result revealed that the fertility indicators (activity of all soil enzymes) and growth-limiting factors (soil N and P) were negatively correlated with the heavy metal stress except the soil total organic content which demonstrated significant positive correlation with the heavy metals. In case of functional diversity of soil, all the considered diversity indices exhibited no specific pattern along with the availability of heavy metals. Further, despite the heavy metal contamination, we observed a very complex and indifferent pattern of bacterial community composition along the heavy metal contamination sites. Overall, we found that γ-Proteobacteria had been the most abundant bacterial community followed by Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, β-Proteobacteria and α-Proteobacteria. Commemorating all the results, we can infer that arsenic and other heavy metal contamination is deteriorating the soil quality and hence warrants immediate attention of concerned soil scientist and agronomists.  相似文献

There are increasing concerns over compound pollution in northeast of China and its bioremediation. Cd, Phe, degradation bacteria W.J and their combination on soil microbial community function were assessed with the BIOLOG method. The microbial community was extracted from the soil with different treatments. Average color development, richness, Shannon–Weaver index, and principal component analysis on OD standardized data were performed. The results showed that soil microbial metabolic diversity in CK was significantly higher than that in the soils in which Cd, Phe, W.J or their combination was added. It indicated that Cd, Phe has significantly negative effect on the sole-carbon-source metabolic ability of soil microbial communities, particularly when both of them were present. Application of degradation bacteria incubation makes soil microbial communities same as control except for the significant decrease in 4-hydroxy benzoic acid, l-serine, glucose-1-phosphate metabolism. It shows that the incubate application has a considerably effect in soil communities reversion.  相似文献

Little is known about the diversity, community composition, or distribution of benthic microbial eukaryotes in organic carbon (OC)-rich mangrove sediments. We hypothesized that the distribution of microeukaryotes was related to the spatial heterogeneity of mangrove sediment geochemistry due to tidal zonation and the rhizosphere effect. A range of geochemical properties of surface sediments were characterized, and alpha and beta diversities of microeukaryotes in a mangrove ecosystem were investigated using MiSeq sequencing of 18S rRNA genes. We found that the sequence proportions of Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta were notably high in the datasets. Both operational taxonomic unit (OTU) richness and microeukaryotic community structure (MCS) were significantly different between the OC-rich upper tidal zone and the sulfate- and ammonium-rich lower tidal zone, indicating a strong response of microeukaryotic diversity to tidal zonation. The zonewise community differences were characterized by distinct shifts in the proportions and OTUs of chlorophytes, diatoms, and fungi. However, neither OTU richness nor MCS was significantly different between near-root and bulk sediments, though several geochemical parameters varied. Similarly, the assemblages of fungi showed a pattern of tidal zonation. Overall, variations in MCS in mangrove sediments were mainly driven by the quantity and quality of organic matter, grain size, and concentration of sulfate.  相似文献
