Seismic facies analysis is a well‐established technique in the workflow followed by seismic interpreters. Typically, huge volumes of seismic data are scanned to derive maps of interesting features and find particular patterns, correlating them with the subsurface lithology and the lateral changes in the reservoir. In this paper, we show how seismic facies analysis can be accomplished in an effective and complementary way to the usual one. Our idea is to translate the seismic data in the musical domain through a process called sonification, mainly based on a very accurate time–frequency analysis of the original seismic signals. From these sonified seismic data, we extract several original musical attributes for seismic facies analysis, and we show that they can capture and explain underlying stratigraphic and structural features. Moreover, we introduce a complete workflow for seismic facies analysis starting exclusively from musical attributes, based on state‐of‐the‐art machine learning computational techniques applied to the classification of the aforementioned musical attributes. We apply this workflow to two case studies: a sub‐salt two‐dimensional seismic section and a three‐dimensional seismic cube. Seismic facies analysis through musical attributes proves to be very useful in enhancing the interpretation of complicated structural features and in anticipating the presence of hydrocarbon‐bearing layers.  相似文献

联合反演是地球物理勘探的重要解释手段,能够提高模型参数的反演精度.本文在归纳和分析重力与地震资料联合反演的研究和应用现状的基础上,利用三维多层介质模型的地震走时和重力正演公式,推导了地震走时和重力异常对界面深度的雅可比矩阵,实现了三维重力-地震同步联合反演界面成像.最后进行了数值理论模型模拟和实例计算,结果表明地震走时和重力同步联合反演很好的重建了三维多层介质界面.  相似文献

在反射地震转换波资料处理中,准确求取共转换点一直是一个难题,采用叠前时间偏移技术能避免共转换点道集的抽取,而且能够使转换波归位到真正的反射点上,实现准确成像.本文针对火山岩地震屏蔽层的转换波成像问题,通过对转换波共近似转换点道集进行速度分析,建立了转换波叠前时间偏移的初始速度场,通过速度扫描和纵、横波速度比值扫描确定最佳的偏移速度场和纵、横波速度比值,实现了在火山岩高速层覆盖区域的转换波偏移成像.实际资料的成像结果表明,本文采用的近似转换点计算以及转换波叠前时间偏移方法是有效的.  相似文献

在宽频带数字地震观测技术领域,提出一种基于数字音频接口(S/PDIF接口)的数据采集电路板快速评估方法。该方法在数据采集电路设计过程中,在模拟/数字转换电路的输出端增加了一组S/PDIF数字音频接口,将模/数转换结果转换为符合音频传输标准的编码数据,并将此数据利用外置声卡同步传输到计算机,在计算机上进行数字抽取滤波、频谱分析等数据处理与解析,从而实现对地震数据采集电路板的快速评估。实验结果表明,该方法思路清晰,实现简便,结果有效可靠,能够解决常规测试评估方法中存在的问题,在高精度、高采样率数据采集技术研发和测试评估方面,具有比较强的实用性和应用前景。  相似文献

Improving the seismic time–frequency resolution is a crucial step for identifying thin reservoirs. In this paper, we propose a new high-precision time–frequency analysis algorithm, synchroextracting generalized S-transform, which exhibits superior performance at characterizing reservoirs and detecting hydrocarbons. This method first calculates time–frequency spectra using generalized S-transform; then, it squeezes all but the most smeared time–frequency coefficients into the instantaneous frequency trajectory and finally obtains highly accurate and energy-concentrated time–frequency spectra. We precisely deduce the mathematical formula of the synchroextracting generalized S-transform. Synthetic signal examples testify that this method can correctly decompose a signal and provide a better time–frequency representation. The results of a synthetic seismic signal and real seismic data demonstrate that this method can identify some reservoirs with thincknesses smaller than a quarter wavelength and can be successfully applied for hydrocarbon detection. In addition, examples of synthetic signals with different levels of Gaussian white noise show that this method can achieve better results under noisy conditions. Hence, the synchroextracting generalized S-transform has great application prospects and merits in seismic signal processing and interpretation.  相似文献

信噪比是衡量地震数据质量的重要指标之一,在地震数据处理和解释中有着重要的作用.目前已有的地震数据信噪比估计方法往往得到的是整个数据的全局信噪比,这种方法只能说明地震数据总体质量的好坏,无法直观细致地刻画地震信号的局部质量.本文提出一种基于正则化条件的局部信噪比估计方法.该方法的基本原理是使用正则化共轭梯度法求解局部信噪比最优解,正则化算子的参数将控制地震信号各点数据局部信噪比的平滑性.其中应用一种基于"过滤波"的级联信号估计方法来计算有效信号,该方法利用有效信号和噪声的相关性特征计算局部信噪比中的有效信号.局部信噪比估计方法利用了信号中每个数据点及其邻域各点的局部信息,避免了使用单个数据点而可能出现的信噪比不合理值,而且局部处理能够减少全局噪声对信噪比估算的影响,该方法可以更准确地表征地震资料信噪分布特征.另外,局部信噪比对去噪方法的评估也具有重要意义.理论模型测试和实际资料处理结果表明,局部信噪比估计方法能够准确反映任一给定地震信号剖面的局部信噪比特征,为非平稳地震数据质量评估提供了直观的评判标准.  相似文献

Nowadays, geostatistics is commonly applied for numerous gridding or modelling tasks. However, it is still under used and unknown for classical geophysical applications. This paper highlights the main geostatistical methods relevant for geophysical issues, for instance to improve the quality of seismic data such as velocity cubes or interpreted horizons. These methods are then illustrated through four examples. The first example, based on a gravity survey presents how a geostatistical interpolation can be used to filter out a global trend, in order to better define real anomalies. In the second case study, dedicated to refraction surveying, geostatistical filtering is used to filter out acquisition artefacts and identify the main geological structures. The third one is an example of porosity being integrated geostatistically with a seismic acoustic impedance map. The last example deals with geostatistical time to depth conversion; the interest of performing geostatistical simulations is finally discussed.  相似文献

闽西南地区位于福建武夷山成矿带西南部,自远古宙以来经历了多期次的构造演化.该区地处东南沿海构造-岩浆-成矿带上,为环太平洋大陆边缘多金属成矿带与南岭多金属成矿带复合部位,是我国重要的多金属矿产地.永定大排多金属矿区作为近年来武夷山成矿带新发现的大型多金属矿,区内叠加作用和控矿作用相对复杂,现有的地质地球物理工作程度不足以满足对该区域成矿规律的深入认识,一些基础地质问题亟待解决.因此,本文在深入收集永定大排矿区地质地球物理资料基础上,综合分析区域成矿背景与成矿构造,在重点区域布设综合地球物理勘探工作,包括1:1万高精度磁测、可控源音频大地电磁剖面及反射地震剖面.基于上述工作:1)开展了研究区航磁数据三维磁化率反演与分布特征分析与大地电磁二维电阻率反演与分布特征分析,开展了地震资料真地表深度偏移成像,获得了更加准确的地震剖面成像结果.2)结合推覆体控矿特征,地震剖面和电阻率剖面、航磁反演结果相互验证和约束,勾画了地下构造形态.地表地质剖面延伸和标定了构造形态的地质内涵,获得了从地表到3000 m深度的构造解释结果.解释结果清晰地显示了与推覆相关的构造、控矿层位以及岩体信息,为三位一体的找矿思路提供了地球物理依据.  相似文献

时深转换是将地震数据从时间域信号转变为深度域信号的一个必要处理步骤,是利用地震资料进行油气构造解释的一个非常关键的环节.而时深转换处理的效果,主要取决于所建立的时深转换速度模型的正确及合理性.在研究分析了川东高陡构造的地质与地球物理特征的基础上,提出了使用速度控制点法进行建模,即利用地震反射层作为速度模型控制层,用大断层两端的断点做控制点的方法进行层速度模型的建立,有效地克服了以往时深转换带来的地震成像的畸变影响.  相似文献

Near‐surface cavities can pose serious hazards to human safety, especially in highly urbanized town centres. The location of subsurface voids, the estimation of their size and the evaluation of the overburden thickness are necessary to assess the risk of collapse. In this study, electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) and seismic refraction tomography data are integrated in a joint interpretation process for cavity location in the city of Rome. ERT is a well established and widely employed method for cavity detection. However, additional information provided by seismic refraction tomography is capable of eliminating some potential pitfalls in resistivity data interpretation. We propose that the structure of the cavities defined by ERT can be used as a base to optimize seismic refraction tomography investigations within the framework of a joint interpretation process. Data integration and the insertion of a priori information are key issues for reducing the uncertainties associated with the inversion process and for optimizing both acquisition procedures and computation time. Herein, the two geophysical methods are tested on both synthetic and real data and the integration of the results is found to be successful in detecting isolated cavities and in assessing their geometrical characteristics. The cavity location inferred by geophysical non‐invasive methods has been subsequently confirmed by direct inspection.  相似文献

随着电子技术的发展,许多新技术被应用到地球物理仪器之中.其中,无缆地震仪采集站具有重量轻、易搬运的特点,适宜应用于如森林、沼泽、沙漠等地面状况复杂的区域,可以在复杂地质条件下方便地进行地震数据采集,是未来地震仪发展的方向.本研究研发了一种低成本无缆地震仪采集站,通过分析无缆地震仪的发展方向,确定了采集站的设计方案,该系统采用了微功耗设计,GPS授时同步与低成本晶振相结合的时钟机制,并设计了基于多项分解的软件滤波器提高24位Σ-ΔADC的动态范围,其低成本、小体积、低功耗的特点使其非常适用于复杂区域下的资源勘探,并可应用于高密度、宽方位等物探新技术当中.  相似文献

在利用不同的地球物理勘探方法对地下复杂介质成像时,因观测系统的非完备性及数据本身对某些岩石物性的不敏感性,单独成像的结果存在较大的不确定性和不一致性.对于地震体波走时成像与直流电阻率成像,均面临着成像阴影区问题.对于地震走时成像,地震射线对低速区域覆盖较差形成阴影区,造成低速区域分辨率降低.对于电阻率成像,电场线在高阻区域分布较少,造成高阻区域分辨率较低.为了提高地下介质成像的精度,Gallado和Meju(2003)提出了基于交叉梯度结构约束的联合地球物理成像方法.在要求不同的物性模型拟合各自对应的数据同时,模型之间的结构要求一致,即交叉梯度趋于零.为了更有效地实现基于交叉梯度的结构约束,我们提出了一种新的交替结构约束的联合反演流程,即交替反演不同的数据而且在反演一种数据时要求对应的模型与另一个模型结构一致.新的算法能够更容易地把单独的反演系统耦合在一起,而且也更容易建立结构约束和数据拟合之间的平衡.基于新的联合反演流程,我们测试了基于交叉梯度结构约束的二维跨孔地震走时和直流电阻率联合成像.合成数据测试表明,我们提出的交替结构约束流程能够很好地实现基于交叉梯度结构约束的联合成像.与单独成像结果相比,地震走时和全通道电阻率联合成像更可靠地确定了速度和电阻率异常.  相似文献

Seismically derived amplitude-versus-angle attributes along with well constraints are the base inputs into inverting seismic into subsurface properties. Conditioning the common image gathers is a common workflow in quantitative inversion and leads to a more accurate inversion product due to the removal of post-migration artefacts. Here, we apply a neural network to condition the post-migration gathers. The network is a cycle generative adversarial network, CycleGAN, which was designed for image-to-image translation. This can be considered the same problem as translating an artefact rich seismic gather to an artefact free seismic gather. To assess the feasibility of applying the network to pre-stack conditioning, synthetic data sets were generated to train different networks for different tasks. The networks were trained to remove white noise, residual de-multiples, gather flattening and a combination of the above for conditioning. The results show that a trained network was able remove white noise providing a more robust amplitude-versus-offset calculation. Another network trained using synthetic gathers with and without multiples assisted in multiple removal. However, instability around primary preservation has been observed so the network works better as a residual de-multiple method. For gather conditioning, a network was trained with the unpaired artefact-rich and artefact-free training data where the artefacts included complex moveout, noise and multiples. When applied to the test data sets, the networks cleaned the artefact-rich test data and translated complex moveout into flat gathers whilst preserving the amplitude response. Finally, two networks are applied to real data where a gather based on the well logs is used to quantify the match between the conditioned gathers and the raw gathers. The first network used synthetic data to train the network and, when applied to real data, provided a better tie with the well. The second network was trained with synthetic gathers whose properties were constrained by real seismic gathers from near the well. As anticipated, the network trained on the representative training data outperforms the network trained using the unconstrained data. However, the ability of the first network to condition the gather indicates that a sweep of networks can be trained without the need for real data and applied in a manner analogous to the way parameters are adjusted in traditional geophysical methods. The results show that the different neural networks can offer an alternative or augmentation to the existing geophysical workflow for conditioning pre-stack seismic gathers.  相似文献

The resolution of seismic data is critical to seismic data processing and the subsequent interpretation of fine structures. In conventional resolution improvement methods, the seismic data is assumed stationary and the noise level not changes with space, whereas the actual situation does not satisfy this assumption, so that results after resolution improvement processing is not up to the expected effect. To solve these problems, we propose a seismic resolution improvement method based on the secondary time–frequency spectrum. First, we propose the secondary time-frequency spectrum based on S transform (ST) and discuss the reflection coefficient sequence and time-dependent wavelet in the secondary time–frequency spectrum. Second, using the secondary time–frequency spectrum, we design a twodimensional filter to extract the amplitude spectrum of the time-dependent wavelet. Then, we discuss the improvement of the resolution operator in noisy environments and propose a novel approach for determining the broad frequency range of the resolution operator in the time–frequency–space domain. Finally, we apply the proposed method to synthetic and real data and compare the results of the traditional spectrum-modeling deconvolution and Q compensation method. The results suggest that the proposed method does not need to estimate the Q value and the resolution is not limited by the bandwidth of the source. Thus, the resolution of the seismic data is improved sufficiently based on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).  相似文献

MFT-PT型遥测仪的研制,是为了在较大范围内(100-200公里)同时传输观测短周期、长周期地震信号和其他地球物理量. 该仪器系统是由脉冲幅度调制和频率调制两种遥测系统复合组成的.其设计特点有如等待式多相多谐振荡器,单管单稳电路等.遥测仪与电子计算机,磁带机配用可以达到快速综合处理地震信号的目的. 该仪器如果采用话音频率,则可以利用电话线路把地震信号送到几千公里之外.遥测仪如果与射频收发讯机配合,则可以构成无线流动台网.  相似文献

The estimation of uncertainty for any geophysical model is important for determining how reliable the model is. It is especially important for subjective trial and error modelling techniques like forward ray-tracing modelling of wide-angle seismic data when the final result is very dependent on the interpreter’s knowledge of the area and experience. In this kind of modelling, it is common to encounter over interpretation of the seismic data without checking the uncertainty of the result, especially in the deep parts that are not constrained with other a priori knowledge. In this paper, we propose a method of estimating the uncertainty of the final models based on a one dimensional method of small error propagation generalized for 2D profiles. With a simple approximation, we estimate the uncertainty for published interpretative models of selected profiles from seismic experiments in the Central Europe. We conclude that for typical wide angle seismic profiles we can reliably interpret four layered models of the Earth’s crust based on traveltimes fitting. We also show how the number of layers influence obtained uncertainties. Estimated uncertainties for both the velocity fields and the boundaries between layers are important for future tectonic and geodynamic interpretation of those profiles.  相似文献
