本文在简要叙述条带噪声形成原因的基础上 ,针对南极地区的ASTER 1A的可见光影像中出现的条带噪声的现象 ,通过设计了基于切比雪夫窗、凯瑟窗的FIR滤波器和约束最小二乘FIR滤波器对其条带噪声进行剔除 ,这两种滤波器能够尽可能地剔除条带 ,同时使影像的灰度分布发生最小畸变。并通过与其他方法 (例如 :低通滤波 ,直方图匹配等 )比较 ,说明这两种滤波的方法优于其他的方法  相似文献

The symmetric impulse response of linear phase Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters most commonly used in modern seismic recording systems produces precursory signals to impulsive arrivals. These acausal filter-generated artefacts may result in misinterpretations of various onset properties. Prior to any onset interpretation, these effects have to be removed from the seismic record. This can be achieved without loss of bandwidth by post-filtration of the digital seismograms if the filter coefficients and the decimation ratios are known. We have analysed numerous signals from different instruments and sampling rates for precursory phases and found that—in contrast to commonly held beliefs—FIR-filter-related precursory signals are not always easy to recognize visually from their waveform signature. Furthermore, they can exhibit surprisingly similar properties to those reported for nucleation phases, although the majority of nucleation phases reported in the past have been obtained on instruments with a causal response. We demonstrate examples of filter-related precursory signals for events scanning nine orders of moment, from 1010 N m to 1019 N m. Surprisingly, the lower bound of the artefact durations as a function of seismic moment scales close to the cube root of the seismic moment. We interpret this as being caused by the fact that above a certain seismic moment, the attenuated source signal acts as a causal lowpass filter of a smaller bandwidth than the FIR filter. Assuming an ω-2 source model, constant stress drop and an empirical relationship between the maximum artefact duration and the cut-off frequency of the FIR filter, the artefact durations are expected to scale proportional to the 1/2.5 power of the seismic moment, in comparison to 1/3 as proposed for nucleation phases.  相似文献

已有的SeaWinds散射计反演结果误差评价包括两种方法:一是与其他数据来源进行对比,如与数值气象预报产品或浮标风场数据对比;二是从风场反演结果的空间一致性进行判断.文中采用二维几何中心矩定量描述象元解空间中模糊解区域(与真解最接近的模糊解区域)的图谱特征,如图像椭圆的主轴倾角、长短轴比以及总灰度值;研究了总灰度值与风矢量反演误差的关系.结果表明,当总灰度值大于某一阈值时,风矢量反演误差将被限制在一个较小的范围之内.根据图像椭圆总灰度的这一特性,设计了一种新的基于总灰度约束特性的滤波算法.通过与浮标风矢量  相似文献

Digital filter smoothing methods for shot-noise-limited data are addressed in this study.The preferredmethod is based on a Gaussian filter in which the width of the Gaussian filter function is varied dependingon the estimate of the second derivative of the raw data.This filter is developed from the standpoint ofmaximum likelihood parameter estimation of the probability density function which describes shot-noise-limited data.The smoothing filter is tested and compared with the conventional sequential regressionfilter.This adaptive Gaussian smoothing filter works better than both the sequential regression and theadaptive Gaussian filter derived for normal noise.For data containing both high-and low-frequencycomponents,the limiting step in the adaptive filter is an estimation of the smoothing interval.Methodsfor determining an optimum smoothing interval are discussed.With the optimized smoothing interval,the adaptive Gaussian filter works well for data sets with a wide range of varying frequency components.In particular,synthetic data typical of atomic emission spectra are used to test this smoothing filter.  相似文献

Wavelet analysis for filtering is used to improve estimation of gravity variations induced by Chandler wobble. This method eliminate noise in superconducting gravimeter (SG) records with bandpass filters derived from Daubechies wavelet. The SG records at four European stations (Brussels, Membach, Strasbourg and Vienna) are analysed in this study. First, the earth tidal constituents are removed from the observed data by using synthetic tides, then the gravity residuals are filtered into a narrow period band of 256–512 d by a wavelet bandpass filter. These data are submitted to three regression analysis methods for estimating the gravimetric factor of the Chandler wobble. After processing by wavelet filtering, SG records can provide amplitude factors δ and phase lags κ of the Chandler wobble with much smaller mean square deviation (MSD) than these provided by former studies. It is mainly because the wavelet method can effectively eliminate instrumental drift and provide smoothed data series for the regression analysis.  相似文献

In order to thoroughly investigate the diversity of glacier microorganisms, four DNA extraction methods with different lysis patterns were tested and two screened methods (the Bosshard-Bano method and the Zhou method) were optimized for the most effective form of the filter membrane (cut vs. uncut), the DNA extraction method, and the precipitation method. The two optimized methods were then compared with the commercial Mo-Bio DNA extraction kit, and the results showed that the kit was generally suitable for extraction of microorganism DNA from glacier surface snow. Procedurally, it was found that a modified Bosshard- Bano method (i.e., cutting the filter membrane into pieces, using a specific lysis pattern [lysozyme (5 mg/mL)-protease K (1 mg/mL)-CTAB (1%)-SDS (1%)], performing the extraction only once by chloroform-isoamyl alcohol (24:1), and conducting DNA precipitation by pure ethanol) was also an effective and less expensive method for extraction of microorganism DNA from glacier surface snow.  相似文献

A smoother realized by a one-pass method with a piecewise cubic polynomial and a modified Powell criterion is termed a PCP filter. Since its action is data-adaptive, the PCP filter is non-linear. Furthermore, this filler is also non-causal and in practice causes little phase shift in the output and/or residual data as long as the input data has no dominant components with frequencies within its transition band. An average amplitude response of the PCP filter for sinusoidal inputs is determined numerically for each value of the parameter μ, which appears in the modified Powell criterion and controls the smoothness in output of the filter. An objective criterion for the selection of μ in the practical application of the PCP filter is then obtained from this response. Furthermore, the cut-off frequency of the PCP filter is defined as the first frequency at which the attenuation of the average amplitude response becomes 3 dB. It is found that the cut-off frequency is a good measure of the smoothness in output of the PCP filter. This frequency decreases with increasing μ, meaning that the output of the PCP filter becomes smoother and the oscillations with longer periods can be separated as residuals as μ grows large. As μ increases, the average number of sample points between two adjacent knots becomes larger and the computational cost increases for data processing by the PCP filter.  相似文献

There are many different methods to calibrate cellular automata (CA) models for better simulation results of urban land-use changes. However, few studies have been reported on combination of parameter update and error control using local data in CA calibration procedures. This paper presents a self-modifying CA model (SM-CA) that uses the dual ensemble Kalman filter (dual EnKF), which enables the CA model to simultaneously update model parameters and simulation results by merging observation data (local data). We applied the proposed model to simulate urban land-use changes in a 13-year period (1993–2005) in Dongguan City, a rapidly urbanizing region in south China. Simulation results indicate that this model yields better simulation results than the conventional logistic-regression CA and decision-tree CA models. For example, the validation is carried out using cross-tabulation matrix. The simulation results of SM-CA have allocation disagreement of 10.18%, 19.64%, and 30.03% in 1997, 2001, and 2005, respectively, which are 2.12%, 2.47%, and 6% lower than conventional logistic-regression CA models.  相似文献

Human residency is the spatial effect source on ecosystem and thus it should be studied and assessed. Supporting residency effect research, this study developed and applied procedures and a model to combine census and parcel data for the assessment. The case study is in Pocatello, Idaho, where revealing land service associated with flood control and locating/evaluating resident effect are needed. Methods include (1) data mining, (2) land service valuation, (3) data screening, (4) integration of census and parcel data, (5) data screening, and (5) analysis and modeling with R programing language and ArcMap. Results are, for land service assessment, land value per area unit in residence areas (LAND) along the concrete channel (for flood control) was less than that along the Portneuf River. Spatial responses under LAND to a source effect (either the concrete channel or the river) are the same. The applied methods helped locate and assess a variety of residency effects spatio-temporally. Results informed the human preferences under LAND and the effect distribution to support decision-making. Technically, using the parcels as a baseline provided comprehensive results with a fine resolution for the effect study, particularly as combined with the census data. This study suggests using a data screening and validation procedure besides the mining approach to minimize outcome uncertainty.  相似文献

Summary . Born inverse methods give accurate and stable results when the source wavelet is impulsive. However, in many practical applications (reflection seismology) an impulsive source cannot be realized and the inversion needs to be generalized to include an arbitrary source function. In this paper, we present a Born solution to the seismic inverse problem which can accommodate an arbitrary source function and give accurate and stable results. It is shown that the form of the generalized inversion algorithm reduces to a Wiener shaping ***filter, which is solved efficiently using a Levinson recursion algorithm. Numerical examples of synthetic and real field data illustrate the validity of our method.  相似文献

在系统分析建设用地资源评价内涵和总体思路基础上,阐述了建设用地资源评价指标体系的构建与常用的评价方法。以北京市某区的规划数据为例,利用"筛选与潜力评价相结合"方法完成了可利用建设用地资源潜力评价实验和方法验证过程,发现利用模型和规则库自动资源评价的结果与人工评价结果基本一致,可参与可利用建设用地资源评价过程。同时,该研究在理论构建的基础上,开发了可利用建设用地资源评价系统,通过用户输入指标,构建针对具体对象的评价体系,可对不同尺度的区域进行可利用建设用地资源评价。研究发现,城市可利用建设用地资源潜力自动评价的结果对数据精度与现势性要求较高,只有保障了空间数据质量,可利用建设用地资源潜力评价的准确性和可持续性才能得到根本保证。  相似文献

封装型的特征选择算法相对于过滤算法而言更有助于提高分类精度,因此在当前计算技术及效率快速发展的背景下必将成为未来之趋势。本文以支持向量机(SVM)为分类器,遗传算法(GA)为特征子集的搜索算法,构建了封装型的特征选择算法GA-SVM,并用ENVI/IDL语言编程实现,最后以HYPERION高光谱数据为例对算法予以应用。结果表明,GA-SVM算法可从196个波段中选择出13个波段,同时分类精度较不做特征选择时提高了约4%。由此可见,GA-SVM封装型特征选择算法具有较好的同时优化特征子集和SVM核函数的性能,可为当前高光谱数据的特征选择提供一个较好的算法。  相似文献

Baseflow is an important component of river or streamflow. It plays a vital role in water utilization and management. An improved Eckhardt recursive digital filter(IERDF) is proposed in this study. The key filter parameter and maximum baseflow index(BFImax) were estimated using the minimum smoothing method to improve baseflow estimation accuracy. The generally considered BFImax of 0.80, 0.50 and 0.25 according to the drainage basin's predominant geological characteristics often leads to significant errors in the regions that have complex subsurface and hydrologic conditions. The IERDF improved baseflow estimation accuracy by avoiding arbitrary parameter values. The proposed method was applied for baseflow separation in the upstream of Yitong River, a tributary of the Second Songhua River, and its performance was evaluated by comparing the results obtained using isotope-tracer data. The performance of IERDF was also compared with nine baseflow separation techniques belonging to filter, BFI and HYSEP methods. The IERDF was also applied for baseflow separation and calculation of rainfall infiltration recharge coefficient at different locations along the Second Songhua River's mainstream for the period 2000–2016. The results showed that the minimum smoothing method significantly improved BFImax estimation accuracy. The baseflow process line obtained using IEDRF method was consistent with that obtained using isotope 18 O. The IERDF estimated baseflow also showed stability and reliability when applied in the mainstream of the Second Songhua River. The BFI alone in the river showed an increase from the upstream to the downstream. The proportion of baseflow to total flow showed a decrease with time. The intra-annual variability of BFI was different at different locations of the river due to varying climatic conditions and subsurface characteristics. The highest BFI was observed at the middle reaches of the river in summer due to a water surplus from power generation. The research provided valuable information on baseflow characteristics and runoff mode determination, which can be used for water resources assessment and optimization of economic activity distribution in the region.  相似文献

Local events which occurred in the Timanfaya volcanic field are analysed and their spectral contents are interpreted as being due to the effect of a finely layered medium with large impedance contrast, the presence of which is well known from well-logging data. By considering the layered medium as a filter, its spectral response (amplitude and phase) is computed from different randomly generated values of its parameters (total thickness, mean thickness of the individual layers and impedance contrast), showing that this stratigraphic filter acts as a low-pass filter. This effect can be correctly modelled by means of an exponential correlation function. However, in some cases resonant peaks appear in the spectrum superimposed on the low-pass filter effect, which can only be attributed to resonant scattering. An analysis of the phase and group delay associated with the amplitudes is made and strongly suggests that it is necessary to incorporate the theory of resonant scattering for the retrieval of medium properties. From the point of view of the amplitudes, the superposition of both effects, low-pass filter and resonant peaks, allows us to reproduce the gross features that are usually attributed to source effects. The need for a careful analysis of the local site response previous to any interpretation of the spectral features in terms of source characteristics is thus emphasized.  相似文献

河川基流在水安全、粮食安全、非点源污染评价、水资源评价和调查、水资源配置、工农业供水和降雨-径流关系模拟中有着重要的应用。黄河源区(唐乃亥水文站以上区域)的产水量占黄河流域的35%以上,是黄河流域的重要产水区,对黄河源区基流的估算就显得尤为重要。根据研究区域的气候特征,对加里宁法在本区域的应用提出了改进,并提出了新的计算程序。在此基础上,和电子滤波法进行了对比分析。结果表明,电子滤波法非常敏感,滤波参数β控制了基流在总径流中的比例,β与基流成负相关关系,对于不同的来水年份,其敏感性分析图形的形态都很相似;改进的加里宁法基流划分过程强烈地依赖于日过程线的起伏情况,基流一般随着退水系数的增加而增大,加里宁法分割的基流对于参数的变化并不敏感。  相似文献

采用5点法对珠江广州河段白鹅潭水域进行垂线采样,并采取表层沉积物的界面水。水样采用GF/F玻璃滤膜过滤分离出颗粒相和溶解相,据美国EPA标准对有机氯农药进行定量分析,结果显示有机氯农药浓度范围是23.89~61.69ng/L;据有机氯农药浓度的垂向分布特征、颗粒相为主要输运方式的DDTs的中下层高浓度跃层的形成、以及有机氯农药在颗粒相和溶解相浓度分布和分配系数表明,水柱上层和下层水体的有机氯农药的输入方式有较大的差异,结合主成分分析结果,在流速增加的动力条件下,表层沉积物存在二次污染的风险。  相似文献

Since 2005,dozens of geographical observational stations have been established in the Heihe River Basin(HRB),and by now a large amount of meteorological,hydrological,and ecological observations as well as data pertaining to water resources,soil and vegetation have been collected.To adequately analyze these available data and data to be further collected in future,we present a perspective from complexity theory.The concrete materials covered include a presentation of adaptive multiscale filter,which can readily determine arbitrary trends,maximally reduce noise,and reliably perform fractal and multifractal analysis,and a presentation of scale-dependent Lyapunov exponent(SDLE),which can reliably distinguish deterministic chaos from random processes,determine the error doubling time for prediction,and obtain the defining parameters of the process examined.The adaptive filter is illustrated by applying it to obtain the global warming trend and the Atlantic multidecadal oscillation from sea surface temperature data,and by applying it to some variables collected at the HRB to determine diurnal cycle and fractal properties.The SDLE is illustrated to determine intermittent chaos from river flow data.  相似文献
