根据2013—2014年4个航次的综合调查资料并结合历史资料,对钱塘江河口活性磷酸盐(PO_4-P)的浓度、分布、历史趋势、磷限制及其与浮游植物变化的关系进行分析。结果显示,研究海域内PO_4-P的平均浓度在冬季最高、秋季次之、春季和夏季较低。受咸淡水混合和沉积物再悬浮的共同影响,春季水体中整体上较高,其分布呈现中心低四周高的特征;夏季的分布呈现从近岸向离岸海域逐渐上升的趋势;秋季的分布呈现沿岸高、离岸低的趋势;冬季总体上在研究海域中部相对较高,其他部分则相对较低。钱塘江河口PO_4-P浓度在春季、秋季和冬季都显著高于历史同期,明显受到持续增加的陆源输入的影响。分析结果表明,河口浮游植物生长对PO_4-P浓度水平的影响有限(0.3%);钱塘江河口普遍较高的PO_4-P浓度和低的生物过滤器效应使其成为东海磷酸盐的重要来源区域,必然对邻近东海海域的生态环境影响显著。研究海域内水体中的氮磷比(N/P)值总体较高(35~109),明显高于Redfield比值(N/P=16),表明该海域存在潜在性的磷限制。溶解无机氮(DIN)的输入和高N/P比值持续增加使该海区环境对PO_4-P浓度的变化格外敏感。与历史数据相比,研究海域浮游植物优势种出现了蓝藻等非硅藻类生物,同时网采浮游植物种类和数量较以往也有所降低,生物个体向小型化发展;DIN和PO_4-P浓度的不均衡增长以及营养盐结构的变化是引起浮游植物群落数量和结构变化的主要原因。  相似文献

腐殖质(humic substances,简称HS)是地表普遍存在的天然有机物,对海洋中重要的微量营养元素-铁(Fe)的分布及生物地球化学循环具有重要的影响作用。本文对腐殖质的来源、分布及对海水中溶解态铁的迁移转化的影响做了总结,特别论述了其在河口及沿岸水域的行为。大量研究表明河口、沿岸及开放海水中溶解态铁分布的变化可以用腐殖质的浓度及其铁结合能力的变化来解释。腐殖质的络合作用不仅能够阻止溶解态铁(DFe)在河口、沿岸等水域被去除,而且能够通过洋流将DFe迁移至外海及大洋区域,此外还能增加铁的溶解度及对海水中浮游植物的生物可利用性,并且促进铁的氧化还原循环。研究还发现两者之间的络合强度受到盐度、pH等理化因素的影响。盐度是影响HS与DFe配合能力的重要影响因素,盐度增加,导致HS中可以与Fe配合的位点数量降低,配合总量呈现指数降低,而pH的增加可以增加HS与DFe的配合量。另外HS还能影响海水中DFe的氧化还原,并以此影响浮游植物对DFe的吸收利用。因此腐殖质对溶解态铁的有机络合作用是影响其海洋生物地球化学循环的一个重要参数,对进一步研究海水中腐殖质的浓度和分布具有重要的意义。  相似文献

东海溶解无机氮(dissolved inorganic nitrogen, DIN)有四个主要外部来源,包括黑潮、台湾海峡、河流径流和大气沉降。为探究它们的共同作用对东海浮游植物时空变化带来的多重影响,利用添加分源模块的物理-生态耦合模型分析了东海表层不同来源DIN支持的浮游植物(以叶绿素a浓度chlorophylla,chla表征)季节变化与空间分布以及它们之间的响应关系,从而评估多源营养盐对东海陆架表层浮游植物的影响。各来源DIN支持的chl a浓度中,黑潮来源和河流径流来源先后占据主导地位,且除了河流径流来源chl a,其余三种来源chl a季节变化均呈双峰结构。不同来源chl a空间分布特征存在季节变化差异,并且各来源chl a在东海陆架不同季节存在不同的主导区域,这与不同来源DIN供给的物理过程,如环流、混合、层化以及温度变化等密切相关。研究不同来源营养盐对东海浮游植物的影响对理解多重压力下东海生态系统变化有重要意义。  相似文献

2013年5月至2014年1月对钱塘江河口的浮游植物和环境因子进行了4个季度的航次调查,运用典范对应分析(CCA)技术对该海域浮游植物组成及与其他环境因子之间的关系进行了分析。主要结论为:钱塘江河口春、夏、秋、冬季水体中叶绿素a含量分别为0.48μg/L、0.83μg/L、0.77μg/L和0.51μg/L;浮游植物的总量以春季(444×105 cell/m3)最高,夏季(420×105 cell/m3)、秋季(405×105 cell/m3)次之,冬季(54×105 cell/m3)则显著降低;该海域主要浮游植物为硅藻,占浮游植物总量的87.5%~96.8%,优势种为中肋骨条藻和圆筛藻;浊度是控制该海域浮游植物种类的限制性因子,其次是温度,并在群落结构演替中发挥关键作用。与历史数据相比,该海域叶绿素a含量以及浮游植物细胞数明显降低,硅藻种类数减少了30%~50%,另外绿藻、蓝藻和甲藻的出现频率也明显增加,营养盐结构变化可能是浮游植物数量和种类变化的重要原因。  相似文献

根据2012年3、5、8和12月4个航次长江口及邻近海域的调查数据,研究了氮、磷、硅营养盐及总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的浓度特点,及其与盐度的相关性和叶绿素a的变化特征。结果表明,总溶解无机氮(DIN)、硅酸盐(Si O3)和TN的浓度分布均表现出自长江口至外海迅速降低的特征,且与盐度呈现显著负相关性。磷酸盐(PO4)的浓度降低程度随远离河口而减弱,且与盐度的相关性相对较弱,可能存在外海水补充;而TP则在长江口浑浊带海域呈现出较高浓度,且与盐度的相关性不明显,可能是受浑浊带泥沙吸附所致。在调查海区内,DIN与TN的平均值在夏季较低,结合叶绿素a数据分析,认为浮游植物吸收作用降低了DIN和TN的浓度。通过分析各营养盐之间的比值特征,进一步考察了营养盐来源及其对浮游植物生长的可能限制情况,其中N/P比值的变化同样揭示了N主要来自于长江水而P有部分来自于外海水的特征。该比值呈现远离河口而降低的特征,且在浑浊带无明显季节变化。春季和夏季有超过90%的调查站位显示潜在P限制,且均位于外海区。与历史资料对比发现,春季和夏季潜在P限制站位的比例明显升高,而潜在Si限制站位比例在春季和夏季降低。本文研究认为,营养盐含量及组成结构反映了该海域浮游植物群落组成和优势种的演替。  相似文献

海水中的叶绿素a浓度是浮游植物现存量的重要指标,其分布反映出了水体中浮游植物的丰度及其变化规律.初级生产力反映了水域初级生产者通过光合作用生产有机碳的能力,是海洋生物链的第一个环节,是海洋生态系统研究的重要内容,也是海域生物资源评估的重要依据.河口及其邻近海域是人类活动较为频繁的海域,也是生物海洋学研究过程的重要区域.长江口是陆源物质输入东海的主要场所,径流把大量的悬浮泥沙和丰富的溶解营养盐带入海洋,造成了长江口邻近海域独特的生态环境特征,成为了诸多研究的焦点.  相似文献

于2013年10~11月和2014年5~6月调查测定了东海陆架区海水中二甲亚砜(DMSO)的浓度,探讨了溶解态二甲亚砜(DMSOd)和颗粒态二甲亚砜(DMSOp)的水平和垂直分布、季节变化及其影响因素;此外,对沉积物间隙水中DMSOd的浓度以及表层海水中不同粒径的DMSOp和叶绿素a(Chl a)进行了分析。结果显示,秋季和夏初表层海水中DMSOd和DMSOp的平均浓度分别为(10.52±7.16)、(8.99±6.34)nmol·L^-1和(17.51±9.90)、(16.96±10.73)nmol·L^-1,存在明显的季节差异。秋季表层海水中DMSOp的高值区出现在Chl a较低的远岸海域,而夏初表层海水中DMSO的浓度从近岸到远海逐渐降低。间隙水中DMSOd的浓度明显高于底层海水中DMSOd的浓度,说明沉积物中存在DMSO的生产释放,可能是底层海水DMSO的重要来源。此外,粒径分布结果表明较大微型浮游植物(5~20μm)是秋季东海表层海水中DMSOp的主要贡献者。  相似文献

杭州湾作为典型的高浑浊度海湾,对其水体碳酸盐体系分布特征的研究相对较少。本文基于两个夏季航次(2018年和2019年)获取的调查资料,阐述夏季杭州湾水体中碳酸盐体系参数的空间分布特征,并进一步分析影响溶解无机碳偏离保守混合作用的主要过程及相对贡献。数据结果表明,杭州湾内表层溶解无机碳浓度与总碱度的变化范围分别为1 553~1 964 μmol/kg和1 577~2 101 μmol/kg,略低于长江口(1 407~2 110 μmol/kg和1 752~2 274 μmol/kg),溶解无机碳浓度和总碱度的空间分布受控于淡水与外海水混合的影响,在潮汐作用下,总体呈现出湾内低,向湾外逐渐升高的趋势。影响表层溶解无机碳非保守混合分布的主要过程中,海?气交换降低溶解无机碳浓度,呼吸作用增加溶解无机碳浓度,两个过程对溶解无机碳浓度变化量的贡献分别为(?42.3±11.7)%与(34.2±14.3)%,净效应呈现为相对平衡的状态。通过计算获得表层海水pCO2的平均值为799 μatm (675~932 μatm),海湾总体表现为大气CO2的源。此外,湾内海水碳酸盐缓冲因子的范围为12.8~23.8,对CO2的缓冲能力弱于邻近东海海水(缓冲因子平均值约为11.9),指示其与外部水体的交换可能会降低附近海域的酸化缓冲能力。相对其他河口/海湾而言,杭州湾内高浊度与强潮汐的特点使其湾内水体的碳酸盐体系分布特征具有区域特殊性。  相似文献

分别于2012年3和7月对长江口及其邻近海域进行了大面调查,测定了表、底层海水中溶解甲烷浓度,并对其海-气交换通量进行了估算。结果表明,春、夏季表层甲烷的平均浓度分别为(28.33±38.33)和(19.92±19.18)nmol·L-1,甲烷浓度从内河口向外海逐渐降低。长江口溶解甲烷浓度和饱和度有明显季节变化,其中春季内河口甲烷浓度和饱和度高于夏季,但外河口及邻近海域则相反,这主要是温度和长江冲淡水中甲烷浓度的季节差异造成的。该海域溶解甲烷的分布受陆源输入影响显著,夏季长江冲淡水影响范围较春季更广,但由于稀释效应夏季甲烷浓度低于春季。夏季沉积物的释放对河口区甲烷的贡献较春季更为明显。调查期间该海域溶解甲烷都处于过饱和状态,是大气甲烷的净源;根据W92公式初步估算出长江口及其邻近海区年释放CH4量约为8.81×108 mol·a-1,占全球海洋年释放量的0.08%,远高于其面积比0.01%,因此该海区是甲烷产生和释放的活跃海域。  相似文献

河口活性硅酸盐除了被稀释和被吸收外,有没有进行明显的无机化学转移?一直到最近几年,仍然是国际上争论的问题[1-6]。我们已在本研究第Ⅰ篇[1]报导了河口活性硅含量分布;河水与无硅海水人工混合后活性硅含量变化;电解质浓度和pH值对硅酸盐溶液中活性硅含量的影响以及吸附剂影响的初步实验;证实了河水和海水混合后活性硅含量的变化主要决定于悬浮物、电解质、pH值三个因素的同时作用。  相似文献

海上大直径钢管桩打桩过程中,桩周土体受到强烈扰动而发生强度弱化,掌握桩周土体强度弱化规律对于准确预测打桩过程、保证工程安全具有重要意义。为研究土体强度弱化规律,开展了环剪试验模拟打桩对桩周土体的扰动,测试土体强度随剪切速率的变化规律,建立了描述土体强度弱化规律的拟合公式,引入到打桩分析软件中。研究结果表明:土体的强度折减程度不仅与土体本身的性质有关还受到土体的埋深和剪切速率的影响,埋深越深土体强度折减程度越低,剪切速率越高土体强度折减越高,在打桩分析中可采用这里推荐的线性折减方法来模拟不同深度处土体强度的折减规律。  相似文献

A set of 27 marine planktonic bacteria isolated from the polar regions was characterized by 16S rDNA sequencing and physiological and biochemical testing. More than half of these bacteria were positive for caseinase, gelatinase and 13-glucosidase, and could utilize glucose, maltose or malic acid as carbon source for cell growth. Twelve isolates expressed nitrate reduction activities. Except for one antarctic isolate BSwlO175 belonging to Actinobacteria phylum, these isolates were classified as γ-Proteobacteria, suggesting that γ-Proteobacteria dominated in cultivable marine bacterioplankton at both poles. Genus Pseudoalteromonas was the predominant group in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea, and genus ShewaneUa dominated in cultivable bacterioplankton in the Prydz Bay. With sequence similarities above 97%, genus Psychrobacter was found at both poles. These 27 isolates were psychrotolerant, and significant 16S rDNA sequence similarities were found not only between arctic and antarctic marine bacteria ( 〉 99% ), but also between polar marine bacteria and bacteria from other aquatic environments ( ≥ 98.8% ), including temperate ocean, deep sea, pond and lake, suggesting that in the polar oceans less temperature-sensitive bacteria may be cosmopolitan and have a bipolar, even global, distribution at the species level.  相似文献

Sediment properties, such as water content and density, have been used to estimate the dry and wet weights, as well as the volume of sediment recovered and discharged, during benthic impact experiments conducted in the Pacific and Indian Oceans. The estimates show that the weights of dry (355-1332 t) and wet sediment (1651-4888 t) recovered during the experiments, are not only a function of the total duration and distance covered during the experiment, but also depend on water content and density of the sediment. Estimation of dry sediment and its volumetric ratio in the discharge, are key parameters for calculating the discharged volume. The estimated volume of wet sediment recovered (1427-4049 m 3 ) as well as discharged (2693-6951 m 3 ) during the experiments, provide important inputs to evaluate the sediment resettlement and migration. Using these estimates, the average depth of excavation on the seafloor, can also been calculated. However, the stages of sediment recovery and discharge are expressed differently in some of the experiments. In order to standardize these, different stages have been identified, and definitions of certain terms have been suggested, for use in the future. The methods of calculating different properties, as well as weight and volume of discharged sediment are described in the paper for use in other applications concerning deep-sea discharges.  相似文献

A vertically integrated model has been used to study the tidal circulation and currents in the Gulf of Kachchh along the west coast of India. The model is fully nonlinear and uses a semiexplicit finite difference scheme to solve the basic hydrodynamic equations on a staggered grid. The model is forced by prescribing the tides along the open boundary of the model domain. The flow is simulated both with and without the presence of the proposed tidal barrage across the Hansthal Creek in the Gulf of Kachchh. The results show a considerable change in the behavior of the tidal flow in the presence of the barrage.  相似文献

Particle fluxes were measured 7 m above the sea bottom during the predisturbance, disturbance, and postdisturbance periods by using time series sediment traps attached to seven deep-sea moorings deployed in the INDEX experiment site in the Central Indian Basin. The predisturbance particle fluxes varied between 22.3 to 55.1 mg m -2 day -1 . Increased and variable particle fluxes were recorded by the sediment traps during the disturbance period. The increase observed was 0.5 to 4 times more than the background predisturbance fluxes. The increases in particle fluxes (~4 times) recorded by the sediment trap located in the southwestern direction (DMS-1) were the greatest, which could be the result of preferential movement of resuspended particles generated during the deep-sea benthic disturbance along the general current direction prevailing in this area during the experimental period. Also, the traps located closer to the disturbance area recorded greater fluxes than did the traps far away, across the Deep Sea Sediment Resuspension System path. This variability in recorded particle fluxes by the traps around the disturbance area clearly indicates that physical characteristics such as grain size and density of the resuspended particles produced during the disturbance had an important effect on particle movement. The postdisturbance measurements during ~5 days showed a reduction in particle fluxes of ~50%, indicating rapid particle settlement.  相似文献

This article reviews information recently available from existing marine and coastal mining for responses to environmental issues affecting marine mining at different depths. It is particularly but not exclusively concerned with those issues affecting seabed biodiversity impact and recovery. Much information has been gathered in the past 10 years from shallow mining operations for construction aggregate, diamonds, and gold, from coastal mines discharging tailings to shallow and deep water, and from experimental deep mining tests. The responses to issues identified are summarized in a series of eight tables intended to facilitate site-specific consideration. Since impacts can spread widely in the surface mixing layer SML, and can affect the biologically productive euphotic zone, the main issues considered arise from the depth of mining relative to the SML of the sea. Where mining is below the SML, the issue is whether it is environmentally better to bring the extraction products to the surface vessel for processing (and waste discharge), or to process the extraction products as much as possible on the seabed. Responses to the issues need to be sitespecific, and dependent on adequate preoperational environmental impact and recovery prediction. For deep tailings disposal from a surface vessel, there are four important environmental unknowns: (1) the possible growth of "marine snow" (bacterial flocs) utilizing the enormous quantities of fine tailings particles (hundreds or thousands of metric tons per day) as nuclei for growth, (2) the possibility that local keystone plankton and nekton species may migrate diurnally down to and beyond the depth of deep discharge and hence be subjected to tailings impact at depth, (3) the burrow-up capability of deep benthos and their ability to survive high rates of tailings deposition, and (4) the pattern and rate of dispersion of a tailings density current through the deep water column from discharge point to seabed. Actions to obtain relevant information in general and site-specifically are suggested.  相似文献

本文介绍了用国产D401型螯合树脂分离富集海水中铜、铅、锌、镉、铁、锰等痕量元素,并用原子吸收光谱仪测定其含量的方法。讨论了各元素的分离条件选择及干扰元素的影响,并与溶剂萃取法的结果作了比较。各元素检测的定量下限为:铜0.5μg/L、铅0.1μg/L、锌1.0μg/L、镉0.01μg/L、铁2.0μg/L、锰2.0μg/L。方法精密度在4—8%之间,回收率为90—102%。  相似文献
