汕头海岸湿地示范区的环境综合管理

汕头海岸湿地由于丰富的生物多样性以及突出的人地矛盾,被联合国环境署和全球环境基金资助的"扭转南海和泰国湾的环境退化趋势"项目确定为湿地示范区。本文在对汕头海岸湿地示范区的海岸环境现状、威胁、现有管理框架进行深入分析的基础上,采用因果链分析的方法,构建了跨部门的社区参与的综合管理模式,拟通过实施综合管理,实现汕头海岸湿地的可持续发展。     

中国退化河口湿地生态恢复研究进展

湿地退化、恢复和重建是当前湿地科学领域的研究热点,也是中国湿地研究中的核心问题。作为一种典型的海岸湿地,河口湿地在围垦、水利工程建设和环境污染等多重因素的干扰下,面临着自然来水减少、水盐失衡、植被退化、生境质量下降等多种威胁。介绍了当前中国河口湿地的分布情况以及四大主要河口湿地的退化现状,针对已经开展的河口退化湿地恢复的现状,总结了目前中国河口退化湿地恢复所面临的问题,并展望了今后河口退化湿地恢复研究的趋势：开展河口湿地生态系统演替与退化机制研究;发展河口湿地生态恢复技术;加强河口湿地生态恢复示范研究以及建立动态监测和管理系统。     

广东海岸湿地退化现状及保护对策

介绍广东省类型多样的海岸湿地,分析海岸湿地退化现状及其原因,有针对性地提出了海岸湿地保护与可持续利用的对策.     

盐城滨海湿地退化评估及分区诊断

根据野外监测数据和遥感信息解译结果,分析了盐城滨海湿地生态特征,定量评估了湿地退化程度,分区探讨了导致湿地退化的主导因素。结果表明:①盐城滨海湿地的主要植物为盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)、互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)和芦苇(Phragmitesau stralis)。受湿地基底稳定性和土壤盐度影响,湿地植被呈现出明显的东西分带、南北分区的特点,地带性分布规律明显。②盐城滨海湿地景观类型可以划分为河口水域、盐地碱蓬滩、芦苇沼泽、互花米草沼泽、耕地、建筑用地、养殖池、盐田和光滩9种类型。由于自然因素和人为活动影响,自1980年以后,研究区景观格局发生了巨大变化。自然景观面积减少了33%,人工景观增加了180%。自然湿地中,面积减少最大的是盐地碱蓬滩和芦苇沼泽。③1980～2008年,盐城滨海湿地的互花米草滩面积呈现出增长趋势,盐地碱蓬滩处于严重退化状态,芦苇沼泽处于退化状态,导致盐地碱蓬滩和芦苇沼泽退化的主要因素是人类开发活动。④对不同区域的导致湿地退化的主导因素进行了诊断,其中灌河口—射阳河口岸段湿地退化的主导因素为海岸侵蚀。射阳河口—斗龙港口岸段属于淤蚀过渡海岸,因处于盐城珍禽国家级自然保护区的核心区位置,人类干扰强度不大,湿地退化不严重。斗龙港口—弶港岸段湿地退化的主导因素为人类对湿地的围垦和开发利用活动。     

上海金山区海岸湿地现状及生态补偿机制探讨

从海岸湿地现状分析入手,分析了海洋生态环境下降、海岸湿地面积减少、生态系统退化等多方面的原因,介绍了我国海岸湿地生态补偿机制的法律依据,并结合上海市金山区的现状,提出海岸湿地生态补偿机制的实施途径和相关建议。     

海岸挤迫现象对滨海湿地丧失的影响及对策研究综述

受海平面上升和海岸带人类活动加剧的双重胁迫,国内外滨海湿地退化严重。海岸挤迫(coastal squeeze)现象研究成为国内外学者研究滨海湿地退化或丧失的重要方向之一。基于国内外相关文献,总结了滨海湿地对海平面上升的适应机制,阐释了海岸挤迫的成因、表现和影响,列举了不同代表性国家因海岸挤迫造成的湿地受损情况,以及相应的评估方法和应对策略。综述海岸挤迫现象的成因、影响和对策,可以为气候变化背景下中国滨海湿地的保护、恢复和修复提供借鉴。     

深圳市湿地的保护与修复研究

湿地对维持社会经济的可持续发展起着重要作用.随着深圳经济的快速发展,湿地面积不断减少,功能退化,削弱了湿地的生态效益和社会效益.深圳市湿地类型有3大类(近海及海岸湿地、河流湿地和湖泊湿地)13种类型,占深圳国土总面积的8.12%。深圳湿地目前面临的主要威胁是:滨海滩涂湿地面积不断减小,生境面临退化;红树林和湿地水草的生存受到威胁;河流水质不断恶化,河流底质污染程度持续加剧。针对深圳湿地存在的主要问题,提出了相应的保护与恢复对策:保护好西部滨海滩涂湿地;控制污染,修复河流自然湿地;加强自然保护区的建设和管理;加强湿地公园的建设和管理;加强湿地监测和科学研究,积极开展国际合作与交流。     

江苏盐城滨海湿地研究进展

江苏盐城滨海湿地是我国重要的湿地之一,适宜的气候条件和优越的自然环境孕育了丰富的生物资源,在生物多样性保护方面占有举足轻重的地位。近年来,江苏滨海湿地正面临着大规模围垦、污染、资源过度利用、生物入侵等一系列生态环境问题,湿地系统功能退化日趋严重。总结近30年学者对盐城滨海湿地的海岸冲淤、环境演变、野生动物保护及外来物种对这一地区生态系统的影响等方面的研究成果,为湿地生态环境保护、修复及可持续发展提供科学依据。     

南海经济圈的提出与探讨

21世纪是海洋经济时代,以海洋为联系纽带的区域经济持续活跃.首次提出南海经济圈的概念,阐述了南海经济圈产生的条件,分析了其构成要素及产生的必然性,并对其未来发展进行了预测.分析认为,南海可能成为另一个波斯湾或北海油田.南海海岸带的砂矿资源丰富,港口众多,航道发达.区域内各国家近几年经济发展迅速,整体发展速度达4.5%,区域经济依存度增强.南海区域各国之间的经济差异性显著,互补性强,次区域经济体日趋活跃,各种经济要素流动性加强,经济圈条件日渐成熟,南海经济圈初显端倪.     

江苏省盐城海岸带湿地景观格局变化研究

江苏省盐城海岸带拥有丰富的湿地资源,在维护区域生态平衡和促进区域经济发展方面发挥着重要作用.选用1992年、2002年和2006年的TM影像为主要数据源,研究了3个时期江苏省盐城海岸带湿地的景观格局特征及其景观动态变化.结果表明,盐城海岸带湿地中的自然湿地面积在不断减少,与1992年相比,2006年,研究区自然湿地面积共减少了62.6%(50 640 hm2);其中,光滩面积共减少了90.2%(28 515 hm2),芦苇(Phragmites australis)地面积共减少了63.5%(16 062 hm2),碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)地面积共减少了62.9%(11 820 hm2).与1992年相比,2002年,盐城海岸带湿地景观变化主要是光滩与鱼塘、光滩与米草(Spartina spp.)地、芦苇地与鱼塘和碱蓬地与鱼塘之间的转换.与2002年相比,2006年,研究区景观变化主要是米草地与鱼塘、鱼塘与农田、碱蓬地与芦苇地之间的转换.江苏省盐城海岸带湿地景观变化最明显的区域为射阳河口-新洋港、斗龙港-川东港和川水港-老坝港三个区域.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Sciences in Cold and Arid Regions （SCAR） is a bimonthly journal that publishes in English the latest research achievements in processes and the pattems of the Earth surface system in cold and arid regions. Researches in cold regions emphasize particularly on the cold-region-characterized physical,
