定天镜的伺服驱动原理

主要介绍恒星光干涉仪实验系统的定天镜伺服驱动原理．采用电细分和逐级升、降速的方法来减小定天镜在转动时的振动，提高定位、跟踪精度．由于应用了４００的电细分和１０００倍的传速比，步进电机的步距角达到０．００６４８°．     

确定恒星表面有效温度的曲面拟合方法

恒星表面有效温度是恒星的一个重要物理参量，是恒星光谱差异的决定因素。本文提出了一种确定恒星表面有效温度的曲面拟合方法，所使用的拟合曲面模型是多项式的指数函数。首先对历史光谱数据进行PCA处理，再根据PCA特征数据与其表面温度的对应关系计算拟合曲面。通过实验，我们发现使用2维PCA数据和指数为3次多项式，根为10的指数函数模型所得到的拟合曲面，不仅有效好的拟合精度而且有很好的鲁棒性。本文的研究结果对恒星表面有效温度的自动测量具有重要的意义。     

1.26米红外望远镜电控系统软件设计与实现

2011年,国家天文台兴隆基地1.26 m红外望远镜进行了全面升级改造。主要讲述望远镜电控系统软件的设计与实现,用于实现望远镜各种观测策略和运动方式的自动化操作。为了提高稳定性和可靠性,软件基于有限状态机原理设计,定义了望远镜的状态集和动作集,以及各个状态间的状态转换图;同时给出了望远镜常见异常及其处理方式,并在本地控制的基础上提供远程控制接口,使得望远镜可方便纳入兴隆基地望远镜集中控制系统。该软件及其设计思想可推广至我国其他中小口径望远镜。     

Organic matter in space: from star dust to the Solar System

Organic compounds of high degree of complexity are now known to be widespread in the Universe, ranging from objects in our Solar System to distant galaxies. Through the techniques of millimeter-wave spectroscopy, over 140 molecules have been identified through their rotational transitions. Space infrared spectroscopy has detected the stretching and bending modes of compounds with aromatic and aliphatic structures. Analyses of samples of meteorites, comets, asteroids, and interplanetary dust also revealed a rich content of organic substances, some of which could be of extra-solar origin. We review the current state of understanding of the origin, evolution, nature, and distribution of organic matter in space. Also discussed are a number of unexplained astronomical phenomena whose origins could be traced to organic carriers.     

SciMeasure Wavefront Sensor Cameras and their Application in the Palomar Adaptive Optics System

SciMeasure, in collaboration with Emory University and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, has developed a very versatile CCD controller for use in adaptive optics, optical interferometry, and other applications requiring high-speed readout rates and/or low read noise. The overall architecture of this controller system will be discussed and its performance using both EEV CCD39 and MIT/LL CCID-19 detectors will be presented. This controller is used in the adaptive optics system, developed by JPL, for the 200′′ Hale telescope at Palomar Mountain. Early diffraction-limited science results, recently achieved by the AO system, are presented. We gratefully acknowledge the financial support of NASA through SBIR contracts NAS8–97195 and NAS8–98081. 空间星震学观测-国外项目与中国方案

介绍了恒星星震学研究的内容和目的以及国际上该领域的研究和最新进展 ,阐述了空间星震学观测的科学意义 ;在对国外空间星震学观测项目进行综述之后 ,提出了一个中国空间星震学观测方案。     

Results from the Wide Angle Search for Planets Prototype (WASP0) – II. Stellar variability in the Pegasus field

Recent wide field photometric surveys, which target a specific field for long durations, are ideal for studying both long- and short-period stellar variability. Here, we report on 75 variable stars detected during the observations of a field in Pegasus using the Wide Angle Search for Planets Prototype (WASP0) instrument, 73 of which are new discoveries. The variables detected include 16 δ Scuti stars, 34 eclipsing binaries, 3 BY Draconis stars and 4 RR Lyraes. We estimate that the fraction of stars in the field brighter than   V ∼ 13.5  exhibiting variable behaviour with an amplitude greater than 0.6 per cent rms is ∼0.4 per cent. These results are compared with other wide field stellar variability surveys, and implications for detecting transits due to extra-solar planets are discussed.     

矩尺天区的近红外天体

利用Ｒ（红）－Ｉ（近红外）两色照相测光方法，搜寻银道带天区的红外超天体，并证认ＩＲＡＳ点源的红外超对应体。本文是一组系列文章的第四篇。在矩尺天区发现了１９５个红外超天体，并证认出其中２２个是ＩＲＡＳ点源的对应体。     

关于建立我国卫星电视授时系统的方案

提出搭载现存的卫星TV广播系统进行高精度授时的方案,改进和提高我国的授时服务。该方案与现存的短波、长波授时比较,有许多优点：精度高、复盖面大、用户设备简单,能24小时连续服务,并包含有更多的时间信息、自动定时和输出标准频率。2～3年就能建成本系统．即可以投入使用,且投资很少。     

Stellar mass loss and the intracluster medium in Galactic globular clusters: a deep radio survey for H i and OH

We present the results of a survey, the deepest to date, for H  i emission at 21 cm and OH emission at 18 cm (lines at 1612, 1665, 1667 and 1720 MHz) in the direction towards the Galactic globular clusters M15, M2, NGC 6934, NGC 7006 and Pal 13. The aim is to measure the amount of hydrogen in the intracluster medium, and to find OH masers in the circumstellar envelopes of globular cluster red giants. We present a tentative detection of  0.3 M_⊙  of neutral hydrogen in M15 and possible detections of neutral hydrogen in M2 and Pal 13. We derive upper limits to the neutral hydrogen content of NGC 6934 and 7006. No OH emission is detected. We also present deep H  i data of the northern tip of the Magellanic Stream behind Pal 13.
