从分形几何的新视角出发,分析近断层地震动的不规则性和复杂性.利用盒维数法计算了来自台湾集集地震和美国北岭地震的30条近断层地震动加速度时程的分形维数.计算结果表明,这些地震动加速度时程具有统计分形特征.近断层地震动运动特征对其分维数影响明显,滑冲效应脉冲地震动的分维数平均值最小,向前方向性效应脉冲地震动的分维数平均值居中,无脉冲地震动的分维数平均值最大,其波形不规则程度也最高.而且,地震动时程的分维数反映了其频谱特性,可作为频谱周期的表征参数.地震动的分维数D与特征周期Tc具有较强的负相关关系.最后,对于近断层地震动作用下单自由度(SDOF)体系的弹性和非弹性动力反应时程,应用盒维数法计算了其分形维数,考察了其分形性质.  相似文献

依据“固定半径法”的定义及原理,对1976年黑山、砣矶震群的时间结构的广义维数Dq-1和标度指数谱f(a)-a曲线的特征进行了初步研究。结果表明二次前兆震群表现出各自的特征,即砣矶震群地震时间多分形结果出现剧变型异常、其表征为q为负值时Dq值大,q为正值时Dq减小且变化幅度大。与此同时,f(a)两端下降,a跨度也较大,而黑山震群地震时间多分形结构没有出现明显异常,Dq-q曲线平缓,f(a)-a谱曲  相似文献

温度是影响岩石物理力学性质的重要因素,对不同温度作用后灰岩单轴压缩的碎块进行统计分析,结果表明灰岩的块度分布是个分形,分形维数D是反映高温后灰岩破碎程度恰当的特征统计量,同时D表现出随温度的增大而减小的性质。在此基础上,通过扫描电镜分析,获得温度对岩石力学性质的影响主要与组成岩石矿物性质和内部微观结构有关,而不同温度的作用会影响岩石矿物组成成分和岩石的晶格结构,在灰岩的扫描电镜结果对比中已发现微观形貌特征的差异,这可从内在机制方面解释不同温度下灰岩分维值变化特征。  相似文献

本文利用红外热成像手段,对微小煤样内的甲烷吸附区进行了观察,并评估其吸附特征与在煤中的分布规律.研究表明煤中存在不同尺度与甲烷吸附能力的甲烷富集区,吸附/解吸甲烷时,甲烷富集区比邻近区域具有更明显的升温/降温现象.通过图像处理的方法对不同吸附压力条件下的红外热像图中的甲烷富集区进行提取,采用盒维数进行统计发现甲烷富集区符合分形规律.试验表明随着吸附压力升高,甲烷富集区的分形维数增大,分布初值减小.对两个不同煤田的煤层气富集区进行统计表明:从微米级到千米级尺度范围内,甲烷富集区分布具有分形特征,且分形维数均在1.5~2.00之间.

红河断裂带是一条经历了长期构造演化的块间构造变形带,该断裂的西南侧出露一套经韧性剪切形成的糜棱岩。研究区糜棱岩宏观上发育多种变形组构,如构造面理、线理、S-C组构等。微观变形特征有云母鱼、长石碎斑、长石和角闪石压扁拉长、碎斑旋转形成的压力影等;尤其是石英普遍变形,其特征有波状消光、核幔构造、动态重结晶、单颗粒压扁拉长及石英条带等;石英动态重结晶新颗粒尤其发育,重结晶的新颗粒边界具有锯齿状或港湾状等不同的微观特征,这些不同的特征记录了变形时的温压环境和流变速率。石英新颗粒分维几何统计分析表明:研究区石英动态重结晶颗粒边界形态具有自相似性,表现出分形特征。分维数值为1.150~1.180,变形温度大约500℃,同构造变质环境属高绿片岩相-低角闪岩相;初步估算应变速率可能低于10-8.4s-1,根据石英重结晶的粒径估算变形古应力为42.0~58.0MPa  相似文献

Combining the computational fluid dynamics-based numerical simulation with the forced vibration technique for extraction of aerodynamic derivatives, an approach for calculating the aerodynamic derivatives and the critical flutter wind speed for long-span bridges is presented in this paper. The RNG k-ε turbulent model is introduced to establish the governing equations, including the continuity equation and the Navier-Stokes equations, for solving the wind flow field around a two-dimensional bridge section. To illustrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed approach, a simple application to the Hume Bridge in China is provided, and the numerical results show that the aerodynamic derivatives and the critical flutter wind speed obtained agree well with the wind tunnel test results.  相似文献

本文通过研究不同长宽比、高宽比的矩形棱柱体在边界层风洞中典型攻角下的扭矩,提出了矩形高层建筑扭矩功率谱密度、均方根扭矩系数和Strouhal数的经验公式,并对相干函数作了一定的探讨,建立了完整的扭转动力风荷载解析模型。该模型和试验结果吻合较好,证明它是合理有效的,可在此基础上建立高层建筑扭转动力响应频域计算方法。  相似文献

当中庭采光顶的建筑设计完成以后,在结构形式上可能仍然存在多种方案,这就需要对每个设计方案的动力性能和风致响应进行评价,而通过气动弹性试验来测定每个方案是不现实的。因此,本文提出了采用刚性测压试验原始数据和有限元时程分析相结合的方法,通过一次刚性测压试验和多次有限元分析来解决,这显然更经济合理。本文将以上海世茂中庭采光顶项目为例,详细地介绍上述风致响应计算方法及其有关结论。  相似文献

下击暴流是雷暴天气产生的近地面短时强风,具有和大气边界层近地风显著不同的风场特征,其风荷载数值模拟方法也和常规风荷载模拟方法不同。在将下击暴流风速表达为时变的平均风速和调制的非平稳脉动风速之和的前提下,本文采用基于改进的OBV模型(Oseguera and Bowles/Vicroy(OBV))的方法来模拟平均风速,其平均风速直接由改进的OBV模型表达,而不同于已往研究中将平均风速表达为竖向风剖面与时间函数的乘积,并采用结合快速傅里叶变化的谐波叠加法来模拟调制的非平稳脉动风速。改进的OBV模型考虑了下击暴流的风暴中心移动和强度演化的影响,更准确地描述了下击暴流的实际物理过程。通过实例仿真,说明结果准确合理。  相似文献

为研究屋盖开孔对大跨结构风效应的影响,在边界层风洞中开展了大跨开合屋盖刚性模型风洞测压试验,分析了结构表面风荷载分布特征,基于时域分析法研究了屋盖开合对风致响应的影响。结果表明:大跨结构模态密集,第一阶模态能量最大,高阶成分的贡献不容忽视;屋盖开洞能有效的减小屋面风荷载,降低位移响应与加速度响应,减小风振系数。研究结果可为大跨开合屋盖风荷载设计提供参考。  相似文献

Aeolian sand transport is a widespread physical phenomenon on the surface of Earth, as well as on Mars and Titan. Accurate measurements of the components of the transport system are necessary if we are to understand the nature of the physical processes. Sand traps are typically used to measure sediment transport rates, and issues associated with the sampling efficiency of traps and the development of reliable traps have received considerable attention in recent decades. In this study, we measured aeolian transport rate at five distances from a wind tunnel sidewall using a vertically‐segmented sand trap. Total transport rates were determined by weighing the bed sediment before and after each experiment, and with and without a trap installed. The following results were obtained: (1) sand transport increased linearly with the distance away from the sidewall, and the appropriate location to measure maximum transport is within the central 20% of the wind tunnel; (2) current methods overestimate the sampling efficiency of sand traps when comparing trap data to transport rate data obtained by weighing sand moved through the entire tunnel because the effects of the sidewalls in decreasing total transport are neglected; (3) the efficiency of the vertically‐segmented trap that we tested ranged from 11.57% to 31.68% using our revised methods, whereas standard methods caused efficiency to be overestimated by 32–72% of the efficiency; (4) using either method, the efficiency of the trap increased exponentially with shear velocity for the range we used. This paper describes the results obtained from the full‐scale measurements of wind effects on a 70‐storey building in Hong Kong. The building which has a height of approximately 370 m is the second tallest structure in Hong Kong. The field data such as wind speed, wind direction and wind‐induced acceleration responses have been measured since 1995 including the close passage of two typhoons; typhoon Sally and typhoon Kent. Detailed analysis of the field data is conducted. The full‐scale measurements are compared with the wind tunnel results obtained in the Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel Laboratory at Western Ontario University. The amplitude‐dependent characteristics of damping and natural frequency that were obtained by using the random decrement technique are investigated. This paper examines a seemingly anomalous situation in southern Brazil where the dunefields on Santa Catarina Island (e.g. Joaquina Beach) migrate to the NNW, almost completely the opposite direction (c. 160) to the dunefields immediately to the south (e.g. Pinheira Beach), and some much further to the north (e.g. Cabo Frio) which migrate to the SSW. A variety of mechanisms are examined to explain the differences in dunefield migration including grain size variations, topographic effects on local winds, shoreline orientation, and regional wind field changes. The mean grain sizes of the two beaches, Pinheira and Joaquina, are not sufficiently different to restrict aeolian sediment transport in either place, nor to account for a lack of transport from the NNE to the SSW in the case of Joaquina. Some topographic steering of the wind is likely but could not account for the long‐term average difference in migration trends of the island dunefields compared to the mainland dunefields. While the orientation of the shoreline to prevailing winds is an important control on beach and dune sediment transport, it is not the dominant controlling mechanism. An analysis of the regional wind patterns demonstrates that there is a major shift in the regional wind field near the island such that the dominant island winds blow from the SW/SSW while those further south blow from the NE. The Wind Erosion Prediction System (WEPS) and Revised Wind Erosion Equation (RWEQ) are widely used for estimating wind‐induced soil erosion at a field scale. Wind is the principal erosion driver in the two models. Wind erosivity, which describes the capacity of wind to cause soil erosion, is defined as erosive wind power density (WPD) in WEPS, and wind value (W) in RWEQ. In this study, the daily average WPD (AWPD) and the daily average W (Wf) were chosen to investigate the effect of averaging time on wind erosivity estimation based on observed wind data. We compare the daily AWPD and Wf calculated from 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minute average wind speed data. The results of comparisons indicate that averaging wind speed can significantly influence estimates of wind erosivity. Compared with the daily AWPD and Wf calculated from one minute average wind speed data, all daily AWPD and Wf values calculated from 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minute averaged wind speeds tend to be significantly lower than values calculated from one minute values. In general, longer averaging times tend to produce smaller values of daily AWPD or Wf, which may lead to an under‐estimation of wind erosion.
