Anaerobic digestate is a by-product from the biogas production which can be applied as replacement for mineral fertilizers. But digestate has both phytostimulating and phytotoxic effects on plants. Fertilizers toxicity and phytotoxicity should be measured to preserve the environment. The phytotoxicity of digestate from anaerobic digestion of swine manure was evaluated using several official protocols. Germination toxicity was tested on Pisum sativum L. and Lepidium sativum L., roots elongation on Hordeum vulgare L. and shoots elongation on Lactuca sativa L. To determine digestate growth toxicity, pot experiments were performed on two Solanum lycopersicum L. cvs. Digestate dilutions ranging from 5 to 30 % were tested in the different assays. Standard protocols were applied to non-standard species: Cichorium endivia L. (shoots elongation) and two Capsicum annuum L. cvs (pot trials). Digestate concentrations stimulating germination and early life stages were between 2 and 3 %. Pot trials suggested that during more advanced growth stages, digestate can be applied at 20–30 %. The main finding was that to minimize digestate phytotoxicity, direct contact with germinating seeds or young plants should be avoided. During plants late growth, digestate administration might be increased carefully to minimize salinity and ammonia excess. Soil samples from the pot trials were analysed at the starting, mid- and final experimental stages. Conclusion was that digestate utilization may have also a soil liming effect, increasing electric conductivity, pH and contrasting soil acidification.  相似文献

An innovative two-stage AD system to treat food waste with cow manure is presented to address the problem of ammonia inhibition and improve the stability of methanogenic reactor. The liquid digestate recirculation in the first phase was adopted to enhance the hydrolysis rate and the solubilization of organic matter. A stable long-term run (80 days) was found. The reactor configuration and the digestate post-treatment with natural zeolite led to a low ammonia concentration in reactor outlet. The biogas production in the methanogenic reactor was very stable and high: The specific biogas production in the second phase was equal to 0.68–0.92 Nm3/kgTVSadded and the average methane concentration was equal to 85%. Good performances were also found for the first-stage digestate, with 75% soluble COD removal efficiency. The high reactor performances were related to two-stage configuration, no ammonia and VFA inhibition.  相似文献

Carbon dioxide (CO2) emission from the river-type reservoir is an hotspot of carbon cycle within inland waters. However, related studies on the different types of reservoirs are still inadequate. Therefore, we sampled the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR), a typical river-type reservoir having both river and lake characteristics, using an online system (HydroCTM/CO2) and YSI-6600v2 meter to determine the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) and physical chemical parameters in 2013. The results showed that the CO2 flux from the mainstream ranged from 26.1 to 92.2 mg CO2/m2 h with average CO2 fluxes of 50.0 mg/m2 h. The CO2 fluxes from the tributary ranged from ?10.91 to 53.95 mg CO2/m2 h with area-weighted average CO2 fluxes of 11.4 mg/m2 h. The main stream emits CO2 to the atmosphere the whole year; however, the surface water of the tributary can sometimes act as a sink of CO2 for the atmosphere. As the operation of the TGR, the tributary became more favorable to photosynthetic uptake of CO2 especially in summer. The total CO2 flux was estimated to be 0.34 and 0.03 Tg CO2/year from the mainstream and the tributaries, respectively. Our emission rates are lower than previous estimates, but they are in agreement with the average CO2 flux from temperate reservoirs estimated by Barros et al. (Nat Geosci 4(9):593–596, 2011).  相似文献

Recently, research on the production of ethanol from waste has been accelerating for both ecological and economical reasons, primarily for its use as an alternative to petroleum based fuels. In this study, response surface methodology based 23 -full factorial central composite design was employed to optimize the parameters of ethanol production from Korean food waste leachate. The reducing sugar concentration of the food waste leachate determined by the dinitrosalicylic acid method was 75 g/L. A second order polynomial model was developed to evaluate the quantitative effects of temperature, pH and reducing sugar concentration in order to find an optimum condition for the ethanol production from food waste leachate. From the experimental result, maximum ethanol concentration of 24.17 g/L was obtained at the optimum condition of temperature (38 °C), pH (5.45) and reducing sugar concentration (75 g/L). The experimental value (24.17 g/L) agreed very well with the predicted one (23.66 g/L), indicating the suitability of the model employed and the success of response surface methodology in optimizing the conditions of ethanol production from food waste leachate. Canonical analysis indicated that the stationary point was a saddle point for the ethanol yield. Despite being a waste, an ethanol yield of 0.32 g ethanol/g reducing sugar demonstrated the potential of food waste leachate as a promising biomass resource for the production of ethanol.  相似文献

北祁连东部早古生代地层中产出两种特征不同的I型花岗岩类,其一以井子川岩体为代表,暗色矿物以角闪石为主,稀土总量为90×10~(-6)~106×10~(-6),轻重稀土比值小于8,锆石的SHRIMP年龄为464±15Ma,岩体形成的构造环境类似于岛弧;其二是以黄羊河岩体为代表,暗色矿物以黑云母为主,稀土总量为214×10~(-6)~250×10~(-6),轻重稀土比值大于8,锆石的LA-ICP-MS年龄为383±6 Ma,岩体形成于碰撞后环境。  相似文献

Analysis of tectonic events during the last 3 Ga of the Earth’s evolution, when 400 Ma global supercontinent cyclicities dominated, identified two types of supercontinental cycles. These types differ by the degree of breakup of a supercontinent that starts a cycle. Supercontinental cycles of the first type are characterized by a scattered and relatively even global distribution of the supercontinent split into numerous continents and oceans. Supercontinental cycles of the second type are characterized by uneven “incomplete” supercontinental breakups, which are localized alternately in either the Northern or the Southern Hemisphere, whereas a significant part remains after the breakup. These supercontinental cycle types followed each other composing pairs of megacycles that were 800 Ma long until ca. 700 Ma. Every megacycle consisted of two supercontinental cycles of different types; however, after the breakup of Rodinia, virtually only the second type of supercontinental cycle has been observed. The different degrees of the breakup of supercontinents, which are reflected in the two supercontinental-cycle types, may be caused by uneven heating of the mantle produced by supercontinents owing to the thermal blanket effect.  相似文献

许多研究结果表明,休眠期火山主要通过喷气孔、温泉以及土壤微渗漏三种方式向大气圈释放温室气体。腾冲是我国重要的新生代火山区之一,同时也是主要的水热活动区,但是关于温室气体释放通量的研究却鲜有报道。本文首次估算了该地区土壤微渗漏和温泉水的CO2释放通量,并根据气体成分的分析结果探讨了这些温室气体的来源。2012~2013年连续两年使用密闭气室法现场测量了土壤微渗漏CO2通量,结果表明,马站、热海-黄瓜箐和五合-蒲川-团田三个地区通量较高,其中,热海-黄瓜箐地区平均通量最高,马站次之,五合-蒲川-团田地区最低。较高的土壤微渗漏CO2释放地区同前人推断的岩浆囊的分布在空间上具有较好的一致性;三个地区气体的3He/4He比值较高,三端元模拟结果表明,它们均有较高含量的幔源He释放;根据气体CO2/3He与δ13CCO,CO2模拟计算,CO2主要来源于碳酸盐矿物的脱碳作用和岩浆脱气。由此推断2的释放同深部的岩浆囊具有重要的成因联系,它为碳酸盐矿物的脱碳作用提供了主要的热源,同时也是重要的物质来源。根据土壤微渗漏CO2平均通量及火山、地热异常区的分布面积估算出三个地区土壤微渗漏CO2的释放通量分别为1.8×106t/a(马站),3.2×106t/a(热海-黄瓜箐)和2.0×106t/a(五合-蒲川-团田)。腾冲新生代火山区每年通过土壤微渗漏向大气圈释放CO2的量至少可达7.0×106t,为意大利Etna火山区释放CO2通量(1.4×107t/a)的二分之一。通过水岩相互作用计算温泉水中CO2气体的释放通量为4.9×104t/a。腾冲温泉气泡及温泉水向大气圈释放CO2气体的总通量为5.3×104t/a,远高于意大利Vulcano火山区温泉释放的CO2总通量(3.7×103t/a)。  相似文献

两类榴辉岩的石榴石变形特征差异——来自TEM研究的证据   总被引:13,自引:4,他引:9  
大陆碰撞造山带中超高压榴辉岩从变形程度上通常可以分为面理化榴辉岩和块状榴辉岩两类。本文利用透射电子显微镜对中国大陆科学钻探主孔岩心中面理化榴辉岩和块状榴辉岩的石榴石变形特征进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)面理化榴辉岩中石榴石的位错密度比块状榴辉岩中石榴石的位错密度高大约3个数量级,位错密度达1.2×1010/cm2。并且有水分子团与高密度位错共存,表明主导石榴石发生强烈塑性变形的机制为水弱化的位错滑移。(2)块状榴辉岩中石榴石的位错密度低,没有观察到水分子团,虽然在局部发现有位错网,但总体上仍呈刚性。(3)两类榴辉岩的石榴石中占主导地位的位错滑移系都是1/2{110},其次为{010}。本文对变形石榴石晶体中水的赋存状态、水弱化机制及变形石榴石形态优选方位与晶格优选方位不协调问题进行了讨论:(1)水在石榴石晶体中有三种可能赋存状态:第一种是吸附于位错管道中的极化水分子;第二种是通过晶体表面以及位错管道扩散进入晶格的间隙水分子;第三种是以4OH-替代SiO44-形式的结构水。(2)石榴石水弱化机制有两种可能:一种是水弱化促进的位错滑移机制,在面理化榴辉岩石榴石的塑性变形中起主导作用;另一种是水弱化促进的扩散和颗粒边界滑移机制,在面理化榴辉岩石榴石的塑性变形中只起次要作用。(3)变形石榴石不产生明显的LPO是由其晶体结构本身特征所决定的,并不能排除其主导变形机制仍然是位错滑移的可能性。  相似文献

The composting potential of two epigeic earthworms (P. excavatus and P. sansibaricus) was studied in 2002 to breakdown the domestic waste under laboratory conditions. The experimental container with P. sansibaricus showed maximum mineralization and decomposition rate than that of P. excavatus. Except for exchangeable K (it was higher (P = 0.004) in a container with P. excavatus), the domestic waste processed by P. sansibaricus showed about 6% more total nitrogen (P = 0.002) and about 7% more available P (P = 0.269) at the end than by P. excavatus. As compared with the initial level organic C content as well as C:N ratio showed a considerable reduction that was noted higher in substrate with P. sansibaricus than those by P. excavatus (organic C, t-test: P = 0.870; C:N ratio, t-test: P = 0.002). The growth (biomass increase) and reproduction parameters such as mean individual live weight, maximum individual growth rate (mg wt./worm/day), number of cocoons and reproduction rate (cocoon/worm/day) were higher in bedding with P. sansibaricus. The maximum earthworm mortality was in vermibed having P. sansibaricus (~50% higher than by P. excavatus) (t-test: P = 0.423), since both species did not show a drastic difference in waste mineralization rate, but comparatively, P. excavatus exhibited better growth and reproduction performance, which further support the suitability of the species for large scale vermiculture operations.  相似文献

The interrelationships between two previously developed multifractal models are discussed. These are the Evertsz-Mandelbrot model developed on the basis of the multifractal spectrum f(), and the Schertzer-Lovejoy model based on the codimension function C() where and represent Hölder exponent and field order, respectively. It is shown how these two models are interrelated: they are identical for values of within the range D–(0)D–min. where D is the Euclidean dimension. For D–maxD–(0), however, f() remains a continuous function of whereas C() assumes constant value. In this respect, the fractal spectrum f() can provide more information about the multifractal measure than the codimension function C(). The properties of the two models are illustrated by application to the binomial multiplicative cascade model.  相似文献

Two types of metalliferous carbonaceous rocks that differ in associated metals are considered. One of them is characterized by gold occurring in finely dispersed arsenopyrite and arsenic-bearing pyrite, and the other, by finely impregnated native metals in carbonaceous matter. Rocks of the first type also contain elements of the platinum group, while those of the second type bear rhenium, silver, iron, molybdenum, and other metals. The storage potential of subsurface geological systems makes them viable candidates for long-term disposal of significant quantities of CO2. The geo-mechanical responses of these systems as a result of injection processes as well as the protracted storage of CO2 are aspects that require sufficient understanding. A hypothetical model has been developed that conceptualises a typical well-reservoir system comprising an injection well where the fluid (CO2) is introduced and a production/abandoned well sited at a distant location. This was accomplished by adopting a numerical methodology (discrete element method), specifically designed to investigate the geo-mechanical phenomena whereby the various processes are monitored at the inter-particle scale. Fracturing events were simulated. In addition, the influence of certain operating variables such as injection flow rate and fluid pressure was studied with particular interest in the nature of occurring fractures and trend of propagation, the pattern and magnitude of pressure build-up at the well vicinity, pressure distribution between well regions and pore velocity distribution between well regions. Modelling results generally show an initiation of fracturing caused by tensile failure of the rock material at the region of fluid injection; however, fracturing caused by shear failure becomes more dominant at the later stage of injection. Furthermore, isolated fracturing events were observed to occur at the production/abandoned wells that were not propagated from the injection point. This highlights the potential of CO2 introduced through an injection well, which could be used to enhance oil/gas recovery at a distant production well. The rate and magnitude of fracture development are directly influenced by the fluid injection rate. Likewise, the magnitude of pressure build-up is greatly affected by the fluid injection rate and the distance from the point of injection. The DEM modelling technique illustrated provides an effective procedure that allows for more specific investigations of geo-mechanical mechanisms occurring at subsurface systems. The application of this methodology to the injection and storage of CO2 facilitates the understanding of the fracturing phenomenon as well as the various factors governing the process.  相似文献

黔西南和黔东南是贵州的两个主要产金地区,大部分金矿都产于浊积岩中。但黔西南的金矿主要是含金蚀变岩型(或称卡林型、微细浸染型),以不可见金为主;黔东南的金矿却是含金石英脉型,以明金为主。这两种金矿都产在造山带,赋矿围岩是浊积岩,区内岩浆侵入作用不显著,成矿受背斜与断裂控制,成矿温度不高,矿石物质成分基本一致。研究表明,产生不同类型矿化的原因主要在于:黔东南地区的容矿岩石是浅变质的硅质碎屑岩,碳酸盐矿物很少;而黔西南地区是未变质的富钙硅质碎屑岩,碳酸盐矿物多。前者形成石英脉型金矿床,后者形成蚀变岩型金矿床。  相似文献

在胶北三口探矿深钻中识别出两类新太古代片麻岩,一种是TTG片麻岩,数量较多;另一类是石榴黑云斜长片麻岩,数量相对较少,以夹层状发育于TTG片麻岩中.已有年代学资料显示,两种片麻岩原岩均形成于~2.5Ga.TTG片麻岩SiO2含量为53.95% ~ 75.56%,Na2O为1.51%~5.94%,Na2O/K2O>1;贫Fe2O3T(2.22%~9.54%)和MgO (0.53% ~4.87%),Al2O3多大于15%(10.45% ~ 17.64%),A/CNK=1.18~1.75,说明其属于高铝TTG岩系.富集大离子亲石元素(如Rb、Ba、Sr),亏损高场强元素(如Nb、Ta、Zr、Hf),Sr含量高(204×10-6~2906×10-6),Sr/Y比值高(7.30~355).∑REE含量(40.4×10-6~ 512×10-6)相对较高,轻重稀土强烈分异((La/Yb)N=11.5 ~ 121),Eu无异常或弱正异常(δEu=0.79~1.89).以上地球化学性质表明,胶北TTG片麻岩是含水玄武质岩石高压下部分熔融形成的,残留相主要是石榴石、角闪石和含Ti矿物,没有斜长石.全岩Nd和锆石Hf同位素数据显示其模式年龄与形成年龄相近,表明岩石源区可能是来源于亏损地幔的2.57~2.64Ga的初生玄武质地壳.另外,胶北TTG片麻岩高的Mg#值(40 ~67)和Cr(147×10-6~371×10-6)、Ni(6.68×10-6~ 156 × 10-6)含量,表示与地幔楔发生了反应,结合Nb、Ta负异常以及源区为初生的玄武质地壳等特征,说明研究区TTG形成于与俯冲有关的岛弧环境,而非加厚的下地壳.DF值和K-A关系图显示,石榴黑云斜长片麻岩原岩是泥质-粉砂质沉积岩.Cr/Zr比值(0.90 ~1.99,平均为1.62)和Th/Sc比值(平均为0.30)与太古宙沉积岩相应值相近(分别为1.44和0.4),稀土配分型式与太古宙沉积岩类似,表明源区物质以长英质为主.绝大多数样品显示轻稀土富集、重稀土平坦的特征,总稀土含量平均为176×10-6,(La/Yb)N比值平均为14.7,LREE/HREE平均为3.3,Eu无异常或微弱的负异常(δEu=0.69~0.92,平均为0.84),这些特征值表明原岩形成的大地构造背景为岛弧或主动大陆边缘.Grt-Bi地质温度计得到的变质温度为549 ~663℃,其中黑云母化学成分与角闪岩相中黑云母特征相同,共同指示变质程度为角闪岩相,可能代表了~2.5Ga麻粒岩相-高角闪岩相变质作用的退变质阶段.石榴黑云斜长片麻岩原岩与TTG属同一时代(~2.5Ga)的产物,形成的构造背景类似(岛弧或主动大陆边缘),说明当时该区有俯冲过程发生;TTG岩浆事件和~2.5Ga的变质事件大体同时,但变质事件较岩浆事件稍晚,可以用俯冲后的碰撞来解释.因此,研究区在~2.5Ga可能发生过一次重要的俯冲-碰撞拼合事件:TTG和石榴黑云斜长片麻岩原岩形成于俯冲阶段,后期发生碰撞引发麻粒岩相-高角闪岩相的区域变质作用.  相似文献

文章在利用多光谱ASTER数据进行不同矿床蚀变异常提取的地质和波谱前提的基础上,对东天山斑岩型Cu矿床、镁铁质岩型Cu-Ni矿床和矽卡岩型Pb-Zn矿床的羟基ASTER蚀变异常提取方法进行了研究;对于铁染异常,利用ASTER数据可提取的只有黄钾铁矾异常。对黄山东Cu-Ni矿及沙泉子Pb-Zn矿的蚀变分带现象进行了初步研究,其结果有助于区分矿床类型。此外还利用多光谱ASTER数据研究了识别某些矿物的可能性。  相似文献

The upflow anaerobic sludge blanket process followed by the biological aerated filter process was employed to improve the removal of color and recalcitrant compounds from real dyeing wastewater. The highest removal efficiency for color was observed in the anaerobic process, at 8-h hydraulic retention time, seeded with the sludge granule. In the subsequent aerobic process packed with the microbe-immobilized polyethylene glycol media, the removal efficiency for chemical oxygen demand increased significantly to 75 %, regardless of the empty bed contact time. The average influent non-biodegradable soluble chemical oxygen demand was 517 mg/L, and the average concentration in effluent from the anaerobic reactor was 363 mg/L, suggesting the removal of some recalcitrant matters together with the degradable ones. The average non-biodegradable soluble chemical oxygen demand in effluent from the aerobic reactor was 87, 93, and 118 mg/L, with the removal efficiency of 76, 74, and 67 %, at 24-, 12-, and 8-h empty bed contact time, respectively. The combined anaerobic sludge blanket and aerobic cell-entrapped process was effective to remove the refractory compounds from real dyeing wastewater as well as in reducing organic loading to meet the effluent discharge limits. This integrated process is considered an effective and economical treatment technology for dyeing wastewater.  相似文献

鲁西中生代闪长岩中两类幔源捕虏体的岩石学和地球化学   总被引:22,自引:4,他引:18  
鲁西铁铜沟岩体辉石闪长岩中黑云母的40Ar/39Ar坪年龄为132.79±0.27Ma.产于辉石闪长岩中深源捕虏体的岩相学、矿物化学、岩石地球化学和野外资料表明,它们可划分成两组.组Ⅰ为具有变质-变形结构的纯橄岩、方辉橄榄岩和尖晶石二辉橄榄岩类.该类捕虏体耗损易熔元素(如Ca、Al)、橄榄石具有较高的Mg#值和较高的含量表明它们可能为古老岩石圈地幔高度部分熔融的残留体.然而,相对富集轻稀土元素的配分形式、较高的87Sr/86Sr比值以及交代型金云母的存在暗示着该类捕虏体遭受了晚期交代作用的改造;组Ⅱ为具有残留的嵌晶结构、再平衡结构,并叠加有变形结构的纯橄岩、方辉橄榄岩、橄辉岩和二辉石岩类.该类捕虏体具有较低的Mg#值和87Sr/86Sr比值以及较高的稀土元素丰度表明可能代表了新增生的岩石圈地幔物质.两类幔源捕虏体的共存对认识华北地块东部中生代岩石圈地幔的性质以及揭示中国东部陆下岩石圈地幔的演化历史具有重要意义.  相似文献

This study investigated the leaching of radium-226 from phosphogypsum (PG) waste produced from the fertilizer industry by synthetic solutions that replicate water that may contact the waste in natural conditions. The results indicated that the activity concentration of Ra-226 in the PG was 461 ± 12 Bq kg?1 and compared with other studies carried out worldwide. The leached percentage of Ra-226 represents the exchangeable fraction loosely bounded in the matrix of the PG waste. The leached fraction of Ra-226 was 6.5 ± 0.6 and 9.0 ± 0.5% when the waste was exposed to rainwater and saline solution, respectively. It is also found that the leaching fraction increased 10–12 ± 0.4% when the waste was exposed to the admixture of saline solution containing Sr2+ or Ba2+ cations, whereas it was lowered to 4–5 ± 0.5% in the presence of carbonate or sulfate anions. When the PG is used as an economic fertilizer, the irrigation water can leach 7.8 ± 0.6% of Ra-226 that could contribute to plant uptake, thereby to animal and/or human consumption. The primary tests of the drinking water (well and tap resources) consumed by the populations surround the PG facility showed that the activity concentration of Ra-226 was below the minimum detectable activity.  相似文献
