海底动力环境监测系统是南海海底观测网试验系统的重要课题。在"十一五"观测网的基础上,对系统的稳定性与可靠性进行改进,设计使用CAN现场总线通信、ARM双冗余备份、Modem声学网关通道、DC/DC并联冗余与备份电池。该系统主要搭载声学多普勒流速剖面仪(ADCP)、国家海洋技术中心温盐深测量仪(CTD)、高精度压力传感器等设备,集成岸基监测与反馈子系统、控制与数据采集子系统、通信与电源管理子系统,实现了对海底边界层速度剖面场、湍流速度、温度、盐度、压力等海洋动力要素的长期实时稳定监测。经过试验测试,该系统稳定可靠,利于传感器扩展集成,为海底观测网提供了可靠的验证观测节点。  相似文献

海底底质的物理力学参数不同于陆地土壤,其极低的抗剪强度和承压强度对深海采矿车的行走性能提出高要求。分析基于车辆地面力学理论,开展了底质土力学特性试验研究,建立了深海底质力学模型。根据深海重载作业采矿车样机结构参数,在大型动力学仿真软件Recurdyn中建立了仿真模型。通过直线行走多体动力学仿真与直线行走海试试验的对比,验证了仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上开展了采矿车样机在深海软底质上的多种行走工况动力学仿真,分析与评价其行走性能。结果表明,采矿车样机可以顺利完成转弯、爬坡、越障等基本功能。该研究成果可为深海采矿车海底行走性能评估提供理论参考,为深海采矿车和软底质的相互作用力学研究提供借鉴。  相似文献

可着陆式水下机器人由于变浮力机构的设计要求,其外形与结构较之传统的水下航行器更为复杂。在设计阶段对可着陆式水下机器人进行仿真和操纵性分析具有重要意义。文中采用多体系统动力学方法分析可着陆式水下机器人动力学特性,将作用在系统各组成部分上的流体动力、推进力以及其它作用力分别计算和考虑,建立了多体动力学模型,并进行了三维空间运动仿真。该方法为具有较复杂附体结构的水下机器人设计和动力学仿真提供了有效途径。  相似文献

综合钦州湾龙门站与近海区钓鱼台站长年历史观测资料和2003年7月的6个站点全潮观测资料,阐述了钦州湾的表层沉积物分布和钦州外湾典型位置沉积物组成状况,并结合钦州电厂建设规划,通过海床稳定性的概念和稳定性指标的计算方法,研究钦州电厂取排水工程附近海域及钦州外湾在潮流和波浪作用下的海床稳定情况,计算结果表明所提出的稳定性理论能够反映实际,是可靠的,可以进一步作为钦州电厂相关模拟研究的基础。  相似文献

The experiment system of 1000 m deep sea mining system is built up with the similarity theory.Sine mechanism is used to simulate mining ship to generate lateral shock excitation by ocean wave.Simulation and experiment of spherical joint connecting deep sea mining system has been done in band six marine conditions.The results indicate that the moment of spherical joint connecting deep sea mining is smaller than that of the thread connected ones,the lifting pipe of spherical joint is "flexible pipe".The flexural torque of the articulated lifting pipe system in pump and buffer is generally periodic variation with some irregularity,the value is stable on 60 N·S,and it is obviously smaller than that of the fixed lifting pipe system;The total displacement exhibits cyclic variation pattern,and the periodicity of them is longer than that of sea current.The results of experiment and simulation are basically consistent.And the analysis in the paper offers theoretical foundation of 1000 m deep sea mining system in China.  相似文献

Deep cement mixing (DCM) technique is a deep in-situ stabilization technique by mixing cement powder or slurry with soft soils below the ground surface to improve their properties and behavior. Some of DCM treated soft soil grounds are approximately in a plane-strain condition; for example, a fill embankment on DCM improved ground. In this study, a plane-strain physical model was created with instrumentation and used to investigate the bearing capacity and failure mode of a soft soil improved by an end-bearing DCM column group. This study focuses on the observed wedge-shaped shear failure of the model ground and attempts to give an account of the failure. Two different methods are used to calculate the bearing capacity of the model ground, and the computed values are compared with the measured ones. It is found that the simple Brom's method gives a better estimate of the bearing capacity of the present model ground. It is also found that measured data of pore water pressures at different locations in the soft soil indicate coupling between failure of columns and consolidation of the soft soil. This study has presented the first time that a wedge-shaped block failure was observed for pattern of DCM treated soil ground.  相似文献

In order to achieve the complex dynamic analysis of the self-propelled seafloor pilot miner moving on the seafloor of extremely cohesive soft soil and further to make it possible to integrate the miner system with some subsystems to form the complete integrated deep ocean mining pilot system and perform dynamic analysis,a new method for the dynamic modeling and analysis of the miner is proposed and developed in this paper,resulting in a simplified 3D single-body vehicle model with three translational and three rotational degrees of freedom,while the track-terrain interaction model is built by partitioning the track-terrain interface into discrete elements with parameterized force elements built on the theory of terramechanics acting on each discrete element.To evaluate and verify the correctness and effectiveness of this new modeling and analysis method,typical comparative studies with regard to computational efficiency and solution accuracy are carried out between the traditional modeling method of building the tracked vehicle as a multi-body model and the new modeling method.In full consideration of the particular structure design of the pilot miner,the special characteristics of the seafloor soil and the hydrodynamic force of near-seafloor current,the dynamic simulation analysis of the miner is performed and discussed,which can provide useful guidance and reference for the practical miner system in design and operation.This new method can not only realize the rapid dynamic simulation analysis of the miner but also make possible the integration and rapid dynamic analysis of the complete integrated deep ocean mining pilot system in further researches.  相似文献

为了研究海底麻坑内外土体物理力学特性的差异,以杭州湾口外软土海底发现的大型麻坑为研究对象,分别在麻坑内外进行了4站15m孔压静力触探(CPTU)测试、2口钻孔共48个柱状样样品的常规土工试验,结果表明麻坑内土体相较麻坑外土体抗剪强度高、压缩模量大,饱和度、孔隙率和含水量低,而浅层气在海底土体中的赋存形式是造成这种差异的主要原因。  相似文献

National navies equip their submarines with Autonomous Underwater Vehicle(AUV) technology. It has become an important component of submarine development in technologically-advanced countries. Employing advanced and reliable recovery systems directly improves the safety and operational efficiency of submarines equipped with AUVs. In this paper, based on aerial refueling technology, a cone-shaped recovery system with two different guiding covers(closed structure and frame structure) is applied to the submarine. By taking the Suboff model as the research object, STAR-CCM was used to study the influence of the installation position of the recovery system, and the length of the rigid rod, on the Suboff model. It was found that when the recovery system is installed in the middle and rear of the Suboff model at the same velocity and the same length of the rigid rod, the Suboff model has the good stability and less drag. It experiences the largest drag when being installed in the front of the rigid rod. Moreover, when the recovery system is installed in the front and middle of the rigid rod, the drag increases as its length increases, and the lift decreases as its length increases. Compared with the closed structure guiding cover, the Suboff model will have less drag and better stability when the recovery system uses the frame structure guiding cover. Besides, the deflection and vibration of the rigid rod were also analyzed via mathematical theory.  相似文献

针对深海运载器海底岩芯原位取样作业需求,对基于水下运载器的深海原位取芯钻机在深海低温、高压、底层流速多变等特点条件下的作业机理及受力进行分析,并选取硬质合金钻头和PDC钻头进行了取芯钻头的轴向力、切向力和切削功率的数学力学对比计算,确定了单环四齿周向均布的金刚石复合片(PDC)钻头设计方案。在理论分析基础上,针对深海钴结壳设计了台架试验,开展钻进试验研究。通过理论计算和实验研究,探寻了一种基于深海运载器的钴结壳小型钻机设计方法,确定了钻机功率、转速、钻进正向压力和取芯率等基本参数选取范围,对开展海底岩芯原位取样作业具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

混合驱动自主潜航器融合了自主潜航器机动灵活和水下滑翔机续航能力强的优点,针对自身携带能源有限的问题,对在两种工作模式下如何实现最大航行距离进行了研究.从航行过程中的能源消耗入手,得出航行距离与速度、电子设备功率等的关系,通过理论分析和仿真手段得出最大续航能力的实现方法.在螺旋桨驱动模式下,当以经济航速航行时,可以达到最大航行距离;在浮力驱动模式下,当以最大滑翔效率航行时,水平方向上的滑翔距离最大,并且水平方向上的滑翔距离随着剖面深度的增大而增大,当剖面深度大到一定程度之后,最大滑翔距离趋于恒定.该研究方法可为类似水下航行器电源管理系统的能源分配提供参考,也可为航行器外形的设计和传感器的选型提供理论指导.  相似文献

深基坑平面内支撑结构等效刚度的计算常采用有限元等数值计算方法,通过分析深基坑支护结构的4种典型平面内支撑结构型式,探讨了数值计算模型中内支撑结构的单元划分长度、约束弹簧刚度、约束弹簧间距、约束弹簧布置型式等因素对内支撑等效刚度计算结果的影响.经计算分析可知,在其他影响因素不变而只改变某个影响因素时,平面内支撑结构的等效刚度随腰梁单元长度的增加、约束弹簧刚度的增加呈增加的趋势,随约束弹簧间距的增加呈降低的趋势,但基本不受约束弹簧布置型式、除腰梁之外的其他内支撑构件单元长度的影响.在此基础上,得出了数值计算中上述各影响因素的建议取值范围和约束弹簧的布置型式.  相似文献
