内容提要:在对吉林辉南新生代玄武岩中捕虏体橄榄岩详细的岩相学和矿物主量元素研究基础上,重点分析了单斜辉石激光原位微量元素,并讨论了辉南陆下岩石圈地幔的性质及其在华北克拉通破坏过程中的意义。橄榄石、单斜辉石和尖晶石的Mg#和Cr#均表明该区陆下岩石圈地幔主体是饱满的,同时也存在少量过渡和难熔型地幔。单斜辉石REE配分形式包括LREE亏损、倒U字型REE和LREE富集等不同类型。这些橄榄岩是地幔经历不同程度的部分熔融作用(低于10%)和复杂地幔交代作用的产物。交代介质主体是硅酸盐熔体,但个别样品有碳酸岩熔体交代的残留。橄榄石Mg#和平衡温度无相关性,说明辉南陆下岩石圈地幔不存在明显的分层而是交叉的。这些地幔特征和华北东部其他地区新生代的主体地幔性质相似,是熔-岩反应、侵蚀作用和上涌软流圈物质冷却转变置换的综合结果。  相似文献

在无水"干"体系的四矿物相橄榄岩中,单斜辉石由于熔点低而通常记录着丰富的部分熔融作用和地幔交代作用信息。在详细岩相学特征和组成矿物主元素分析基础上,重点对内蒙古集宁玄武岩中橄榄岩包体的单斜辉石进行了激光原位微量元素研究。通过与新生代时华北具古老克拉通地幔特征(如鹤壁)和具新生岩石圈地幔特征(如山旺)的橄榄岩对比,讨论了新生代时集宁地区陆下岩石圈地幔性质及其形成和演化机制。集宁地区岩石圈地幔是相当于原始地幔经过较低程度的部分熔融抽取形成的,除个别样品的部分熔融程度5%外,多数样品为5%~10%。橄榄岩的平衡温度与橄榄石Mg#关系表明新生代时集宁地区的陆下岩石圈地幔是不均一的,无明显分层现象,表现为饱满与过渡型地幔的共存。这种主体饱满并兼有过渡型地幔的不均一现象,可能是软流圈物质对古老地幔进行不均匀侵蚀、改造和置换作用的结果。  相似文献

本文对华北克拉通三个不同地区(河北汉诺坝、内蒙古集宁三义堂、河南鹤壁)新发现的含金云母尖晶石二辉橄榄岩和尖晶石橄榄单斜辉石岩捕虏体进行了详细的矿物组成、单斜辉石的微量元素和Sr-Nd同位素研究.通过与相同地区不含金云母尖晶石二辉橄榄岩捕虏体的系统对比发现通常含金云母的地幔橄榄岩比不含金云母的地幔橄榄岩岩富Al2O3、CaO、NaO、K2O、TiO2,但相对贫镁;其单斜辉石的LREE更为富集,但Sr、Nd同位素组成则相对亏损.这说明地幔交代作用不仅能够造成地幔橄榄岩的玄武质组分和稀土元素的富集,而且亦能够造成全岩和橄榄石Mg#的降低和同位素组成的相对亏损.捕虏体的Rb-Sr等时线年龄暗示地幔交代作用发生在中、新生代;其交代熔体来源于软流圈.同时说明华北新生代岩石圈地幔普遍存在的主、微量元素和同位素组成类似于“大洋型”岩石圈地幔的特征很可能是岩石圈地幔橄榄岩与软流圈来源的熔体的大规模反应的结果,而非真正意义上的新增生的岩石圈地幔.  相似文献

氧化锰矿是我国仅次于沉积型碳酸锰矿的重要锰矿床类型,主要分布在广西、湖南、广东和福建等南方省区,但由于定年手段的限制,迄今对我国氧化锰矿形成时代的了解还极其有限.作者近几年利用激光阶段加热40Ar/39Ar同位素分析技术对华南地区典型氧化锰矿进行了系统和精确的年龄测定,获得了一大批可靠的成矿年龄,年龄值介于23.64 ± 0.29 Ma和0.48 ± 0.17 Ma (2σ),表明华南氧化锰矿的大规模成矿至少在渐新世末-中新世初就已开始并一直持续到更新世末期.基于多数氧化锰矿的上部矿石已被剥蚀或开采殆尽这一事实,可将华南氧化锰矿的成矿时间上溯到渐新世早期甚至始新世末期.研究发现,氧化锰矿的保存程度和年龄分布明显受新构造运动的影响;如果剔除后期剥蚀程度和采样系统性的影响,可以认为华南氧化锰矿的形成在区域上具有同时性.本次研究还说明,次生氧化锰矿的成矿是一个极其漫长的过程,形成一个具有工业意义的氧化锰矿可能需要上千万年的时间;这明显有别于多数内生热液矿床的成矿.本项研究为我国氧化锰矿以及其他类型的风化矿床(如红土型金矿和红土型镍矿)的年代学研究提供了新的思路和途径.  相似文献

华北地区是我国最大的矽卡岩型富铁矿床集中区,但目前对区域铁矿床的成矿年代学研究尚不系统和全面,从而制约了对其成矿构造背景的理解。山东莱芜张家洼矽卡岩型铁矿床是华北克拉通东部最重要平炉富铁矿产地之一,铁矿体主要赋存于早白垩世矿山岩体与中奥陶统碳酸盐岩的接触带、石炭系本溪组与奥陶系间不整合面的层间构造破碎带。金云母是张家洼铁矿床最主要的含水矽卡岩矿物,且与磁铁矿密切共生,对其进行40Ar/39Ar定年可为张家洼铁矿床的成矿时代提供约束。本文对张家洼铁矿床I号矿区和港里矿区的两件金云母单矿物样品进行了激光阶段加热40Ar/39Ar同位素分析,获得很好的坪年龄,分别为129. 7±0. 8 Ma和131. 5±1. 2 Ma (2σ)。上述年龄数据与矿山岩体的锆石和矽卡岩中热液榍石的U- Pb年龄一致,证实张家洼铁矿床的成矿时代为130 Ma左右。对张家洼及华北克拉通其他矽卡岩型铁矿床现有同位素年龄数据的综合分析表明,整个华北克拉通内的矽卡岩型铁矿成矿作用具有同时性和爆发性,绝多大数矿床均形成于130 Ma左右,指示华北地区大规模矽卡岩型铁成矿作用是对华北克拉通岩石圈减薄和破坏的响应。  相似文献

New K/Ar ages based on 40Ar/39Ar incremental heating of <2- and 2–20-μm size fractions of the well-characterized, carbonate-bearing Heinrich layers of core V28-82 in the eastern North Atlantic are 846–1049 Ma, overlapping with conventional K/Ar ages from the same Heinrich layers on the Dreizack seamounts of 844–1074 Ma. This agreement suggests the equivalence of the methods in fine-grained terrigenous sediments. Additionally, Heinrich layer H2 yielded a 40Ar/39Ar-based K/Ar age of 970±4 from Orphan Knoll in the southern Labrador Sea, within the range found in eastern North Atlantic Heinrich layers. Thus, the K/Ar data are robust in their indication of a dominant Labrador Sea ice-rafted source to even the finest sediment fraction in the eastern North Atlantic during the massive detrital carbonate-bearing Heinrich events of the last glacial cycle (H1, H2, H4, H5). Close correspondence of the radiogenic argon concentration (40Ar*) from the de-carbonated <63-μm fractions from V28-82 with the <2- and 2–16-μm fractions from the Driezack seamounts demonstrates that this measurement is a rapid and reliable method for correlating these layers within their belt of distribution.A 40Ar/39Ar-based K/Ar age of 433±5 million years for H11 in V28-82 is within the range of published data from background sediments in the eastern North Atlantic, and is consistent with published results across this interval in the Driezack seamounts. In contrast, the 40Ar/39Ar-based K/Ar age of H11 in the western Atlantic core EW9303-JPC37 is 614±5 million years. A brick red sample from approximately the interval of H3 of core EW9303-GGC40 yielded a 40Ar/39Ar-based K/Ar age of 567±1 million years, comparable to the published range of 523–543 Ma from the 2–16-μm fractions from that interval on the Dreizack seamounts. Both JPC37 and GGC40 are located in the path of the North Atlantic Drift. The older ages from western samples of H3 and H11 may result from dilution of a Hudson Strait source or an elevated age from southeastern Laurentide sources.  相似文献

江苏六合一带碱性玄武岩中的出露有以尖晶石二辉橄榄岩为主的地幔捕虏体,这些地幔矿物中普遍有硫化物相出现:(1)被寄主矿物捕获的早期硫化物颗粒。(2)产于矿物晶粒边界或次生裂隙充填物,(3)硫化物包裹体,包括单相硫的包裹体、硫化物-玻璃两相熔体包裹体和CO/2-硫化物-玻璃(含硅酸盐子矿物)的多相包裹体,电子探针分析表明,硫化物包裹体比例隙中硫化物具有更高的相对Fe和S含量,较低的Ni含量。硫化物包裹  相似文献

Late Cenozoic intraplate basaltic rocks in northeastern China have been interpreted as being derived from a mantle source composed of DMM and EM1 components. To constrain the origin of the enriched mantle component, we have now determined the geochemical compositions of basaltic rocks from the active Baekdusan volcano on the border of China and North Korea. The samples show LREE-enriched patterns, with positive Eu and negative Ce anomalies. On a trace element distribution diagram, they show typical oceanic island basalt (OIB)-like LILE enrichments without significant Nb or Ta depletions. However, compared with OIB, they show enrichments in Ba, Rb, K, Pb, Sr, and P. The Nb/U ratios are generally within the range of OIB, but the Ce/Pb ratios are lower than those of OIB. Olivine phenocrysts are characterized by low Ca and high Ni contents. The radiogenic isotopic characteristics (87Sr/86Sr = 0.70449 to 0.70554; εNd = −2.0 to +1.8; εHf = −1.7 to +6.1; 206Pb/204Pb = 17.26 to 18.12) suggest derivation from an EM1-like source together with an Indian MORB-like depleted mantle. The Mg isotopic compositions (δ26Mg = −0.39 ± 0.17‰) are generally lower than the average upper mantle, indicating carbonates in the source. The 87Sr/86Sr ratios decrease with decreasing δ26Mg values whereas the 143Nd/144Nd and (Nb/La)N ratios increase. These observations suggest the mantle source of the Baekdusan basalts contained at least two components that resided in the mantle transition zone (MTZ): (1) recycled subducted ancient (∼2.2–1.6 Ga) terrigenous silicate sediments, possessing EM1-like Sr–Nd–Pb–Hf isotopic signatures and relatively high values of δ26Mg; and (2) carbonated eclogites with relatively MORB-like radiogenic isotopic compositions and low values of δ26Mg. These components might have acted as metasomatizing agents in refertilizing the asthenosphere, eventually influencing the composition of the MTZ-derived plume that produced the Baekdusan volcanism.  相似文献

The North China Craton (NCC) is an atypical ancient landmass that suffered lithospheric destruction. Previous studies suggest that the eastern part of the lithospheric mantle of the NCC has been thinned and modified in the Mesozoic. However, the initiation time and mechanism of the destruction remain controversial. Mafic magmatism could provide a unique window into deciphering the lithospheric mantle composition and its evolution. Here we present geochemical and geochronological data of the diamond-bearing alkaline basalts from Lan'gan, located in the southeastern margin of the NCC. Zircon U-Pb dating yielded an average age of 174 ± 14 Ma, representing the first reported Jurassic basalts in the eastern NCC. The Lan'gan basalts are enriched in light rare earth elements (LREE) and large ion lithosphile elements (LILE). Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions (87Sr/86Sr(t) = 0.70646–0.70925, εNd(t) = −2.1 to −4.9, 206Pb/204Pb(t) = 17.14–18.12, 207Pb/204Pb(t) = 15.28–15.61, 208Pb/204Pb(t) = 37.82–38.67, and zircon εHf(t) = −17 to −21) are enriched compared to depleted mantle. The presence of primary amphibole indicates that the magma source of the basalts was water enriched. These observations suggest that, the lithospheric mantle of the eastern NCC were significantly refertilized, likely by slab derived fluids/melts from the Paleo-Pacific subduction. Owing to the Paleo-Pacific subduction, the lithospheric mantle of the eastern NCC were reduced in viscosity and intensity, and finally promoted partial melting in a limited scale to generate the investigated alkaline basalts. Hence, the discovery of diamond in the Lan'gan basalts demonstrates that the lithosphere of the NCC remained thick, and that large-scale destruction had not initiated in the early Jurassic beneath this region.  相似文献

A variety of deep-seated xenoliths occur within the Mesozoic Jiagou dioritic porphyry in the southeastern margin of the North China Craton (NCC). In this study we present a combined petrologic, geochronological, Hf isotope and geochemical study on the different types of xenoliths and use these data to better constrain the composition and age of the deep crust beneath the area. Most of the xenoliths are mafic meta-igneous rocks, among which garnet-bearing lithologies are common. The xenoliths can be classified into three broad petrographic groups: spinel-bearing garnet clinopyroxenite/phlogopite clinopyroxenite/spinel pyroxenite (Group 1), garnet amphibolite or hornblendite/garnet granulite/mafic gneiss lacking pyroxene (Group 2), and garnet-bearing felsic (intermediate-acid) gneiss (Group 3). Among these, the mafic–ultramafic rocks constitute the dominant category. The protoliths of the studied xenoliths range from basalt through andesite to dacite. Geochemical and Hf-isotope data indicate that most xenoliths belonging to Groups 2 and 3 resemble magmatic rocks formed at convergent continental margin arc setting. A few of them (mostly belonging to Group 1) represent mantle-derived products. Multiple metasomatic imprints, with contribution from subduction-related or mantle-derived fluids or melts have been recognized from the multistage mineral assemblages and ages.SHRIMP zircon U–Pb dating, Hf isotope and geochemical data offer evidence for subduction-related adakite-like and arc-related rocks in the southeastern margin of the NCC at ca. 2.5 Ga and 2.1 Ga, and confirm the occurrence of high-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism at ca. 1.8 Ga. These data suggest an episodic growth of Precambrian lower crust beneath this region in response to two stages of subduction–accretion and one vertical accretion of mantle-derived basaltic magma at the base of the lower crust. Additionally, a previously unknown late mantle-derived basaltic magmatism at 393 ± 7 Ma has also been recognized. The data presented in this paper demonstrate that the deep crust beneath the southeastern margin of the NCC is composed of hybrid protoliths derived from Paleozoic, Paleoproterozoic and late Neoarchean sources.  相似文献

The Boa Vista and Cubati Basins, Paraíba, Brazil, are NW–SE extension-related intracratonic basins that resulted from tectonic stresses after the opening of the South Atlantic. These basins contain lacustrine fossiliferous sediments, bentonite beds, and basalt flows that preserve Cenozoic continental records. 40Ar/39Ar ages for six whole-rocks from two distinct basaltic flows underlying the sediments in the Boa Vista basin are 27.3 ± 0.8 and 25.4 ± 1.3 Ma, while three grains from a basaltic flow overlying the sediments yield 22.0 ± 0.2 Ma. The sediments at the nearby Cubati Basin are overlain by a basalt flow with ages of ∼25.4 Ma. Three whole-rocks from an NE–SW-trending trachytic dyke cross cutting the sediments at the Boa Vista Basin yield 40Ar/39Ar ages of ∼12.45 ± 0.06, 12.59 ± 0.07, and 12.58 ± 0.07 Ma. Three whole-rocks from a nearby volcanic plug (Chupador) yield an age of 23.4 ± 0.1 Ma. The geochronological results combined with stratigraphic correlations between the two basins allow bracketing the age of the main sedimentary and bentonic units within the Boa Vista and Cubati Basins between 25.5 ± 1.3 and 24.9 ± 0.1 Ma. The ages, combined with field observations reveal that the formation of the Boa Vista and Cubati basins is associated with mantle-derived magmas channelled through reactivated Precambrian shear zones. Our geochronological results suggest that a temporal link with the Fernando de Noronha and Saint Helena hot spots can be excluded as possible sources of the Boa Vista and Cubati magmas. Rather, the extensional tectonics in the 30–20 Ma interval, long after Gondwana break-up, may be associated with the re-activation of continental-scale shear zones that channelled small batches of mantle-derived magmas.  相似文献

华北克拉通东北缘龙岗第四纪玄武岩的地球化学研究为大陆碱性玄武岩的成因以及源区的性质提供了重要的依据.龙岗第四纪玄武岩为碱性玄武岩,具有类似OIB的REE和微量元素分配特征.岩石的Sr-Nd同位素轻度亏损(87Sr/86Sr =0.7044~0.7048,εNd=0.6~2.1),具有Dupal异常的高放射性成因Pb同位素组成(^206 Pb/^204 Pb=17.734~18.194,^207 Pb/^204 Pb=15.553~15.594,^208 Pb/%204 Pb=38.322~38.707).这种地球化学特征指示了原始岩浆起源于<70km深度的地幔,并经历了一定程度的橄榄岩、单斜辉石和钛.铁氧化物的结晶分异.岩浆源区中以来类似MORB软流圈物质的熔体为主,另外有少量来自EM Ⅰ性质的富集岩石圈地幔以及俯冲流体/熔体的物质贡献,显示了深部岩石圈-软流圈一定程度的相互作用以及太平洋板块俯冲的影响.岩浆源区多种端元组分的存在表明该地区岩石圈的减薄/置换受到多种因素的影响.  相似文献

By applying the 40Ar/39Ar-dating method, age estimates for phlogopites of mantle xenoliths with different parageneses from the Udachnaya and Mir kimberlite pipes (Yakutia, Russia) were obtained. The oldest ages determined are 2.6–2.3 Ga, which far transcends the Paleozoic age of kimberlite entrainment. The phlogopite formation of these ages reflects ancient metasomatic events following rearrangement processes in the mantle in the Archean-Early Proterozoic, particularly during and after accretion of the Pangea-0 super-continent. A multistep age spectrum of UV162/09 was obtained from several generations of phlogopite and indicates a later multistage metasomatic process taking place in the mantle under Udachnaya pipe. Several stages of mantle metasomatism of various ages and scales are detected within the Siberian platform.  相似文献

The petrology, mineral compositions, whole rock major/trace element concentrations, including highly siderophile elements, and Re-Os isotopes of 99 peridotite xenoliths from the central North China Craton were determined in order to constrain the structure and evolution of the deep lithosphere. Samples from seven Early Cretaceous-Tertiary volcanic centers display distinct geochemical characteristics from north to south. Peridotites from the northern section are generally more fertile (e.g., Al2O3 = 0.9-4.0%) than those from the south (e.g., Al2O3 = 0.2-2.2%), and have maximum whole-rock Re-depletion Os model ages (TRD) of ∼1.8 Ga suggesting their coeval formation in the latest Paleoproterozoic. By contrast, peridotites from the south have maximum TRD model ages that span the Archean-Proterozoic boundary (2.1-2.5 Ga). Peridotites with model ages from both groups are found at Fansi, the southernmost locality in the northern group, which likely marks a lithospheric boundary. The Neoarchean age of the lithospheric mantle in the southern section matches that of the overlying crust and likely reflects the time of amalgamation of the North China Craton via collision between the Eastern and Western blocks. The Late Paleoproterozoic (∼1.8 Ga) lithospheric mantle beneath the northern section is significantly younger than the overlying Archean crust, indicating that the original lithospheric mantle was replaced in this region, either during a major north-south continent-continent collision that occurred during assembly of the Columbia supercontinent at ∼1.8-1.9 Ga, or from extrusion of ∼1.9 Ga lithosphere from the Khondalite Belt beneath the northern Trans-North China Orogen, during the ∼1.85 Ga continental collision between Eastern and Western blocks. Post-Cretaceous heating of the southern section is indicated by high temperatures (>1000 °C) recorded in peridotites from the 4 Ma Hebi suite, which are significantly higher than the temperatures recorded in peridotites from the nearby Early Cretaceous Fushan suite (<720 °C), and likely reflects significant lithospheric thinning after the Early Cretaceous. Combining previous Os isotope results on mantle xenoliths from the eastern North China Craton with our new data, it appears that lithospheric thinning and replacement may have evolved from east to west with time, commencing before the Triassic on the eastern edge of the craton, occurring during the Jurassic-Cretaceous within the interior, and post-dating 125 Ma on the westernmost boundary.  相似文献

华北地块中东部中生代侵入杂岩存在有富闪侵入岩和花岗闪长岩类两套岩石组合.对其中 8个侵入杂岩体中的角闪石和黑云母进行了 40Ar/39Ar定年研究.山西临汾塔儿山正长闪长斑岩、山西长治西安里岩体和河南安阳东冶岩体富闪侵入岩中角闪石的 40Ar/39Ar坪年龄分别为(124.9± 0.3)Ma,(127.7± 0.3)Ma和(127.1± 0.1)Ma;鲁西临朐铁寨正长闪长岩和枣庄流井花岗闪长斑岩中角闪石的 40Ar/39Ar坪年龄均为(124.9± 0.2)Ma;鲁西莱芜铁铜沟辉石闪长岩和蒙阴虎头崖花岗闪长斑岩中黑云母的 40Ar/39Ar坪年龄分别为(132.8± 0.3)Ma和(124.4± 0.3)Ma;皖北管店花岗闪长斑岩中角闪石的 40Ar/39Ar坪年龄为(126.9± 0.2)Ma.上述结果显示华北地块中生代的岩浆活动主要发生在早白垩世.含有丰富幔源捕虏体的富闪侵入岩类和具有地壳成因的花岗闪长岩类岩石的共存,暗示早白垩世华北地块中生代岩石圈减薄达到了峰期.  相似文献

The geochronology and genesis of the Qingyang batholith were investigated using40Ar/39Ar and Rb-Sr isotopic techniques. The Qingyang is a composite batholith consisting of two major rock types granodiorite and granite in the Yangtze fold belt.40Ar/39Ar spectra for biotite and amphibole separates are internally concordant. The concordance of the minerals and spectra indicate no thermal disturbance of the ages, and rapid cooling of the rocks. The granodiorite has an age of 137.6±1.4 m.y. and the granite 122.7±1.2 m.y. Whole-rock Rb-Sr analysis yields ages consistent with the40Ar/39Ar dates. Thus, the Qingyang batholith was formed in two major stages in the late Jurassic and early Cretaceous. The batholith is not Triassic as was previously proposed. Special40Ar/39Ar analysis of two granodiorite samples has precisely documented a 1.0 m.y. apparent age difference between these samples. Several factors could account for this difference, but different emplacement times seem most convincible. The granodiorite and granite show little variation in initial87Sr/86Sr ratio (about 0.7085). The high initial Sr ratios suggest that the magmas were formed by anatexis of older crustal materials.  相似文献

Iron isotopes, together with mineral elemental compositions of spinel peridotite xenoliths and clinopyroxenites from Hannuoba and Hebi Cenozoic alkaline basalts, were analyzed to investigate iron isotopic features of the lithospheric mantle beneath the North China Craton. The results show that the Hannuoba spinel peridotite xenoliths have small but distinguishable Fe isotopic variations. Overall variations in δ57Fe are in a range of ?0.25 to 0.14‰ for olivine, ?0.17 to 0.17‰ for orthopyroxene, ?0.21 to 0.27‰ for clinopyroxene, and ?0.16 to 0.26‰ for spinel, respectively. Clinopyroxene has the heaviest iron isotopic ratio and olivine the lightest within individual sample. No clear linear relationships between the mineral pairs on “δ-δ” plot suggest that iron isotopes of mineral separates analyzed have been affected largely by some open system processes. The broadly negative correlations between mineral iron isotopes and metasomatic indexes such as spinel Cr#, (La/Yb)N ratios of clinopyroxenes suggest that iron isotopic variations in different minerals and peridotites were probably produced by mantle metasomatism. The Hebi phlogopite-bearing lherzolite, which is significantly modified by metasomatic events, appears to be much heavier isotopically than clinopyroxene-poor lherzolite. This study further confirms previous conclusions that the lithospheric mantle has distinguishable and heterogeneous iron isotopic variations at the xenoliths scale. Mantle metasomatism is the most likely cause for the iron isotope variations in mantle peridotites.  相似文献

We report the ages of cleavage development in a normally intractable lower greenschist facies slate belt, the Central Maine-Aroostook-Matapedia belt in east-central Maine. We have attacked this problem by identifying the minimum ages of muscovite in a regional Acadian cleavage (S1) and in a local ductile fault zone cleavage (S2) using 40Ar/39Ar geochronology and the ages of crosscutting plutons. Our success stems from the regional low-grade metamorphism of the rocks in which each crystallization event preserves a40Ar/39Ar crystallization age and not a cooling age. Evidence for recrystallization via a pressure solution mechanism comes from truncations of detrital, authigenic, and in some rocks S1 muscovite and chlorite grains by new cleavage-forming muscovite and chlorite grains. Low-blank furnace age spectra from meta-arkosic and slaty rocks climb from moderate temperature Devonian age-steps dominated by cleavage-forming muscovite to Ordovician age-steps dominated by a detrital muscovite component. S1- and S2-cleaved rocks were hornfelsed by granitoids of ∼407 and 377 Ma, respectively. The combination of these minimum ages with the maximum metamorphic crystallization ages establishes narrow constraints on the timing of these two cleavage-forming events, ∼410 Ma (S1) and ∼380 Ma (S2). These two events coincide in time with a change in the plate convergence kinematics from the arrival of the Avalon terrane (Acadian orogeny), to a right-lateral transpression arrival of the Meguma terrane in the Neoacadian orogeny.  相似文献

羌塘中部高压变质带由榴辉岩、石榴子石白云母片岩、蓝片岩等组成,与蛇绿混杂岩、晚古生代浅变质地层岩片等共同构成了龙木错-双湖板块缝合带这一构造混杂岩带。目前已先后在片石山地区、果干加年山地区和冈玛错地区发现典型的榴辉岩,以片石山和果干加年山地区的榴辉岩为研究对象。片石山地区的榴辉岩为低温型榴辉岩,围岩为石榴子石白云母片岩,变质作用峰期温压条件为T=500℃,p=2.3GPa。已获得230~244Ma锆石SHRIMP U-Pb年龄和石榴子石Lu-Hf等时线年龄,代表榴辉岩相变质作用的时代。榴辉岩及其围岩在误差范围内具有相同的Ar-Ar年龄,为210~220Ma,代表了榴辉岩及其围岩冷却抬升至近地表的时代。果干加年山地区的榴辉岩具有和片山地区榴辉岩相似的野外产状、矿物组合、温压条件和围岩。Ar-Ar年代学研究显示,果干加年山地区的榴辉岩在240Ma左右即已折返并抬升至近地表,其变质作用峰期时代明显要早于片石山地区。  相似文献

近年来,得益于同位素分析技术和质谱仪器性能的提高,使得铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)和钙(Ca)等非传统稳定同位素的高精度测量成为可能,并很快在地球化学、天体化学和生物地球化学等研究领域取得了丰硕的成果。本文通过对比分析来自华北克拉通不同地区不同类型地幔捕虏体的Fe、Mg和Ca位素组成特征,揭示华北克拉通岩石圈地幔Fe、Mg和Ca同位素组成不均一性的成因,并在此基础上,探讨华北大陆岩石圈地幔演化过程如部分熔融、橄榄岩-熔体反应过程、熔体的性质和来源等科学问题,为华北克拉通岩石圈的演化过程提供新证据。
