长江上游泥石流危险度区划的原则与指标

长江上游泥石流危险度区划属类型区划．其遵循的是相对一致性，定性指标与定量指标相结合，主导因素，以及综合分析四个原则，区划的指标有：１．自然指标，即统计单元内泥石流发生发展的环境条件──地貌、地质、气温和降水各自的综合评价值；２．经济指标，即统计单元内区域经济发展程度──单位面积上的社会生产总值，人均收入值，工业产值与社会生产总值之比值，以及交通发展程度系数．对环境条件和经济条件分别作了因素分析和相关分析，以进行泥石流危险度区划．     

乡镇土地评级与制图试验研究——以鲁桥乡土地评级与制图为例

本文是在陕西省咸阳市三原县鲁桥乡土地资源详查试点基础上写成的.主要论述乡镇土地评价的理论,方法和步骤.文章论述了土地评级的指导思想,土地评级的原则和依据,土地评级的等级系统、评价单元、评价项目与指标和土地评级的方法、步骤,以及制图问题.

陕西省区域经济发展水平差异评价分析

目前我国各地区间社会经济发展水平存在较大差距,区域间普遍存在经济发展不均衡现象。以陕西省11个市(区)为例来分析和评价区域经济发展水平差异:依据区域经济发展水平指标选取的原则,结合陕西省区域经济发展的实际情况,以11市(区)为评价单元,科学、合理选取评价指标,并采用特尔菲法确定评价指标权重,建立了陕西省11个市(区)经济发展水平的评价指标体系,运用多指标综合测算法计算各评价单元2003、2005和2007年的区域经济发展水平综合指数,对各市(区)进行横向、纵向比较和分析研究后,分析经济发展差异存在的原因。最后提出促进区域协调发展的措施。     

多元统计分析在分区研究中的应用

探讨了基于因子分析的聚类分析方法在遵循主要地理区划原则,特别是综合分析与主导因素相结合的原则和相对一致性原则过程中的特色。以中国土地利用程度和效益分区为例,首先利用因子分析对评价指标进行了降维处理,并研究了各个评价指标之间的关系;然后利用聚类分析,结合主要区划原则,将全国划分为5个类型区,12个亚区。     

一种基于模糊相似度的球面格网几何变形评价指标

全球离散格网模型的不确定性,包括格网单元的几何变形及空间分布问题,是制约其广泛应用的主要因素之一。该文从三角形相似的角度出发,构造了球面三角格网的模糊相似度评价指标,以此对球面四元三角格网模型的几何变形特征及其收敛性进行分析评价,并给出了格网单元变形在八面体单元和全球区域的位置分布规律。最后,与传统评价指标进行对比实验,结果表明:该指标不但能够反映剖分模型的几何变形分布,而且还具有两大优势:1)能够同时反映剖分单元的几何形状和面积变形,可作为格网形状和面积变形的综合评价指标;2)该指标是相对于不同递归层次上理想剖分单元的绝对变形量,相比其他统计量,更便于表达不同层次间的格网几何变形。     

衡水湖国家自然保护区生态敏感性分析

衡水湖自然保护区是华北地区第一个内陆淡水湿地国家级自然保护区,具有独特的自然景观,生物资源十分丰富,但近年来区内的人类活动对其生态环境产生了严重影响。应用生态因子评分方法对保护区进行生态敏感性分析,首先将保护区划分为13个生态单元,依据原则(科学性、代表性、可行性以及定量性等原则)并结合实际选择出评价因子,然后进行各生态单元的自然因素生态敏感性分析和社会因素生态敏感性分析,在此基础上进行保护区的生态敏感性综合分析。依据计算结果,将保护区中各生态单元划分为最敏感区、一般敏感区和弱敏感区3个等级,明确了生态敏感性的区域分异特征,为该区今后合理的产业布局、区域生态环境保护提供了科学依据。     

我国环境生态形势研究的一种方法

在分析国内外环境生态形势研究现状的基础上,结合我国的环境生态形势特征,综合自然、社会、经济因素,构建了评价我国环境生态形势的指标体系,建立各指标计算的数学模型,在地理信息系统和数据库管理系统支持下以全国县域为单元进行多因素综合性定量研究,采用指标权重的地域计算方法来反映区域差异,得出了全国各县的环境生态形势指标值,并绘制出我国环境生态形势图。     

基于GIS技术的区域综合投资环境评价研究——以福建省南安市为例

结合对区域投资环境影响因素定性分析和现有社会经济统计资料评估进行评价指标筛选,在县域和镇域两个层面上共选取34个指标和30个评价单元,从而建立区域评价单元属性表,并对指标响应特征进行分析,其次是构建区域综合投资环境评价模型,确定区域综合投资环境评价体系,而后进行区域投资环境评价实证研究,对南安市投资环境在县域和镇域两个层面上进行综合评价,得到3类投资环境质量差异区并通过G IS软件实现可视化。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

THE MOST PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN ALIEN ECOLOGY EVER CONSTRUCTED

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.     

Metals and models: Diagenic modelling in freshwater lacustrine sediments

This review aims to distill and synthesize the existing information on the use of models to describe and predict the distribution and movement of metals in lacustrine sediments. As such it examines the causes of metal diagenesis, the origin and form of the equations that govern these phenomena, and the predictability or measurability of the parameters that appear in the models. The paper concludes by highlighting some seminal results from modelling studies, including the determination of the factors controlling the formation of surficial Mn-Fe-enriched zone or layers, the substantial contribution possible from metal reduction to organic matter regeneration, the calculation of mixing-corrected metal input histories to lakes, and the prediction of growth rates and morphologies for both deep-sea and lacustrine ferromanganese nodules.
